The staff was nice and food came quickly as always with fast food places. Love the new design of the restaurant tho it looks amazing and really nice. They also have the ability for you to place an order without having to talk to someone which is nice when it's very busy. It is a tad bit annoying to find as it's location is in a odd spot but it is at least easy to find in the parking lot area.

The woman who took our order was friendly, very helpful, and brought our order to our table with a big smile plus a few extras. She was very professional and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She said, "Hope you come back again."

This is one of the better McDonald's. Fries are always hot and the staff is always on point with service.

And the lady is rude and says uhh excuse me... why are you rude to me and didnt make the water for me and that MADE NO SENSE. THE CREW AND MANAGER ARE NICE from what I've seen. Anyways she got her water and we ordered our food but if that lady made a report I swear she was in the wrong. We went through the drive- for 2 drinks and a free fries. The fries were cold so had to wait for fresh fries. They parked us and then forgot to bring fries out so my wife had to go ask for them after waiting for them to be brought out.

Today I came to get some food and I made a mistake on my order and then when I looked that I had messed up I went back online to order the correct order the manager looked at me asked if everything was ok and explained about what I did and she asked me then what did I wanted to order and she literally took my order back and gave my correct order. That’s amazing customer service she didn’t have to do that but it was amazing experience. Thank you and big shout out to McDonalds.

What do you want at a McDonald's? Quick food, correct order! That is exactly what I got. Kids Meal order came pretty quick with the 2 lane drive thru. Staff had their masks on and up. Everyone was polite and even wished me a nice evening.

Pretty clean McDonald's. Food is exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's - obviously not Michelin star but it's exactly what you'd expect. Sometimes service is slow to come to the counter, but it's honestly not often - and they have screens anyway. But when you need just a water cup it might take 60 seconds or so.

McDonalds is always a good cheap meal, they always have good deals and food.

Stopped for a quick breakfast treat. We were greeted by a team member who took our order, saving us the embarrassment of trying to figure out the order kiosk. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of the transaction, and the speed with which our order arrived. We were also surprised at the interior renovations.

Employees were friendly and polite…but .had to wait for my quarter pounder to be cooked while ordering via drive thru…..fries were not fresh….

The food at McDonald's seems to be different than in the past. Something has changed. Very pleasant people serving. A lot of people using the kiosk but no one in line to order.

Nobody wants to work even at $16.25 per hour. Only available for drive thru, so drive thru line was long. Lucky had the app, n made the order and parked at spot 1 n 2. The delivery was out quick.

The wait was quite long for a single sandwich and small order of fries. Felt bad for the manager, he seemed to be the only one really working. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes before he told the cashier to come help me. She was busy wondering around just looking at him work. It can definitely use some house cleaning. The floors, and counters were pretty gross and there were flies everywhere. I was going to leave but the manager seemed defeated so I didn't complain and took my little order and went on my way. In positive news the order was correct...messy...but correct.

Customer service was very polite. One of our bags had the fries spread all over even though the box was present. It was very busy but the order was delivered fully if not aesthetically.

Service is kind of slow and not the cleanest. It's good in a pinch. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Always out of ketchup in the pump dispenser and it always disgustingly gunked up. Their sweet tea is not as sweet as other McDonalds.

The tables were dirty. Cheese burger patty doesn't taste right. Coke had no fizz.

I stop at the drive thru on my way to work in the mornings. Most of the time everything is okay. But make sure you check your bag, sometimes I get someone else's order.

It's McDonald's!!! Good food. Customer service is improving at this location. Looks like they have addressed the employees with bad attitudes because they have new staff and there friendly. My only issue..... Why do I have to ask for napkins!? I was an employee of McDonald's for 3 years I'm sure napkins are covered in training 1napkin per item... It's a issue at all locations I suppose these people use there pants to wipe there hands but it would be better and less work if they included the napkins.... How make people is a day wait in line or take more time to get the items that should come standard with food.... Work smart not hard

There are good days and bad days with the establishment. One day I'll get the sweetest employees and some wonderful fresh food. But other days like today I'll get some of the rudest employees. Where they'll mess up my order and then the employee just stared and didn't say a word when I told her that she messed up. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're prepared to be disappointed

Unlike most McDonald's I have been to. This place have great customer service skills. The food is always fresh and I have yet to return my order due to something being missing. Nice Location too!!!

Every year we look forward to the yummy shamrock shakes. When we got them tonight they were pure shamrock syrup. Very strong with no ice cream balance. I suggest if you order a shamrock shake and you’re questioning the color of it, that you ask them to mix it with either vanilla or chocolate milkshakes.

Ordered a 20 piece nugget with a large fries, large sprite, and a 6 piece happy meal. Whoever took the order had to get someone to help, whatever they did made it so when I pulled up to pay they said my order wasn't in the system so they had to re do it right there. After all that again they forgot the regular milk from the happy meal. Not sure what the issue is at this place but I hope it gets resolved.

I go to this location a lot and the employees are wonderful and very sweet, but I'm really getting tired of getting barely half a large fry when they're $4+ a peice. This is the third time this has happened.

This place is a huge hit or miss. Tonight was horrible. I got two Apple pies and instead received two cherry cheese pies. At least tell me there were no Apple. Seriously horrible communication from tonights workers. It's not even busy. What are you even doing. 😓

Took 30 minutes for a family of 4 order -- nothing fancy

One of the worst McDonald's! They are always saying their coffee machines are down, they forget items to put in happy meals, I once got a sauce packet in the box in place of 4 nuggets for a happy meal here. I just ordered a small coffee and they gave it to me and it was literally barely even Luke warm. The manager said to me, " you'll have to pull forward for 5 mins if you want a new one. 10 mins later she brings our a coffee, hands it to me and the cup immediately opens and the hot coffee burns my hand. She runs back in to get me cooling burn gel and then hands it to me with another cup of coffee , says I'm sorry about that and rushes back in the building.

Dining room was dirty and un-stocked. Staff were friendly but extremely slow and didn't seem to pay much attention to specific details of our order. Also felt ill afterwards and although it may have been unrelated feel it is worth mentioning.

I ordered the number 7 without cheese and extra pickles and a dr.pepper I did not get a dr.pepper it was like a carbonated unsweetened. And my sandwiches has cheese and no extra pickles.

Ordered 2 big Mac's. One should have had only Mac sauce, and came with everything. The other had Mac sauce and pickles and had onions and Mac sauce. Drive thru line moved fast, though the food was obviously made wrong. We dealt with it as we were in a hurry.

Wow going to this location later at night is a very different experience. I arrived and with just a few cars in the drive in it took 9 minutes to be able to place my order. After paying I double checked my order before pulling away and almost left without the second half of my pick 2 deal. After all that I got home and found that the two large french fries I had ordered for my roomates were less than half full. It really made me question why i ordered 2 larges instead of just two smalls which would have been equal or even more french fries. Day time here is great but at night was a ride.

This is by far the worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. Every single time i go there something is wrong. If i ask for specifics with my order, they are never given even tho i pay extra for them. Food is almost always cold, and more than half the times I’ve gone, they forget half my order, and no compensation for forgotten items. There also should be no reason we’re waiting over 10 minutes for someone at the drive thru to even greet us to take our order when theres no line at all. Almost every time without fail. 2 stars cuz i think this is an issue with management not necessarily the staff.

We ordered around 2:15 pm which was the first mistake. **NEVER ORDER at an off meal time when food is not fresh**🤨 The fries were leftovers, limp & lukewarm. I ordered honey mustard to dip them in, but that was missing, so I should have thrown them out. My quarter pounder was thrown together with a dried out lukewarm hamburger. I ordered a root beer but the straw was missing. 😟 **SECOND MISTAKE: NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING THE ORDER** 🤔 I think McDonald's should be in the Guiness Book for the world record of " Getting Orders Wrong 90% of the Time"🙄 It would be nice if managers and employees took more "pride" in their work. I did call the manager to express my concerns about our order. He apologized and agreed to talk to his team for a plan so it doesn’t happen again. I hope they care enough to make some changes. If they do, their location may score a 4.5 rather than a 3.6. It's a goal they should work for and can possibly achieve!!😏😉

Went through the drive through and nobody answered. It’s currently 6:09 pm. Drove up to the pay station and nobody was there. Tried again at the pick up area and they were three employees hanging out. They completely ignored me. So I’m on my way to the Monroe ave location. This location is ghetto don’t go here.

We were the only ones in the drive through and our order still took forever at 8pm on a Monday. They asked for our receipt as if they weren't sure of what we ordered. My double quarter pounder was thrown together and upside down. Something I'd expect during a super busy time. In all not a big deal, just annoying. Both staff we interacted with were friendly though!

The absolute worst attitude I've ever dealt with at a fast food places. Food was cold and had obviously been sitting around for a while. Place was absolutely freezing. Staff was absolutely miserable.

This place is very unprofessional. It took them forever to get my order and they got it wrong. I expected that, but when I went back to get what was missing off my order they were swearing where customers can hear them and let me stand there for 10 minutes until I just walked out. Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's hands down. I feel like if McDonald's would pay the little bit of extra money to the good workers this stuff wouldn't happen.

The individual taking my order through the drive-through seemed very distracted and rude. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong so i had to go inside and place my order via the touch screen computer which is actually a pretty cool feature, but not happy i couldn't just order from my car and go on my way.

This has by far been the longest wait for a meal in my life at McDonald’s! The employees are swearing and laughing while moving slow, the drive through is backed up and the manager is supervising instead of jumping in.

It has been a year since I went back to this location and nothing has changed. I ordered a ice coffee caramel and the lady questioned how I wanted my coffee. I asked for 2 liquid sugar and 3 cream... She proceeded to argue with me how I wanted it telling me I couldn't get it then I order 2 sausage egg and cheese muffins and they both are covered in egg shells. Sending a email with pictures to corporate. Absolutely ridiculous.

Three days straight where the shake machine is down. Like come on. You can’t fix one of the most used machines in the store. How are you gonna advertise shamrock shakes and never have a working machine. Manager was rude about it. “We have no shakes! Listen I said no shakes !” That was said to her employee. Poor man.

I ask every time for the cheese burgers to have ONLY ketchup on them because I'm allergic to pickles and mustard. I nearly died while driving home because your staff during the time period of 11:00 PM -12:00 AM could not follow directions. They even forgot my sauce for the nuggets. The woman at the food receiving window had an attitude because of a question I had about my drink. You need to better train your staff to be more humble and do their job properly no matter what time it is. I paid 14.73 just to throw away most of my food. I'm never going there again.

Usually very pleasant service. Tonight both drive thru attendants were awful. So rude! The second window attendant held the drink outside the window and said "here you go" even before the car ahead of us wasn't even gone.

Tried to purchase my meal, and they told me to wait out front. Reasonable, since they seemed busy. 15 minutes, and nobody ever showed. I only ordered a double cheeseburger, so it's not as if it was a large order. No response when I tried to knock on the doors, as they'd locked up. Had to leave. Effectively robbed, and no receipt to contest my purchase with. Completely unacceptable.

Very slow service between 330 and 4pm today. Took at least 5 minutes for someone to even come to a register to take orders. Took another several minutes to get the order. Ordered a large fry with my meal which was only half full, but I was running so late getting back to work due to slow service I didn't have time to say anything. On the flip side of that, I have received excellent, efficient and friendly customer service in the morning hours.

Really bad McDonald's. Food is never very fresh or good. On more than one occasion I have gone during open hours to find it randomly closed, today they closed an hour and a half early and an employee was still there when I arrived and either played dumb or actually had no idea why they were closing early. Edit: this happened to me a second time, only this time I had placed a mobile order. I initially thought I was completely out of luck with no way to refund in the McDonald's app, however after leaving a complaint on the McDonald's website, my money was refunded. After this, I was personally emailed by the location's guest services manager with a very apologetic email. I still cannot recommend this location, but I do appreciate that they cared to do this.

The drive thru at this location is consistently horrible. Just waited in line for 20 minutes after only ordering two diet Cokes, only to get two regular cokes. This isn't the first issue we've had either. The drive thru line is consistently slow, and the order accuracy is questionable at best. Probably won't bother with this location anymore.

They are under staffed, no one wants to work the cash register. The one girl stayed in the back, look like she was going to go off on someone. I counted 5 orders they knew went out wrong and people waited 45 mins to get their order. If you own this McDonald's shame on you for letting it get this bad. Get in there and help or hire more staff. This was my worst visit ever and it's not the employees fault. 😒

Update for 2024. Came here against my better judgement for lunch. Service is still abysmal. Repeated our order multiple times. They still got it wrong. Food tastes gross and our drinks had no ice in them. I can’t believe these people are making 15.00 a hour to be this bad at their jobs! The worst McDonalds in the Rochester area by far. This location has really gone downhill. Today, the lobby was closed, and only drive thru was available. We had to repeat our order 5 times, actually put our car in park while waiting in the line, had to have the order corrected at the window and it was still wrong when we receive our food!

So this morning I went to the drive thru 6:30 am. Let me paint the picture. Yesterday I went to the one on west Henrietta Rd and check out the review on that location. But back to this. I went and they said they were only serving drinks!?!?!.. really. That $15-$18 a hour didn't bother to hire someone for inventory control or people to make the food. Did McDonald's run out of money to budget you know actual food. I'm starting to think that McDonald's is just a cash grab. I swearing them off all together. Fast food places are about to find out that people don't play anymore. This climate now a days just seems like they think they are bigger than everyone. Well screw that

ALOT of foot traffic. Lobby often crowded with workers hanging out off the clock and their friends. They take no pride in the atmosphere. Workers often rude and unpleasant. Food handling could use alot of training. Nuggets always stuck together, burgers always squashed. Location is convenient, best thing they got going.

Ordered 10 piece meal with a sweet tea(had no sweet tea). Got to the window to get my order, they charged me for the wrong order. Got home Didn't get any sweet & sour sauce. I went back to get sauce sat in the drive-thur for 10 minutes..no cars moving at all. I call the store(finally) someone answers. Now mind you it's 9:30pm They proceed to tell me they are closed that they only have minors working. Manager should have at least got on the headset to inform customers that they were closed instead of just letting people sit there for 10mins or more..Who makes out a schedule for a Saturday night with only 16yr old kids who can ony work till 9pm. Makes no sense get it together

Missing part of my order. Fries were stale. Drinks were wrong. I don't understand how this continually happens. They should have some check the orders before they are picked up. Changing locations. Do not call because they just do not give a sh_t.

Strongly recommend avoiding this location (especially at night when the night crew is working) because if you're white they will treat you like garbage. The night employees at this location treat white customers very badly, extremely rude, purposely mess up orders, and barely fill french fries and beverages on purpose. Food is old, cold and far from fresh. The absolute WORST McDonalds location I have ever been to. I have never seen such a trashy mess as what I have witnessed here.

Once again, stuck in the outside lane while cars in the inner lane that pulled in after me were served. Pulled up to the window and asked if there was a problem with the outer lane intercom. No was the answer. Asked why cars that pulled up after me were served before me. 'That's how it works'. Not really sure why you would leave someone waiting when you could take their order. Asked if I could place my order at the window. The answer was no. For a fast food place I sure wasted a lot of time and gas! Won't be stopping by anytime soon. Believe it or not, this is the second time it's happened. Enough.

I work right near this location and go daily. 1 out of every 10 offers, drive thru as well as dine in, are WRONG. Items are either missing, every time . When I pause at the drive thru to check my order, they get annoyed and tell me to move on. It’s literally 90% of all orders. Food is Luke warm. Today was the last straw. Same thing happened and 1/2 my order was missing 3 items out of 6 were missing. The manger that is short in statue and with an accent and dark hair, NEVER once apologies to me, like “oh so sorry about that, just hands me the items with a “here you go” and literally I have to wait for a unreasonable amount of time to get the missing items. Today not only the manager was rude and short, so were the other employees. Best part is they were not busy at all, they were talking and gossiping about something. And fast food workers want more money per hour????????? It’s not rocket science, come on….

I went through drive thru during my lunch break and ordered a triple cheeseburger, fries. Now the serve was fine normal service. I go to eat my food the fries are fresh and hot but the burger is cold. I’m like no maybe the wrapper is cold and the burger is fine. Nope is was cold through and through like it was sitting out waiting to be picked up. I’m disappointed because I haven’t had McDonalds in awhile and wanted to treat myself

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app, but when I arrived, the staff could not locate my order. After waiting, I was told the order had been given to someone else. Instead of offering a refund or replacement, the manager told me to sit in the parking lot and attempt to cancel it through the app, even though he already knew it wouldn’t work. I spent more than 40 minutes trying to fix the issue in 27-degree weather while the app repeatedly crashed when I attempted to report the problem. FYI don’t use the mobile app to contact a representative just go to the website. I tried calling the general manager phone number that was listed and it was the number for the store location. That’s when I found out it was the same manager who told me to dispute the order on the app. I was told I could come back for a refund, but the manager who initially gave incorrect instructions changed his explanation multiple times about what happened to my order. The first cashier was open about the situation and said she gave my order away. The manager knew once they started making the order there was no way I could cancel. After making the phone call to the location the same manager apologized for giving my order away without verifying the four digit code. I asked what the process of getting a refund or remaking my order. The manager said he knew I wouldn’t be able to cancel my order on the app and that I was “fishy” and he said it was my fault for the issue. After reading through the reviews I see that I’m not the only one who was told it was the customers fault. Mistakes happen, but customers should not be blamed for them or left without guidance. Better training and support for mobile order errors would make a significant difference for customer safety and satisfaction.

This entire location is trashy and has been for a while. All of the workers have nasty, unfriendly attitudes. They never focus on the orders as they should be, instead they tell you to pull up so they can deliver people who ordered after you their food first, then make you wait forever to bring your food to you. That is TRASHY. The food is never fresh, it always tastes stale, and it is like they put absolutely no salt on their fries. Will NEVER step foot back in this establishment again. I deleted my McDonald’s App as well because I am done going here going forward.

Worker handed my order to the wrong person, then said it was my fault. When I protested, he pawned me off on another employee, started swearing loudly at me, then told me to meet him outside to fight. He then followed me to my car after I got my refund. Had I not ignored him I’m sure he would have attacked me. I will never go back to this dangerous store ever again. It’s now been a week since I was assaulted and not a peep from McDonald’s.
