What can you say about Snuffer's that hasn't been said. I mean simply one of the beat burgers and loaded fries combo there is. The fact that Snuffer's taste the same as it did 20+ years ago says volumes. They really do always knock it out of the park for me.

First time eating at Snuffers, I was very happy with the service, the atmosphere and most importantly the food. My server was very attentive, she took my drink order and my appetizer. I had the cheddar fries with bacon. Very good choice, I placed my order of chicken fried chicken with a house salad and mashed potatoes. The food was very good, not salty, not over cooked. It was very good. I look fwd to going back and trying other dishes on the menu.

Snuffer’s is nothing more than an INSTITUTION in Texas. My wife has been coming here since she was in college and it has grown to now include multiple locations. The food at this location is just as incredible!! The cheese fries are remarkable. Probably one of the top dishes in the world! The marinated grilled chicken sandwich and quesadilla are phenomenal as well. We never miss a chance to stop by one of the locations when traveling through Texas.

The service was great and so was the food. I was in a little rush so I had to pick up the food. I walked in and was greeted immediately and was told the food was ready and they were about to bring it out. Within 3 minutes, I was waking back out into my car with the young lady in tow helping to carry the food into the car. She was a great help. 👍 I expect the food to be good but the service makes it go a long ways 👍

What can I say? They're the best! Most affordable, delicious, speedy food and service around! People are ALWAYS cool, professional, friendly and helpful. Y'all rock! Oh, another day... Fried pickles, buffalo chicken,.. margarita happy hour 4-7.... Wowzas!!!! Friggin delicious. Check out that burger!! Their menu is stellar. I also deliver with door dash, I think these guys are the only restaurant that treats us drivers with respect. This little peasant appreciates it! ❤️🤣

My fiance, my son, and I went for a family night out and the food was good but the service was ok. I ordered a Dr.Pepper and was given a glass of water. We asked another server for the Dr pepper and didn't get it. Then we found our regular waiter and finally got the Dr pepper. We got the nachos as an appetizer. I got the avocado bacon burger, Jason got the classic burger and my fiance got the triple club sandwich. Everything was hot and fresh. Jason got a brownie with ice cream to take home. I took a bite and it was amazing! Definitely would go back

My husband and I came here tonight and we were disappointed with the quality of food we received. The service was great, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1. As an appetizer we got cheese fries, which were great, but expensive. For our mains, I got the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese and my husband got the patty melt with onion rings. The chicken smelled, looked, and tasted like oil. I actually couldn’t taste the chicken. With one piece of the chicken, I pierced it with the fork and oil spurted out almost an inch. The Mac n cheese was great, but the mashed potatoes were dry and excessively peppery, to the point there was only pepper flavor. Same for the gravy. My husband said his patty melt was good enough, but the onion rings were soggy and flavorless. No crunch and almost no flavor. We were also charged extra for a side of ranch. Overall, disappointing to spend so much money on a sub-par meal. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Used to love going here, but now that the cheese fries are $17 and the burgers can never be consistent in cooking to “some pink”, it’s raw or overdone and the spider webs in the windowsills. I wonder what the kitchen looks like.….we can’t take the family for an average costing meal anymore.

You sit yourself. I was a bit bummed with trying this place. The patty meat had NO FLAVOR what so ever and was dry. Customer service lacks! Our waiter hardly ever checked on us, she seamed all over place lost. We always had to ask another waiter for something, and it was not a busy evening. Brownie dessert was not good almost as if it store bought cheep quality. Only thing good was their nachos and pickle chips. Wouldn’t come back.

Service is not consistent. The wait was to long for two burgers. The mushrooms were not cooked all the way and very oily. The burgers were okay but the bread was a little too toasted and they were not hot. This time we had a good server but overall the service seems to be dropping every time we have visited even when the place is not packed.

I have eaten at this Snuffer’s many times. I usually reserve posting a review because the service is always mediocre. Today the service was actually decent. However, I’m giving a very low rating because they charged me for a side of mustard for my hamburger. When I questioned the server, she said that they have to charge for any condiments that are not part of the meal. This makes no sense to me since ketchup sits on the table and I know for a fact that mustard actually cost less than ketchup at a store. I’ve posted a picture of my receipt so you can see for yourself. The owners/manager of this restaurant really need to get a grip on what they’re doing to their customers. I understand paying for a side of sour cream or a side of ranch dressing, but mustard is something that comes on a hamburger and so it makes no sense why they would charge extra for it. This is the first time I’ve been to this Snuffer’s in months because of poor service. Today may well have been the last time. My food was served cold, all the toppings for my cheese fries were served on the side instead of on top of them which meant they were not melted into the cheese, and based on the look of the cheese, they had been sitting for a long time before they even came to my table.
