very good Cobb salad.and Excellent service!
Nicest fast food joint in the area. It is nicely decorated with several different types of seating areas, including club chairs in front of a fireplace! Food was prepared quickly and served hot. Staff was friendly and professional. Two jukebox-like beverage dispenser allows variety of soda choices and easy refills.
Food is usually consistent, and staff is anywhere from neutral to super friendly. It probably deserves 4-stars since it is a Wendy's, but compared to the one on Central Ave in Albany, it's practically high-class dining. If we really need a Wendy's fix we're more than happy to spend the extra 10-15 minute to come to this one.
Wendy’s food is good no doubt but the main part is the service. I had excellent n amazing great service by Christina the front staff. Christina was the best n had positive attitude with smile on her face n even she was being very nice with my 2 year old daughter. My wife n i we loved her customer support n her care n service. 🎩 hats off to Christina. 👍👍 two thumbs up for Christina. God bless u. This review is real n it is not fake or not been told by any wends staff or member to write good review. Thank u once again Christina, u r a star. Take care 😊👍
Whatever team was on drive thru @ 7:30 PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 needs a raise. Teamwork and professionalism were on point. Having worked in fastfood previously, this was one of the best restaurant experiences.
The food was good. Freshly made & the girl Kevina was excellent with customer skills. Unfortunately Wendy's ran out of Lemonade. But Kevina smiled and offered the fountain drinks of the customers choice. I will recommend my family and friends to have Lunch or Dinner here. ♥ I Love Wendy's.
I went through drive thru for lunch on a Sunday, I got the biggie 4 for $5. The guy that took my order was very nice. The food was hot and fresh. The outside of Wendy’s was super clean. It was definitely a clean, fast food experience.
It’s Wendy’s. The food was hot and fresh. The coke was not so good. They need to clean there lines and check the syrup levels.
I really like Wendy's food, but I can't give them a good rating as long as the workers at this location continue to be incompetent. Expect cold and half empty fries straight out of the window and the workers to be acting mentally challenged(I wish this was a joke or just a one of occurrence) at the order point. Update! Well I finally tried stopping at this Wendy's again after being continually put off by the staff and looks like they have their act in order. For now. Nothing to complain about for once after a couple visits so I'll take it.
Honestly it's fine, the food was good for a Wendy's, and everything was clean. Nice and quiet, which is better then loud in a fast food place lol.
My husband & I go to Wendy's frequently, we don't always get what we ordered or they switch the order up and give me what my husband ordered & vice versa. I like this place, but in reality " fast food" needs to be fast! There should be no issues
I do like Wendy's. They are a little pricey though. The different foods I've ordered, and ate successfully without after effects are without question, tasty, and digestible. I believe in volume selling, always have, and I believe their profits and patronage by those who want a better choice for their fast food choice is lowering overall prices, that gets people in the door, making the public satisfied, telling their friends, and they will come. I used to own a hot dog cart in the Albany area for a few years, and I did ok at first, then my Dad gave me a great piece of advice. Give people more than they expect at a great price, and you'll be swamped daily with their friends and family. Volume selling does it folks. It worked for me. Which is better, $100.00 hot dog for one person who will never come again, or $1.00. Hot dog for 100 people, who will come frequently. I did more than ok after that talk. What say you?
My 4 star rating considers only fast food comparison. I think Wendy's burgers are the best of the fast food burger and fries places. I wish they'd offer a drinkable milkshake as opposed to their Frosty that requires a spoon. Was also not impressed by their cod sandwich. Their salads are very good, as are their baked potatoes and chili. Again, NOT compared with full service restaurants.
The place was clean. The restrooms we're clean. That says a lot right there. The birgers we're good, and so were the deals. 4 for 4 dollars. . Only draw back was they were running out of Soft drinks. I have a McD about a mile from home,. I will drive the extra 3 to go to Wendy's
Every time I go here I place a relatively large order, while they are pretty quick at getting your order to you most of the time (90% of the time they have my order for me by the time I drive up to the window.) However, I am docking one star as also 90% of the time they make a mistake...
I got a meal and 2 oatmeal bars. Everything was great except I asked for no salt on the fries and got salt on them. The oatmeal bars were really fresh for being 6pm as well and they were delicious as always. Awesome service and fast
Order was correct and timely. Hard to find a better deal than the biggie bag offered. However individual fountain drinks were far from competively priced.
Recently renovated pleasant atmosphere. Staff is also pleasant.Salads are pricey but good.Bacon cheese Fry's are a guilty pleasure. Srs beverage is free which is nice. Plenty of parking
I love Wendy's the best of all the fast food restaurants. I like the flavor of their burgers. Their salads & chicken are so good. Their chili is to die for and it's so nice to have a baked potato once & while. This visit I had the breaded chicken sandwich combo w/ their NEW ff w/ bacon/cheese. I don't remember the proper name(sorry) & the triple berry lemonade. The ff were not as hot as I would have liked & that's the reason I didn't give this rating a five star, but the bacon was so good, real & nice & big pieces and I did really like them. The chicken sand. was great as always & the triple berry lemonade was a little on the sweet side, but good. I haven't been to Wendy's in a very long time & I just needed a quick meal & I was very happy w/ the exception of the ff. Don't get me wrong about the ff, they were warm, but not hot like ff should be. The price wasn't bad for what I got. I didn't ask for a small drink & omg it was huge for a small. Go & judge for yourself. You won't be disappointed😊
Justin up front is very helpful, friendly, and is the best employee I've seen there. He remembered my usual order today after I hadn't been there for a whole couple months. Only major complaints are that the drink machines are often empty. (seriously give Justin a raise)
My brother loves the burgers and says the fries are the best. Mom has tried the chicken burger, but, I think it's very dry, not much lettuce, or anything. I have tried a couple of different salads, the Cobb salad has onions that are crunchy to add, a good amount of chicken, a good size salad. Fresh too.
Restaurant was very dirty inside, fries were cold and soggy. Cashier was a sweet kid, but I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.
This location always has a huge line and it takes FOREVER to get thru it. You could probably cook an entire meal at home before you could go to this location, get thru the drive thru, and get home to eat. A few of the workers are chill people but you can tell the rest really dont want to be there or interact with you and they show it. Its also pricey. Two regular burger meals cost me $22. Ridiculous.
If you are not in a hurry, you can have a good experience and what's more important a good satisfying meal. I like ordering inside. Avoid the drive-through during peak hours. Have joy!
Go here every other day for a salad, never get the manager but when i do, she has always been meh and not very welcoming! The night staff are great though! Always friendly and the only reason this wendys gets a 3 for me, instead of a 1. Bad management can ruin good employees and deter supportive customers! I actually stopped going as much, simply because of the manager
The burgers are good and still love Frosty. But Wendy's costs as much as a higher scale restaurant! Wendy's has the worst fries of any fast food joint. They are really bad, mushy and taste awful. I only go when I have too.
Food is always right although its not always warm. They always seem to be under staffed and the wait sometimes is veryyyyyy long, especially for a fast food restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall it could use some minor adjustments and maybe more staff but its not the worst Wendy's I have ever visited.
All staff focused on drive through orders...Kiosk customers having nothing but problems as I observed while waiting in line for normal counter service. Waited 40 minutes with only 4 customers in front of me.
My recent visit to Wendy's was what I'd describe as a standard experience. The cashier seemed a bit distant, and was not overly friendly but in taking my order. The restaurant, while moderately clean, didn't particularly stand out in terms of its cleanliness but was acceptable for a quick meal. Overall, it was an average visit—a place to grab a quick bite, nothing exceptional but also nothing particularly disappointing. If you're seeking a straightforward meal without high expectations, this Subway location would fit the bill.
Food was hot and fresh, about what you'd expect from a fast food place. There were no other customers when I arrived, and I still had to wait to speak with someone about picking up my mobile order because all employees were on their cell phones, including the manager. The men's room had no soap and was a little dirty. One sandwich was left out of the bag, which isn't that big of a deal, but I had to drive 15 min back to get the sandwich. No other customers, but again, I had to wait for everyone to get off their cell phones, restroom still not cleaned or stocked, and no apology. The manager looked at my receipt after I told her what I was missing, asked if I was actually missing that item, then handed to me and said "here it is" and that's it. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I had gotten a simple "I'm sorry, let me fix that for you".
I go to this Wendy's semi-frequently and have always received fairly good service. Sometimes people don't seem happy to be working there, but I get it, it's fast food. Last week though I stopped in and there was a long line at the drive-through. After waiting a few minutes I got up to the speaker and waited a moment for someone - and then a few moments longer. Unfortunately, after four minutes no one had said anything - and there wasn't a sign on the device or anything saying it wasn't working. I did not have Wendy's that day! I'll give this location another shot soon.
Food was Wendy's good - service was awful, just awful!
Employee named Jen at this location deserves a huge raise and bonus!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went through the drive thru here… food came out quick and pleasant service. However, upon getting home I received 2 sandwiches that were nothing near what I ordered. When I returned to the lobby to have corrected.. there was a line of 6 people waiting for their individual orders and DoorDash orders. While in line, I observed Jen (at the counter) taking a minute away from the counter to assist at the grill to help get everyone who had been waiting for 20min (at least.. heard one customer say that how long he had been waiting) get their food faster. She continued to work and explain to other employees what needed to be done and caught corrections that were necessary for outstanding orders. She worked quickly and efficiently with an amazing attitude and customer service. She assisted me with correcting my order with a huge apology and thanked me for my patience. Jen had more patience than anyone else there. I feel there might have been a slight language barrier with one or more of the other employees which seems to have been part of the chaos of orders being done incorrectly and the wait for in store diners. I hope that Jen gets the recognition she deserves! Calm, cool, collected and organized and delegated so quickly and appropriately! I appreciated her care and concern for her customers!! Keep rockin it Jen!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love the food but if I can get the same thing at any other Wendy's this review wouldn't have two stars. This particular store have always forgot my sauce and straw and has a extreamly long wait for fast food. Do better guys.
Normally, I'm a HUGE fan of Wendy's. Like it's gotta be one of my favorite fast food chains out there. This one ranks mediocre in comparison to other locations that I've been at. The food is good, don't get me wrong. However. The one thing I can't overlook and that's prompted me to write this review: the ladies bathroom has no changing station for your child. No. Changing. Station. All the mamas out there, join me in a chorus of "Say whattttttt?"! Yeah, and for a restaurant recently renovated, I was very surprised to learn this. My dining experience that day was ruined. The fact that I had to lay my jacket on the bathroom floor and squat down to change my wriggly, squirmy 6 month old who had just had a massive blowout and was covered in yuckiness.....yeah, I was exhausted and stressed after that one. Needless to say, if I dine there again, it'll have to be on a day when I don't have my baby with me. Not worth it!
Not like usual today. Got to table with food and Burger missing. Opened 4 piece new chicken tenders had to go back up as there was only 3. Only one register open & crowded at lunch time. Usually very organized & no problems. Had to eat with coats on as quite chilly
Very disappointed. The classic chicken sandwich was as flat as a pancake and try. Parts of it were hard as a rock. Only reason it's getting 2 Stars is because the front end staff was very nice and helpful.
Went twice in one week. Fries were cold and mushy both times. Ordered two 10 piece nuggets and only got 6 in each container. Service was slow and cashiers were unprofessional, there was one on though, she had very light blond hair, she was much more pleasant, sadly did not get her name. It's sad to think that after working there and seeing new management take over its still a sub-par burger joint that employs unprofessional staff and does not enforce any kind of service standards. Truly disappointing experience.
Always has lines. Always very slow. I grew up a big Wendy’s fan, but every time I go here I regret it. You get in line and quickly realize it’s going to be a 30 minute event, and with the way the drive through is you can’t change your mind and leave. Also they have messed up my order every time.
The service at the drive thru was unfriendly. Handed the bag to me without saying a word. When we got home, my daughter’s hamburger had no patty… she cried
The person who took our order was really nice, but the burger I got with my Biggie Bag (Doublestack) was undercooked. Nuggets really didn't taste right, felt like they were sitting out longer than they should have. Interior was really nice and spacious though. Clean throughout.
Slow and almost always mess up your order. The food itself is usually fine once you get it and correct their errors, but you shouldn't NEED to in the first place. Clean and well-kept inside, but that's about all I can say... one of the worst Wendy's I've been to.
We ordered two biggie bags at the drive-thru, and asked for no ice in our drinks. There also must have also been a new guy behind the register, because he took ages to swipe the card, and eventually, he had to call in who I think was the manager, who helped him do it. By then, the food was cold, and not only was there ice in our drinks, but we had ordered strawberry fantas, and they gave us strawberry lemonades! And they charged us extra for it! I wont be coming back here again.
Possibly one of the worst fast food restaurants in the area. Nearly always a long super slow drive thru line (20-30 minutes to get to order) when its busy, Staff in the last year have been extremely rude, ordering large frosty was provided small size. Fries always cold and no way am i waiting in line 30 minutes when they close the store doors and only have drive through open to get a replacement. Its honestly really sad because i do love spicy chicken sandwiches and from the choices of regular fast food like mcdonalds so forth i enjoy wendys hamburgers the most other than higher cost options like five guys. there is absolutely no quality standards and it would appear nearly no management enforcing any processes here. AVOID THIS PLACE, i no longer even attempt to go here, its not the food its the people and how they make the food and the service is terrible.
One time I ordered a salad at 5pm and was told they were out of them; apparently no one else makes new salad orders. Tonight, both bathrooms were not working and there was an overflowing garbage bin in the dining area. The ordering counter and cooking areas are clean and immaculate however the tables are not cleared or wiped down. The personnel are very pleasant. As per my comments, this was definitely a mixed experience.
I ordered 2 $7 biggie bags. Both double stacked bacon burgers. 1 $6 biggie bag Jr bacon burger. I find the communication skills at Wendy's is severely lacking here's why: The biggie menu does not offer regular burgers. Both the double stacked and the Jr burgers are both shown on the menu as bacon burgers. None of the 3 burgers I ordered had bacon on them. I went up to let them know there was no bacon on any of the burgers. The lady that took my order told me I asked for them without the bacon...ummm no I didn't. Then I asked for a chocolate milk with the Jr bacon burger. We sit down to eat and realize they gave use plain milk, not chocolate milk. So back to the counter I go..she tells me thats what I asked for.....no I didn't! By this time I'm totally frustrated and it didn't help that the woman at the counter didn't take any responsibility for messing up the order. She actually started speaking to me in a condescending manner. This isn't the first time communication has been an issue at Wendy's. Do better and when you mess up an order try handling it with a.little more humility
I recently ordered from Wendy’s and found the customer service to be efficient and straightforward. However, I was quite disappointed to discover a piece of hair in my food. It would be helpful if there were a standard requiring staff to wear hairnets while handling food.
Updating as since I posted this it's gone way downhill, last time I've been and will go I got fries with a side of hair. Sent in an fyi to the location, and got a rudereaponse call and a refund of cash in the mail, just an envelope with cash in it. I attached my photos since Wendy's didn't want them... But like, not handled well. Sorry... Not sorry. People here are ALWAYS friendly and happy. Happy employees, the cleanest fast food place in the area, and the best prices. Not sure how they do it.
I have always raved about the fish sandwich at Wendy’s but today, the first Friday of Lent, my fish sandwich was the worst I’ve ever eaten anywhere. It tasted just like it had been cooked 100x. It wasn’t a fish sandwich. It was a crunchy cardboard sandwich. Ask to make it fresh!
2 people were ordering when we walked in. 2 people were ahead of us in line. Then the waiting commenced. And we waited while nothing happened. No food was served at the counter, so the people ahead of us were not invited to order. And we waited some more. 2 pm on a Sunday! After 6-8 minutes of NOTHING HAPPENING we walked out. Can't say I recommend it.
Absolutely atrocious, I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to eat here. We were not provided with one if the Frosty's that was ordered, we did not receive straws or a receipt, despite being assured several times they were in the bag. As we tried to go in to fix our order, we discovered the door was locked so now we are left robbed and unsatisfied.
Very disappointed. Have gone to this Wendy's ever since it opened. While waiting an inappropriate amount of time for them to add the last item to our order, 3 other patrons came to the counter with incorrect meals. The group working there was more interested in chatting and yelling at each other and flirting with customers. We stopped in because we were in a hurry and it took 20 minutes to get the double cheeseburger to complete our meal and by that time the fries were cold. Also, the iced tea was flavorless. I truly hope they get their act together. Manager also heard loudly scolding an employee which looks bad to customers. Soda mixes piled up in front of the machines.
Late night crew is careless. Ice cold food, expensive and half the order is missing. This has happened several times but this was enough for me to write the review. Will be meticulously checking my order from here on out, **only if every other fast food place is closed and Wendy's in Glenmont is the only option.
Recently this place has gone down hill - fast. I’ve had my order wrong on multiple occasions, Food wasn’t cooked properly, never have right size cups or ingredients in stock. It’s like no one properly runs the place. Just drive past and thank me later.
If I am going to pay as much as I do for "fast food", get the order right while I wait as long as I do. I would also appreciate a little less attitude while I am trying to for the extra ketchup and mayo packets in the bag. I will forgive the sloppy buns and having to pick off items that I asked not be there, and suffer through the lack of taste from the ones missing that I asked to be there. But if I order extra ketchup and extra mayo packets at the speaker and then reaffirm when I pay, and then get snapped at, "Ketchup is in the bag," so I trust them and then I get home to find 1 mayo packet and no ketchup, three different times. When did you stop caring? My advice: Go to Wendy's order a lemonade (it's great and the order takers are usually extremely friendly) but then go to Five Guys across the way for your food.
I love Wendy's but had a terrible experience at this Wendy's. They ran out of coins so they were literally stealing money from people. Those who paid with cash, Jen, the cashier, would give them their bill change and then short them the coins. Even if they were owed $0.99, Jen wouldn't round up and give them an extra $1.00 back. This is completely wrong. When it was finally my turn to place my order (I was 4th in line and waited 21 minutes to be waited upon) Jen had an extremely hard time typing in my order. They food was delivered quickly to the counter, I brought it out to my car and started eating, only to find out that all 4 of the orders were cold. I will never go back to that Wendy's because it was such a poor experience. This Wendy's is the one in Glenmont, NY.
Today I went to this Wendys drive through at 6:10pm and I have a lot of kids so a large order and when i was done the young must of thought his mic was off and said god damn which was incredibly rude. The service is terrible and made me feel terrible
I went to buy food before 2am on a Thursday, the guy said they were closed that they close at 1 am. I said the schedule said 2am and they said that was wrong. They always do the same, turn lights off, and if you go after 12am, they said they are closed. They need to hire people that do a good customer service.
Worst Wendy’s period. Dining room is never open (nothing displayed stating closed) and it is the slowest drive thru in town. If your with someone You could actually pull into line, leave your car and walk to Taco Bell place an order, eat, use the bathroom (tacos always get me) and then walk back to your car before it has made it through the drive thru.
Once again ordered 2 singles plain no cheese and what did I get CHEESE! I don't know why I bother getting food for myself. Kids get what they order but 9 out of 10 times they put CHEESE after I order plain no cheese. Remember what Leo Gets said" They **** at the drive thru "
This Wendy's used to be good.the drive through sucks.2 weeks ago I ordered 2 ,4 piece chicken tenders. I didn't check it.i got home there was only 1 order in it.tonight I ordered something waited over 10 minutes only 3 cars in front of me.then had to pull over to the side after paying for almost another 10 minutes for them to bring out my order.👎👎👎👎👎
dude taking orders is rude. placed a mobile order and he told us the order wasn’t ready and that he has 7 orders ahead of us and we just had to wait. I am fine with waiting until i have to go back in and see my food sitting on the counter. after two people came after us and still got their food before us. this is hopefully the next place in glenmont to close down.
I would not even give this place a one. I don't know what was worse the two people that worked there swearing and getting into a fight or the manager just watching it happen. This place has gone down hill. I understand help is help, but come on. I had my 4 year old with me and they were calling each other disgusting names. As the manager grow a pair and handle the store and the employees. I will never go back and I tell everyone I know the same and to go else where.
Absolutely disgusting, my order was completely wrong. And half the food they did give me was old, cold and stale. Horrible service and it cost me almost $30 for 2 sandwiches and nuggets meanwhile they can't even make sure the food is warm let alone they actually empty the old meat out of the cab. You'd be better off eating anywhere else on this strip.
The equivalent of trash that has been completed over priced. The food wasn't fresh, it wasn't even hot or warm. Soda tasted watered down. Management needs to teach employees to take some pride in thier work life and do the job right. How the hell do workers demand $15 an hour but don't even do the job to the minimum corporate standards. If service improves I will update my review.
An absolute trash can of a store. I’ve tried to go here three times. The first time took 20 minutes to get an adult meal and a kids meal. They messed up which kids meal we got. The other two times “magically” the order system went down and they refused to take new orders. They turned everyone away from the drive thru. Poorly managed, poorly staffed, today was the last time we’ll ever try to go here.
New review: Nope, it's even worse now. I am beginning to think it's management that's the issue. Time to reevaluate who is running the restaurant. I was in a drive thru on a day they know they're going to get lots of orders. I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes. They almost gave my drinks to someone else. OG Review: Needs new ownership and proper training. People literally on their phones on the floor and touching food. Lazy staff feeling. Ordered curbside, sat there for 20 minutes and called them and told me drive thru is open only. We have had multiple occasions they gave us someone else's food, missing food, mischarges and unfriendly staff. They just don't seem to care at all.
After a long day of work I stopped here to get something to eat and they refused to serve me at the counter inside. My company vehicle does not fit through the drive-thru and they told me they were only taking drive-thru orders but refused to wait on me at the counter with my situation. I will not be returning to that Wendy's ever again.
Overpriced! They always forget something, sauce, straws!!???, etc and the food is cold, my order was messed up multiple times and the one time I went back through the drive through (because the doors are locked) it took 20 exact minutes. I should’ve gotten a refund for spending over $20 on terrible customer service, forgetfulness, cold food, long waits to fix my orders, and more! The food isn’t even outstandingly better than other restaurants, you’d think it would be for the crazy prices.
The drink machines are empty of literally every soda every time I come in (which is often) and sometimes don't work at all. The employees are frequently very obviously high at work, walk away from customers without warning to take phone calls, and none of them seem to know how mobile orders work. This is literally the worst-managed fast food joint I've ever seen, if it wasn't right next door to Lowes it would be out of business.
Both times I’ve gone here the wait is incredibly long. Even if there is only 2 vehicles in front of you. Both times they got my order completely wrong. 1st time I ordered a Dave’s double cheeseburger medium combo with only cheese lettuce and onion. They put the order in on the screen as said. They gave me a Dave’s single fully loaded with a small fry (yet charged for the double). I just went today ordered a Dave’s single with just cheese lettuce and onion small combo. They gave me a spicy chicken with lettuce when my receipt says a Dave’s single cheeseburger with lettuce and onion only… don’t go here. Absolutely attrociuos and will mess up every time!!
Super long wait for no reason for breakfast I was the only one there! Employees rather talk than work. And the breakfast was horrible can’t believe I paid that much for stuff that I just put in the garbage.
the managers husband had halfbof his hody on top of the counter mind u after he god up she didint sanatize it i waiting 20 min for 2 meals try to trow my trash away but they havent even empy them lobby trash it fill to the top
Worst Wendy’s experience ever while out on the road. Coming home with the family and jumped off the Thruway for dinner. It wasn’t REALLY late - 6:30 on a Monday night. There was one car in the parking lot and maybe 2 other cars before us in the drive thru. It took a while to get our order but the guy at the window was very apologetic so we didn’t give it another thought. In a hurry to get back on the highway we didn’t double check our order. Once settled, we noticed the kids meal fries were extremely cold but at least the other order of fries seemed hot. Then noticed one sandwich was completely missing and the other was completely wrong. Can’t go back and won’t be in the area anytime soon. 800-number on the receipt tells us “ok we’ll check with the local store and have them contact you”. Not a huge loss but just disappointing. They ALWAYS screw up orders and shame on me for not double checking before leaving the window.
They've got rude staff and slipping menu quality. Guy barely opened the drive thru window while he was taking another order on his headset. Then when he was done with the other order just kept mumbling my total out the cracked window and staring at me more annoyed each time when I didn't notice he was finally ready to take my card which I had in my hand. I will not be returning for a while because I dont need to be disrespected when im paying for food. The quality overall of the food here has gone downhill over the last few months.
The girl at the drive thru window was yelling to the customers and she was unresponsive to the customers. She was extremely rude and aggressive. Also, the order had missing items. I ll not come to Wendy’s again! I request from store manager to investigate this situation. The date was August 13 2022, 7:10pm.
Just went there it's Christmas Eve it's 5:00 I get it everybody wants to be home but you know if your restaurant is open you might do a little more business with a little bit of a friendlier attitude from the girl who works to drive through and if their lights were working and then you know when you point out that their lights aren't working well now I'm working on the problem I haven't found it yet with attitude you don't like your job quit it the atmosphere sucks and so don't the workers with their attitudes like I said if you don't like your job maybe you should quit and not be in fast food don't get me wrong you're making like 16 17 dollars an hour to work in fast food which is more than more office people make so guess what if you don't like your attitude and dealing with people get a different job
This place is just horrible. Employees always have an attitude. The door to get into the restaurant is always locked at random hours of the day. There is always something wrong with your order usually its something missing or no dipping sauce when you ask for it. And the food is usually cold. You can tell it's been sitting out too long. The fries are soggy, and if you ask for hotter food, you usually get a nasty attitude. All these issues, and they have the nerve to charge $14 for one chicken sandwich combo. I will never come back here, and I will take my business elsewhere.
Literally the worst experience of my life.. the drink machines were broken so all the drinks were warm.. no napkins. The place was filthy. Everyone was speaking Spanish. My order was wrong which took them 4 attempts before they finally had it right.. I ended up leaving without my drink I paid for.. every person waiting in line was visible upset.. the manager literally forgot I was standing there. I'd fire everyone and close that store till u can figure out how to take a food order.
Was there today at 10:30, lunch literally just started. The Coke taste like flavored water, the burgers were ice cold, french fries had no salt and nuggets were under cooked. Never again a garbage meal, and that's where it went in the garbage.
Went to get a quick bite...ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and a regular chicken sandwich. 1 with no tomato. The soda machines half worked..20 minutes later we were given our food. Went to the table proceeded to open the sandwiches that all had tomato and there were no spicy sandwiches. Went up to the counter with tray in hand and wanted a full refund. The cashier said oh but they are spicy... I said doesn't matter they were made wrong. Got my money back and left. Wont be going back! Seriously just skip it and go to Popeyes way better sandwiches.
Garbage food always cold can't get the order correct
Waited in line for 30 minutes with the staff forgetting that they hadnt even fulfilled our order after going back up to the window. After that they didn't even get ⅓ of our order down so 1 didn't get to eat. Not worth your time or money. The staff on the night of 10/7/23 was incompetent, unaccommodating, and seemingly clueless at their inability to fulfill an order at 11pm.
You have to leave at least one star in order to post a review. If I could have posted without stars, I would’ve preferred to do that. We waited in the six car line for 20 minutes plus. The folks at the windows were not engaged with customers. They barely looked at us. But the real problem was that at 3 o’clock on Monday afternoon, when clearly there is usually a pop of business, the cooks were completely unprepared, thus the overly long waits. At least, or so I thought, we would get a pretty good Wendy’s cheeseburger. Not so. Hastily and sloppily made, the vegetables falling out the back side and meat only in the front, it was an unpleasant eating experience. The meat tasted old; one burger was warm and the other cold. If I hadn’t been so starved from a long drive, I would’ve thrown it out. I don’t like to write reviews good or bad, but if I could save one person the pain of my experience, it would be worth it.
I was picking up a door dash order. And I did the survey. Was honest and because it wasn’t a good review the lady at the counter refused to keep the promise that I could spin and win a product. Since I wrote a negative review about my wait, she refused me service. She was very rude. On my survey I have a code that stated I will receive a product off menu. Won’t be back
Worst Wendy’s hands down, no one gives a shit about you. All they do is talk about other co workers that call out and complain except they can’t do thier job. And I’ve been here many times an they are always doing the same thing. Takes them 15 min to even come to the drive through and when you go inside and order, the don’t understand English. Stay away, go to moes across the street
Pickup order was ready and i went to the drive thru. I talked at the DT and they said come to the window. I went there and they told me to come inside just to pick it up?? BS employees of the year! Sorry to say that but they deserve it. Thanks!
Last night, my sister ordered food. The food was really cold. She went back and Asked for fresh fries and nugget and this is not the first time that they reheated same fries because you can tell by the taste of it, he had to throw everything away and then they give you crazy amount of attitude. It’s just looks like they are bothered to even taking the order and we’ll never see them smiling.
I get accidents happen and occasionally you’ll get a hair on your food but when it’s a pile of smaller hairs and one very long hair are you serious.. so freaking disgusting. I live 30 minutes away and was not going to be heading back just for another thing of food from that disgusting place..
I'm filing this review because on April 3rd, I drove all the way out here with 30 minutes to close. Saw a car in the drive thru and pulled in, just for some smug employee to come out and tell me and the three cars behind me that they were closed. Google said they weren't closed. They approved these times under a week ago but dropped an hour and changed nothing. I go here all the time and have always had mixed feelings, but this waste of gas pissed me right off. Six cars, not including myself, were turned down in the short time I was there. A 15-minute rush to get here for this.
Trying to serve you under cooked bacon and chicken nuggets took food back up to show them they don't speak English didn't understand told them under cooked food can get them a lawsuit and cause food poisoning hope people check there food before eating at this location. They tried to fix it but still brought up more food under cooked.
Ordered online before I headed home from work. When I got to the drive thru, the woman at the window tried to hand me two lemonades. I didn't order that and told her I had a cherry coke. She gave me the cherry coke and the bag with the correct carry out tag on the bag. No problem. When I got home, I open the bag and I am missing a double stack and the spicy chicken sandwich. I understand that orders get messed up sometimes, but this wasn't close. I also wouldnt be as upset if my order was remotely close and I wouldn't be out at least $10 of food. I'm not sure what the process is to check online orders, but something needs to change to ensure this doesn't happen again.
After I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon and then was charged, they then tell me they ran out and was replaced with soggy lumpy disgusting cheese fries. I was very Upset with that bc one of the cashiers tell me they will refund me 2 dollars and another then said no its the same price. I just said forget it and just left it at that, but that was bad customer service on their part, and the Manager was ignoring in the back like it wasn't his business. Like I said bad customer service. Will never go there again.
I stopped here for the kids. They couldn't be bothered to even snap the lid on the frosty. They overfilled it and just floated the lid on top. I didn't see this with the four other drinks in the carrier. Within a minute of leaving, it made a horrible mess in the car, and I had to dump it. Also, not all of the employees were wearing masks.
