An excellent establishment. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted by kind staff and friendly faces. My food was excellently prepared and tasted astounding. The seating arrangement was great, and I have no complaints about the this whatsoever. Would highly encourage coming here. I know I will be back! Hats off to the team at Baja Fresh for a job well done!

The staff always seems to be doing a good job. The Carnitas is very clean. Good quesedia, great burrito selection, best salsa bar of all time and good self-serve drink selection. I love this place and have been coming here for 15 years or so. Never been disappointed. Baja fresh is almost guilt free Mexican food :-) almost

I recently had lunch at Baja Fresh and had a fantastic experience! I ordered my go-to, the Baja chicken burrito with a side of delicious Cholula salsa. I recently had lunch at Baja Fresh and had a fantastic experience! I ordered my go-to, the Baja chicken burrito with a side of delicious Cholula salsa. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. It was one of my favorite lunches in a long time - I highly recommend it!

Most people would consider this place fast food. It's difficult to call it that since the quality isn't something you could get at a drive through. I eat here all the time; it's quick, the people are very nice and courteous, and the food's always nice.

Love the salsa. Food is dependably good. Just was a freezer inside the restaurant and the bathroom in horrible condition. Freezing is one thing and then no hot water in the bathroom to wash hands. Hmmm.

Was a first time getting food from here for pick up, I especifically asked if the food was spicy, they said no, and the food is spicy!!!! Coudnt eat it and my son neither, coudnt comeback to return the food because I didnt have the time, so dissapointed spend 60 dollars

Ordered three beef tacos. Got home and found I had 3chicken tacos. Called the restraunt and told them about the problem. The guy that answered told me to drive back to the restaurant the next day to pick up my beef tacos. I went back the next day and told them that the guy the day before said to come back and get my tacos. The manager got an attitude and told me she wasn’t there yesterday and didn’t know anything about it. She started to interrogate me to see if I was trying to scam her. Horrible customer service. Not only did the mess my simple order up, made me drive back to correct their mistake and then got belligerent when I showed up as directed.? They never did apologize for all of my inconvenience, wasted gas and time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Stay away!

What happened to Baja Fresh? Every one I go into, one person at the register and one person cooking. It's always dreary in all of them. They've lost their spunk. Time for a change Baja Fresh! Step it up a little or something. The food is still the same old Baja Fresh food, that hasn't changed in years, not one bit. The service was mediocre and the music was terrible. The music was catering the workers, I'm not being racist and I love all kinds of music but that was horrible. At least play something trending. I didn't feel welcomed at all, not one bit. I will not be visiting any Baja Fresh locations until the company spice's it up a little. Good luck.

I've been coming here for more than a year. Every time I come to the La Crescenta Baja Fresh and it's worse each time. Tonight for an example, I order two pronto chips with dip. The lady who delivered my order to me, Alejandra, refused to give me my second bag of chips like I was trying to get for free when I paid for 2. She actually made me wait to confirm I paid for 2, which I did, making me feel uncomfortable like I was trying to get something for free. The salsa bar was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned or wiped down for hours. And there were more employees then customers. I ordered and paid for extra cheese on my taco and I mentioned I see no extra cheese which I paid for and Alejandro said, " it's there", well it wasn't. I don't recommend this Baja Fresh. I've also previously dined here and the tables and floors were very very dirty. And NOT one employee showed any concern whatsoever. Very disappointed!!

Refused to give her name when I stated that I'm going to complain. On top of that, my worker pulled hair from one of the burritos. Very disappointed. Won't go there anymore, won't recommend.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they mess up 2 people's orders in the 5 minutes I was there, but they let other people skip ahead of me in line. When I called them out on it they shrugged their shoulders and continued helping the people that cut. Will never come here again, and I am a longtime Baja Fresh fan.
