This Jersey Mike's is one of the best, the staff is so friendly. The store was fairly busy but I couldn't tell with how fast they had my order ready. Every table was clean, and the bathrooms had everything working. I'm so thankful there is one in Greenville.

This is the 3rd visit I’ve had to this new location and I can say without a doubt each time my experience has been top notch. I am typing this review from the parking lot after I just received stellar service from Aliyah (i May be spelling her name wrong). She showed me how to sign up for rewards, and was just so kind and went above and beyond during my interaction with her while paying for our order. We will certainly be back here time and time again, not only for the great food-but for the amazing service. It is rare to find people who are kind while providing a service, but the staff here are truly a cut above.

Best sandwiches around, hands down! The Number 7 Mikes Way is my all time favorite, but there’s something for everyone. The tuna sandwich is outstanding. if you like an extra kick, I always add pepper relish and mustard, & Mikes Way. Messy, but delicious!! Hot sandwiches I really like are Philly Cheese Steak, add jalapenos. Their new chicken hot Italian sandwich is amazing!

Service is great. One of my favorite sandwich shops. This location is consistent. Only downside is the seating area is a bit small.

This place is great! The food, service, the owner is very nice and willing to talk with the customers, and is very helpful. In my honest opinion, this isn't the cheapest sandwich place, but it's well worth the money. You get what you pay for! As for me that other 'Sub" place doesn't exist anymore. I'm so glad they opened up here in town!! Plus as a bonus, they also have Gluten free bread, which let my wife have a sub finally after a whole year. She was thrilled!

Great food. Great service ! Even better than other jersey mikes EDIT. 2ND trip was very different. The gluten free bread was inedible on a Saturday night. The sandwich was kinda bland. I ordered on the app and it was ready 10 minutes after the app said. Also who pours vinegar directly on to the bread!? I dont want a vinegar sponge.. .smh

Delicious. I tried them about two weeks after they opened in Greenville and it was okay. However, they food that I got today was exceptional. Fantastic!!!

Firehouse used to have my favorite sandwich. Now it's Jersey Mike's portabella and swiss! It was really good even though it took GrubHub an hour to get it to me. I can only imagine how great it would have been if I could have eaten it right away!

I let him know I will not be eating it so I would like a refund. He proceeded to tell me he will have to call me back later to do that. Just walked in and looked at the food pre area and grill and it is very nasty. It seems the only time that its clean is during the lunch hour on a weekday. I say its the assistant manager thats the problem because he always has an attitude and the crew of school age guys that do not wash their hands. I littlerally watched one come from the restroom still zipping up his pans and go straight to the grill. Not eating here ever again after 2 on a week day.

I order from here a lot but here lately they have messed up on 3 of my orders, and each of them have gone to the trash! Either they put the vinegar on my sandwich that says ON THE SIDE, or they have me waiting 45 min for some bread cause they ran out when they said it would be 15 min. Then they just decide to give you whatever they have without a little decency to say heyyy by the way. Then when you say something they get all defensive. I’d rather drive to a different location where they don’t mess up all the orders!
