Had a foot long hot dog. Felt like a kid. The onion rings were perfect. Also had the Scarlotta's burger on a pretzel bun. Was excellent. Had a grilled ham n cheese for dessert delicious.

Best ice cream 🍦🍨 & car hop 🚕🚗🚘🚚 experience on the entire East coast ! Highly recommend the Black Raspberry soft serve and also try the Maple 🍁 We (the Robillard's) make it tradition to go here every year when we're vacationing at the Lake St. Catherine cottages in Vermont. It's just a short 10 minute drive and we're probably doing it every night since their ice cream is the best. Staff is super friendly and very efficient! Can't wait to go back!!

The food here is fantastic, like how you can just park and they come to u, I like places like this that bring back memories of when I was a kid. And u can even go inside to eat and even sit on the deck. The prices are reasonable and also a great place to bring the whole family

Scarlotta's has been a part of our family for 3 generations now. They have the best, most creamy soft serve ice cream in 24 flavors with occassional treats like chocolate mint twist. Service is car side complete with the window tray! Their food is consistently exceptional. Their service is old time personal with a warm smile. I visit every Saturday with my 88 year old Aunt and she loves watching the kids play. This is the most outstanding food and ice cream place on earth! I give them 10 stars above the 5 star rating! Once you go there, you'll be hooked and go back all summer ling!

Excellent atmosphere with the oldies music playing in the background. There are picnic tables with umbrellas for outdoor eating. Very good overall & reasonably priced.

A great place to go on Granville. The menu is simple and good. The icecream is 5🌟 The service people are excellent, polite and friendly They treat my dog who I always have with me very kindly Stop in.

A quick stop diner serving American food. We had the Pizza Rolls and BBQ Chicken Wings, which were nice.

First time ever being there never got offered anything special just was asked if they could help us with our order.

Our group chose 3 different flavors of their soft serve. Peach and whatever I had weren't very memorable- no punch. Nostalgia food lovers might like the Rootitut tutty... The price seemed high for 3 small soft serve cones.

I'm giving them 3 stars for their ice cream which has many different flavors and generous portions however their food is a zero out of 5. Everything tasted old and disgusting

The meal was good but the hot dogs 🌭 where over grill so they where hard. Mini tacos where over cooked but other then that the meals and ice cream was good , What happen to when you ordered a wrap it came with home made chips 🍟 and know you get just a wrap with no side?

She was cursing and dropping the F word in front of children while the window was open. I usually love coming here but the attitude and overall atmosphere was not great.

We waited in the truck, and she brought out our food and bill. The bill seemed a little short for what we ordered, so we checked our food before the waitress walked away. We realized we didn’t have our fries, and my husband was given a wrap instead of a sandwich. The waitress said she didn’t hear us order fries, but she’ll tell the kitchen. She came back a few minutes later with the sandwich, and said the fries would be out soon. Another lady brought out the fries and we left. About 5 minutes later my husband recieved a phone call from the restaurant saying the waitress never rang up the fries, and asked if we could come back and pay. Luckily we were across the street and went back. For $11, we only received 6 small, fatty wings. The fries were soggy, hardly any cheese and mostly dry meat. The sandwich and hot dog were decent.

When we asked the server why it seemed so high she told us it is $2.50 EASH FOR TAP WATER! I was wondering why on a beautiful Saturday night why it wasn’t busy. Now I know…..they like to rip their customers off!

Tried it out with the family on vacation in August when we were looking for ice cream in the area… Ice cream was not good. Flavors seemed to have some cross-contamination or were just gross. Vanilla tasted like root beer. Root beer tasted like coffee and root beer. Black Cherry tasted heavily like cough syrup. Mint tasted like spearmint toothpaste. Cheesecake tasted extremely chemically. Cotton candy was ok.

Not impressed with my sea food dinner it literally tasted like fish sticks I had the scallops which only came with 10 small ones scallops and fries with coleslaw.

Manager was completely rude when a complaint was made. Definitely wouldn't support them if they were the only thing open. Need better management.

Unfortunately I can not tell you how the food was . We never got waited on . After forty minutes we left never to return.

We sat down, ordered and after waiting for over an hour after we ordered our drinks weren't even brought out. Seemed like they cared more about the people that walked up to the window and only got ice cream than anyone else. I can understand being short staffed and busy but this was ridiculous. Would not recommend going unless you have all day to wait and maybe get your food.

I really got to say it started out great, being greated with the menu but went down a terrible path from there we ordered and they brought the drinks out in a reasonable time but the food was not the same story and the waitress didn't even check in or tell us it was going to be at the very least 45 minutes to get my family of 4 dinner then we get the food and realize right away they were missing the side dish of sause that my appetizer comes with and the waitress when asked says we don't have that it was ok but disappointing but if that was the worse part I wouldn't be writing this review we all started to eat and then we found hair in not 1 but 2 of our dishes after a couple of bites and the philly cheese they served was very skimpy to the point the last few bites had nothing but bread at this point I'm very disappointed but didn't want my 2 young kids to have a bad time so we did get there ice cream the waitress also said she was taking those 2 items off my bill but when she told me our total I asked for the receipt she says I will have to write one out... paid and got this little slip that has enough room to say the total and her initials but it was late they were already closing not long after getting our meal so we left and calculated it when we got home because we don't live close by it was about 1 hr drive...and we were hungry still from not eating all our meals then we realized we paid for everything and she didn't take off what she had said she would.. u know the dishes that were full that u had throw away with the blonde burnt hair.. I just don't recommend this place and can't say I will ever be back or recommend to anyone I know☹️
