I love their food! Today, I ordered original hot boneless wings, parmesan cheese fries, cheese fries. I actually didn't mean to order so much but I fed several people so it worked out ok. The CSR rep was very friendly, extremely attentive and helpful. I'm a satisfied customer!

I'm from Toronto. I went to the location in Port St Lucie, Florida. I can not tell you how much I crave the food! It was amazing! Their wings were amazing and the garlic Parmesan chicken tenders were to die for! I can not wait to go back to the states to get me some of this wonder fullness!

I ordered for pick up. She was pretty quick to check in with me and hand me my food. The trash right outside was overflowing, which wasn't great, but i only saw one employee. Maybe they were understaffed. Overall, not bad. The food was decent. I can't complain. I plan to return.
Typical wings place but I like how they are always experimenting with new flavors. Korean BBQ is the best in my opinion. Atomic is actually pretty spicy. I like the flavor but getting older I can no longer consume large amounts of spicy food these days. I wish the staff are a bit friendlier though. Often times they look like they hate working there or maybe they're just very tired. If you are craving hot wings definitely recommend the food.

I give 4 stars because the food's great. However, I seriously waited almost a half an hour for my combo to be ready. It was ridiculous. I witnessed 2 other people who came after me, ordered their food. And then get their food before I did. There's no reason why it should have taken me almost 30 min to recieve my food.
I placed an order online and even waited in my car for about 20 minutes before walking into the store. I got there and was told to wait a few more. I didn't mind, well i ended up waiting like 15 more. The girl at the register was sitting there while another employee in the back was working hard. It wasn't until another customer had walked in that the girl at the register got up and helped the person in the back. I don't mind waiting to be honest, because i thought maybe they had many orders and may be behind, but for this girl to be sitting around on her phone not doing anything, it rubbed me wrong. Please do better.
It's passable. It certainly is no Buffalo wild wings, but it's okay. If you get 25+ of boneless you can count on at least 8 sleazy, chewy gross pieces. The chicken overall is decent though. It's the staff that's the issue. They are wholly incompetent. You can ask repeatedly for certain sauces, and you will either be getting the wrong sauce most of the time, or no sauce at all. It's the type of situation where you pay the extra for an additional ranch, or say for the cheese fries, and they won't give it to you. You have to ask specifically for it, after you already asked for it, and paid. Like argue with them and show them your receipt. So just check your order, end of story.

This place needs better training- Couple times I tried it out their is always something wrong with the food -Cashiers are always confused and confrontive -Today all the wings were tiny literally the size of a penny - I asked for extra wet and they make them look like a pool Overall -The franchisee needs to hire better manager or the whole staff needs to be retrained

OK, I'm pretty sad with this location. It was around 11:15pm and my drunk self really wanted wings. Naturally, I was really excited that wingstop down the street was open until midnight. I made sure to place the order for pickup online so I wouldn't have to make the closing person see someone walk in 15 minutes before close. I got someone to drive me there, but when I showed up 15 minutes before closing the door was locked and whoever was running the place hid from us. It made me really sad that I couldn't get wings, and I hope the closer gets in trouble
I ordered three flavors for pickup: BBQ, mild buffalo, and plain regular. Out of the three, only the BBQ flavor was decent. The others were extremely greasy—I really wish I had taken a photo of the oil pooled under the plate. It was disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying all the flavors. I hope the kitchen can take a little more care with the preparation in the future.
Service terrible. Ordered ahead of time gave them additional 15min bc i knew theyd be busy. I was waiting and told them the name of my order. My food sat on the counter when i was already there to pick it up. They ignored me and their pick up line was chaotic. One man handling the register and giving customers the food. He was an older gentleman who was handing out free ranch to everyone and when i asked for. Ranch he told me it was extra. Literally no one in front of me paid for the ranch. This man was an older gentleman w glasses. If u have to pay for ranch every one should pay not who u pick n choose!
They took a while to take our order even though there was multiple people who could have helped or asked if we needed help in taking our order. The girl who took my order was on FaceTime the whole time and it just looked unprofessional. The fries were extremely greasy (my dads fries were drenched in oil)
Placed an online order for 30 wings. Picked it up, drove 15 minutes home. Opened the tray and found out there was only 26 wings. I understand that there is a human factor but counting wings should be easy. Called the store, they refused a refund of some type and asked me to drive all the way back to show them the wings which would waste my time and gas. The store policy doesn’t make sense. Online coupon/offer would be better

Looking at the previous reviews, I guess I’m not the only one. I’m visiting here on 8/31 at 10:25pm. I asked the cashier a couple of simple questions about the size difference between regular and large order of thigh bites and the options of flavors. The cashier was giving me a very rude attitude with a look and made me feel like I was bothering her. Then she goes to the back and start laughing with other employees. I would give her negative star review if possible. Never coming back again. Feel sorry for the owner.
Very bad service. The cashier overcharged me $45 and wouldn't give it back. I spoke to the manager, and she was very rude to me.
Horrible service, when you walk in no one greets you or takes your order, very disappointed in the management, which is upsetting its local to me and I rarely come in and have a good experience, came in 4 days ago cashier was on the phone with her airpods having a conversation with someone for 15 mins before she took my order who she claimed was the phone with the Manger on the phone. I speak Spanish and she was Spanish speaking I over heard the conversation and it's wasnt a professional conversation. I love wing stop but management has to be on top of their employees, I'll never come back to this particular restaurant since I never seem to be valued here. I gave another try today and yet again I walked no one was ready to take my order I guess I'm the one to blame to see if something had changed .
