Manager was very rude in the window. The person taking my drive thru order couldn’t seem to get his head on straight and managed to mess up the entire order when the manger comes to the window she expects me to take the food that I specified I wanted certain things added even tho they were not added and when I said no she threw a fit and started yelling. Night crew is horrible yall need to figure it out

This is the 3rd time I've ordered here and went to curbside only to have my order either wrong, not come out, or this time, forgot half my order. Each time had to go in and fix it while part of my food is getting cold. I'm thinking this is my wakeup call to stop eating McDonald's altogether. This location used to be great but recently it has gone down hill. Will be a long time before I return if at all.

Not sure what was going on tonight. We ordered a nugget/ burger combo, a medium fry and a double quarter meal with a case of cookies. We used the mobile app we pulled through thank god I aked for a receipt. The second window asked to see it. She gave me my drinks asked me to pull up and wait. A older man came out with food it was missing 2 fries and the whole thing of cookies. Had to run in to grab the items, then we leave and notice I paid for extra pickles and onions they took them off of both burgers so I paid for ingredients I didn't get. Super upsetting.

All the employees are just playing around and talking.. got my order and got home turns out I'm missing condiments and items.. service really was awful.

Must have brought all the employees that made the mc D’s on 144 junk over to this one. If this is the new normal guess we will just skip. My quarter pounder was old and the wife’s was under cooked. Line around the building and the fries still seemed like they were an hour old.

Until you remember who you are and price you’re so-called food accordingly no wonder I haven’t eaten there in two years 479 for a biscuit with a piece of sausage on it. You gotta be crazy.

ordered two combos, one didn't get the toppings as ordered , the other they didn't put in as combo and wouldn't let me pay for an extra fry at the window. they said i had to go back around wait in line and reorder. i went inside and ordered, and watched my fry sit in the heat rack for a few minutes before they finally gave it to me. then finally got home and my sandwich had no bun. 😔 they definitely closed the wrong one in town

Ordered a large coffee at the drive thru. Received the coffee and it was only half full, though was charged full price. Requested that more coffee be added. The cashier refused to take it back. Had to argue for a refund. How can you charge full price for a large coffee when it’s only filled 1/2 way?

Ever since the McDonald's from across town closed down this one has gone down hill. Ordered hot cakes togo and got no syrup or butter. Ordered a large iced coffee they gave me a med instead and only filled it up half way. I was supposed to get a monopoly play piece with my drink but I dont cause they gave me the wrong size. The wait is way longer than it should have been.

I so want to give mcdonalds a good review. But the horrible customer service is at every location now. Ignore and are rude to the people who make it possible for you to exist. Im convinced you dont care , and expect your employees to behave in this manner

Went through the drive through and ordered a meal with large fries and drinks, got a small fry it appears unless they have downsized the container. I don’t want to be mean but every time we go through there it’s always something that isn’t correct and the staff doesn’t care or listen. This is ridiculous, I guess from now on we will hold the line up while we check the bag!!

Got a big mac, wilted lettuce, tiny wipe of sauce. Here's the kicker, patty with a bite taken out of it! Called and all they can do is put me on a list. I'll take what I can get a guess but I'm not sure if I want it at this point.

Let’s just say they should sale gas in the drive thur if you’re the only there your lucky if it just 5 min if is 3 or more in front of you it’s 20 min and no receipt there register is always out of tape and see pic it’s charcoal and the edges are hard as concrete will never go back I will go across town. It has been this way for 2 months.
