Campechano and Suadero Street Tacos 10/10
Comida muy sabrosa , 100% recomendado
We ordered Tacos and Birria Bombs and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend coming here!
Service was amazing the food was outstanding!!! Came here with my family and was very impressed . For sure will be coming back.
Food was very delicious , highly recommended
This place is incredible, the Quesa birria was really good. The best I've ever had
Best manudo i've ever had!
Nicest people, best tacos in Greenville!
Fast friendly service and the order was plentiful and the staff tended to my needs without asking 🙂
Good food and a clean place and the drinks r REALLY GOOD 👍🏾
Good food, great prices
Was soooo good.
Definitely solid.
Best tacos in town!
Great tacos.
Great food
Great food and a decent price
I always have a great experience when I go here. Staff is always attentive and kind. The food I think is AMAZING my dad when he’s in town looks forward to eating there. Super glad they are closer to this side of town now just gotta make sure I watch my figure lol
Got the machete, our server was super friendly & food was amazing with the handmade tortilla! My kids loved it too. Will def be back
Let me tell you! Great feeling when i first entered with greetings and menus. Then the food was amazing to say the least! Our waitress Malinda was so nice and respectful to our needs. Thank you! My family will be back soon
If your looking for something a bit different in a mexican restaurant, this is the place. My children all tried something new to them (usually it's always nachos, tacos or chicken nuggets) and they all loved their food. My oldest tried the Birria Bombs and I just had to have a taste. They were fantastic! The only negatives I have is that the atmosphere is plane and basic (feels fast foodish), and that all drinks (including water) are bottled. Hopefully they are working on this. They still get 5 stars from me! Hoping to go back soon to try the Asada Fries and am excited to try some of their breakfast served all day menu.
Very underrated place. I've been here with my family now 4 times, food, service has been perfect every time. Highly recommend.
This is the second time we have ordered from your place and it is so delicious! Well done!
Delicious food, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, we'll be coming back SOON!
Wonderful food and great service. Everything we had was delicious 😋
Definitely the primera madre. 10/20 highly recommend. Also dontate some supplies to the bathroom for the moms they have the best changing room ❤️🙏Could have used some diapers for the emergency but bless you for trying.
Hard to find good tacos, I really enjoyed these. I’d post a picture but they didn’t survive the ride home.
Good food and good service. Can't go wrong with the street tacos and the aguas frescas.
Really good place with real Mexican tacos ! Salsas where really good and spicy 🌶️, good service!
My husband and I tried this place for the first time a few days ago and absolutely loved it he got the street tacos and i got two carne asada gorditas with rice and beans. The food and service was amazing. I can’t wait to come back & bring my mom and friends. Everyone was kind and friendly. The food was a 10/10 for us.
Tacos are the best! Steak meat was excellent, moist and tender. Service was quick and friendly. Worth your time! Inside is nice for those who dine in.
I ordered the carnitas quesadillas with beans, rice and extra side of birria bombs, everything was perfect—from the warm, attentive service (shoutout Melinda, thank you!) to the delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I tried the gordita and it was very good! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend it if you’re stopping by – I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.
Ordered take out. Got an Asada burrito and it was 8.9/10. Delicious. Guacamole could use some salt but other than that, it was great.
Absolutely delicious. We got the taco plates with beans and rice. It was easily some of the best tacos I've had! We will be back.
I’ve been to Taco’n Madre Primo a couple of times now, once for breakfast and once for lunch, and both experiences were great! The customer service is always excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely welcome the moment you walk in. The food has been delicious every time. Especially the Birria Bombs!!! 10/10 Menudo was fresh and flavorful, and lunch didn’t disappoint either. Everything came out hot and well-seasoned. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The place is clean, has a nice atmosphere, and the service is fast without feeling rushed. The lady working there was so sweet and even offered to put on Netflix for my kids, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even better 😊
First time here. The staff was very kind and helpful, ready to serve. I came to try the Birria Bombs and man they’re so good!! Full of flavor with that crunchy texture. 😋 I’m not a hot Cheetos fan but it was perfect for this! I’d definitely come back.
Best Flan I have ever had. Amazing and attentive staff. Everything was fabulous! We will definitely be coming back!
First time at this location and it was amazing the when you walked in the vibes were 💯 the music it reminds me of what my mom use to listen to (bronco, Jenni Rivera , Rocio ) 💯 and the food and aguas frescas 💯 !!!! They gave us some chicharrones 🙂 My husband got tacos 2 barbacoa 1 tripa with rice and beans with a melon agua fresca and I got a huarache de carne asada with an horchata 🙂 Will definitely come back here 🙂
We decided to try Taco’n Madre Primo and were blown away. I ordered the taco plate with pollo (chicken) and my wife grabbed a mix of tacos. They were incredible. Succulent, tasty and just proper. I could have eaten ten more they were so good. The staff was excellent and during our visit - taking care of all of our needs. I couldn’t ask for more. Loved the music and ambience of the restaurant. Plenty of parking to the side which is nice. Pricing was also great. For the two of us it was under $30 which was nice. Overall we loved it and will return! Highly recommend.
Really cool design with the Mexican states on the tables, Unfortunately the air conditioning was struggling a bit so a little stuffy. I got the machete half pork and half beef. I did not regret that decision very delicious and the house made Corn tortilla was very tasty and soft. 11/4/25 returned and the air felt much nicer in the fall had the baria quesadilla very good. A new favorite in town.
This was our first visit and it was fantastic. The service was super responsive and joyful. They serve breakfast all day so we changed our minds and tried breakfast! It was fantastic! One of us had breakfast tacos and the other was the scrambled egg platter with bacon with refried beans and potatoes. Wow! The taste was phenomenal. The Horchata was delicious. I’m a texture person, and while the Churros had a filling, the filling was not overwhelming. Definitely a restaurant to visit; you won’t be disappointed!
Real deal Mexican food with a great price and atmosphere. Only thing missing is being able to order a margarita but they allow BYOB for now. The agua frescas was wonderful, fresh guacamole and chips, amazing flavor in the tacos, rice and beans. Also ordered a caramel churro for dessert. Can’t wait to come back and try the breakfast tacos and other lunch options like the tortas and birria queso tacos.
First Time In With The Family For Breakfast. Everything And Everyone Was Wonderful. They Gave Recommendations And Accommodations With The Menu. Will Definitely Come Back. And Soon.

Had the birria bombs and pastor tacos! They were so freaking good!
Melinda was the best server there. She made us feel like we are family. The food here is amazing! The menudo made me feel warm and cozy inside. My husband who is spice intolerant was also able to get mild chorizo and scarfed it down. I will be here every weekend from now on.
I've loved taco'n Madre since they've been on Oneal. Since they have a sit down place we love coming here to eat and its much closer to us. Only a 3 minute drive 😁 The service so far has been wonderful and the food quality amazing.
Second trip here. HIGHLY recommend!! The Fresca was awesome! Great flavor, very refreshing. The churro was AMAZING!! Staff is very friendly and has a very inviting atmosphere
Our favorite Taco spot, never disappoints! Al Pastor is unbeatable! Gorditas are the bomb! Last but not least, the agua frescas are perfect every time!
My favorite taco spot in Greenville. The food is amazing. They are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming.
Our family went for our first time today and we were absolutely blown away by this place! Everything we ordered was just amazing, the flavors of everything, including their table salsas and drinks were incredible. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. We seriously couldn’t have had a better experience. My husband was already talking about what he was going to try the next time we come before we even left! Highly recommend this spot, we can’t wait to go back!

Great breakfast we'll be back for sure
My friends and I work at a really good Mexican restaurant, so our expectations are high. We really enjoyed our breakfast and aguas frescas. We had horchata and agua de pepino. (I’ll ask for half the sugar in my drink next time.) Be prepared to wait because the aguas (drinks) and food is made fresh. It’s worth the wait! Just as a FYI: They do not serve coffee nor chips & salsa. But everything is delicious! Can’t wait to try their lunch.
My apologies. I did misunderstand and we love the asada street tacos! Every Tuesday is taco day here.
Not the best for me
We normally eat here every Tuesday and get the birria pizza , today something was really off. the consome tasted like fatty water no seasoning the pizza was just as bad fatty meat barely any cheese. Also they should put down in the pizza box the bottom of the pizza stuck to the box.
The birria balls were promising but the hot Cheeto coating was burned so that definitely negatively affected the taste. But will definitely try again and hopefully they’re prepared better🙂
The food is great but It’s not “omg this is amazing” great. It gets the job done. The service is the worse I’ve had in a while. Irene was our waitress and she had the worst communication. I didn’t know what was going so the our order. We waited over an hour for our food, and saw everyone else get their food before us. Even people who came in to place an order way after us. I had to wait to get silverware after my food came, I had to wait for drinks, and I had wait longer for my food because they had to make something else due to them running out of chicken. Ashley just stood there the entire time. I understand she’s a hostess but she did nothing the entire time. There was one woman who literally catered to all the tables. She didn’t have a name tag but she was short and very sweet. The restaurant isn’t as family friendly. They had a music video playing with naked women on one tv and another with cartoons.. not sure how they go hand in hand. Don’t bring a baby here. If you need to change your baby, you’ll have to do it on the floor. The bathrooms have no changing table. Just save yourself some time and go to a food truck instead. Only thing that was amazing was the horchata.

Really?? 16 bucks for 5 tacos?? They aren’t even big at all and just provided 1 sauce, they told me that my order was gonna be ready in 20 minutes so I went to wait in my car for 10 minutes and as I walked back on there the order was ready not even a notification that it’s ready…tacos are ok but there service is not that great
This place is absolute basura. Do not recommend.
Ordered bera tacos to go suppose to have 3 tacos in the order only 2 in the container 13 dollars for 2 tiny tacos not good
Flavors were okay, though the meat was a bit bland. My main concern is that there was chicken in my meat plate, which raises serious food safety questions. Cross-contamination doesn’t seem to be taken seriously, which could be dangerous for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. I also wonder if the staff have proper food handler certification, as these practices suggest a lack of attention to safe food handling. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning and can’t recommend this establishment.
Normally you get chips and salsa, Not here, you get a snack. Also if you continue with that snack, at least put a Valentina to go with it 🫣 But really, chips and salsa are the traditional we expect in a Mexican restaurant. Anyway, Fajitas are not fresh. You ask for a soda and they brought me a can soda, no ice, no cup. 🤦🏻♀️ You can smell a little bit of sewer as you walk in. Not the real Mexican food for me. Scratch out of my list for me ❌ 📝
Instead of canceling my delivery order they only did a drink. Waited an hour for my food for just a drink. Just for the receipt to say out of stock. Thanks for wasting my time
Worst street tacos, poor quantity and quality food, poor costumer service, they almost mop our feet during our stay there. Expensive than other better places like food trucks, the place is very dark and hot no proper air conditioning.
I was reluctant to post this because Ive been a member of this community for almost 30 years and we believe in small businesses, but our last experience was the cherry on top. I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and all I can say is if the owners read this, I hope you have a talk with your employee named Melinda or Miranda or something like that. She does not need to be dealing with customers, remember word of mouth advertisement can make you or break you, and although we will not be going back, this place has a lot of potential.
The new location is NOT good, they had old guacamole it wasn’t edible. And burnt taco meat, and not a lot of cheese in the quesadillas. The other location was way better.
This place was absolutely terrible. I feel like since they opened this new location they just don’t care about the quality of their food. The meat has no flavor it taste like grease & the portion size on the food was a joke. We ordered 2 asada fries (loaded fries with queso) & 2 hot cheetos burritos, when we got home the asada fries box was pretty empty and barely had any queso!! & the burrito were mostly tortilla & rice. I wish I would’ve taken pics. All for $63!! Will never come back.
Paid $14 for three street tacos at Taco Madre Primo’s on Wesley St, and it was a huge disappointment. Each taco was overloaded with cilantro and onions and had almost no pollo—maybe two tablespoons of finely ground chicken per taco, at best. Street tacos should be about the meat, not a pile of garnish. For that price, I expected a fair portion of protein, not tiny corn tortillas full of onions with a hint of chicken. Definitely not worth $14, and I won’t be back.
The food was decent, but the service was disappointing. It took far too long to get our food, even though it was just me, a couple of friends, and two other people in the entire restaurant. Our server was unprofessional—one moment she was polite, the next she was rude. As soon as we walked in, she made a snarky comment because none of us heard her. This is unacceptable. Also she forced me friend to tip wayyy too much seemed very greedy and she needs a reality check. Y’all should be much more careful about who you hire and ensure they actually want to provide good service.
