What a great experience! We needed a venue for our VIP students to have a meal out and Bob's Chop House was recommended by Jason at DFW Airporters Charter Bus service. We had to change our restaurant last minute and you all made an easy transition. We rented the Baseball room and filled it to capacity at 54 seats. The food was amazing and everyone raved about the meal and service. Daniel, the lead server, was amazing and the whole team went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Thank you so much for taking care of my VIPs and truly making them feel special! We'll be eating here again!

I had our second company holiday party at Bobs and their team is fantastic! When the food started arriving the room got quiet 😋. Everything was perfect from the appetizers to the desserts! Thank you for taking such good care of everything we needed for another fantastic company dinner experience!

There are so many things to say about Bobs. 1. We made a reservation and were sat right away on a Friday night. It was great. 2. The feeling of Bobs is old school and it’s a great feel. 3. The staff- from the hostess to the sever to the owner were all amazing. Bread, water, and veggies are brought to the table immediately. The server recommended a great red and white wine and they were both amazing choices. The food! The food was great. I had a lobster bisque and my husband had a chopped salad. The lobster bisque was rich and tasty with a great seafood flavor and the chopped salad was fresh and delicious. For our entrees we had the filet and New York strip. The filet was so tender and perfectly prepared. The strip had a great meaty flavor. The sizes were also delicious. I was especially fond of the carrots. For dessert we had the cheesecake and it was to die for! My son had brownie ice cream and it was also amazing. All in all it was a great experience all the way around and I can’t wait to go back and try out more great food.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here!! Highlights include the char on my husband’s ribeye, the barrel-aged old fashioned, and receiving complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The service, food, and experience exceeded my expectations.

Great spot! Expertly prepared food. Excellent service. Good for groups. They have Nueske's bacon, which is really just thick cut smoked pork belly, which was amazing in the corn brulee (not pictured) and on The Wedge salad. The Wedge was probably the best I've had, and I blame the bacon. I like veal, but rarely see it. They had a veal chop and it was delicious. My party appreciated the prime ribeye and they had Wagyu options as specials. Those were reported as delicious, as was the shrimp scampi. If you have the means and opportunity, I highly recommend Bob's.

Been awhile since we've gone. Special event kind of place. Went there for valentine's day. Glad they had their standard menu and not some jacked up price fixe menu. Everything was delicious. Our wait staff was very attentive and helped provide a very enjoyable experience.

Can I give service 10 stars? Sometimes I wonder why I go anywhere else. Sure, it can be pricey, but I’d rather pay for one great meal with great service than multiple mediocre meals with even more mediocre service. Jeff is amazing! I come in about 3-4 times a year and he always remembers every single detail. He ceases to amaze me. The wine is always on point and so is my NY STRIP, a perfect Pittsburgh every single time.

Bob's is great. Servers are professional. The atmosphere is very upscale. The food is fantastic. The meat is very good quality and has always been cooked to the temperature requested. It is good value for money, when you consider that this is a fine dining situation. The mixed drinks are also very tasty. There is an extensive wine selection, but that is not something we have experienced personally. We have the most fun when we stick with the menu and not with the off-menu selections.

This location is very close to the Gaylord Texan. The service was fantastic and it was probably one of the very best steaks I’ve ever had. We shared a salad and the steak. The kitchen plated it up for us. The creamed spinach was delicious. I would highly recommend this place in you are in the area!

I sat down with a dear friend for dinner tonight at the Grapevine location. We were met with smiling faces and very attentive staff. Our glasses were never empty, and our server, Eric was ON POINT. We got exactly what we wanted the way we wanted it. He was such a gentleman, and very knowledgeable. From the apps, to the salads, to the steaks, to the cakes, it was all done TO A T. We'll be seeing our new friends at Bob's again very soon. Thank you!!!

I don't usually give 5 stars but this place deserves. From the hostess to the manager and everyone on between. Our waiter was awesome. His knowledge and great conversation skills were a treat. He also conveyed our reason for being in the area - college visits - to his manager who came to congratulate the younger and treating him to a free dessert. The steaks were first rate as were the sides and salads. Totally enjoyable experience. Run don't walk to this Bob's.

I came tonight to celebrate being empty nesters. Wow! So impressed. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, sides were amazing as well. It was our first time visiting here and will definitely be back. Everyone was so nice and had a smile on their face it was really a very nice experience.

Oh my goodness how did I not write a review for this place yet? Based on my brother's recommendation we came here for dinner for half of my bachelor's party. The food, atmosphere, and service were all superb. One of the best steaks I've had and superb Old Fashioned. Was it expensive? Oh yes. Worth it? Most definitely.

We had an amazing night at Bob's celebrating our anniversary. The staff was very inviting and everyone made us feel like family. The restaurant was very busy, but one of the owners and the server treated us like we were the only ones in the restaurant. We split the Texas Wagyu Ribeye (28 oz, I think) and it didn't disappoint. We normally order filets, but went off the recommendation of the server and glad we did. Great experience!

Wonderful experience at Bob’s Chop House! I had come solo and wanted to sit at the bar (always awkward to be solo and sit at a table for 4). Anyways, bar was full so I sat at a table, all good just wasn’t my preference. Moments later the manager arrived and heard the bar wasn’t available but was able to make a space for me at a table near the bar. Without going too deep he took me from a table I was just okay with to an awesome table that I was excited about. The point being I was seated and not complaining in anyway but just hearing about it he came over and made it perfect - they want you to be happy here! Meal was excellent: steak flavorful and perfectly cooked. Perfect 10 for a classic American steakhouse.

Food and service was easily a 10 out of 10. The consistency they provide is top notch, never been disappointed. Audrey was the best and made sure we fully enjoyed our experience.

Excellent steaks. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Bob’s. The waitstaff is beyond compare and the food is just too good to describe. Recommend making a reservation as it is a lot easier to be seated on time. It is expensive, but 100% worth every penny.

First time ever at a steakhouse and glad it was here! First off…round of applause to all the staff, especially Whitney for being a great fun informative waitress! Everything came out perfect and let’s just say I could eat those mashed potatoes for life.

I sat at the bar. I ordered a Ribeye steak with Brian, the bartender. The steak and Brian's service were the best. I highly recommend and will repeat!!!

One of the best restaurants I have been to. The food is made out of quality ingredients and is heaven to the palate. For dinner I had the broiled salmon, which is a combination of sweet buttery blends and a hint of herbs. This dish was served with mashed potatoes and a glazed carrot. It was cooked to perfection and was so soft that it fell apart in every bite once it touched the roof of your mouth. I had an appetizer which consisted of a mix of sauced shrimp, and calamari, both which were delicious and crispy full of flavor. After that was a perfectly blended ceasar salad with the crispiest lettuce and the perfect amount of grated cheese which I'm wanting to assume it was parmesan but I'm not entirely sure. There was a big roll of bread and a square of butter, both which were very warm and melted in your mouth with every bite. Dessert was last, but it was the best I had ever tasted. Chocolate cake was so rich and soft, as well as spongy and moist. Then there was cheesecake which was sweet but not overwhelming and just so filling too. Everything about this place was amazing and the staff is very professional and very friendly. They will serve you what you need, and take really good care of you with professionalism and respect. They also provide valet parking, which is handled very professionally as well. I will definitely be dining here again soon!!!

Celebrated our tenth anniversary with a delicious meal! We absolutely love the atmosphere and service here. We shared the bone-in ribeye cooked medium and it was sliced for us to enjoy! We also had a cold water lobster tail each with smashed potatoes! The raspberry lemon drop martinis were very good! We ended the night with crème brûlée and took home chocolate and carrot cake!

We had the best experience tonight at Bob’s. We came for a few celebrations and had a 22 month old and a 5 month old. I held my 5 month old and the staff took my steak back to cut it up so I could eat with one hand THEN they proceeded to hold my son for me so our party could al eat. People truly make the place and the people at Bob’s have the best costumer service of any place I’ve ever been to - let alone at a steakhouse. Plus the food was so good! Zack (photographed here) is the best. Also 10/10 recommend him!

Service was awesome! Appetizer was the crabcake was all crab, could have been in Maryland. The veal chop was perfection! Beefy, juicy and too big to finish, leftovers!! My wife had the sea bass and it melted in her mouth. Food, wine, service is always the very best at Bob's in Grapevine... and that dessert was massive!!!

We were invited there as a complimentary dinner hosted by WinStar casino. Let me tell you, I was blown away after the appetizers of fried calamari, the biggest shrimp I've ever seen and steak skewers. I had the filet and lobster tail and absolutely amazing dinner.

Totally lived up to the hype as a solid steakhouse! Everything I ordered was absolutely perfect! Filet was amazing, cooked exactly the way I like it, and the creamed spinach was so good I ate the entire thing without sharing. Heck, even the pickled peppers were good! Would go back their anytime.

We celebrated my husband birthday last night. It was 10 of us and they surprised us and put us in the private dining room! It was amazing! The waiter and the manager were so sweet! Tonight's Dining Adventure takes takes us to... Bob’s Steak & Chop House – Grapevine Texas – (9/5/2017) I made my reservation several weeks ago in anticipation of travel. I’d be lying if I told you I wasn’t thinking about this for weeks… Zagat Rated… 4.6 Stars on Google with 178 votes… Seriously, what could go wrong?! As I get out of my Uber and approach the front door as if by magic, all the doors open. You get a great Vibe from the moment your foot hits the pavement. Promptly seated and offered a choice of booth or table, tonight I opted for the booth. My server, Keith was amazing. Extremely accommodating and worked the menu to my liking. I wanted less, but more if it. A variation of dishes scaled to size so that I could indulge yet not stuff. Keith’s recommendations were spot on! First out, around loaf of bread served warm with a square of room softened butter…Delicious. I only had a small piece for taste… Next a combination of the Grilled Shrimp wrapped in Bacon and topped with a BBQ Sauce and Seared Scallops over Sautéed Spinach and Garlic topped with Chipotle… Any time there’s Lobster Bisque on the menu, I partake… Rich stock… Chunks of Lobster meat garnished with Onions… Having had Lobstah Bisque in some of the finest restaurants in New England, I must say I was surprised that it was as good as it was. With your eyes closed, you’d swear you were in Maine… Only better that some of the places up there… Wow! For the main this evening… A 9 Oz Prime Filet prepared Medium… Pink center thruout. What can I say, I’m a Filet guy… Served with their signature Glazed Carrot… The first one was a degree or so over but they immediately replaced it with another that was just absolutely perfect. Baked Potato sliced, almost Potato Chip like, sautéed and topped with sautéed Onions and a Peppercorn Sauce… Green Beans Sautéed with Bacon, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic and pieces of Almond… God like, amazing! I call it; Green Beans “Bacon-dene”… Although the desert offerings were plentiful and extremely tempting, I exercised some minor form of control and just opted to finish with just my signature Cappuccino… Marc the Assistant General Manager and a Keith my server made this yet another great Dining Adventure! Outstanding service and food! They graciously let us in 10 minutes before closing and was super nice about it. Abel, server was so nice and knowledgeable. Seared duck breast was perfectly done and the sauce, sweet and tangy, pairs with it perfectly. The potatoes was slightly crispy and the gravy was meaty and delicious. My husband and I had a WONDERFUL time last night celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary at Bob's in Grapevine! We arrived when the doors opened, without reservations, and were seated in a wonderfully located booth for us - between a wall and another booth - my husband has trouble hearing with background noise, so this was perfect for us! Kyle did a great job taking care of us throughout our time there ... we don't drink alcohol and he didn't seem to care and treated us wonderfully (I know restaurants make a lot of their $ off alcohol and sometimes it bother them when people don't drink). The GM, Monte, visited our table when we arrived and he was so nice and kind - we visited a bit, laughed and he offered us a free dessert for our anniversary. My steak was cooked to perfection (a "touch" of pink) - the last steak I got in Dallas had to be returned because it was "red" and I couldn't eat it ... my husband said the crab cakes were great too! The smashed potatoes and carrot were yummy as well!!! I will say their bread is a FAVORITE of mine and I can eat it for my meal! It's REALLY hard for me to save room for my entree (I admit, I did eat a lot of bread and brought half of my meal home)!!! Dessert was epic and could have feed 4 people! Just look at that masterpiece! Monte and his staff at Bob's Steak & Chop House gave us a perfect anniversary dinner!! THANK YOU!! We'll be back!!!

If your in the area, this is by far one of the great steak houses. We were visiting family and they took us here on our last night. We would have been here every night if this had been our day one stop. Great job on food, service, and atmosphere. The deserts were great also.

Going to Bob's Steak & Chop House-GrapevineTx was the best decision that night, from the reception, we did not have a reservation and it was no problem to get a table in less than 5 min Sean Newsom was the best host and what can I say about dinner, it was delicious and the attention of our waiter Chase was the most comforting thing that night, very helpful, attentive, he did not neglect the table at any time, he was 100% focused on doing the best and he did it, a wonderful dinner with my family Brian and the children and my mother-in-law were enjoying the night and the pleasant dinner, I 100% recommend this place you will love it, I assure you it is clean, cozy, elegant, classy and with a very good atmosphere. And what to say, the chef deserves applause because our dinner was delicious. Thank you for serving us.

Exceptional service and atmosphere. We were greeted and engaged in conversation with several management personnel during our evening and they made us feel welcome and greatly appreciated! Very happy customer there for my daughter’s 26th B Day!

My fiancé and I got engaged right before we went to dinner to celebrate our one year of dating, which turned into an engagement celebration. The staff made us feel so welcomed! They loved us from a table to a booth once one became available, treated us to some celebratory drinks and dessert, and checked on us often to make sure we were okay and to give their congratulations. They even replaced my entire steak when they noticed it was cooked appropriately. And the food was amazing! The fried skillet potatoes, the carrot, and the banana rum bread pudding were top notch! And of course the steak! We will definitely be back for our celebrations!

The food was absolutely amazing. Amanda, our server, was fantastic—she knew the menu by heart and recommended some outstanding dishes. Her joyful presence added to the experience. I was celebrating my new job and the completion of my novel with my family, and everything was perfect. The steak was delicious, and the carrots were truly unique—I’ve never had carrots like that before! The drinks were generously poured, making the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, 10/10, and I plan to return soon! I forgot to take a photo but this was what was left over! The carrot cake was so unique!!! I loved it over the cheesecake.

Place is legit, and steaks are not a la carte, like most other steak houses this caliber. The lobster bisque is the best I have had in years, could be better than The Palms. Loved the carrot, quite tender and great flavor. The desserts were off the charts, the cakes esp the carrot cake were the highlights there. Great service, did feel like app's, app plates taken early, a little turn the tables quick type of feel. Expect all the domestic wines you could want on the list and more, also expect to pay 10-20% more than other lists.

Classic steakhouse. Good bar with all the essentials. Shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, ribeye, bread pudding and creme brulee. Can't go wrong. Grab a drink at the bar, celebrate something and have a wonderful meal.

We came to the grapevine location for my husband's 50th birthday! Food was good but the service was amazing! Andrew, our server was fun, attentive and knowledgeable! He suggested a great bottle of Trefethen Halo and it was really good! Thanks Andrew and Bobs for making his bday memorable!!

We went here for our anniversary it was fantastic. Food was great service was even better even got a tour of the Kitchen and the wine room Keith is the greatest. This is a romantic steakhouse with great personal staff. They took care of everything for us. Could not asked for more.

We were in town visiting for a few days, we will definitely be back. It was a 10/10 experience. Management, servers, hostesses, all fantastic and made it a special experience. Loved the moody atmosphere. And the food…..my goodness the food. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. If you have a special occasion or just a fancy date planned, just do it. Great location for a large group or couples dinner. The service team was on point and made the evening very enjoyable. The appetizers scallops were amazing, the calamari was buttery and seasoned perfectly. The wine selection is good. The steaks were good but lacked tenderness and seasoning. Might have been an off evening as it wasnt the same delicious steaks as previous evenings. Our waiter was amazing and provided everything needed for a fun time for our group of 10. Deserts were over the top. Huge portions and delicious. Great time. We will be back.

Always solid! Monte and the staff are top notch. Very professional and polite. Shout out to Shawn who always strikes up a conversation and is deeply knowledgeable about wine. Bryan, Jeff, and the bar staff are top notch. They are some of the best in the business. The food is very good and the drinks are well made. The filet is always hard to beat when dining here. However, you can't go wrong with any steak in the menu. The bacon wrapped shrimp is an awesome off menu appetizer.

So In town for work. Just wanted to grab a nice meal after a long day of travel and meetings. Walked in without a reservation and sat at the bar. The Tender was a great lady (uggg can’t remember her name) and she was absolutely amazing. Her recommendations were all fantastic. Get the rack of lamb. Unbelievably good. Well, let’s start with the bar…a three ounce pour of liquor helps get the evening started out on the right foot! Friendly bartenders and servers. Volleyball sized loaf of bread that is served warm melts in your mouth. Clay and Heather were bartenders one night and the next night Clay was our server. Excellent service both nights. Highly impressed at how the managers come around to check on things as well. Food is excellent and appealing to the eye as well. The spinach onion dip was da bomb, finished the night with a crazy brownie with a Texas sized serving of ice cream over it! Thanks to everyone from the guys at the door to the chef, servers, bartenders and dishwashers for a wonderful experience!

We went to Bob’s this evening to celebrate our son’s admission to NYU. It was our first time here. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Beautifully decorated, elegant and cozy at the same time. Our server, Shannon, was truly exceptional. She was knowledgeable about each dish, engaged each one of us in friendly conversation, and checked on us frequently throughout the evening, even though the restaurant was packed. The timing of the courses was perfect. Our waters were continually being filled. The manager came to our table to congratulate our son and chatted for a couple minutes. Bob’s is a well oiled machine. Impeccable service. Great food. Beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous dining experience! Our server was friendly and engaging. Lovely upscale ambiance. Cozy atmosphere. Perfect for date night, celebration dinners, or company divers. We noticed several large groups and small tables. Not too loud and easy to have a quiet conversation with folks at your table. Extensive wine and bourbon selection. Our field greens salad with vinaigrette dressing was fresh and flavorful. House bread loaf was provided. Our filet mignon was cooked perfectly. We ordered green beans and crab corn for our table of four and they were perfect size for the table to share. A potatoe and glazed carrot come with your meal. The mashed potatoes were whipped perfectly. We ended our meal with espresso martinis and dessert (chocolate brownie and cheesecake), which did not disappoint. This steakhouse was a perfect dining experience and we will definitely go back the next time we are in town.

There is no place that treats you like family like Bob's in Grapevine. The entire experience from beginning to end is top notch. The service is impeccable, and the people who I bring say the exact same thing. Jay, Keith and Monte consistently provide the highest level of service, even when it is extremely busy. There is always someone to check on how things are going. If there is an issue, they will always make every effort to make it right. The food is spectacular. The bread is always brought fresh. The Chopped Tomatoes, Onion and Fresh Mozzarella salad is delicious. I add the Nueske's bacon to it, and it is perfection. The steak is always well prepared with the perfect marble. I highly recommend the Wagyu Ribeye (a hidden item), but the Cote de Boeuf is also really good. The skillet fried potatoes with gravy is by far my favorite thing they have at this place, and the best part is that it comes with the entree. Even the carrot is really good. Finally, the deserts are always fresh and delicious. I particularly like the Cheesecake and Key lime pie. If you are looking for a reasonable but upscale steakhouse to go to, I highly recommend the Grapevine location of Bob's Steak and Chophouse.

Lookee here guys and dolls, I mean this is an experience at Bob's in Grapevine. It's authentic. They don't cut corners and they do not do anything that is not intentional. It really does not matter whether you are ordering a bourbon off their allocated menu (Jack 10 for me, $30 ... pour is trips) or a having a tomahawk, it's all grand. They tackle any request. Keith is personable. Mark is a gem. Brian is mixing an amazing old fashioned in pony kegs with Woodford rye that will knock your socks off. Plus they have images of every important Thoroughbred from the past 40 some odd years. Go ... you won't be disappointed.

Tristan our waiter was excellent…..very friendly and very professional! I had the NY strip and my wife had surf and turf. Both steaks were done perfectly and my wife , who is a native New Englander, said the lobster tail was delicious ! And the glazed carrot was a delightful surprise! We shared the creme brulee which was so creamy…..the best we’ve ever had! We each took a bite of the Amaretto cheesecake and took the rest home to enjoy tomorrow! And today was our 27 year anniversary and we were wished a Happy Anniversary by the manager, Tristan and the 3 girls at the front door. It was very nice!!! We give this a 12/10! Wow! Just wow! That was our reaction as we ate the amazingly juicy steak and garlic potatoes. We came to Bob’s for our 4th anniversary and they seated us at a cute secluded booth table away from the crowds. The ambiance was quiet and had great mood lighting. Our waitress Isabelle S. was truly welcoming and friendly. We wanted to put out a special mention that she made our anniversary very special. We ate our complimentary carrot cake we got for our anniversary back at the hotel. Even a few hours later it was still the best carrot cake we have had. Thank you Bob’s for a truly wonderful dinner and anniversary experience!

Came to Bob’s during a company national meeting. We had a private room for 35+ of us. The restaurant was pretty full, so I was initially worried that they would not be able to serve us all at the same time. I was rather impressed that our server was attentive, professional and polite. Met all our needs for drinks and food. They had a great wine selection and bourbons, too. Food was very good and served timely and hot. Steak was great. The seafood platter was very good, too. The whole big carrot thing was fun, but I’m not a cooked carrot kind of guy. Our whole party got in and out of there in 2 hours. Start to finish. Pretty impressive. Check it out.

The general manager, Monte, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and our waitress, Emma, was simply amazing. She didn’t just provide top-notch service; she also captured the special moment of our engagement on video, which we’ll cherish forever. A very good steakhouse with club setting. They do have a cigar room. If you don’t smoke, ask them to seat you away from the room. We seated near by and can smell the cigar. It’s not terrible but noticeable. I don’t smoke so -1 Star for me. The waiter - Chris - was prompted and knowledgeable. He recommended we get 3 cuts to share for 5 people. It is about right for us. For starters, they have bread and pickle on the table. Both of them are very good. We ordered shrimp and scallop for appetizers. The shrimps were bacon wrapped and served with BBQ sauce. The scallops cooked just right with awesome sauce on a bed of spinach- highly recommended. For the steaks, they were cooked right. But for sharing, you may want to order a little less done - for example, if you like medium you should order a medium-rare cuz it will be sitting in the middle and will be a little more cooked. We enjoyed the meal. On the pricy side.

This is supposed to be THE place for a steak in Dallas but two of the six people at our table received undercooked steaks. One other complained about lack of flavor. I ordered the Sea Bass and really loved it. The drinks and desserts all were flawless. Our server was excellent at keeping up with our many demands. Too bad the steaks were off.

I came here for my bestfriend birthday and I enjoyed the food. I had the scallops, onion rings, lobster bisque, and the rack of lamb with skillet potatoes and a carrot. I can't remember the steaks my other friends had, but they were tasty.

Old school steakhouse with a fire burning and sports memorabilia on the walls. The service was excellent, and we got our food fairly quickly. The drinks were excellent but the food was not the best. The sides were a little bland and my lamb was a little dry. The restaurant was incredibly busy for a Wednesday night so expect a wait.

My husband and I went here for my 65th birthday, the team worked with my daughters to bring in my grandbabies as a surprise. That was above and beyond service! My only complaint is about the baked potato which was undercooked. For a person who loves a good baked potato with my steak it took away from my meal experience. Had it not been for the undercooked potatoe I would have given my entire experience a 10/10.

Service could be better. When you compare them to Nick and Sam's or even Pappa Bros., not only can you taste the difference, but see the difference. Ambiance here is lackluster as well, I was disappointed.

Was a meh experience. Porterhouse was stringy as all get out. I'm not a steak snob but you pay 80 bucks for a steak, that better be perfect. My table mates got the bone in filet and said that was excellent. The "signature" potato side dish was pretty limp and cold. Lyonnaise type potato should be hot, crispy outside soft inside. Lobster bisque was world class, amazing. We were one of the last seatings of the night so don't think that's the prime time to go (7:30 rez) place is very nice, bar is great. Might try again.

Service from wait staff was excellent. However, the steaks for 2 of the 4 of us were not good. The 2 filets could not be easily cut, and had to be hacked at with the knife. Those filets were medium and medium well, so they should have been able to slice like butter. Which was all too bad since this is a steakhouse and the show of the meal was supposed to be the steaks. The other annoyance was the restaurant was uncomfortable. There are too many tables and chairs for the space. We had to walk thru the main seating area to another room for our table. The main area had a very narrow channel to walk around, there were wait staff and other guests constantly in the path, so everyone had find a nook to step aside past each other. In the dining room where our table was, it was so cramped. Another party whose table was at the back of the room had no access because tables and chairs were too close. Other seated guests had to get up and move chairs and scoot out of the way for the party to get thru to their table. The restaurant needs to remove a few tables and chairs to.make the dining space pleasant. My table was shoved up against a wall, and my arm kept hitting the garland decoration the whole time. Another person at my table was crammed up against a curtain at their back. It was uncomfortable..

I've heard such wonderful things about this place but I was completely disappointed. The service was sub-par. Felt like we were the red-headed stepchildren because we literally saw our waiter four times. My steak was literally 35% fat (and I know Ribeyes have more fat but that was literally TOO much fat). Also had to send the steak back of my guest because he ordered medium and it came out more rare than medium. And the steak was lacking in any seasoning. Truly, I felt like the steak was thrown on a grill and served. The atmosphere was great, but if I'm spending $200 for 2 individuals, I expect to have a better experience. I honestly doubt I ever return.

We’ve gone to this location for 6+ years now for various occasions, but every year for our anniversary. We usually go to see the decorations, but last two years they have been “late” getting them up. We understand. We also have received sub par service. The food has been great every time. The food has not been an issue. But this last time our server seemed very uninterested in us. By that I mean skipped over our table numerous times, would walk away while still talking to us about appetizers. At a restaurant like this I expect service to be top tier. I also had to walk to the bar due to my drink not being brought to me 20 minutes after ordering it. Prior time we brought a small issue up with the order. It was only taken care of when one of the managers came over due to us flagging him down. I’ve received better service at on the border. Has us looking at other places to dine from this point further.

We had a table for 7. The ticket was well over $800 which is what we expected but at this price point a waitress should have training on fine dining. 1. Do not just walk up and interrupt a conversation without an excuse me. 2. Pre-bus the table. Sprite bottles, extra bread plates, extra water glasses, used wine glasses all need removed before main course. 3. Ladies first on orders. 4. If tips are earned on a percent of sales it’s the good paying your way and the experience needs to be top notch. The waitress last night was less than acceptable. Do better Bob’s.

I was really excited to come here after reading good reviews. I was from out of town on business by myself. It was also very busy which was a good sign. I sat at the bar, and I was served in a reasonably fast. Service was good. Manhattan was excellent. I ordered the bone-in strip steak med-rare with blue cheese topping. I came here for the steak. The steak came out under seasoned, under seared, and the blue cheese topping was just too heavy. Not only that, but the steak was very chewy and the fat was not seared at all. I was very disappointed for a $60 steak. The best part about this meal was the free bread and butter, unfortunately.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share. The food did not meet expectations — particularly for a restaurant positioned as high-end. I ordered the filet expecting a straightforward, well-prepared steak. Unfortunately, only about half of it was truly enjoyable. The remainder had a tough, gristly texture with heavy char that overwhelmed the flavor. The garlic smashed potatoes were underwhelming, and the glazed carrot presentation felt unusual and didn’t add much to the plate. It was Valentine’s Day, and the restaurant was clearly busy. I did not have the opportunity to speak with management during the visit, but at this price point, I expected a more consistent experience. Based on this visit, I’m not inclined to return.

Dined here with a colleague last night, we shared the tomahawk steak prepared (rare) as recommended by the chef, lobster bisque, and we each had two glasses of red wine. Neither of us had eaten anything within the prior hours before dining. The server was excellent and the food was great at the time. However, when I couldn't make it to work this morning due to profuse vomiting, I thought maybe it was a fluke until I followed up with my colleague who was experiencing the same. This led to the conclusion that it was from our dinner last night. I called the restaurant and left my concern for food safety with a lady who was to pass on my info. to the manager and I was to wait for a callback. When this "manager" called me back he was extremely arrogant and told me, "I don't know what to tell you," and then listed how many steaks and bisques he sold that night and that he hadn't gotten any other phone calls. Obviously, this gentleman has no understanding of how food-borne illnesses, pathogens, etc. work. GREAT JOB hiring a "manager" without basic competence in how the food industry works. This is the type of reaction I would expect from a Chili's, not a fine dining establishment. When one drops $300+ on a dinner with a business partner and both end up ill, one would think that the management would care about the safety and quality of the food being served. I assume this "manager" thought I was looking for a refund, but this is not about the money this is about pure principle. However, due to this manager's complete disregard for a concerned patron and his incompetence alone, I will never dine at another Bob's and will be sure to let others know about my experience.

I come to this location often and generally spend a fair amount of money and tip over 50%. Well all that ended today. I was contacted by one of the Valets when parking my car. I came in on this visit to get a gift card for my employee of the month. The valet was rude and verbally assaulting me, quite frankly he was making a big misteak!! All this over parking a car, really worth loosing a client ?? Btw, I was parked in a proper parking spot. Moreover, one of the managers watched the verbal attack and obviously decided to not get involved as he should have but put his tail between his legs and ran inside. Typical for today. Bob’s will thrive, however with out my money, nor recommendations.
