During the summer I was working in town and ate there every day breakfast and lunch. Even though its just a food chain the manager and her employees go above and beyond with customer service. The restaurant is always clean ( bathrooms included ) , food fresh and delicious, and everyone is super caring and friendly. The team that is there is the best that i've ever seen, and can't give enough kudos for them. Its always a pleasure coming and going from this location. I also had the best burger this morning thanks for cooking it for me and how picture perfect it was.

Went to the drive through, (DQ Godley) super nice, easy to understand lady working there. Ordered 2 meals & a blizzard, everything was perfect, fresh & quick, both middle age ladies at the drive through were great! Thank you for a great experience & a great meal.

The wait time is insane every time. Food is extremely subpar even for fast food. And that's if they even get your order correct. I'm convinced the only reason they are still in business is because there is no competition in Godley.

They forgot my fries AND GAVE ME A CORN DOG WITH A BURNT HOLE IN IT ( it was horrible customer service a girl name Katie who works there was being weird and mean and not caring that she completely forgot my damn fries ? )

After we arrived home with our order. One of our burgers was made with only 1/2 the bun. They folded the wrapper on top of the cheese, so the wrapper had more cheese on it than the burger. Plus whomever put the burger in the bag had to have know something wasn't right. I could tell as soon as we took it out of the bag. This had to be done intentionally. If this wasn't intentional you have a severely challenged crew. When we called they wanted us to drive 20 minutes back to get our money. This after we just drove 5 hours.

After we arrived home with our order. One of our burgers was made with only 1/2 the bun. They folded the wrapper on top of the cheese, so the wrapper had more cheese on it than the burger. Plus whomever put the burger in the bag had to have know something wasn't right. I could tell as soon as we took it out of the bag. This had to be done intentionally. I really wish they wouldn’t rush us through the line, in the drive thru. Everytime they do that we get served cold fries even after making us wait 10 mins on the side. It’s kinda of annoying, there isn’t a time that I could get fresh fries. I mean if I have to already wait 10 mins Mightest we’ll have my fries fresh..smh I got home to eating stale chips with my nachos and soggy lettus!! Ughh so frustrating!!!!🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♂️ I wish corporate would come take a visit here because it never fails that there is something wrong! We don’t have a lot food places out here and the one that we do have, we seem to always be disappointed.

First I went inside and watched the cook chat with someone forever. So I went through the drive through. I ordered a burger with no cheese. I received a burger with cheese so I brought back and asked for a different watched the cook laugh with another employee while saying dont judge me. She gave me a cold burger that tasted odd. So I called and asked for her name so I can report this to management. I was not being rude. I even apologized for them having to remake my burger. Yet she still found it necessary to give me something messed up to I guess show she didnt want to make my burger again. Very upsetting to spend money on trash.

My daughter spilled gravy on herself and scalded her skin (she's 3 stuff happens) but I called up there and asked Jacob (one of the managers, apparently) if he could stick a thermometer in the gravy to make sure it wasn't over temp and also so I would know if I needed to take my little one to the hospital. He proceeded to tell me and I quote "of course it's hot. It's gravy. That's why it's in Styrofoam." And laughed. Well thanks Captain Obvious I had no idea gravy was hot. Meanwhile my 3 year old is screaming in pain and you're making snide remarks and laughing while I'm trying to figure out if she needs a hospital. If he doesn't know how to speak to people they need to hide him in the back. He shouldn't be working customer service. I'll pray for him.

Management is a joke they need to get rid of her or maybe really look into her and the job she is doin but send someone to evaluate her that is not already buddy buddy with her it's worth driving into cleburne or joshua to go to one of those dqs rather than go to Godley store me and my family will not got to this godley location until I no that manager is no longer there my friends and family won't either we just make the trip to the other stores until something is done
