Just two girls shopping on a sunday, a quick car snack??? YES PLEASE! No where seemed appealing so we kinda just rolled up. The DT speaker? 10/10 customer service. Spoke clearly and super nice. At the window? They almost RACED to get our food out and took less than 30 sec! We went and parked to chow down and even with as fast as we got our good, they did not sacrifice any quality either, Hot, clearly fresh food, and the JUCIEST chicken ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I don’t know what the complainers are complaining about. Maybe they should eat at gross Greenville KFC . Normal y I cannot eat at a restaurant in Greenville because they are dirty. Let’s not forget Taco Burin Hunt countians at e at for years lol This place has better chicken than the other 2 near it. The fried pickles are some of the best I have ever had! Hunt county is just full of ignorant people who like to complain. Thank you for a clean restaurant, excellent service and food!

My fiance and I went for dinner. This our first time going! We were greeted when we walked in, our order was taken, and we received our food in a timely manner. I had the #5 which was a kick'n chicken sandwich meal. My fiance had the 3 chicken finger taco meal and then he ordered the loaded fries! Our food was hot and tasted great! We were checked on a couple of times to make sure everything was good. I decided as we were leaving I wanted a strawberry lemonade so my fiance went and got me one and let me tell you, those are addicting! Overall a good experience!

Chicken was tender, however the coleslaw could of had more dressing & wish the fries were cooked more crispier (assuming the way it’s cooked is by corporate standards). Service was nice and patient . Will re-visit to try other new menu items

We're big fans of Zaxbys so we hope this one improves. We expected a long wait to order. What we didn't expect was waiting over 10 min for their credit card machine to load so we could pay. This happened to every person. So what would've been a 10 to 15 min total was, turned into an hour. We even offered to pay with cash instead, and the clerk said they couldn't do that. Other issues were them having no soft drinks. Lemonade and tea only and both were very bad. They also wouldn't let us order a funnel cake or cheese bites and couldn't tell us why. On the plus side, once we ordered, we only had to wait about 5 min for food. We won't return to this location for a while.

Pretty basic fast food. It was nice and fresh. Pretty much like other chicken fingers but they do offer a few more things. The price was great.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the quality has been consistently poor. The fries arrive stale, soggy, and with a strong smell of old frying oil. The chicken tenders look and taste like they’d been sitting out too long. I initially thought the issue was due to delivery, but after several orders, it’s clear this is a recurring problem.

Love Zaxbys food, but this location seems to have management issues. Staff tries and has been friendly, however management related issues make service very hit or miss. I have been in when it took over an hour to get food due to staffing issues. I was in today and the carbonated drinks were unavailable. To make matters worse,, yhe nozzles for all carbonated drinks were removed which resulted in customers being sprayed. To top it off, the "sweet" tea was not sweetened and only artifical sweetners were available. Additionally the system had both water and carbonated water, but they were unmarked as to which was which resulting in getting sprayed just trying to get water. I've tried to give this location a chance, but doubt I will be back. Sad as I really like Zaxbys

The restaurant was clean. The cashier was nice but wasn't able to tell us much about the taste of the zaxby sauce. The chicken tenders were a decent size but very dry. We probably will not go back.

Overrated!! Our food was on the over seasoned extremely salty that it lost flavor. The fried pickles are on the expensive size almost $6 for them and it’s like they count them for you. They didn’t put our sauces. Tenders were okay on the smaller size it hardly had any chicken on them. On the taco the chicken wasn’t even half the size of the tortilla. Over all unhappy with this place. They need to cut back on the salt/seasoning. Wouldn’t recommend. Big disappointment! Rating one start because our food was hardly eatable due to the saltiness. Like no joke.

Ordered the new surf and turf box last night My shrimp was literally black and so burnt when I tried to eat it , it literally turned to dust in my mouth. Spending over 40$ on food only to get home and have something Inedible - I honestly don’t think this location will last very long. I used to go here all the time and it is horrible. I don’t know how you have zero cars in the drive-through and just one customer and you still managed to mess that up especially when you’re paying so much 100% will never go back

Feb/2026 By far the worst fast food chicken place in Greenville. $15 for the surf n turf basket. The fried shrimp was cold and overcooked. The tiny chicken strips were rubbery. No cocktail sauce for the shrimp. I asked, the attendant said, just use the sauce we gave you. The fries were good. Will not go back. I now know why this location is never busy.
