Love pollo loco. What i didn't like was the mc and cheese but they replace it.

Chicken is so delicious! You can taste the freshness in the chicken!

This particular location seems to like the clothes early the lobby and if you want to order something like three breasts they'll tell you they only have two and you have to wait 20 minutes for the third one I'm not for sure but I thought these places were supposed to be convenient for a customers I guess not people are more concerned on what time they're getting off love the food when I can get it but I do hope they improve

It was another great meal for the family. I will try something different next time.

Unfortunately I didn’t take pics but maybe it was because it’s was hungry and it looked so good lol but I came back because I had bad experience in Long Beach and they were unable to provide good quality chicken but I visited this location prior and it was good quality chicken my kids enjoyed so I hope they keep up and keep providing good quality food it make the food more enjoyable

I've gone to this location since I can remember, my grandma only loved this locations coleslaw why idk lol. I have a few around EPL where I work, but I always place my online orders here for quick pick up and they always have my order!

Always one of the best places to eat. Recommend 2 or 3 piece chicken with 2 sides, tortillas and drink. The original Pollo bowl also.

Their chicken taste so good and the tortillas also taste very good. I go here a lot. I usually go through the drive through. I am never disappointed when I am ordering or eating from here.

This El Pollo Loco site is the best, most specially the guacamole, have tried all the other El Pollo Loco site, but this particular one is the best, we always get our chicken here. Mr Razipour (the owner?)please give a raise to the guy or lady that prepares your guacamole there, he/she is doing an excellent job. Please don’t change the way your guacamole is being prepared,it’s so chunky, the best in the west of USA love it. So sorry I’m talking bout the El Pollo Loco in PCH Torrance, by the Torrance airport, my mistake.

Fairly typical EPL location in a strip mall. Got there just before closing at 10 pm (my favorite EPL closes at 11 pm) and they were helpful in getting my order together even though they had put away the salsa bar.

Nice service Just needs to check boneless chicken better. Found a toddler pinky length size bone in a Chuck for my Pollo bowl.

Usually solid if chicken is not undercooked. A lot of choices. Soup is good; sides not great. Coupons help a lot!

I like one. When they make the tostada bowl they put everything in it. The one in Compton dosen't put pico or sour cream.

Consistent quality food. I love that I can take leftovers and make a breakfast or big salad. Plus everyone is super friendly inside and drive through. Their loyalty program also helps and every dollar counts these days. My favorite is the double chicken avocado salad!! Love tbe avocado salsa and cilantro dressing.

The keto chicken burrito was delicious. The chicken tasted like you made it in your own back yard. The only issue was they got our order wrong and they didn't have the salsas out so you have to ask for them and they were pretty stingy with them.

Most of time food is fresh. Sometimes the chopped chicken for tostada or taco is dried out, not pleasant.

No straws. One time they charged me twice and made me go to my bank for statement to be able to get a refund. Not good at all.

The value menu is great. $1 loco salad and under $2 for a black bean and cheese burrito is the deal. Drive through experience is nice. They have not missed an order or messed up my order as far as I recall. 3 stars definitely. This place has been around since the early 90s. The have to be doing something Right. Credit to there staff. They are cordial and respectful at the window.

First time at this location. Came after 9pm and worker Celeste seemed to have attitude and annoyed. She messed up my order and when I asked if I could pay difference to get my order fixed, she had to check with someone? Anyhow, she charged me for something else to make up for difference I should've paid. First I don't mind paying for for what I ordered, but when it's a mistake they made I expect it to be free. I guess I expected better service here, but I guess all workers at Pollo Loco just seem to hate their jobs.

Very poor service not enough diversity too many Hispanics always get my order wrong always have attitudes.

Had my phone coupons and even took a picture of them they are so ignorant they could not understand them and were not accepted so once again I just said screw it and went somewhere else.

El Pollo Loco Corporate Office 3333 Michelson Dr, Irvine Irvine, CA To Whom It May Concern For months ive come into this location and have been told in broken English " EBT machine not working. I have contacted the district manger and costumer service to inform them of this issue 6 monts later nothing as been done. Even though im homeless i should have the right to eat healthy and warm food and this location is one of the very few restaurants within the area we can are EBT card to eat. By investing in a 3.00 phone cord could eliminate a ebt discrimination lawsuit or I can file a civil rights complaint against El Pollo Loco for failing to fix the this EBT machine when i brought to the attention of the El Pollo loco staff.

Good food but bad management. Order taken for a food item & conveniently missed in delivery. When questioned - first denial then no apology but was refunded.

My husband order food from this pollo loco through Uber eats, my food arrived and i had ordered for myself a cheese quesadilla salad and it had noooo chicken..in their menu it says that it comes with double chicken...but mine had no chicken just lettuce and a slice of avocado and cheese...i called the restaurant like 6 times and they don't even pick up the phone...so frustrating i pay for something and i receive less....

Horrible customer service and the food was disappointing. I found a long black hair cooked into my chicken 🤢 i was so grossed out i lost my appetite. I tried calling the store to let them know but no answered.

This place has employees who probably can't tie their own shoes! Girl at the drive-thru couldn't get anything right had to be told 3 times before getting it right then had an attitude when told the other was wrong. Didn't bother to look for the dressing I asked for and told me they didn't have it but the manager opened the door and got what I was asking for. To top it off she had zero people skills and couldn't say thank u just slammed the window closed. Never going to this location or any other again. Food was disgusting.

Food was cold, bland, old, and tortillas were flimsy and cold. I'm not even satisfied with what I ate from this restaurant. Would not go to this restaurant EVER again. Worst drive-thru service ever! I just got home to find out that I was missing a Barbacoa taco. I was charged 5.99 for 2 Barbacoa tacos and only got 1. To top it off while I was ordering from the drive-thru menu their menu prices are not correct. Jessica was the team-member that assisted me with my order. After she gave me my total it didn't seem to add up. I asked why is my order so much. She mentioned that the menu price for the new Barbacoa tacos is not 2.99 but 5.99. I asked why does it show 2.99 and if that's the case they need to correct their price menu. Her response was "I know, I tell that to my boss." No sense of ownership here. There is definitely some room for Customer Service opportunity. 🙄🤔

I went to pollo loco near my house there service was been poor lately the three times I been there during January and February they forgot an item or put wrong item such as cilantro dressing for salad instead of Ranch twice. The worst was last night’s chicken bowl both chicken and rice tasted funny from the first bite like an idiot I still ate it as it was my dinner. This Morning sadly my body is paying for it as I’m sitting on toilet feeling ill. Gone to restroom diarrhea X3 times in last hour. Calling in sick for Work today I’m positive it was the Pollo Bowl. Losing money over this I am staying away from El Pollo Loco for a while.

Went to drive thru and ordered 12 PC with 3 sides and guacamole. We spent over $60 and get to our hotel, famished and the el pollo crazy jackazzez didn't even give us, forks, knives, spoons, plates...nothing...and the chicken was dry and burnt.
