Tonight I watched the older white haired man sneeze into his gloved hand and then wipe his nose with the back of said gloved hand and then move on to making a sub. He never changed his gloves or washed his hands. I will not be coming back. It is usually a mess here, slow service, bickering employees, unwelcoming atmosphere but that was too much. That was disgusting.

Walked in to order, I was the only one in line, 2 male employees making online orders, stood in front of them for 6 minutes, never acknowledged me, they could have said we will be right with you, I waited 5 more minutes nothing! Very poor customer service, the sub area was a mess crumbs and food all over counter! 2 more customers walked in, i waited some more and we all walked out! Nov. 18 at 730 pm! Will not return!

Ordered 3 sandwiches on mobile app which stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store in 30 minutes because it was Friday night and they are never ready in time. The line for the mobile orders was 6 people deep. The 3 employees working behind the counter were screaming at each other like 8 year old kids and arguing about everything. I knew I was in trouble. I had to wait an additional 50 minutes, yes, 50 minutes! I was afraid to eat my food when I got home due to the immaturity of what was going on behind the counter. Corporate needs to know about this store and how poor it was run. Never again will I order from this store and Jersey Mikes owes me for an extra 50 of my time that I will never get back. Those employees need to be terminated and the store manager needs to know about this!

Terrible service. Unattentive. Ordered, paid for hot cheese steak and no sub for 20 min. Inquired and they just forgot. Won’t be back. For an $18 sub. I am usually pretty tolerant but this terrible service has to stop.

I understand it’s business but all of these chains, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, etc, need to either stop deprioritizing walk in customers in favor of grub hub delivery or eliminate the walk in all together. It is ridiculous to stand patiently in line for ten plus minutes and constantly have your order pushed back for take out. Just a real bad look to your customer.

I placed an online order and, upon arrival, had to wait 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged myself and two others also waiting for their orders. After waiting, we had to ask if they could hand us our subs. The service was rude and extremely poor. When we finally received our food, it was prepared so poorly that “subpar” doesn’t even begin to describe it—my newborn could have done better. This location’s quality and service have clearly declined.

Location is a mess. One of the employees essentially tossed a knife across the counter. A customer picked it up. She did not acknowledge this at all, not an apology or a thank you, nothing. She never took it away either so I let her know (as she was about to use it to cut another customers sub) that it was on the floor. She completely bit my head off about it. Just letting ya know so you didn’t have to make a whole new sub! Jeez. So unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not to mention slow as molasses. Plenty of other places to get a decent sub without the attitude on the side.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Arrived and got in the line for pickup orders. There were two people in front of me and about 5-6 people in line for ordering. I get it, it's busy, so I waited. After 10 minutes of no acknowledgement in the pickup line, I get in the ordering line. At this point, everyone that was there when I arrived have gotten their food and left. "I have an online order for pickup" their response was "pickup is over there". Yeah I just waited for 10 minutes and nobody said anything. I tell them my name and there is no order. They check the computer and there it is. They made it in a rush. I ordered double meat and there most definitely was not double meat. I watched as he threw everything in a bowl and topped it with oil (my order said NO oil). He threw it on the counter and said "you can grab the other stuff". I get it, it's busy. But just say something. Sorry about the wait ... oh man this system keeps skipping orders ... This bowl was $14 😐😐😐

Ordered gluten free sub (gluten allergy) online at 530. Email confirmation that the order will be done at 5:43pm. Went inside and was told they did not start this because it was gluten free and he had to make all the people’s order standing in line first. Approx. 5 customers. I said ok since they make the gluten free differently. Went to my car and waited another 17 minutes until those five customers were served. Went back inside and was told this was not started yet. I said I have been waiting over 30 Minutes at this point. Jersey Mikes Employee responded and said do you want me to make your sandwich and have all these people wait? There was another line of 4-5 new customers and I still had not been helped!!! I said please just make the sandwich even if you have to cross contaminate. He made the sandwich and when I reached for it he just dropped it in front of me and walked away.

I waited 15 minutes for $21 Buffalo chicken sub with everything on it and thats not what I got. I got a sub with nothing on it and barely no meat for $21. I was not able to go back to the store because I only have a set amount of time to eat lunch. I will not go back to Jersey Mike's in Glenmont total incompetence.
