Once a week or so we go here to get breakfast for the kids. They love the donuts and the little added rings always make their day. Its a nice place, decent donuts, and fairly inexpensive

I like walking into a place of business and being greeted with a hello or an acknowledgment. These ladies were in a hurry to get us in and out. I won't be back.

Not really very good. Service is ok. Lots of talking in their language while you are there makes it awkward.

Bought the breakfast burritos and the edges of the tortilla were hard like theyve been sitting there for days. Bread on my pig in blankets were hard and dry. Only worth going here if you dont want to drive 11 minutes to Itasca where theres an amazing shop there.

RUDE. She is RUDE. I'm not sure what is wrong w this lady, but I try and be overly nice every time I'm in there. She is VERY RUDE. I will not be going there again. RUDE.

I have literally never left a bad review for anything. I know small business owners work hard and I can’t bring myself to speak poorly of businesses like that. But my experience this morning needs to be shared. They left out my child’s sprinkle donut. A little irritating since we’d already left the store, but not a big deal. We headed back to the store to get it. I (politely) let them know they’d left out the donut and asked them to fulfill my order by giving it or a similar one to me. She looked at the counter and said “It’s not here so I gave it to you.” I told her I never got it and she still refused. So I went back to the car to get my bag (and double-check that it didn’t fall out somewhere in my car) and show her it’s not in there. She continued to argue with me and eventually gave in and had the gentleman give me a donut (which wasn’t even a sprinkle donut as we’d ordered - but I wasn’t going to argue at this point). Then she told me I was never allowed back in the store. I asked a few questions to clarify, and she made it clear I was not allowed back in ever. I spend $10-20 at that store every week. Why would I lie about a $1.50 donut one time?! On Monday, they gave me spoiled milk. I never wrote a review or complained even though my child tried a sip and told me it tasted bad. I simply asked for a replacement. They realized all of their white milk was spoiled (congealed even) so they gave me chocolate milk instead. My child doesn’t drink chocolate milk, but I took it with a smile because I didn’t want them to feel bad. Very disappointed to be treated as a liar when I (kindly and respectfully) asked them to provide the product I paid for.

I then turn around and said did you call me crazy and she proceeds to tell me how I was rude and called me crazy AGAIN.....that didn't sit well with me, you dont run a business like that. I have never been ugly to them! I'm not sure what's going on but I will never be back!!!!
