Good pizza, wings and bread for the price. A little bit of a wait time beyond the pick up time but they didn't charge me for the parmesan cheese for having to wait. Great staff, customer friendly.
As much as people may complain about Dominos being old or generic I love how their app always works...their delivery is always on time and I can count on the taste and know the sizes because they have been around for so long. I'm just happy I can always count on them for consistency and their tech is on point

Could not add tip to order and the person getting it did not have tip money on that end. Please make that available for people to do a complete order for someone else. Also there was not any check off places for on the side condiments. I wanted crushed red pepper and Parmesan and napkins .

I want to say bless your delivery man. I was walking around the neighborhood trying to catch a ghastly for an hour then your man pulls up and asked which one I was looking for. After I told him he pointed me to where he just saw some kids talking about it and I was able to get it. Thank you my mans. Thank you dominos.

This is the BEST Domino's! The manager, Gladys, makes sure that all orders are just right and that all customers are completely satisfied! I highly recommend this Domino's!

This site has fast service, great prices and friendly staff.. conveniently located in a shopping center with parking spots and quick access. Definitely recommend. You can order on arrival at the location or you can place an order for pickup via their website or door dash or UberEATS
I ordered online food was ready within 15min it was all hot and delicious and customer service was on point definitely recommend! You gained a loyal customer here :)

This location is amazing, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable about all the menu items and specials that where available. The pizza was delicious and seemed to made with loving care. It’s rare to have these great customers interactions and great food now a days. Would highly recommend this dominos location.

Ordering online is easy. Two items can be split on each half of pizza. Prices are reasonable, food is good, especially the BBQ wings. Delivery has been very good.
4/5, ingredients are fresh, easy and reliable to place the order while using their mobile app. You also earn points towards a free medium pizza of 2 ingredients. Remember to ask for napkins
The Chicago style crust with pepperoni and pineapple .and extra cheese tastes great. And one of the best thing is it's only 7.99 plus tax and tip .when you pick up.

Pizza was great and all, but dam does anyone at dominoes know how to cut a pizza!!! Seriously cant be that hard to cut the pizza all the way so that the customer dont have to rip it by hand! Come on dominoes get on top of your employees with their trainingnn

26 dollars for a pasta, a side salad, and a 20 oz drink. Now I know I need to stick with Pizza Hut for their $11 Personal Pan, 4 piece chicken wings, and a drink. Crazy work, Domino's.

well asked driver to leave on door and he argued about it. the salad was slimy we could not eat it. when i called to complain the guy who answered the phone sounded stones and did not care about my problem
This delivery person banged on my door like the Police when I left instructions to ring the doorbell, didn't want to give me all my change, and then wanted a tip. The pizza didn't seem as it was freshly made. I ate it though, but the "experience" was a bad one.
I could give zero stars if I could. Please don't write open until 12 am when you are not. Specify you only deliver after 10pm. I drove all the way and was refused food even though it was 10.15
Ordered delivery cause im sick with covid 19 .n i had to go pick it up after waiting an hour and a half..i called to chk and they siad ues we have it here. I said it was a delivery and why didnt you call ? If expected to pickup... bad bad bad service ! So i spread my germs when i went in there on purpose..have a nice day! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. My pasta order was burnt and inedible. I called for them to replace it, the young man on the phone stated he spoke to his manager who approved the replacement. Over an hour later I called and the manager claimed he knew nothing about the replacement and a new order was never put in. Now it’s going to be another 45 minutes. When I expressed how unhappy I was, the “manager” laughed at me. Dominos thinks so little of their customers that they treat them like their?
I would give a zero rating if possible. My pizza was doughy, not enough cheese with to much suace. It was the opposite of what a pizza should b. I called the next day and was told I was out of luck because I didn't call the night of the order. They make house policy and they can change it. I told them I could bring the pizza minus one slice to show them what a disaster it was. Jillian was the manager and was stupid and rude and obviously doesn't want repeat business. The pizza and customer service were so bad I'm done with domino's
Horrible customer service. I called my order in like I always do, and had an option to order in Spanish, like I always order, and speak to someone thinking someone on the other line would answer in Spanish to make it easier for me to place my order. The girl that picked up the phone was so rude. I was greeted with a rude “YEAH?!” And I asked if she spoke Spanish and she just continued saying “YEAH!” In a rude, annoyed, “I don’t want to be at work” tone and would not speak Spanish after I had asked her if she did speak Spanish. After her 3rd rude “YEEEAAAAHH!!!” She abruptly hung up on me. She could have nicely told me “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but I do not speak Spanish but I can try to work with you to place an order or please stay on the line for someone that does speak Spanish” super rude.
I had very bad experience with this location. I called them this afternoon to order a pizza and I told the guy that answered the phone. I wanted to get the $799 deal that you guys have commercial, website and everywhere he said we don’t have that deal and i told him I see your website shows a $799 and he says no we don’t have it. I ask him again is it just only your location or everywhere else he’s like yeah and again I asked him is it only your location or everybody else he said yes he didn’t even offer me any other deal. He just didn’t want to make any profits today that’s not how you do customer service. If there’s any other deals you have let the customer know we don’t have this one, but we have that one I don’t know why he didn’t care
Literally the worst dominos location in this area.
I order at 10:29pm, says the store closes at midnight. I'm waiting outside and it says delivered but nothing came, no car drove by. Tried calling the store at 11:22, says its closed even though it says its open online. Spent $30, got nothing.
I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza that was dilivered all broken up as if someone had taken a piece. The worst thing was it wasn't even a Hawaiian pizza; it was the worst dried pepperoni pizza, there was no cheese, no ham, no pineapple. It basically only had pepperoni and anchovies on it. Being so hungry we still ate it. Even the pacific veggie pizza and the brownie was something that wasn't par to dominos standards which I thought was reputable. I called the store as a courtesy to let them know of the mistake but the store manager at the time can only offer me credit for next time. The manager had no customer service at all even when I said that you've just lost a customer; it was my first ordering online and had high expectations. This review will not stop here and you've just lost a customer
Made an order for delivery at 5:50 PM for 7:00 PM delivery. Delivery driver left the delivery place at 6:49 PM and had a ETA for 7:01 PM. After delivery kept getting delayed and delayed until 7:45 PM, the food said it was delivered at my home. Nothing at front porch. Turns out they delivered to wrong place after waiting an extra 40 minutes for delivery. Bad enough experience to warrant making a bad review.
I called to placed an order to pick up, then a few minutes I called again because I wanted to change 1 of the ingredients on my pizza, but the pizza guy refused to change my order. I told him I was going to have to cancel my order, then he hang up. Just like that. So I called Papa John's instead, got what I wanted and for a better price. So if you are reading this, maybe you want to go somewhere else where they actually care about customer service

Twice already, this location cancelled our order just because first, they said they have a big order and couldn't accommodate ours. We learned that they cancelled when we got our confirmation that our order is ready, and we were in the store. Second, again we are already in the store and said that the machine broke down. The Lady manager didn't even sound apologetic. I actually said that she is rude to just cancel it, without any consideration- she just told me " oh that is your opinion and I cannot do anything about that. " I am speechless.. Rude Manager/staff.

The delivery driver called me and said there was a cop blocking Topanga and he couldn’t turn on the street (still miles from my house.) No big deal, how about taking a side street to get around it? He straight up said no, he didn’t want to do that.. okay.. he told me to call the store and cancel my order. I called the store and the guy that answered told me the driver shouldn’t have said that and that I could meet the driver somewhere. 1. If I could drive I would have picked it up myself. 2. The driver clearly didn’t have any intention of delivering my order. He said he would just cancel my order. Bro, really? Thanks for nothing I guess.
I’ve ordered here plenty and while they get the order right they have ZERO customer service skills. I’ve had an issue in the past with them marking the food as ready when it wasn’t and I had to wait for them to start making my food and was able to talk to someone about it this time they couldn’t care less what I was saying. Idk if they’re being timed but if the order isn’t ready then don’t mark it ready it’s that simple. Also if someone’s job is to hand out the orders then put them in the front don’t make people have to ask for someone to help and everyone starts asking for the people hanging out in the back while…
I am a FAN of Dominos but will not recommend this location. Aside from a lacking of taste sauce (very unlike what I'm used to) the app told me when the pizza would be ready after the order was received and accepted. The pizza was delivered approximately 12 minutes after the time window. Typically I place an order and the pizza is usually ready when I pull up. And, even though the pizza maker knew he was super late on our order (it was red on his screen for a long time) he didn't really have a kind word to offer.
I ordered delivery from the Domino’s at 9874 De Soto Ave in Chatsworth on 12/30/25 at 3:20 PM (Order #637), and this was hands down one of the most disappointing pizza experiences I have had in a long time. I spent $61.65 before tip for a large hand-tossed pizza, 16-piece hot buffalo wings, and dipping sauces. Despite the price, the food was shockingly bland. The pizza lacked flavor entirely—no balance, no seasoning, nothing memorable except disappointment. The wings were equally underwhelming and tasted flat, as if they were rushed out with no care. After receiving the order, I called the store to ask if I could bring the food back for a refund. Rather than deal with the hassle, I decided to just eat the loss—literally and financially—and accept that I will never order from this location again. That says a lot considering the amount of money spent. For over $70 total including tip, I expected at least competent food. What I got was food that felt careless and uninspired. This review is not written lightly—I wanted to give this location a fair chance, and it failed. I am leaving this review very intentionally so this location understands that customers do notice when quality drops, especially at these prices. There are too many better options nearby to justify giving this Domino’s another chance. Final verdict: overpriced, flavorless, and not worth returning to.

This Dominos has promise, they don’t follow corporate structure nor the tracker. Their delivery goes in the opposite way serving other towns nearby before coming to me and the food is always cold. I now come in to pickup after the tracker says it’s ready. I’m here now and they need 5-10 more minuets, basically it wasn’t started yet. I’ve had it and need corporate to come in and overhaul it.
Worker with ponytail and beard he has an accent does anything but actually make pizzas he took 30 minutes more than the app said and the pizza was lousy made over all slowest worker do something about him
BEWARE! You'd think that with 5+ people working on the line, you'd get top quality service, but not here. You have mostly teens with their airpods stumbling around, not knowing what to do when customers walk in. The workers don't read the tickets fully so you end up getting mix-matched pizzas (they make you pay before they are even out of the oven)and when you are dissatisfied with the quality and the service that you received, they will NOT offer refunds and are very reluctant to make it right! The cleanliness of the store wasnt amazing and the bench they make you sit at is very sticky! I'm not sure why i keep coming back after repeated wrongdoing; fool me once shame on you, fool me twice I'm taking my business elsewhere!
