Great place to sit, do work, have a meeting or relax. On a weeknight around 7pm it gets empty and there are plenty of seats.

It's a very calming & friendly atmosphere every time I visit. The employees love what they do & are always willing to assist with a smile!

Run of the mill Starbucks. We ordered a bunch of drinks online and almost all of them were correct and they were ready for us early. Each time we went in they were swamped but seemed to be meeting the demand relatively well.

I just moved back to town after many years being gone. I was a little bummed that Hampton bays didn't have a little local cafe, knowing that Starbucks can sometimes be cold and corporate-feeling. However this particular Starbucks has a totally different atmosphere. The people that work there are so friendly and seem genuinely happy and their efficiency is outstanding! When I got to my car, I noticed that written on the rim of my cup was, "Have a nice day, Dina :)" What a nice little touch that put a smile on my face! Looks like I found my local cafe ❤️

I was in your store on 06/06/25 and the staff was dealing with a customer I can only say was irate and A mannerless wrench. She held up the line and Berated your shift manager who acted completely professional the whole time. I just wanted to make sure that you realize that your staff did the right thing while this woman did the completely wrong thing.

This is the by far my favorite Starbucks around due to having the friendliest, most wonderful, and hardest working staff!! There are at least 10+ sweet faces that I look forward to seeing on any given day, and they work SO hard, and so efficiently together, it’s a truly majestic sight on a busy weekend morning. My coffee order is also always reliably perfect!!! So grateful for this staff—the level of day-brightening that happens here just cannot go unmentioned! Love them so much!!

My favorite Starbucks! I get my daily dose of coffee before work here almost all five days of the week. The staff is the best!!!!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Even when it’s busy they aren’t rude ... like at other Starbucks on the East end. My drinks are always perfect.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Hamptons. Always greeted welcoming and treated very hospitable. It's always clean and inviting. And the barista are on top of there game and mixology! Location great, with a pharmacy, Italian restaurant, copy, shipping and a food supermarket in walking distance from each other. One stop for must all lifes needs.

I love going there but i just which it was later than 10 or maybe 24 hours because some people need coffe really late and they need to drive so far away and need coffe for their ride.

Miss having chitchat spaces, but drinks are always good. Getting pricey, it would help out if they would reduce price due to the pandemic.

It's got coffee and other food items. The bathroom is locked, so you will have to ask for the combination to unlock the door. It's okay.

Typical Starbucks, and typical employees not knowing what they are selling... Asked if the light roast has more caffeine and both employees (see pic) said the dark roast, yet it is actually the light roast (pike). Even though only slightly more they should be aware of this imo. Oh well no harm just a sad fact these days. We all need to strive to do the best we can at no matter what it is!

Downfall. I ordered a "mocha". Received a latte. Not the brewers fault..the lass serving. Grande mocha does not even sound like latte.... Disappointed.

We were a group of out of town guests from different states and chose this place randomly to meet after a function we were at. This has to be the drabiest Starbucks we had ever been in. The front end for service was ok but the seating area way in the back was kind of dimly lit and the decor was dark. On top of that it was chilly so we kept our jackets on. I would not recommend this store for other than making a purchase and leaving with it.

This is one if the worst Starbucks experiences I've ever had. I've been here at least 8 times in the last few weeks, so it's not an isolated incident. They have been out of forks, straws and a number of items on the menu. When asked for so mething they happen to be out of, the baristas have replied with annoyance. Regardless, one or two of the baristas are regularly unpleasant and I'm not used to that kind of "customer service". I really hope the attitudes improve.

All the time I go with my family to the Starbucks of Hamtons bays the service is really bad.

They allow parents to extort their children by standing outside (no parents in sight) asking for money via QR codes. This neighborhood is really going downhill.

I order the same drink every day … I go to a different location on my way to work and the drink I get is filled to the top or a little under…. When I go to Hampton bays… the drink is half full OR LESS.. $7.00 for a coffee I don’t expect it to be half full. Iced oatmilk shaken espresso! And they say “that’s how it’s made” no it’s only made like that here.

this is apparently, the only Starbucks in the whole island that is enforcing their policy of not giving water unless you make a purchase not that it matters if you make a purchase earlier in the day or at Starbucks every day and can prove it on the app??? they literally don’t care more refuse to give you tap water. made even nicer by the manager with the large blonde curly hair who literally screamed at me about it when I asked like hey I’m 7 miles away from home on a run and it’s 80° out. You really can’t give me ice water? I honestly find that to be a health and safety hazard. Personally, I will never patronize the Starbucks ever again, no matter the circumstance.

As soon as I walked in, the floor was wet I had such a terrible day and got my shoes wet. These group of teenagers girls working there and fooling around on there phones while making my drink. I notice that the milk was expired because I was watching them make my drink. I also oldered 2 drinks and they took about 30 mins and no one was there it was just me and a couple. This is honestly terrible and disgusting.

The worst experience so far in Starbucks. We arrived half an hour before the store closed and the employees were all like angry and gave us the wrong drinks. Worst Starbucks experience ever on Sunday Aug 13th. The young employees never put my order in for a large box of coffee then had the nerve to say I should have told someone bc they are extremely busy. Waited about 45 mins since they did charge me for it. So we order with the cashier and still need to tell a barista what we ordered?? Grow up kids…get it together! Rude staff on a Sunday morning.

I don't like paying for your name to drink a cup of coffee. Folgers, Choc Full of Nuts i can make a fresh pot of coffee for less than what 1 cup of, coffee cost at your place
