Hato es un lugar muy agradable para pasar el rato y tener una linda cena. Reservamos la mesa larga del principio para un cumpleaños, fue lo ideal la verdad. En la parte de atrás tienen otra sala con mesas separadas y también se puede comer en la barra frente a la cocina. La comida es riquísima, el bao (creo que se llaman) estaba muy rico, el nuestro fue de queso. Los ramen estaban muy ricos también, yo me llené con la mitad y me llevé lo demás para comer el día siguiente y aún así estaban los fideos muy ricos, sin deshacerse. No soy muy fan del ramen debido al sabor tan fuerte, pero estaba muy bueno. Mi soda fue de gengibre y tiene ese frescor que combina con el ramen. El servicio también fue muy bueno, la mayoría de los platos llegaron al mismo tiempo, puedes ver cómo se cocinan desde el frente de la barra. Me pareció bastante gracioso que los vasos para refrescos fueran vasos de precipitado. Pd: no hay estacionamiento.

Anoche fue nuestra primer visita, el lugar muy bonito, un precio bastante justo, variedad de platillos y sobre todo un excelente servicio por parte del equipo de trabajo, riquísimos los cócteles que pedimos. Mi pareja es muy preguntón respecto a ingredientes y entre otras cosas y tuvieron la paciencia de resolverle las dudas. Nos dieron una tablet para contestar una encuesta pero se nos olvidó por completo ya que estábamos comiendo un pay que nos regalaron por nuestra primer visita, por eso pongo la reseña aquí. Primera vez en este lugar, el concepto está muy padre, nos sentamos en la barra. Ordenamos gyozas de cerdo suaves, ramen de pollo, sake tonic, ramen Brisket, y edamames spacey, todo delicioso cocinan muy rico, las gyozas tal como me gustan son mis favoritas hasta ahora! Sin duda volvería! Y recomiendo

Excelente lugar. Hubo un poco de tiempo de espera, pero realmente valió la pena. El ambiente te invita a relajarte desde que llegas. El ramen estaba delicioso, al igual que los cócteles, que permiten hacer un maridaje muy bien pensado. Lo mejor de todo fue el sake después de comer: limpia el paladar de forma excelente y te prepara perfecto para disfrutar el postre de matcha y tiramisú!

Mi lugar de confianza cuando tengo antojo de ramen. Todas las veces que he ido; ha estado delicioso! No sabría decir que es mi cosa favorita de su menú pero sin duda top 3: pollo karage, ramen de brisket y ramen de queso con tocino. Una joya! Los ramen van de 210-260 aprox, las bebidas deliciosas, el mojito con sake ufff, muy rico! El calpico es otra cosa que me fascina! El lugar es bonito, espacioso, ambientado a la perfección. Por lo general se llena así que hagan reservación, la única excepción que he tenido fue en lunes a las 8:30pm, si había gente pero no lleno. El personal es muy amable y me agrada que sea open kitchen porque puedes ver como preparan tus alimentos si así lo deseas, además que la limpieza y orden que yo he visto siempre es impecable. La música es perceptible pero muy bajita, solo para ambientación y te permite platicar muy a gusto.

Me gustó demasiado conocer este sitio. El ramen es muy bueno y en la cantidad apropiada, no te quedas con ganas de más, tampoco terminas agotado. Arranqué con un bao de cerdo y me gustó, fue un buen comienzo para acercarme a la propuesta de Hato. Después pedí el ramen versión miso y fue un gran acierto. Acompañé con una cerveza Corona. Las opciones recomendadas son acompañar con Sake, pero no me animé. Aceptan pagos con tarjeta y facturar es muy fácil. La salsa macha que acompaña es picante, cuidado. Al final te regalan una galletita de postre. Muy buena experiencia y sabor, sin duda de lo mejor que he podido disfrutar en Guadalajara.

Lugar 10/10 buena atención, el ramen ysta muy bueno, el huevo del ramen era tipo esponjoso definitivamente es su ingrediente estrella. El lugar esta muy cómodo incluso para citas. Musica agradable.

This place was amazing! I never imagined finding the best Asian food in Mexico. The bao buns are perfectly seasoned, the gyoza was delicious. The mojito had yuzu and sake with cucumber and mint, it was perfect. The matcha tiramisu was unique & glad I got it.

A delicious ramen shop in the downtown, with chewy noodles and fragrant soup, perfect for when you are hungry. The seats are spacious, but the bench next to the aisle is too hard to sit on. You have to sit on a seat with cushions against the wall. If you encounter a lot of people, you will have to wait longer.

Tonight was my third dinner at Hato. I've tried 3 different ramens there -- Tonkatsu, beef brisket and foie gras. Tonkatsu so far is my favorite. Tonight, my Mojito and chicken karaage were also delicious. The sake in my Mojito was not overpowering, and my karaage was not greasy. My server Miguel spoke fluent English, and was super friendly and helpful. Undoubtedly, I will return.

Awesome place! The ambiance is great & the service is fantastic. Most importantly, the food was all delicious. Also, the space is kept very clean. Though the food was clearly Japanese, it wasn't exactly "authentic." Overall, it was very close &, regardless, it tasted awesome. My partner & I regularly have Japanese food, specifically ramen, back in the SF Bay Area where extremely good/authentic Japanese food can easily be found. My partner even lived briefly in Japan. All that to say that his standards are extremely high when it comes to authenticity. Anyway, at the end of the day, we both agreed that if we lived here, we'd definitely be back.

Buena comida, el ramen es muy bueno probe dos y las gyozas, las porciones son adecuadas, el calpico uno de mis favoritos, el servicio puede mejorar, pedí una coca al final y se le olvidó, fue amable en todo momento, pero la señorita nunca sonrió. Sin duda regreso y esta abierto los lunes así q es muy buena opción.

Es un lugar pequeño pero bonito, la cocina es deliciosa, sin embargo me parecen algo elevados los precios, por ejemplo la porción de las entradas por el precio. El servicio es bueno, atentos entradas todo momento, aunque el mesero nos recomendó un platillo que pedimos y después comentó que ya estaba agotado. Hay que buscar estacionamiento cerca de ahi porque no hay directamente del local.

El ambiente es súper cómodo, buen servicio, y el ramen rico, comimos ramen y takoyaki ( no los amé). La música ambienta padre, los asientos están bien incómodos.

Me gusto que en cada espacio hay decoración diferente y temática , la atención fue excelente y los meseros eran muy amables , la comida hasta eso fue servida rápido , el sabor era bueno y la porción fue suficiente para quedar lleno . Hay gran variedad de ramen y de bebidas con alcohol o sin . Los precios son elevados razonables pero siento que es para ir en una ocasión especial y que valga la pena .

This is a beautiful Ramen place in Guadalajara. The seating and ambience is amazing. We ordered a Red Spicy Ramen and a Tonkotsu Ramen, both were average in taste. The broth did not have much flavor and the noodles were not the most delicious. Maybe it was the things we ordered. I would still recommend this place for its unique ambience.

We had the wrap and the Ramen Rojo Picante and Briskel. Both were delicious. The meat at the Briskel was a tiny bit over cooked, but therefore they got the noodles and eggs on point. I orders a side dish of corn, which was charged at 15pesos, for a tablespoon of it. The waitress was kind and probably new. She got the drinks confused and forgot to tell the kitchen to leave away some ingredients that I am allergic to. All in all ok experience due to the food and atmosphere.

Hato es un restaurante de comida japonesa con enfoque en ramen. En esta visita, el ramen llegó muy frío y con un exceso de sal, lo cual afectó bastante la experiencia, ya que el caldo es el elemento principal y le faltó profundidad de sabor. Como punto muy positivo, las entradas son excelentes: el takoyaki y las gyozas de cerdo estuvieron realmente muy ricas, bien preparadas y con buen balance de sabores. Las bebidas también son buenas y bien logradas. Lamentablemente, el servicio del turno de la mañana fue deficiente. La mesera fue grosera, no nos permitía entrar argumentando que aún no llegaba el siguiente turno y nos hizo esperar alrededor de 40 minutos. Al momento de sentarnos, la mesa estaba sucia, a pesar de que supuestamente el otro turno ya había iniciado. Recomendación para el lugar: mejorar la atención al cliente, cuidar la limpieza desde el primer momento y ajustar el ramen con más sabor en el caldo y menos sal, además de asegurar que llegue a la temperatura adecuada. Con estos cambios, la experiencia podría mejorar mucho.

Nos encantó el lugar! Súper japandi. El servicio es muy bueno. Pedimos Miso Ramen y tonkatsu. Nos pareció bueno aún que la pasta nos pareció poco dura. El caldo tenía sabor. Me gustaría que tuvieras más opciones de bebidas sin alcohol más refrescantes.

Most unforgettable meal we had in GDL. 2 star for food 3 star for service. It took for forever to get our food. 3 star atmosphere, I like the back of the restaurant, it was enclosed but still had a nice view of the garden so no more pesky mosquito bites and all the ceiling fans kept the place nice and cool. Karaage - WAY too much breading. Feel like I was eating flour the whole time KFC - it was ok, soft texture, bbq flavor Corn - nothing special Soy ramen - it was just average.

Not sure why the rating is so high. I ordered a tonkutsu ramen. The soup base is not pork bone stewed soup. It’s rather, boiling water with some artificial flavor. More surprisingly, there image only chilly oil (油泼辣子) and Vietnamese hoisin chilly sauce. This made me think the owner is not Japanese at all. Anyway, if people enjoy, that’s fine. For person like me who travel to Japan a lot, this is way below average. The staff is nice though. The atmosphere is also good too.

Place was great looking and well designed, it made a good impression at first. Service is attentive and I love that from any restaurant, really appreciate it. Food taste and portion was ok, however it completely misses that real taste of japanese food, noodles didnt look and taste natural or freshly made, pork belly was poorly cooked and taste was plain. In my opinion this place is great for those who would like to start tasting japanese ramen; not for seasoned ramen lovers. Prices are a bit high for Guadalajara, but the zone and the ingredients are not cheap either. Something that caught my attention was the fact that I asked for red-tonkotsu (which they didnt had) and offer me a tonkotsu with a red sause on the side for me to add... which they charge me an extra on the bill... Finally I found out Sapphoro they sell is not japanese made... canadian instead.. cheaper to get maybe???

We had high hopes for Hato as we saw great reviews and the small restaurant was beautifully decorated with great ambience. The presentation of the food was fantastic unfortunately the food doesn’t deliver the same flavour. Maybe I’m being more critical being Asian but my Tonkatsu was disappointing in terms of the flavour of the broth and the charshui was 2 slices of bacon. The gyozas were tiny and they were deep fried rather than pan fried with crispy bottoms. The coating on the chicken karage were too floury. I’ve been to many Mexican fusion Japanese restaurants in Mexico, unfortunately Hato just didn’t deliver in terms of food. However, if you’re young and hip, then Hato is the place to be as the setting is very cool. I loved the open kitchen and on the night the restaurant was busy with great vibe. Unfortunately I only score Hato as being average because of the food.

La verdad es que está más padre el lugar que la comida. Pedí un ramen de brisket y la carne estaba dura, cuando pienso en brisket, pienso en carne extremadamente suave y en este caso no fue así, mi esposa pidió uno de camarones y llegaron fríos. También pedimos unas Gyozas de vegetales, fueron lo más rico que nos encontramos

The ramen is okay, just the flavor is a little bit weird and the egg is not in a good shape. Gyoza is very salty and bad, the takoyaki for me is not good, they put BBQ sauce and maybe mustard on it…the sauce and the food is not matched, it’s totally different from the ones in Japan. I am Asian and I understand that they need to adjust the flavor for Mexicans, but it’s way too different from the ones in Asia and doesn’t taste good.

Absolutely disgusting. The worst ramen I’ve ever had in my life. I saw someone else said the same thing. I ordered through ubereats. The noodles we mushy and cheap quality. Little broth and no flavor. The dyed pink ginger shows that they use cheap ingredients for everything It was expensive and I couldn’t swallow more than 2 bites and threw it away. Honestly this was the most disgusting ramen my family and I have ever tried, i think the pictures speak for themselves! It made all of us sick! They should be ashamed that they can sell this nasty ness! It taste like it's been days that the Togo ramen was made! Meat was uneditable eggs were super nasty bad taste overall and expansive!
