I ran in today to grab a coffee and a Christmas gift and I received the best customer service from Mason and Nate!!! As a corporate manager myself and love thanking and giving appreciation to staff that go above and beyond like these 2 guys!!! Way to go Alvarado Starbucks!! Love the energy

I order at drive through. The drink was really good. I forgot to ask for not sweetener cuz usually the drinks are too sweet for me and lately many stores put barely matcha to the green tea Frappuccino, I have to pay extra for matcha. But this one was perfect. I could enjoy the flavor of matcha. The service was good.

I feel like this location has a very, very good days and then very very bad days. Yesterday I got a Venti caramel Frappuccino extra caramel drizzle one extra shot no whip and it was absolutely perfect. Today. I ordered the exact same thing and it taste like burnt coffee it has whipped cream and Even though I paid for a Venti, the whipped cream which I didn’t order doesn’t even come up to the top of the cup. See picture for reference please do better. You’re charging almost 9 dollars per drink. They need to be impeccable.

I’m a regular here for 2 years because it’s the closest to my job, but the customer service you get depends on the day! Today I walked in and am standing at the counter to place my order, a few minutes go by with no greeting or we will be with you shortly! 5 people servicing drive through 0 for lobby. There was a worker who was always super sweet, very welcoming, great customer service! I can only guess she is no longer there because of the majority of negative energy from fellow coworkers. This place has got to do much better!

This is the second time I have stopped at this location. They serve trash a pink drink that was white. Put extra whipped cream in the bottom of the cups as to not have to make more frape to fill the cups. Scooters or 7 brew in another town would be much better!!

We have stopped here twice when driving through. This was our second time. We will not be stopping again. The coffee is always burnt and watered down and it takes forever to get our order. We’ve tried to ask for them to remake a drink because it tasted horrible, they refused stating they couldn’t have possibly done anything wrong. It’s a drink we get every time we go to a Starbucks location, this is the only location that gets it so wrong, it’s undrinkable. This was after we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, then in line inside for another 5 to ask them to remake it. I know us not going back doesn’t really matter to them, but maybe this can serve as a warning for other travelers, just go inside the QT and get their coffee or the McDonald’s across the street, don’t waste your time or money.

Get better customer service for the drive thru. Picking up my mobile order and she rudely advised could not understand my name “Fatima” so i said it louder and she said she could not understand me and less if you scream at me when i clearly made said it louder for her. “Tabitha” is the worst customer service. It is not my fault she has a busy morning and does not know how to manage her orders. Keep in mind my order says ready on my app and it was definitely not because she said she has 7 people infront of me. I understand things happen and i am patient its all about the attitude and rudeness.
