This is the McDonalds near my job. Always very busy but efficient! The manager Victoria is the sweetest

Quick fast food to go..usual items on the menu, burgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, assorted flavored sodas, ice teas, coffee, milkshakes and apple pies!!

I don't eat their food. But I took a group of kids there and they loved it.

Curbside pickup is so easy to use and I love how they frequently give me freebies.

Lighthouse for the masses. If you're there in the morning, ask the Veteran for the bathroom code. Avoid the crazy traffic circle nearby.

The ladies were very sweet and efficient for the hour that we visited. My food was given to me in a very timely manner and the entire place was just very clean. I enjoyed my visit to this Southampton McDonald's very much and i will be going back.

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. Has definitely gotten better in the past few years. Staff was very friendly and made a point to interact with my son.

We have been going here for years and it continues to be an excellent stop while in Southampton. Quick service and drive thru lines go fast.

I ordered by using the kiosk. Food was ready before I found a table to sit at. Food was hot and delicious. Restaurant was extremely clean.

The best McDonald’s on this planet. I don’t think I’ve ever been here where the food isn’t steaming hot and fresh. Not a big fan of McDonald’s but man this hits the spot after a long day.

All standard food, but all is on the top level. Nuggets and fries were super fresh and crunchy; all burgers looked perfect (not like in some other McDonald's where they are falling apart right in the box). It's one of the tastiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Great service and very professional staff. Highly recommend!

The store has been there for a long time. Fast food in the Hamptons is rare so if you need it get it. The Hill is next door so be careful at night. lol

Great service. FYI all fast food restaurants will mess up your order so there is no need to be upset with them. Talk to them like human beings and everything will go smoothly. You talk stupid when I'm there and my daughter is working too be prepared to get confronted.

went to the drive through at 10pm looking for a much needed coffee when every other place in the area was closed. Polite staff made me a decent cappuccino

A great Mcdonald's experience as we've all known to come and expect. This particular location really has a friendly staff. Either to help and they do it with a smile.

It's great. Everyone was very friendly. Service was a little slow but we did have a bigger order for 5. They specifically asked if we wanted sauces for the nuggets and ketchup for fries but both were missing from the order so we needed to go in and get it which defeats the drive thru purpose.

This MCDONALDS is super clean. Service is Amazing. Everything comes out fresh and right . Hash browns were actually Brown. The Egg mcmuffin was perfect. This is my 3rd time here and it's always great. Coffee was very hot and fresh. The drive thru has two lanes . To get in and out fast . They open at 5am to 3 am everyday.

The new beef is kind of weird. Liked the old quarter pounder much better. The regular cheeseburgers taste the same as always.

It's a standard McDonald's and the food is decent. Customer service varies in that some staff are uninterested if not rude. This does not offend me as I am not going to McDonald's for experience but instead for a cheap greasy meal. Unfortunately the staff that is more friendly often speaks very little English.

At least they got the order correct today. It always seems like when you go through the drive thru they seem to mess up the order. It doesn't happen when you go inside. I think they try to rush cars through and that screws it all up. It's not just McDonald's but all fast food places.

Food I ordered was wrong. Went inside to get it fixed. It took way to long to even be helped, let alone for them to re-cook the incorrect item.

Bathrooms very dirty. Staff doesn’t tell you, you need a code for restroom. Sauce requests for over $40 dollars was kept to minimum 2 for total order. While eating we requested cup of ice, 10 minutes later returned to ask and for cup of ice different kind gentleman brought. Place should be cleaner/bathroom. Food at least was good.

Where should I start...?! The place is nice and clean,but the service is terrible! My orders are always messed up, they never give you napkins, (who doesn't use napkins?!) , sauces always missing and last but not least they are supposed to close at 1am, but at 12:10 they didn't want to take my order.... better go to Hampton bays one!!!

There are people at the window in Southampton McDonald's telling people their order is more than it is and they take the money if you pay in cash.

This store closes early, and the staff inside will refuse to take orders. Make sure to show up an hour before closing.

As of 10/21/2020 the McDonald's on North Sea Rd in Southampton is closed for construction. No date has been posted for reopening.

Rude employees, barely speak a word of english. I've been here almost a dozen times and the order has been wrong each time.

Drive-up is a nightmare. The orders filled are wrong. Friendly Workers but I think, there is a huge language barrier.

Manager very rude, they owed me money but instead they accused me of oweing them money after not being able to use a coupon on the cash register. Staff and manager not well trained. Very dissatisfied

They open at the lobby 530am. They watched me stand there at the door from 535am -545am and never opened or said we will be opening soon. Just act like we weren't there. Even employees coming in just passed by and didn't say anything. Common courtesy would be "hey good morning we will be opening a few"

They are truly inhuman! I’m a customer and I was requesting for using bathroom for my wife and kids but they didn’t let me! They were saying it’s not working but it’s a dine in restaurant and they are using it as employees! If it’s not working then you should repair it! True inhuman! Be a human ! Don’t be animal!

Chocolate milkshake was half white on the bottom. Thinking it was half vanilla I asked them to make it again and was told that's just how it comes out. So I tasted it and it kind of tasted chocolately so I thought oh well and drove away. But the more I sipped the more vanilla it tasted until I got to the top chocolate that actually tasted like chocolate confirming that the bottom was indeed vanilla. Never going back. Complete waste. The point of fast food like McDonald's is to get exactly what you expect every time. Total fail.

Got really sick to my stomach after eating there. Hasn't eaten there in a long time. Food tasted ok but had to suck on Pepto Bismol one hour later to get rid of the stomach pains.

Internet says open until 1. At 11:50 pm tonight me and three friends got to a fully lit up drive thru. We could see employees in 2nd window or food pick up window. They definitely saw us. I went there last night, the 5th of July at 9:55pm. It was closed but the drive through was open. The line wasn't long but the wait was 35 minutes. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. I parked in the parking area to eat it and after a few bites realized it was a single quarter pounder meal in a double quarter pound box. I brought it back and waited another 10 minutes to get a new one, watching as at least 8 people were working on orders in the back. I spent almost an hour from start to finish. This isn't fast food and I wonder how many people per night get the wrong order drive away and don't bother to go back in disgust. The manager should be fired for her negligence.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my son. This is what they served him in his happy meal box. Someone’s eaten food. This place is absolutely disgusting, I will be calling the health department to have this place investigated.

I just got a 3 piece chicken tenders and the chicken was so muscular it felt like I was biting into a piece of rope. I tried the other two and they were the same. I'll never get that again. It was disgusting!

Delivery pickup is horrible!!!… they take order it sits there don’t tell you it’s ready, even manager when we told her excused their mistakes instead of seeing that they are wrong and behaving in sense to teassuring us it is a problem and they’ll work on doing better… we get better service at family owned local non chain fake food places. Not worth the expense when you get better service and food at local diners

the ladies in the drive through are careless and rude. as well as the big girl at the register when you walk in, older lady in the drive thru can’t even direct people or give orders out correctly. second time she’s given my order to someone else 🤦. only nice person in there was a young black man who actually knows how to use common sense and be friendly.

I place an order to pick up for the drive through and they asked me to wait in the handicap area near the entrance and they serve more than 10 cars that were behind me so I was ringing the bell for more than 4 minutes and all of the workers looked at me and ignored me I was paying my money I don’t know if they were acting racis so I walk through the drive through and ask the lady and she said that the service take 15 minutes or more she didn’t even care. I feel like my money doesn’t have any value to the Macdonald branch.

1st off they are locking the bathrooms, I understand why but what about the person who actually is going to buy something? You mean I have to take my food into the bathroom? Or leave the food I just ordered on the counter unattended? Should I waste time going to the counter, get the key then jump back online? If you're going to lock the bathrooms at least put a sign on the door saying go to the register and get the key. I thought someone was in there going to the bathroom and wasted time that way too. I had to wait a long time before my food even came out. I got the bathroom key before my food came out. I got the bathroom key before the food which was good but when I got back to the counter to pick up my food the picture below is what I got back. It wasn't even properly sealed, not cool!
