This is one of the best burgers i ever had in my life so fresh the cashier was so friendly they brought the burgers to the table i ask for extra sauce with all the kindness she brought it was just perfect

Delish burgers! Everything is fresh and wonderful. Burgers run from a small 1/6 pound up to ginormous. Something for everyone. Tried Cheese Curds for the first time and they were great. Malts and Dole Whip were also exceptional.

If you’re ever in the mood for a burger, then Burgers and Cream in Grass Valley is definitely the place to go. I get their lettuce-wrapped burgers and usually steal a fry from who I am with and those hand-cut fries are yum! But one of the best things on their menu has got to be their milkshakes. Whether you prefer classic flavors such as chocolate or strawberry, or something more unique like peanut butter, they have it all! And let me tell ya – if you get the peanut butter milkshake, you won't regret it.

Burger & Cream is definitely a place to add on your to try list. I ate at the other location off 49 & 80 in Auburn and it was excellent. After a fun day at Empire Mine wifey and the kids were cracking a good burger. After a quick search on Yelp, Burger & Cream came up. I don't remember what we all ordered but all were very delicious. We also tried Gouda Cheese Bites and they're phenomenal. Also to mention the restaurant is very clean and the employees are friendly. 5 stars

Amazing place to get a burger! I make sure to come here every time I'm in town. I usually order the New Fashion, Double D, Free Bird, Waffle Fries, and Onion Rings. I've also tried some of the other burgers as well. The portion sizes are good and I'm always satisfied. The taste is great and the burgers are always cooked to perfection. Also, they have the option to substitute gluten free bread which tastes great as well. Make sure you ask for burger sauce and ranch so that you can dip everything in it. I've been here at least 10 times and will continue coming back.

We recently discovered Burgers and Cream in Grass Valley — a new addition to what appears to be a growing chain — and it turned out to be a very pleasant find. The overall experience reminded us of Five Guys Burgers and Fries, but honestly, the burgers here might be even better. It’s a bit comical that their “small” burger starts at one-third of a pound, but that just means you’re guaranteed a hearty meal. We both ordered the small burgers, and each of us thoroughly enjoyed them — juicy, flavorful, and freshly made to order. Next time, we plan to branch out and try the fries or onion rings, and most importantly, their ice cream (it’s in the name, after all!). All in all, Burgers and Cream is a great find in Grass Valley — good food, generous portions, and a fun, casual atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

My husband got one for us to split which was the cherry malt and it was very good. It seem like a place that teenagers hang out which is so nice to see. Ill be coming back very soon. I came in for a quick snack. While parking I learned a friend of a friend's husband had died. As I walked in I could not hold back my tears. A perky young girl working there asked if I was going to be alright. She immediately came around the counter and hugged me. She sincerely said "I'm really sorry for your loss, really" I thanked her and waited for my food. She continued to look over at me, just kind of checking on me. I thought that was so So sweet. The food here is great and everybody knows it, but I'll keep coming back because the sweet humanity she showed for no other reason than she is a great person. Although my loss is great, I left a bit happier then when I came. That is great service. Thank you for the adorable girl with pink streaks in her dark hair.

The pepper jack is hot! 💥 The food and frozen treats were absolutely delicious. The fries are amazing - some of the best anywhere. The board says all burgers are cooked to medium but ours was definitely more well than that so you might want to order it med-rare if you like a little pink in the middle. Drinks, ketchup & mustard are self-serve, and you can request ranch & BBQ sauce at the counter. Overall, a really delicious lunch and we’ll make it a regular stop when traveling through GV.

None of that frozen store bought patties that taste like nothing: the real stuff! Service 4 stars as it was a little long to get our food BUT I'll allow it considering that everything is cooked on request which contributes to the delicious taste! Highly recommend!

Pbandc twister was really good. Both the spicy burger and the new fashion we delicious. I recommend the onion rings and waffle fries.

Great food and service. People were great and place was clean. It was a bit pricey for lunch. $24. First burger on the menu (forget the name, but was a normal burger with one beef patty) onion rings and a soda.

The food is fire but 4stars for only having a guac sauce option and not actual avocados

The Grass Valley, California Burgers and Cream is a great place to visit for lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking and easy in and out. The staff here are kept busy by the constant rush of customers. Seating inside or outside. Portion sizes are fairly small for the prices but the food is very tasty. Lots of choices on the menu from hot dogs, hamburgers, or fish and chips. Numerous options for ice cream from cones to sundaes.

The food was good but my fish was not a golden color but dark which means little over cooked, milk shake was delicious, little too pricy for what we ordered. The resteraunt was very clean and staff very nice.

My only concern is that the Mac&Cheese bites are more like Mozzarella sticks than they are something worth $6.50. Everything else was great and fairly priced. This was the only disappointment I was expecting more.

When 20 some percent pops up on the board as a suggested tip, UP FRONT, for a restaurant that does not offer full service, it is a money grab! The amount of a tip is determined based on the level of full service received! That being said, the grilled chicken sandwich is really consistently good! As are the fries. I'm trying really hard to get in the habit of carrying cash.

The sides were good but they came from a box. My burger was overcooked and fell apart. There is some sort of back pallet seasoning that I really dislike, almost like those stir fry packets you get from the store. My wife liked her bean burger. The place is very small and feels crowded. It's very loud in there, making conversation impossible. Lots of people seem to like the place but it's not for me. I just wanted a really good burger and this did not hit the spot.

I was not impressed with my burger which is weird because I usually am at burger and cream. So it may have been a fluke. Nice service though and good fries. Love the atmosphere.

Ordered 2 burgers and a large fry. Got started on the food and realized there was multiple long black hairs in both the burgers. Called the store and spoke with the manager, andrea, she told me to come back before 7 and get a refund, so I returned a few hours later and was met with extremely rude attitude. They refused me the refund just spent $40 on food I cannot eat. I Do not recommend this place!!!

I came to the establishment to have a nice date with my girlfriend. The service was terrible The waitress was very arrogant and rude. I did not appreciate the environment. Overall it was very hostile and hard to enjoy. I would never recommend this establishment. When I got my food, there was hair in it And they would refuse to give me my money back or replace my food

My family and I went there for our first experience a couple of weeks ago, and the service was horrible. I would give them a negative one star if I could. We waited about 50 minutes for our food to be served. It was obvious the service was terrible when other partiants were being sympathetic for us to wait that long, and they were served after we placed our order. I requested to speak with the manager and was told she was too busy. Even after there were no customers waiting for their food. I was told by the cashier that we would be refunded, but that never happened. It was never about being refunded, but I wanted to speak with the manager for feedback. The food was OK, but it was nothing to rant about. The atmosphere was clean and nice. I have always wanted to support local business, but after that, I will never want to go back there again.

Slower than a snail foods good but not worth the wait

It cost $18 for ONE hamburger and is was BLAND. I also got a hotdog for about $8 and it was really super generic. Not anything special or dressed up. Just a tiny bit of diced onion and tomatoe. And when i say tiny i mean they used 1/8th of a small tomatoe and they tinest spoonfull of onion. With a 3 dollar drink plus tax the total came out to 31 dollars. 31 dollars for 1 hanburger. 1 hot dog. And 1 medium drink Not any free fries >-<

While waiting for service at ATT next door. I went too this place for a quick bite! $17.50 For A Hot Dog!......A Hot Dog! I Would Rather Buy 5 Gallon6Of Gas....
