I’ve visited several Starbucks locations, and unfortunately, this one doesn’t quite measure up. The coffee here doesn’t taste as good as the same drinks I’ve ordered at other branches. If you’re planning to work from this location, keep in mind that the music is quite loud, and the poor acoustics make it easy to hear loud chair movements. Taking phone calls can also be difficult, as background noise can interfere with conversations. On the positive side, the bathrooms are usually clean in the morning. The service is decent overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Really dissappointed that my 5 pumps of caramel had next to nothing compared to the standard 3 pumps. Having the correct drink match its label should be pretty simple to do.

This is the only Starbucks in the area so they get slammed. Went on a Saturday afternoon. The drivethru line was long and slow. Customer service was good. Friendly staff. Management needs to staff more of them on a weekend. But definitely need to make sure you ask for light ice and hope your cup is full. Ordered a venti matcha latte and it was 3/4 full of liquid and more then 3/4 full of ice. Prob got a smalls worth of latte if that. Pretty bad that Starbucks teaches them to serve this way.

Usually my experience with this Starbucks location is good. But tonight my orders were incorrect and I was charged regular price although I used my own personal cups. I was running behind schedule otherwise I would have taken the time to have them correct my orders and receipt. It was near closing so next time I'll walk in instead of drive thru.

Very disappointed when it took 15 minutes to get two cake pops. When I paid they asked my name and made me wait for what seemed like forever. The cake pops were within reaching distance from the cashier. Geez take my money, get a bag, put them in and hand it to me for goodness sake!

The worst Starbucks I've ever visited. My Trenta black ice tea with no water was not like any other including those in Hong Kong, Manila, Cagayan de oro. I questioned the drive thru why it was so weak and clear he handed it back an said the manager disputed my claim as she made it. I threw it out of the truck upon leaving. Rude and obviously they ran short of tea and tried passing it off as with no water.

very clean inside but absolute horrible service, the workers have no idea what they’re doing. I went today, but the lady working messed up my order three times. No offense but is a panini really that hard to remember? Instead she gave me a ham & swiss croissant and messed up my drink. Genuinely annoying not getting what you want so i hope she pays better attention. Especially since this isn’t her first time messing up.

I have been to this location about 4 times and it has to be the slowest drive thru I have experienced at any Starbucks. On December 14, 2024 I was in line 25 mins and when I finally got to the window I still had to wait for my tall hot latte. I won't be back.

We have tried the drive thru repeatedly over the years. It is always an unreasonable wait. Today I was in line for over 30 minutes. Each car was a 5+ minute pause at the window. I can’t figure it out. But I can’t wait in this drive thru again. Don’t use this service if you need to be somewhere on time.

I sat in the drive through for 45 mins the service is nit great! There time management sucks and they forget people have places they need to be. One of the slowest coffee places I have ever been to. And I grew up with this Starbucks. I’m disappointed! It shouldn’t take 10 mins a car!!
