At broad street you know you’re going to get a whole lot of food for a very fair price. I’ve been coming here for upwards of 15 years and while they’ve had there ups and downs, right now they are the best bang for your buck place. Food is generally good, some better than others but all of it is decent. Highly recommend the fish and chips and vodka rigatoni but really, you can’t go wrong with just a standard wrap, even a burger. Can’t recommend this place enough, service is always excellent as well!

This is my first time coming to this spectacular place, I ordered food to take away and my experience was beyond excellent, the host offered me a seat while I read the menu, she suggested something from the menu, she was very professional and attentive to giving the best service, all the waitresses that passed by while I was waiting for my order were very kind until the most spectacular one sat next to me and we had a chat for a few minutes which made me feel special, made me feel like I exist. Have been going here the past two months when I am working in Hamilton. Food is on point and fresh. Great service the staff is hustling hard. I love the Italian omelet with home fries well done. It wasn't too busy when I went. Actually, it was well after lunch. They seated me right away and brought my drink out immediately after taking my order. Service was good, and the food was even better. Didn't take long for them to serve me. Waitress kept checking in with me, as one should expect. I highly recommend this establishment for those of you looking for a place of comfort as you dine with friends, family, or casual encounters with coworkers.

Not from the area and needed to find a place close to 95 to meet with a friend visiting from out of town. Really easy to find from highway & easy return back on. It was mid-day so not crowded. No waiting & chose a booth in the back for plenty of privacy. Super friendly & attentive waiter. It was my friend's bday and he sung to her every time he approached the table. Menu offered so much and it was really hard to choose. Food was delicious & plentiful. Prices were fair/average. Was an outstanding place to eat & chat in privacy with a friend who lives thousands of miles away. Will definitely revisit during her visits back home or when in the area. Highly recommend 👌

Met my son and his wife from Bucks County as it was in the middle. What a great find this diner was. It was on a Sunday morning and it was packed but they got us seated fast. The menu was very extensive, had a great selection and the prices were reasonable. The server, Tina was EXCELLENT!! I Never understand why you get servers who are miserable. You are working on tips and you should be pleasant to get a better tip. Well, Tina was just the opposite. She treated us like we had known her for years. Very efficient and fast. The food was good also. We got a Reuben, cheese steak, French toast and an omelette. We enjoyed every thing that we ordered. You won't be disappointed.

We order up our Sunday morning breakfast here almost every week. Whatever we order is either good or excellent. Pancakes, Cheese omelet, eggs Scrambled eggs or sunny side up they have all been good. We always call in the order and by the time we get there it's usually ready on the "pickup" table. I have never eaten inside there but on the weekend mornings when I go, there is usually a line of people waiting for a table.

Amanda was our server, and she was great! Never had to ask for anything. She was very attentive. The food was great as well.

It's always busy, but the food always comes up good. My favorite is the fried calamari for lunch and breakfast egg Benedict. My husband and my son love their omelets and their pancakes.

We invited some friends to this Diner for the first time. The wife is a Vegan and I thought of bringing them here because of the variety of dishes they serve on their menu. It was a hit for both the husband and wife. My husband and I have been coming here for years now. We moved to DE 11 years ago and still dine here whenever we're in town. The atmosphere has always been clean, cozy and comfortable. The service is bar-none. We've never had to wait more than 5 mins to be seated, even when it's busy. The menu variety is a bonus, because when you order most items on it, you automatically get a Soup and Salad and a dessert with your meal. Everything from Fish, Beef, Chicken, breakfast all day, and dessert. There are so many choices of Ice Cream Flavors, you'll want to try them all. So YES! I definitely recommend this restaurant. It's an 11 outta 10 for me on every level 👍🏾

Outside of not having black tea, which was an oddity for me, this diner has everything, exceptional and reasonable prices, and delicious food. It was a lovely time eating here and I look forward to the next time I'm passing through and can stop in!

Food is truly fantastic. Never been disappointed with anything I've had! Portions are huge, and most meals come with soup, salad, entree and a scoop of ice cream. Last time I was in, I was facing the front door where I saw no less than 5 or 6 food delivery drivers picking up orders for local folks. So if you can't get out, looks like you can still get a great meal that day. Service is on Target. But be aware, these women look like career diner waitresses. So when they arrive at the table, you need to be ready.

We were into dine tonight and our waitress Cheryl was a delight. She was friendly attentive without being pushy we enjoyed our meal. The only slight issue was our servers perfume was so heavy it made it hard to breathe when she was near the table.

I first came here for my 15th wedding anniversary, then again to celebrate my daughter's middle school graduation, and most recently for her 18th birthday. Every visit feels special. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. A special shout out to Lexie, who took care of us with such kindness that even the kids still talk about it. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the prices feel more than fair for the quality and experience. It's the kind of place that turns simple meals into memories. My food was below average To be honest the cheese steak I had was tasteless and the sweet potato fries were cold and I do believe reheated. My four luncheon companions did enjoy their food . That's why I gave a three star since they were happy with their meals. The service was good and the waitress was attentive.

Had Ubereats delivered. I got weirded out when I put my hand in the condiment bag and I got chewed up gum stuck to it. Gross. Food was good, threw out condiments.

SKIP IT! They give you a lot of food. The service was fast as well. The bathroom smells terrible eventhough at simple sight it seems clean. No soap and no napkins. Additionally, when you walk in, a strange old moistty smell makes you wonder if you should turn around. Try any other diner.

Pancakes second time ordering chocolate chip pancakes they seem to just put the chips in one spot like it’s whipped cream topping. Home fries wasn’t home fries at all but they where hash browns the Shredded kind which I hate so if I knew that’s what their home fries where I would have passed. Burger was DELICIOUS perfectly cooked nice charbroiled taste BEST I ever had. I bet their steaks are like that definitely will try it. Pancakes where also Very delicious despite chocolate chips being in only one spot. Broadsheet diner is one of the good restaurant you can find in the neighborhood. The staffs were really friendly, welcoming and we did not have any problem to get a seat. The dining atmosphere was very good, which is also an important factor for food experience. Now regarding the food. The breakfast was OK in my opinion. If you’re looking for a quick hangout this will work out. I’m a lover of good American breakfast. For some reasons, I did not like their home fries (just me). They have variety of omelettes to choose from. Their sausage was too big and heavy. Our waitress said we’d be charged extra for wheat toast. Little surprised. Overall the restaurant is good to have one time meal. Vegetarian will have to customize your food. Not a lot of options.

I used to frequent this place back in the day stopped going for almost 8 years,just started going back again,today was my second time going back, waitress had a bland attitude like she didn't wanna be there completely ruining the mood for us,food was decent as always BUT the menu's still the same haven't changed one bit I was expecting to see some changes specially on their breakfast menu i was hoping to find some texmex or latin based breakfast food since half of their clientele is of Latin decent COME ON NOW! On the other hand the place looks exactly as it did 8 years ago no major changes done inside or anything,boring,sad to say that I probably won't be coming back there with my family again, until they make some changes worth coming back to.

My neighbor and I visit this diner because it's close and sandwiches are reasonable. Its usually after 7 or 8 at night. Every time, the waitress are always sitting around talking or out smoking cigarettes or other stuff and come back in and handle our food while we sit there and have to ask bus boy or guy at the register to get us something. My order is always messed up, but would never send food back because of retaliation, which always claims not here. Also when you check out, the guy never ask how was everything, only how are you. Not that it would make a difference if he did ask how everything was, things wouldn't change there. This will be the last time coming here.

My stars are based directly from the food aspect. Service and atmosphere are just fine. Before reviewing this diner we visited twice to get the full experience. My family of four went for one dinner service and one breakfast service. The dinner service was the better of the two. Me and my wife got turkey clubs which is a diner staple and they were just ok. Smaller than you would fine at other diners but the flavor was ok. The coleslaw was super super sweet so to our taste it felt like they went overboard with the sugar. Our kids got kids meals which were nothing to rave about. Total bill was $40 ish dollars before tip so felt like a good value. The following week we went for breakfast and it just seemed very average. We got an omelette, French toast, waffle and a 2 egg plate. Waffle and French toast were good however the omelette was over cooked and the peppers and onions inside it were still raw. Think they just mixed everything together and put it on the flattop instead of cooked the veggies before adding the egg. The biggest issue was when the waitress came to check on us my wife was in the process of grabbing a piece of toast and hanging from it was a very very long strand of hair. The waitress saw it as we did and immediately apologized but that’s where it ended. Their was no manager follow up or any type of accommodation for the inconvenient situation. Didn’t even offer to replace the toast. I forgot to mention the hash browns seem to have undercooked potatoes here and there but most were fine. Anyway the total cost for breakfast was $60 before tip and to be honest just didn’t seem worth it. While we found a value on the dinner the breakfast fell flat. There are other diners close by that offer the same menu with bigger portions that are better food quality when it comes to breakfast.

We ate at this American diner based on a recommendation, but it was probably the worst food ever. 🤢 Nothing was fresh or homemade, and the chili was nonexistent. I think the cook broke the can opener. 👨‍🍳 This had nothing to do with real food; it was just canned junk. 👎🗑️. I was just there and the waitress seated a couple first who came after us. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. We should have been seated first and she lied and said the couple came before us. Never eating in this horrible place again. She should be ashamed of herself!!

I’ve been coming to Broad Street Diner with my family for over a decade, but after my most recent visit, we will not be returning. During our meal, two waitresses sat nearby openly praising Donald Trump and the way he is “running the country.” The conversation wasn’t casual background chatter, it included disturbing comments about hoping he continues "purging" the country from non white citizens and strong admiration for him continuing down that path. Politics should not be talked in any business establishment. It was impossible to enjoy our food while staff members were grinning and expressing such hateful, exclusionary views within earshot of customers. As paying guests, we should never feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or alienated in a place we’ve supported for years. Unfortunately, this experience destroyed the trust and comfort we once had here. After 10+ years of patronage, my family and I will no longer support this establishment.

We constantly have to wait a long time, and most of the staff, including bus boys and the hosts, seem unhappy to be working there—long faces and terrible attitudes all around. It feels like no one wants to be there, and it really affects the dining experience. After this last visit, we’ve decided we won’t be coming back. The food is just not worth putting up with the poor service.

Thank you for ruining my family breakfast party of 9 meeting before our return home. NJ PA and FL ! Not the first time we have been here but for me will be the last. Two separate tables unable to have a conversation we said we would wait to be seated together. You chose not to accomodate 😞 and had a rude waitress. We did not enjoy it as we have in the past. Customer service oriented not so much....

Too expensive for poor quality diner food. Four of the staff members were not personable and had inconsistent to poor manners. Family of 4 two adults and 2 children bill was over 60.00 not including tip for a sandwich, wrap, two stacks of pancakes plus drinks and a dessert. French dip was very dry tough Chicken wrap was okay Fries for both sandwiches seamed fried then reheated No kids menu pancakes available- kids said pancakes were good We were directed to seats with enough place settings or menus. Server talked down to us for asking about children menu pancakes and then when we asked about upgrading our soup included in our meals to French onion was told we had to pay separate price and not an up-charge which if available would have been understandable. Instead the server was unclear and asked another employee who seemed in charge. She rolled her head when he asked. Server constantly reached over adults without prompting. Atmosphere seemed clean but the staff ruined the experience. Do not plan to return

First and last time I’ll ever go there. Poor customer service and bad food. Got takeout and ordered chicken and fries as part of meal. Got there for pick up and asked for bbq sauce. Was told I’d have to pay. Told them I ordered chicken and fries and didn’t it come with sauce. Was told they gave me honey mustard which I never asked for. Was made to unpack my order to exchange sauce only to find out they didn’t even give me a sauce and then he acted like he was doing me a favor giving me bbq sauce. Would note later looked at receipt and it conveniently wasn’t the one with the food order. Don’t care about the cost, just poor customer service and anyway the food was not even good. Blue cheese dressing was watery and vinegary, fries were limp and disgusting and were so bad the kids wouldn’t even eat them, the chicken fingers had a weird batter and were bad and the soup and sandwich were mediocre at best.

Ate here yesterday, I’ve been before and never had an issue. This time I was served old spoiled food for sure. I couldn’t even eat my food and the rest was so visibly old I wouldn’t take a bite. My food was mush and my side of broccoli was no longer green, it turned discolored already and smelled of mildew!!! Not even 10min after we left, my sister fell ill with food poisoning, she’s still not okay today and might need the ER. If nobody calls the health department for food safety they are going to kill someone serving OLD SPOILED FOOD!!! This is insane. The owner or manager didn’t say anything , didn’t apologize for serving this, instead he got defensive and denied it and still tried to charge me for a little soup that came with my meal. I’m gunna try and get this place shut down to the best of my ability before someone really gets hurt worse than my sister, she’s still not okay.

Few weeks ago, literally brings fried plastic in the hash browns, I called the restaurant they didn't care, I went with the food to their restaurant and it was worse they didn't care at all, they lost a frequent customer. The truth is that they left a lot to be desired. Now the food in that place disgusts me.🤢🤢🤢

A friend and I ordered food from your establishment on Saturday. The diner was packed and we were excited about the food. We arrived at home to eat and the food was absolutely disgusting. The eggso was uncooked and the potato skins were burnt and fries looked old. When we called the diner to complain about our order, we were told we need to bring the food back. I told the manager that is horrible customer service we have drove 20 minutes to get the food to now have to return for a refund. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I will definitely be sharing my experience will others so this doesn’t happen to them.
