Amazing soon tofu and galbi. Everything at Miso is very tasty and always great service!
Authentic Korean Dishes! Food: The Grilled Mackerel and Tofu Soup Combo was very good. Huge serving of fish, well seasoned Tofu soup topped with freshly cracked egg and all the sides you can eat. Also enjoyed a huge serving of Seafood Noodles. It was full of Mussels, Shrimp and Squid. The sauce was made to perfection. Service: Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ambiance: Family and friends meal. It seemed that it is a favorite hangout spot for Korean locals. Spacious with authentic Korean restaurant arrangements. Lots of seating. Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.
Great tasting food. I come often to eat their Galbi. Tender and delicious always.
Been here multiple times and love the food. No complaints on service, I've always had a great experience.

Try the kalby soup. Very good food.
Food is so good. And service wow.
Delicious food! Quick service.
Bulgogi beef, tofu beef soup and Korean BBQ ribs were all excellent. Great flavor, large portions and friendly service. The only area of improvement would be on growing the assortment of drinks (water, coke, diet coke, sprite). The main focus, food, was excellent.
First time we went the service was terrible. A few months later we gave them another try and it was much improved. The variety is good considering it is a tofu specialty place. I had the galbijjim and the amount of meat was generous. Some of the items were a bit overpriced but I guess that is the norm for this area of town.
Unassuming Korean suoondubu and BBQ restaurant. Succulent galbi and delicious soups. We've been satisfied customers for a couple of years now, and no doubt will be for many more.
Food is solid. They didn’t have enough servers for their lunch rush. I’m not deducting points on that bc I’m sure it’s difficult for a small new business to get started. The banchan tasted fresh, the soon tofu with seafood, beef, and pork was tasty and hearty. My bro got the combo meal w bulgogi and it was good. Sooner or later they’ll need to address the service or more people might complain. Hope they continue to put out great food! I’ll def be back often!!!
The owner of the restaurant is very friendly, the food is delicious, and they always pay attention to the customers. If any side dishes are running low, the owner immediately adds more.
Enjoyed my tofu soup! Thick, hearty and satisfying. The owners were very friendly! Found a new local spot to get my korean food fix :)
The best K-Food in town.
Authentic Korean, very delicious. Waiters are also very friendly.
1st time here....and it won't be the last. The service was awesome and the food was out of this world. Thank you to my partner who introduced me to this hidden gem.
Yummy and tender BBQ beef ribs 😋 friendly employees. I would definitely come here again
Great food and friendly service. Also very good prices. What more can you ask for? My favorite is their tonkatsu.
This used to be one of my go-to restaurants when I lived in the Sunland area. It's a shame I can't visit as often since I moved away. We had a meal here with three families, and we made a reservation beforehand, which was a good idea—otherwise, we would have had to wait. They gave us a large table in the center, which was perfect for our group. Even with so many of us, everyone was able to order what they liked, and the adults shared a large galbi-jjim (braised short ribs). The food is consistently delicious, and the owner is always so kind. It never disappoints. If you're missing a taste of authentic Korean food, I highly recommend this place!
I'm obsessed with this family owned tofu shop in La Crescenta! Their seafood tofu is a must-try - the combination of tender tofu and fresh seafood is absolute perfection. And the short ribs combo? Divine! The short ribs are so tender, and I love that they come on a sizzling plate - it's the perfect touch. The food is always delicious, which is why we've become regulars. But what really sets this spot apart is the friendly owner and staff. They're always warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. I find myself visiting this place on a weekly basis with my wife - it's become a staple in our household. If you're a fan of tofu soup or Korean food, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't be disappointed!
Our family is half Korean and we love this place!!! It’s the best LA Galbi in LA. We look forward to having it every week. The Grilled Atka Mackarel is superb. The Mul Nangmyeon is good. Soondubu is good too. We much prefer the vibe here than the OG K-Town these days. Can’t recommend it enough!!!
Overall impression dining area is fairly small. And they use the front tables as a workstation, which is a bit unappealing since that's the 1st thing you notice when you walk in. The dinning area was fairly packed and we got seated right away in that last booth they had. Food price is a bit higher than what you would expect at a casual Asian restaurant. I ordered the beef short rib soup. Portion size was decent, but there were barely any noodles in it. I was still hungry after eating it. The beef pieces were very tasty and tender, but there wasn't any other substantial veggies or noodles in it. Mainly just broth, garnish and like maybe 1 full mouthful of noodles. I kept digging to try to find more noodles. If they added 3x the noodles, the dish would of been a 10. My friend really enjoyed his spicy pork stir fry dish and the portion was a nice side and it came with a tasty salad. I tasted and it was good and thr pork was definitely spicy. Very tasty food and great service. We ordered 2 cans of soda and those 2 dishes and with a 20% tip the bill was $60. I would definitely go back.
I had an amazing dining experience at Miso La Crescenta! The Korean BBQ was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The quality of the meats was impressive, and the pork ribs were a highlight. They were juicy, with just the right amount of smoky sweetness, and practically melted in my mouth. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance made for a cozy and enjoyable meal. I highly recommend Miso La Crescenta if you're craving top-notch Korean BBQ and delicious pork ribs!
This place is very special. The place to cook can be seen with eyes. The food tastes delicious and clean. It makes me feel good.

This place is my favorite Korean restaurant in all of Los Angeles County. I used to like Young Duong in San Gabriel, but the quality of their ribs went down hill big time. Try this place. You wont regret it.
Small, unassuming Korean restaurant with the best food in town. I have been coming here for years now and will continue to do so. The service is great, but they usually only have 1 or 2 people working the floor. Each table has a button you can press to summon your server though, so don't be shy about using it especially when they're busy. Food is cooked to order and served HOT. Some items are a bit pricey, but it's all worth it. The #45 short rib stew (galbi-jiim) is the best thing on the menu (or maybe the entire world?). The KBBQ items, seafood pan fried noodle, grilled atka mackerel and grilled cutlassfish are all great choices. Honestly I haven't tried anything here that isn't delicious.
Very nice family run restaurant. Tasty food, attentive server and quite ambiance
The Spicy BBQ Pork at Miso is absolutely incredible. The flavors are bold, with just the right amount of spice, and it’s cooked to perfection. Easily a 10/10. If I could eat this every day, I would! Highly recommend trying this dish—it’s a must.
First time going to this restaurant on a raining 🌧 day. Was worth the trip. Food was very delicious. Fresh and tasty!! My daughter wanted us to order another plate of fried dumplings. She really love it. Plus I share my teriyaki chicken with purple rice. My favorite was the spicy pickles or cucumber. We will be back again.
My wife and i go there religiously. Spicy pork and tofu soup (soondooboo) are incredible. Always consistent with quality, and taste. We think Miso is one of the best value korean restaurant in the area. Service has always been great.
Lived here all my life and have never been. Decided to give it a try and get some food for the family. THE SOUP IS AMAZING! some of the best jjigae i've ever had. The Spicy Pork is great too. Can't wait to get more
The food is super delicious. Family owned, and just like every other place right now, not enough servers/cooks to keep up. Just be patient!! It's worth it and they are working so hard!
This family restaurant is so amazing. The food is great, the service is amazing, and most important thing is that this restaurant does all my favorite Korean dishes, and well. And I haven’t mentioned about their incredibly reasonable pricing and being super family friendly.
One of the most authentic Korean restaurants in the area. The Korean BBQ dishes served on a hot plate are all delicious, and the large selection of soups and hot pots taste exactly like what you would find in Korea.
Small but cozy Korean restaurant with great quality food and great prices! I usually get the pork soon tofu and the meat is so tender; the price is unbeatable too. The staff is really friendly, and I always feel so welcome there. One of my favorite Korean places to eat at.
Delicious soondubu! Banchan was good, kimchi very yummy. They have hot barley tea too. The service was really nice and fast.

Nice Korean foods
Cozy little Korean restaurant offering tofu soup, bbq and hot pot. The first time we went there, there was a long line waiting outside before their dinner opening hour. We didn't want to wait, so we left. Tried again on a weekend just before they closed for their lunch hour and there was no line. They have a tablet at each table to view the menu and place orders which was very convenient. The food took about 15mn to come out but it's fresh and tasted good. Side dishes can be refilled if you want. Parking could be a challenge during peak hours.
Great option for Korean food! Attentive service; with great lunch specials.
Their food is really great. However they usually get pretty busy and don't have the greatest service.
It's a family owned Korean restaurant - serving good authentic Korean cuisine at reasonable prices.
Not my best place, but it is good to eat Korean food. Especially Galbi is good.
Good for home style korean soups and bbq
Clean and well-lit interior. Food selections are plenty and quality were excellent. Limited number of parking spaces require planning ahead especially when the restaurant is busy, but definitely worth the efforts.
The servers are always good. They always remember my husband and I. Food is always good. I like the other side dishes, one item is different everytime. The price is competitive from the other Korean restaurants
Small and cozy Korean Restaurant. It's definitely a local spot for Korean food Taste : 4/5, Service : 3/5, Location : 4.5/5, Cleanness 4/5, Interior : 4/5, Exterior : 3.5/5, Parking: 3.5/5
Best in the area. The Bulgogi is thinly sliced and not overly sweet. The soup is very flavorful and the staff is very friendly. It is not an AYCE KBBQ but more a traditional tofu soup and KBBQ restaurant.

뜨거운물 갖다달라고 젊은 서버분에게 부탁했는데...남자사장님(머리짧으신)이 궁시렁 거리시면서 짜증내심.. 물달라는게 그리 큰 죄인가요?
Food okay, there is many better places in the area.
Kind of expansive. Not good take out service for drinks.
처음에는 관심을 가지고 방문했다가 몇번 가고보니 처음하고는 많이 다른것 같다..좀 더 신경을 써서 손님을 대하는 것이 장소에 비결같다.
맛없어요 ㅠㅠ
I feel rushed to vacate the table, to pay, to leave as soon as Im done eating. I enjoy the food but avoid going back because of the old server who is always there and is the only server (not sure if he's related to the owner). The young servers are very polite, kind, professional and speak fluent English, but are always working in the backroom. They should be the ones dealing with customers. With the old server I can never feel relaxed as his presence discourages me to go back.
Slow service. Expect an hour between the order and being served.
Some of the food was ok, but some of it was questionable at best... also one of the side dishes was spoiled... service was very basic and somewhat rude .... will not be returning
Slow service. Expect an hour between the order and being served.
Rude waitresses Soon as seat they asking for order fast
I am giving a one star to keep everyone away. My secret spot.
I had to get up and napkins and extra plate because the waiter was so busy yet, Mandatory tip 20% starting party of 5, Not party of 6.... : (. So busy, I could not even get my water refilled yet, they forced me to pay mandatiry tip. : ( hate this place.
I ordered a non-spicy soft tofu stew, but what I received was completely water soup. I lost my world! When I called, they didn’t even apologize at all and only offered store credit. What the... because of this situation my kids ended up missing dinner. This was a very frustrating experience and really disappointing customer service.
