I did a pick up order and:’ Rancid sweet tea Did not include the extra side I ordered No barbecue sauce for my sandwich (luckily I had some sauce at home) I gave it 2 stars because what I did eat was good and the employee at window was nice Too far to drive back, but I am disappointed. I wish Sonny’s would come to Columbus. They never disappoint.

The item I originally purchased was three proteins, only got two. Then the portion sizes were small and inconsistent with the pictures that was sent. The overall experience was terrible. I will never in my life. Go back here if you want something different from what you originally ordered.

1 person working. Took order but didn't know how to enter it then overcharged me. No napkins in restaurant. No paper towels in bathroom. Food was cold and bland. Will never come back

The worst brisket and sausage we have ever had from Dickeys! The Brisket tasted like jerky and was barely warm. The sausage was like rubber. It was like we were eating something cooked a week ago. And it was super expensive...$50 for two. Very disappointed in this Dickeys location.

I have never been more disappointed with a meal in my life. I love BBQ restaurants and I always wanted to try Dicky’s but never have. Should have kept it that way. I got the pick 3 meat meal and the best thing about it was the Texas toast. First off, the portions were tiny. The brisket was so-so. The Turkey was worse and the polish sausage should have been thrown away a week ago. Don’t get me wrong, all of the food was old, but the polish sausage was on another level. The green beans had a horrible aftertaste (couldn’t eat them) and the baked beans tasted like they were out of a can. To top it off, I had it delivered to work and the plasticware that I requested was not it the bag. At some point Dickey’s you have to throw out your old food and make new. You just can’t keep serving the garbage. Absolutely horrible experience.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered! Was trying to redeem a free drink and was charged for two! Entire staff team disappeared after giving our plates. Just odd, Will most definitely NOT be visiting in the future. Save yourselves the trouble. A massive bummer.

The worst service and food I have ever received at a Dickey's. I used to love Dickey's and went to the one up in Cleveland all the time with zero problems, but this location served me completely inedible food with terrible service on top of it. I ordered a baked potato and the entire potato was completely RAW. They should have realized that when they cut it open, but no, they slapped the toppings on a completely raw potato. I couldn't even stab a fork into it. The service was terrible when they were not busy at all. It took 20 to get our food after we ordered only 2 entrees. The guy ringing us up was on FaceTime with his girlfriend the entire time we were there and kept ignoring us for that conversation. And to top it off, the employees turned up the music so loud when we walked in that we had to yell our order. The location was also filthy and their pop and ice machines were broken. I complained on their website and got zero response so it's great to see how much the company cares. This experience ruined the whole chain for me and I will never be back.

I’m so bummed about this Dickey’s location. I used to talk Dickey’s food up to everyone I knew because they have/had the best ribs I’d ever had! The red head lady behind the counter was possibly the most rude person I’ve encountered in a restaurant setting. I do not know how she is even employed. She cut me off and seemed antagonistic like she wanted to argue when all I was doing was placing an order for me and my family. Meanwhile the other girl working beside her seemed like a beaten puppy afraid to lose her job, no surprise. I would too if I had to work next to someone like that. Finally got our $100 in food. It was cold. The tables were sticky and covered in past customers food and we had warm drinks because the ice machine was torn apart in the middle of the restaurant. The Heath location for Dickey’s is amazing. But I will NEVER come to this location again. Please pay attention to who you have representing your brand.

Completely underwhelming. Ordered food to go online and got there early so it wasn’t sitting but still ended up with cold food by the time I got it home (6 min drive). They forgot my cornbread, don’t serve an item I was able to order online, got the fattiest brisket I’ve ever seen, was charged $1 for 4 pickle chips and 1.25 for a tbsp of extra bbq sauce. Overall it was so generic and dried out it seems like they serve food they got from the clearance section of Kroger and cooked three days ago.

I prefer my pulled pork not to have chunks of plastic dude. Look at this garbage. Overpriced, wasn't ready when I got there, left me sitting in the drive through until I came inside. How is this a functional business? It was slow, literally me alone in there, yet it's screwed up! Soggy fries. Never coming back.

This could be the worst ribs and brisket that I’ve ever had at American bbq restaurants. Their meat tasted extremely dry and salty. All seasonings were sticking on the meat skin. The Mac and Cheese, toast, and potato casserole tasted much better than the meat. Besides, I did not find a small size combo. Their meat combo was pricey. The service was okay and WiFi was fast, but the floor and table were sticky, not clean.

Used to like the food; had not been there for quite awhile, has really gotten bad. On Father's Day this year, placed and paid for a carry out order online at 2 to pick up at 4pm. Received a phone call at 3pm from someone from Dickey's saying that they were not caught up and the order will be ready at 5:30. My son arrived at 5:30 and had to wait until 6 to receive the order. *Chopped brisket was under cooked, congealed fat and tasteless. *Smoked turkey was rubbery and salty. *Cabbage slaw had a strange taste of way too much sugar and vinegar. *The Texas toast was good, and the only thing that was edible. I tried calling the restaurant several times that evening and even the following day and there was not an answer. Very disappointing, would Not recommend.

First and last time visiting. Luke warm less than satisfactory food being served here. The brisket was DRY and wasn’t seasoned well at all. The chicken while tender also lacked flavor. Sausage was a basic sausage , just cold. Ribs were a bust for my teenager who loves ribs. There is no love put into the food. Bland, below average and definitely not worth $17 a plate. People who eat here must really be used to eating bland food. This restaurant is not a good representation of BBQ. The crew was not friendly and acted as if they expected I’ve been there before. Shame on Dickey’s.
