Whats there not to love about this establishment ?!?!? First I'd like to give 5 stars to the staff, they go above and beyond to make the patrons feel welcomed and to make sure you were served well and tooken care of. Everyone from management, waitreses, the staff in the humidor not only were helpful but they were knowledgeable about cigars and the culture. Our waitress that helped us in the dining area was so nice and kept coming back to make sure we were not without drinks or food. I wish I remembered her name cause she was a delight for us and we were thankful. After dining we went to the lounge where it was organized, clean and just a good time to be around like people in the cigar culture. The staff in the humidor where we purchased our cigars were top notch and very helpful. It was organized and neat, staff was nice and helpful, knowledgeable. Prices were fair, were from New York so the prices were less than if we were in New York ! The whole experience was a delight, I can't wait to go back and spend more time, money and support a really nice lounge. I highly recommend trying this establishment out, I dont drink but the bar looked nice, big selection of spirits and wines, I seen an espresso machine so nothing like an espresso or cappuccino to pair with your cigar sitting in a comfortable chair with your favorite cigar makes for an awesome experience. Kudos to management and staff, we had a great time, can't wait to go back,,, Thank you for the great experience, see you soon again 🤘😎🤘🇺🇲

Where should I begin? This is a cigar aficionados emporium. Everything about this place is first class it is clean and the team is extremely friendly. I am hardly an expert, so it was awesome to have people so willing to be patient with me and give me expert advice. Taylor was extremely attentive and a great server can’t wait to get back and try many other cigars and libations. I am also very appreciative of the fact that this place is patriotic. A cigar room that's bigger than my entire apartment, with so many to pick from. A comfortable lounge, restaurant, and bar. This place is the perfect Man Cave.

Excellent place to finish a night with my brother after a hearty steak dinner and drinks. Good scotch selection, and an unbelievable selection of cigars for enthusiasts like me. Few things make me smile like finishing a night with a Balvenie 15 with a nice stogie.

Great place to purchase amazing cigars, chats with fellow cigar smokers over cappuccino and/or a nice lunch. The lounge is super spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it. 👍🏼

Casa de Montecristo has a humongous selection of cigars. The humification system is very cool and maintains their cigars to perfection. If you enjoy Padron, Davidoff and other high end brands, they’ve got you. Once you pick your stick(s) you can have a seat on a leather chair in the lounge and enjoy your smoke with your favorite beverage as they have a full bar. You can also order food if you’re hungry.

This place is fun. An excellent selection of cigars and lounge has great food, great libations and friendly staff. Not many places left to smoke indoors! Fuentes prices are high. Everything else is great!

I live outside of Philadelphia and my friend (from Cherry Hill) and I make it a point to stop in every time we are in the area for Chiller theater (twice a year). They have an extensive selection of cigars that are properly humidified. The humidor staff is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist in selection. They have a full bar and food menu in addition to the lounge. The waist staff are friendly and the food is well prepared. They have it all!

My first time there. Amazing choice of cigars. People are very friendly. We sat in the lounge for a few cigars, we had food and drinks. Waitress was very friendly she made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food and drinks were great. I would go back again.

Came here with a couple of gents for a late night cigar… first time The boys at the shop took great care of me! Didn’t care that I had no idea what I was looking at and recommend some great starter pieces. I enjoyed the cigar they recommended! The food was good and drinks were great! Will be back

this is the most amazing temple to cigars I have ever been to, its massive and beautiful. Has to be one of the largest cigar establishments on the east coast...every cigar smoker in NJ should pay a small annual fee to this place as tribute.

JR cigars offers numerous brands of cigars. There are people there to help you choose something if you need help and the pricing compared to other places is reasonable. You're always guaranteed to find something you like. I've always bought Fuentes here, Padron and Davidoff to name a few. The cigar lounge is spacious and inviting. You can purchase drinks and bar type food while there. They have servers walking around, they're friendly and the service is very good. It's great for a visit with friends or guests and the atmosphere is clean and neat. While it is a cigar lounge, the smoke is managed well and not overbearing.

Manny was server Great service. The Manager was Awesome in comendating our large group. We celebrated my cousin's 36th birthday 🎂 Had a Great time!

Nice atmosphere it's probably the most of all the MC lounges Ive been which is all minus TX, MI and PR. It was closing so I didn't get to see all. But the humidity was sized well. I was large like Permaus /Mooresville with a great selection. I prefer lounges with a bar. This has that in the front and appeared to be nice but I'll try later. Even thought my time was limited this place to me rates a return visit.

I love this concept . It's a bar and a cigar lounge with a huge selection of cigars, runs and bourbons. Their service is a little too slow , it seems they need more help . I do recommend this place if you love cigars.

Went to Casa De Montecristo for a date. It was my girlefriends first experience and walking in she immediately loved the ambiance. She was impressed by how big the selection of cigars they had. A little overwhelming but we did have a staff member help which made it much easier to chose something she liked. Once our purchase was made we made our way over to the dining section where we had a reservation. It was definitely busy as expected for a Saturday evening. We were seated right away. The waitresss was back and forth between tables but made her way toward us to take a drink order. We usually do long islands a certain way but when she came with our drinks they weren't how we ordered, which was ok since we aren't picky. They didn't taste strong at all though. Food was ok as l had a ceaser salad with shrimp and we shared a Margherita pizza. The shrimp dumplings were a hit with the thai chili sauce. Overall the experience was great and we will definitely come back again.....

Wide variety of Cigar choices. Staff was very helpful. Bar is great with a vast selection of spirits. Food however could be better.

Lounge is beautiful but closes early. This lounge should close at least 1am so you can go to dinner and then pass by and close out the night with a nice cigar. The cigar selections are amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and restaurant staff very friendly. Hours of operations is the only thing keeping me from giving this location a 5 stars.

First time visit on a Sunday meeting up with college buddies, two of whom are regulars here. Great spot to kick back & relax while catching up. Honorable mention for the wings and dumplings which were tasty.

Drove an hour and spent nearly a grand for my purchase to be haphazardly put in a boutique bag. Good selection, poor packaging skills.

This place isn't what it used to be! The humidor and cigar selection is still excellent. But the restaurant and lounge - not so much! The smoke filtration system is insufficient, so the lounge was one huge cloud of smoke. They were broadcasting the Giants game, which is why we went. But being on YouTube, it was unwatchable with all the freezing and lag. I blame the NFL for their decision to stream games, but it was a local game, so they could have tuned in to Fox instead. The food prices are ridiculous! $18 for a quesadilla and $22 for 8 wings? Insane! I usually sit in the restaurant but now you need a reservation, the chairs are uncomfortable and they removed the two center tvs. Not to mention it was $23 for a pastrami sandwich! Yes, it comes with a cigar, but I'd rather pay $10 or $12 like everywhere else and buy my own stick. I'll continue to buy my cigars there, but will look for other places to hang out.

The amount of business that walks out the door of this place due to bad management is insane. Also, Drove all the way here to smoke in my car. Not enough seats at this location. places get busy. understandable. but what they need to is have like a line in the lobby for a seat to open up or a list to write your name on. Just 10 people standing around in various locations and you don’t know who was next when an open seat arises…. chaos. procedurally this could totally be fixed. bad management. why they dont have a procedure in the front for busy times is beyond me. I drove all the way here to smoke in my car in the parking lot.

They made it really hard to return a box of cigars they shipped me incorrectly (not the size cigar I ordered). It took 2 phone calls and 3 emails and a picture, each with conflicting instructions, to get a return label emailed to me. Not my mistake but definitely my hassle. I re-orded from JR Cigar.

Only nice thing about this place is the cigars. This is what a $19 martini looks like. Looks like the waitress or bartender drank some before brining it over to the table. My pizza I ordered also came out cold. Service is also very slow.

If your coming here for the cigar lounge experience B+. If your coming here for a boys night which includes food, “DO NOT COME” - Harris. Horrible food, waste of money.
