An awesome establishment with a wide variety of choices. There are often lines, but, it's an indication of it's popularity and the quality of what is served. In my most recent visit I had the blackberry milk shake and it had bits of the fruit in it, delicious. If you're in the area it's totally worth a visit.

Great location, great friendly staff, prices are reasonable. Ordered Blueberry malt, chocolate shake, swiss burger w/fries everything was yum! While waiting for fireworks to start we walked back to try more food.

Perfect place to stop, rest and have something Cold, Smooth and definitely Sweet. My daughter and I both had Blizzards while my wife had a Pineapple Sundae. Mine was Heath Toffee and the daughters was Butterfinger. To say they were Good is an understatement. Then...the wife had me taste her Pineapple Sundae 🍨. Was sooo flavorful ....all 3 were. They serve alot of people passing through so there wasn't really any wait. The weather was gorgeous and warm with a slight breeze. After our treat we headed over to Lake Davis and had a blast...but that will be another review..lol. We recommend this establishment due to the fact that everything was great. The order taker..the people making our treats and the people who cleaned up after everyone. We will be back!!!

We go there once a week and we are never disappointed. You can dine inside or outside. If you come to Graeagle California and don't hit the Frosty, you missed a wonderful local experience.

Ice-cream cones or my favorite 😍 hot fudge Sunday with whipped cream and nuts on top. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. You can takeaway or eat inside or outside. Nearby miniature golf. ENJOY

A good place to pick up some ice cream after a hike. Delicious swirl cones, the raspberry Shake is really good. The onion rings were a little expensive for only a few, but the place open late (9pm).

So good. Chicken strip and onion rings were delicious. Shakes and blizzards were good too. Frozen chocolate banana was a great "diet" dessert. We will be back.

Food was good but dont expect more than the generic hamburger/hot dog/ice cream cone offerings you would see at a typical carnival food vendor. Price is high for the quality of food you are getting but considering its a grab and go food place in a small town surrounded by campgrounds, you can't really complain much.

Great little local spot that is always packed with customers! I only had a shake n fries but the shake was made with real ice cream which is hard to find these days and the fries were hot and cooked to perfection! If you're in the Graeagle area you should stop in and check them out!

Nine dollars for a microwaved ready-meal that tastes like it was cooked in expired Fanta. Don't order it. Came back with my girlfriend for a second time and our ice cream and fries were great. Would definitely recommend those. Quick service and kid friendly atmosphere.

My kiddo and I just got fries, a family size and it was MORE than enough. Pretty darn good too. I enjoyed my chocolate shake and especially liked that I could drink it with a straw. Best of all, very affordable. We'll visit again the next time we're in the area.

We only had an ice cream cone but I was not impressed. I like my soft serve to be creamy and smooth and this cone had ice chips and was not smooth. The other food did smell delicious though!

We stopped here for a frosty and onion rings and will never do it again. The icecream is some strange stuff and tasted groce I threw it away. The onion rings were good but cost $3.50 and my husband got 4 onion rings, we couldn't believe it. They were not any larger than the norm either. They said new owners and obviously they are rip off artist also.

This is a staple of Graeagle and I used to come here as a kid during the summer. On a hot summer night, grabbing a burger and shake from here is very comforting and takes you back to childhood. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. They accept cash and card but there is a fee to pay with your card. We ordered cheeseburgers, French fries and an Oreo shake. I give the food a solid 3 stars.

Was just there. Not good 1st impression at all. The young man who took our order, very unfriendly. No smile, spoke like a robot. Needs an attitude adjustment for sure. The 2 stars are for the 2 shakes we got. Got Cheese Burgers & fries too. Burger was ok, not a lot of flavor. Fries were horrible. Tasted old, stale & as if they’ve been sitting in grease all day. Threw them away. Good place for a ice cream or shake. Would not eat anything else here again.

It seems like this place would have a great hot dog but mine was terrible. The dog must have been cooked hours ago it and the bun was stale tasting. The BLT was even worse. The bacon was barely cooked and had no flavor. Not even sure it was bacon.

Family and I have been coming to Plumas County for 12+ years, the Frostee use to be great, awesome shakes, burgers, fries and chicken strips; but something changed last year! It’s now garbage, not only do they forget a few Burgers that we order, every time; which are also now frozen charred patties, but the fries are Raw and the Milkshakes are water downed waste. (Can’t figure out how to add a picture but these fries were dropped in oil for 10 seconds, scooped out and given to us, couldn’t even eat them... Nasty, for the prices you pay, I’d rather eat at McDonalds any day) So sad, use to be a classic but we won’t be back!!

Mistakes happen you guys were busy but it was the unwillingness to fix your mistakes that have caused me to leave this review.

I've been here quite a few times and havent had a good experience. Most recently had a philly was dry, comparable to sandpaper with barely any meat or cheese.. mostly peppers not only did they forget a drink and an order of fries they forgot to make them cheese fries and when asked about it they gave me a side of shredded cheese, angry I left without questioning. Before today had a burger that I ate there and bun was already soggy dripping with grease. Wont be going there again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, although it looks like a nice friendly place to visit after a hike. My family and I went there to pick up some ice cream after a long day and we were all significantly dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only was the wait excessively long but my ice cream came out runny. In fact, it was so runny, it literally melted off my cone as soon as they handed it to me. And when I asked for a refund, I was denied because they claimed "I was happy". Do not let these economic rapists overcharge you and hand you ice cream soup! I instead recommend the Greagle outpost.
