The food was so good I forgot to take picture. The staff is friendly and the food is phenomenal. The food was well seasoned without being salty like some places. We ordered chicken tacos and a quesadilla for the kids and they devoured it. My wife had the carnitas which we both felt was juicy and seasoned better than chipotle. I had the Birria tacos with the broth and it was done right. Lastly, we had the tres leches cake… excellent. We orded a pineapple drink also very good and 3 jarritos. The price I felt was reasonable considering the quality and mount of food we bought. I’m definitely coming here again!!! Ps. The Birria meat was cooked well as the acidity was cooked out of it.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The birria tacos were tender and seasoned well. The chicken in the quesadilla was juicy and seasoned well. We topped it off with the pineapple lemonade juice, which was nice and refreshing. 10/10 would recommend eating here.

The fish burrito was fresh and delicious, and the Chipotle sauce was out of this world. Smoky and sweet. Great selection of delicious Mexican sodas....mango, guava, passion fruit and more. So glad we came and will definitely be back.

As someone who lives off Mexican food I had to check this place out and THANK GOD I DID. SOOOO GOOD! Ordering was easy and the staff was very friendly. I started with the elote app and it was devoured in a minute because it was that good. Next, I had the birria signature tacos and they lived up to the name. Well seasoned meat and the dip was too die for. The fajita bowl was for my girl and she said it was the best bowl shes ever had. Im not a fan of juice but I tried their pineapple mango lemonade and it was pretty good. Not oppressively sweet, it was right. The music was a vibe and the decore made it all the more chill. 10/10 Would go here again.

Dined at the Livingston location, and the atmosphere and food was great! Elote, birria tacos, and the caramel churro were so yummy. Definitely recommend this place for friends and family! There is plenty of indoor seating, and some outdoor seating as well.

I usually come to EWC once a month, and saw that they were opening. Finally got a chance to come here and eat and it was amazing! I ordered the tacos trios and had the chicken and two carnitas and they were well seasoned, fresh, and tasty. I am usually very reluctant to buy Mexican food when I don’t know the place or have a referral, but when my favorite place close without my knowledge and I was craving it, I just went out on a limb and I ordered from Sombrero Taqueria. I did order through their website because it was cheaper than DoorDash and Uber eats. It took a really long time to come almost two hours it was mainly the carriers fault and the very helpful and polite staff provided a refund.When the food come did come, it was amazing. It was warm as if it hadn’t been prepared two hours prior. They had followed all of my instructions and it was just amazing. I will be recommending this place to all my family And also adding it to my collection of favorite restaurants.

Food was great and ready quickly so being busy. Cant wait to try the other options but the shrimp tacos were excellent. Icing on the cake is glass bottle coke and Jarritos. Helpful and friendly staff as well!

I tried the Steak Quesadilla, Signature Birria Tacos and as a drink I had Jarritos Mango, and they were some of the best I’ve ever had full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Zee the Manager is a gem, friendly and provides the BEST customer service. Their specialty are the birria tacos—you won’t be disappointed. Its a large serving and you’ll lick your fingers throughout. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Clean, excellent service and delicious food.

I had Birria tacos. They made them fresh to order and by far the best beer tacos I ever had. My wife also got the fresh fajitas also made fresh to order and for dessert we had the three leches cake. It was super moist and everything that we had was super flavorful. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend .

Although it does have that fast food vibe, it also has a fun vibe: bright, clean, boldly designed. The service was great. They welcomed my request to make a change to something on their regular menu, even suggested a way to make it even better. But what was most amazing was how freshly made, from fresh tasting ingredients, the food was. I had the fajita bowl. Instead of feeling bloated and greasy when I left, I felt refreshed and like I had done something healthy for myself. Try it!

Great addition to the locale! Enjoyed the carnita tacos and the signature birria tacos. Found the churro to only be okay. Didn't like the taste of the caramel filling. Overall, had a great experience & will definitely be back!

Not sure why they have such good reviews, the chips and guac tasted bland, the birria was below average and the meet tasted gamey and like it was sitting out for days. The guys behind the counter were nice but other than that I would not come back.

It’s an American style taco place. The service is good but the tacos are not what I expected. It can be a mix of Tex-Méx or Taco Bell. Probably it’s just me and my Oaxaca style food that I crave for.

The place looks totally awesome in terms of decorations but if you are a vegetarian simply skip this place... It does not offer anything ...Neither the Sauces or Salsa have anything which can make the Fajitas bowl better and more so they just give everything separately which does not work a bowl. And significantly expensive for the quantity and quality of the food !

We visited the place after reading rave reviews but foods were mediocre, dirty tables, small portions and over priced drinks. $4 soda doesn’t justify a casual cafeteria style place. Rice was not cooked properly and overall all our dishes were poorly prepared and presented. I expected hearty, home cooked Mexican foods with generous portion and hot, sizzling meat and vegetables. We ended up with unappetizing cafeteria foods. Look at other reviews carefully. Most of people who posted have only 1 or 2 reviews on their accounts. Google should do better job at monitoring these dishonest posts. It defeats the purpose of helping honest businesses with trustworthy reviews.

Crazy disappointed with this place. Staff was super nice, this has nothing to do with them. If anything they deserve a raise. Very nice and accommodating. My advice to the owners/management: what a joke. You're not going to be very successful selling stale chips, neon orange cheese from a can, and store bought guacamole, passing it off as "fresh ingredients" give me a break. It's literally equivalent to hospital food/school cafeteria food. Definitely not something I would spend $12+ on EVER again Buy better+ authentic ingredients or expect to go out of business quickly.

I had the chicken, steak, al pastor, and carnitas. The steak was simply inedible and went in the trash. Strange texture and bad flavor. The others were just okay, but not in any way good. I don’t understand the great reviews for this place. It must be for the birria only. I placed an order for pick up and the service was good, so no complaints there.

visited this taco place for the first and definitely last time tonight. The chicken taco trio was genuinely awful. The chicken was hard, flavorless, and sitting in so much liquid that the cardboard plate ended up completely soaked in what I can only describe as chicken sludge. It was clear the chicken had been sitting around for a long time before being used. The pico de gallo tasted old as well, like it had been sitting out far too long. To make things worse, the medium guacamole, which was $10 for a tiny container and was brown and bland. No lime, no cilantro, no fresh avocado flavor, just a dull brown mush that should never have been served. For counter-service food at this price point, the very least they could do is make the guacamole fresh. This was easily the worst Mexican food I’ve had in over five years, and I eat out daily or every other day. I wouldn’t return even if the food were free. I honestly cannot understand how this place has such high ratings. My experience was such a drastic mismatch with the reviews that I left wondering if I’d walked into the wrong restaurant. Absolutely terrible meal.

Ordered the mushroom quesadilla. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were mostly theoretical. What I received was a pepper-and-onion quesadilla with a light suggestion of mushroom. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t what was advertised. If you’re charging for mushrooms, they should probably be present.

This is my first time here after trying to find a new place to replace chipotle. This will be my last time. I got a shrimp bowl with extra shrimp (+$4) and got 7 shrimp total. The bowl is half empty, mostly rice (barely any lettuce, cheese or salsa) and soggy. I had to add my own sauce at home to add flavor. Not worth $20

Ordered the mushroom quesadilla. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were mostly theoretical. What I received was a pepper-and-onion quesadilla with a light suggestion of mushroom. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t what was advertised. If you’re charging for mushrooms, they should probably be present.

visited this taco place for the first and definitely last time tonight. The chicken taco trio was genuinely awful. The chicken was hard, flavorless, and sitting in so much liquid that the cardboard plate ended up completely soaked in what I can only describe as chicken sludge. It was clear the chicken had been sitting around for a long time before being used. The pico de gallo tasted old as well, like it had been sitting out far too long. To make things worse, the medium guacamole, which was $10 for a tiny container and was brown and bland. No lime, no cilantro, no fresh avocado flavor, just a dull brown mush that should never have been served. For counter-service food at this price point, the very least they could do is make the guacamole fresh. This was easily the worst Mexican food I’ve had in over five years, and I eat out daily or every other day. I wouldn’t return even if the food were free. I honestly cannot understand how this place has such high ratings. My experience was such a drastic mismatch with the reviews that I left wondering if I’d walked into the wrong restaurant. Absolutely terrible meal.
