This is my favorite fast food restaurant. I ate there twice today. Ask for the chicken extra juicy. Seniors ask for your discount. Friendly service and clean eating areas. They mix their Diet Coke perfectly. The regular salsa is always my favorite. Enjoy!

Always delicious! Only complaint is that they got rid of self-serve pico de gallo so I had to pay 5 bucks extra to get a large pico... But I would come again!

The Chicken hard and Soft Tacos are prity good. But the last time I ordered hard Tacos had grease running from them.the Chicken Wings are ok but very small.Elpole has a meal called Wing lovers.its not on the Menu.you get 4 Wings and 2 sides. It's about $7.The drinks are a little watered down.

6/22/22 Very expensive and small portions. When I first saw the chicken I thought it was a pigeon leg & thigh. $24.48 for 2 chicken meals. Jessica was cute.

I picked up a mobile order for my son which made him sick. The chicken was no good, not even the dog would go near it! Cant complain about service or atmosphere since I drove through it, but since Im.still trying to wash the smell of that chicken off my fingertips so I dont gag.....pretty sure someone there knows that chicken was going bad.....cooked and sold it anyway! My son paid $24:89 for a stomache, diarrhea and vomiting. Unfortunately, he cant smell or he wouldnt have eaten any of it! Hit in the face with a bat and robbed in his youth......

This location needs to shut down or hire better employees they are rude and lazy and some can't understand English my order was completely wrong i asked for no beans and my food had beans all through it the lady forgot to give me my cup forgot to add an item i asked for to my order i had to re order it again which was churros that took forever to dip in grease then they were sitting and i had to ask the lady if that was my order & she wouldn't let me have an extra sauce even if i payed for it definitely won't be returning very displeased waisted money i had to throw it away beans are awful

I went to pollo loco near my house there service was been poor lately the three times I been there during January and February they forgot an item or put wrong item such as cilantro dressing for salad instead of Ranch twice. The worst was last night’s chicken bowl both chicken and rice tasted funny from the first bite like an idiot I still ate it as it was my dinner. This Morning sadly my body is paying for it as I’m sitting on toilet feeling ill. Gone to restroom diarrhea X3 times in last hour. Calling in sick for Work today I’m positive it was the Pollo Bowl. Losing money over this I am staying away from El Pollo Loco for a while.

Today at 3 pm February 28th bought a 3 piece meal it came out with hair in the 2 sides and one around the leg it was gross 😝 I had to throw up never ever again will buy from any pollo loco ever again

They didn't honor a coupon that I presented. We ordered for three people and they only gave us one fork. Service was just horrible.

Order my food 2 people order after me. I'm waiting the 2 other people get there food I'm like okay where's my order it was just a 3 piece combo. So I ask about my order..they actually forgot my order. So I keep on waiting still noting. They see me standing there ones again they forgot about my order for second time in a row I waited nearly 45mins to get my order. I think it's best to go through the drive so they won't forget about your order. Don't do walk ins. This wasn't the first time it has happened.

The have me nothing but burnt chicken. I don’t live in the city so when I got home it was burnt. The broccoli wasn’t even steamed. I’m so disappointed that I didn’t check my food before I left. If you ever go to this place of choice to eat make sure your food is good they way you ordered it and not burnt. Then when I called to make a complaint about my food they don’t answer the phone. They need to get a new cook. Because the lady that’s was cooking it today burnt it and chose to give me burnt chicken.

As soon as I got to the kiosk, cashier asked me "dining in or carry-out"? I hadn't even ordered yet. I think the whole kiosk thing is very unprofessional. What happened to people just ordering like normal?
