Waited a very long time for a fairly poor sandwich. At the time we were there, there were very few customers in the store but the staff was prioritizing doordash orders and told me they burnt mine on the first two tries.

It is highly disappointing to go to Panera (Bread) and not be able to have a baguette with your meal of choice because they don’t have anymore! This is not the only time i’ve experienced this at the Glenville location. If I was the product manager I would be ordering at least twice the amount of baguettes due to how often they tell me they are out. If I had to guesstimate, I’d believe there is at least 50% of people who have a baguette with their meal.

DONT WASTE UR MONEY. bad food overall. not good service. always charges too much or too little, food has been made sloppy every time i go! Staff are very rude and dismissive. Heard they had to fire a manager for stealing tips? and another one for verbally abusing young staff? Something feels wrong about this place. never liked the food anyways.

I used to buy this soup all the time.The broccoli cheddar, why is the soup?So thin??? You changed all your products to cheaper versions.But up the prices..shame on you

I always like the food at Panera, but the Glenville restaurant is horribly, inadequately staffed and the few individuals working food prep cannot possibly keep up. I waited 40 minutes for a salad and 1/2 sandwich with an 18 month old toddler in tow today. The other individual we were with ordered a one minute bread bowl of soup and was long finished before me and baby’s was ready. I saw just two people prepping food doing the best they could, and the restaurant was full, and cars were lined up at the drive thru (no wonder other reviewers say it’s gotten sloppy!) Overheard a girl saying her 1/2 hr break was over and could they call when her sandwich was ready. Dining room was dirty. One of two girls at the counter maybe should’ve been canvassing the room with a rag or vacuum. I felt bad for food prep staff. Won’t go there again unless I’m looking to kill time.

Ive had shorter drives to florida and back than this for one sandwich and they just walk around like a sloth in the back. 20 minutes for a sandwich you heat up in a microwave is beyond goofy

The manager karen is a rude and horrible person. i found bugs in the broccoli cheddar soup and she told me to just to pick the bugs out.

I've been to several Panera locations, this is the 1st time I've had a bad experience. The portion sizes here are ridiculously small and the food is thrown together. Disgusted by how much I paid to get barely any food.

I work in food service, so I’m usually pretty understanding—but this Panera just can’t seem to get it right. Something’s always missing, wrong, or just totally forgotten. At this point, it’s kind of impressive how consistently off the mark they are. I just want a smoothie and a sandwich without a plot twist.

Me and my house mate both spent a night split between stuff coming out one end, followed by the other after eating here. They need to figure out their food safety practices, because something went wrong. Had to throw out most of what we ordered from fear it would provoke additional illness.

This place used to be great but over the past year or so the quality has gone down the drain. Between receiving a steak sandwich with 90% fat and 10% meat, watery soup, getting a grilled cheese with the butt end of the bread, and sandwiches put together extremely sloppy... I get anxiety when ordering from here now. I just don't know if it's going to be good or not.
