This Starbucks is located in the Castro District of San Francisco and I make sure I go to this particular store each time I visit! Always happy people who work there and they treat you like family instead of an everyday ordinary customer! LOVE IT!

Yummy! Can't go wrong here. Best coffee served with a smile. Latte's made with Soy or how ever you want. Frappes or Expreso. Pastries, Sandwiches & my favourite, Bistro Protein Box! You can drive thru or sit al fresco if you like. Can you smell the coffee now?

This Starbucks is inside the Safeway. When I came in on a weekend, there were only two people in front of me but it was a bit of a wait as there is only one employee working. Hope for not much of a line when you get here. There is some seating available and lots of mugs and Starbucks goodies for sale. The San Francisco themed cups I especially liked. In spite of the long wait, my coffee frappucino was made well and had all the right proportions of everything.

I'd say about 80% of the time my coffee is great. It really depends on who makes it. One barista tends to cut corners.

I was in Safeway, I might have walked past the indoor Starbucks.

Lids failed to fit, coffee everywhere. Staff was accommodating.

Pagna and Reece or "Vanilla" as he wears his name tag were both INCREDIBLY rude to me. I've never received such poor service at a Starbucks. There is one young woman who was polite to me at this location but, she works at night. I stopped drinking coffee in the morning here because they accused me of not paying and I had to show my receipt that I payed for a refill (used the same cup the whole time) and was then lectured in front of customers about a "24 hour rule" which he could have just asked me to pay for a full cup and he did not. I after being treated this way had to nip the treatment in the bud by finally saying I'll pay for a full cup now. This was at 9am and the previous transaction which is what he was actually referring to was at 7am and neither of them said anything at that point. I later was just standing waiting for my regular coffee to come out when Pagna started talking about something (not sure how she knew but it's a small town) about something completely inappropriate that would trigger any customer. I have just completely avoided Guerneville Starbucks if not all of Safeway at this point and I am a very loyal customer to BOTH places.
