One of the best subway sandwiches I have eaten was made here. The establishment was very clean and the customer service was also good. I told the gentleman what I wanted and he fixed it exactly to our liking. I was impressed with the boxes they now have for the cookies. My turkey sandwich with Spinach was amazing and if you are in the area stop by this subway because I highly recommend it.

I had a 6inch on white chicken strip sub, spinach, onions, pickles & tomatoes. It was delish. My husband had one of the new Power Bowls, he is diabetic. With the chicken strips, spinach and all the veggies with Southwestern Dressing. He liked it very much.

Every time I go in, I come out with a smile on my face. No matter how difficult my request is they always take care of me with respect and politeness. A man up there always jokes with me and its just a wonderful atmosphere!

Very friendly place with very attentive and respectful staff. Also a very tidy place with spacious accommodations for dining in.

Pretty good place here in Groesbeck they've changed MANAGERS/OWNERS at least 3 or 4 times in the past 10 years. That's why I'm hesitant in working there. I will come by again after 1st of the Year. Just a heads up. I know that has nothing to do with a review, but if place is clean enough and friendly atmosphere and Mgrs I would not mind working there. Makes Sense!! Great new selections at Subway nowadays.

Lady was unfriendly and rude.Not even thank you. Was ordering supplies told Mr wait 10 minutes. Mayne she needs more help. . Breakfast sandwich ws good though.

Stopped working on our food to call someone just to continue arguing with coworker . Sandwiches were poorly made . Yelled at a paying customer in front of the whole store and caused her to walk out without receiving her food .

Today my husband and daughter went to buy 3 footlongs and they had a coupon. The coupon was for 3 footlong sandwiches for $17.99. instead of paying $17.99 + tax, they paid $29.30. I tried to call them for 3 hours and they never answered the phone.

Very disappointed in the staff and my experience will never go back. Somebody needs to give those workers a lesson in customer service. Both women were rude especially the older one. Got mad cause she had to fix my nieces order and caused CROSS CONTAMINATION by throwing the meat BA k in with the other meat. If the place is under staffed then the manager needs to be there to help. Repeat will never go back.

The employee was working alone when we walked in a little after 8 p.m. There were two customers already there, plus four family members in front of me and my daughter. I asked if she was alone and she said since 6 p.m. and made the comment that that is why she was quitting. Two more customers came in and while she's working on orders, she's saying, "I hate my job! I hate my job!" What really made me angry was when she used all of the avocado and refused to go get more. At first, she said they were out, but then said she said they weren't allowed to get more out after a certain time. It was still an hour and a half before closing. My daughter worked at a different Subway in high school and said that when she worked there, they could get things out at anytime, but were required to label it with the time they brought it out. This girl was extremely unprofessional. If she hates her job that much, she does not need to be there!

The older lady which is as I believe to be the manager had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked into the store with my daughter. Talked with this attitude like as if me walking into the building to order a sub was the big problem. As I paid and was about to leave she gets loud with me and says oh I’m going to pray for you bless you heart, and not in a southern hospitality kind of way it was more like “shots fired as she crumbled my ticket with this mean mug on her face. Never want to go back there again if she is working. Worst experience of subway history! 😤ZERO STARS 😡

My son wanted a cheese pizza with extra cheese and no other toppings. The lady said it was $5 EXTRA to add cheese. She could tell we were disappointed, and this had to be a mistake with the register or employee mistake but even though he got no extra toppings she would not sprinkle a little cheese on his pizza unless we paid $5. Always always always rude and very stingy on their vegetables. When you ask for a little more lettuce or anything the older lady everytime has an issue with it and is straight up rude. If there was any other subways in groesbeck, I definitely would skip this one, but unfortunately we all have to deal with this older lady who is just horrible. Definitely won't get 5 stars from me or my family. Unfortunately we order from there alot since that's the only one around. Such a disappointment
