I never have to wait long from my order for pizza. My family and I are grateful for that. The Pizza Hut in Harker Heights have been consistent the last four years, no complaints here!

Pan America Dr is always fast and always hot. I have ordered delivery and carryout a bunch. I have always tipped big with delivery so to build a reputation and ensure that my order is correct, hot and delivered fast.

I have ordered from this location for years. Minimal complaints. Very consistent. 10x better than my recent Orlando visit. Maybe I will refrain from ordering Pizza Hut when vacationing 🤔.........

The best tasting pizza of all the chains. Their thin crust is a winner and their regular sauce features the perfect balance between salty, sweet and sour. Order a few times and review. Them and you'll start to get 50% off carry out email specials that make a large super-supreme cost just $9. Pizzas are ready in 15 minutes. Sometimes they make mistakes but always make good no matter what. So they get a top rating from me.

I was visiting my daughter and ordered pizza and I couldn't find the location (guess I'm used to driving in a town with population 450) so I had to get it delivered and I completely forgot to tip the delivery guy and he REALLY deserved that tip! Poor guys air-conditioning is out I think since he is doing such a great job and delivering y'all's pizza maybe y'all can get his air-conditioner for him...

Definitely my go-to Pizza Hut! Clean, consistent, and always courteous; I go here for carry out because I'm outside their delivery area but that's okay because it's vastly superior to the one on Rancier--and faster too!

The Harker Heights Pizza Hut is a great place to pull up and order a pizza to go. The employees are very nice and our food is always tasty and correct! We will be back!

The best pizza in Harker Heights. I am a huge fan Papa John's but this specific Pizza Hut location delivers the most delicious pizza every single time. Quick delivery and piping hot each time. My whole family enjoys the pizza from this place including my 4 and 2 yo. They love the pasta dishes. Kudos to the manager and the staff there.

Cx service could be a little more happy, but I was there at close and I was that person that night so I understand. The first place I have placed a mobile order and they verified my order. My cheese sticks were phenomenal. I expected dry thin cheesesticks. I was pleasantly surprised how fluffy and gooey cheesy hot they were!! I will be a regular at this location. This is the 2nd amazing experience!

I love this Pizza Hut! My kids take advantage of the BookIt program. We go to redeem their prize and they always get the most love and patience. Ben was our cashier today and he was a joy! Thank you for helping me teach my kids how they should be to people in costumer service!

I was blown away by how clean and tidy this restaurant was. I was greeted immediately and asked for my order. Every team member who checked in made sure I was taken care of while I waited. The food was fantastic and not overly greasy nor well done. I had given up on Pizza Hut nationwide, because of consistently bad experiences, but the Harker Heights location has given me new hope. The crew there is solid and I will bring my business back!

My husband has been on thick kick to eat at a sit in Pizza Hut to relive childhood memories or something! 🤣 After reading the reviews I was nervous and I had the lowest expectations. I tend to be a bit particular about cleanliness and my food. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness as soon as I walked in. The customer service was AMAZING! Better than the customer service we get at regular restaurants in the area. The food came out quickly and was perfect, I should’ve taken a picture. Again, the customer service was great by the young men who brought our food out! Don’t be discouraged by the reviews. Best Pizza Hut I’ve had in years.

I called in and had no problem placing my order, though there was a slight hiccup when I arrived to pick up at the requested time. Because of this minor mishap, the manager promptly came and spoke with me. He assured me that he was going to make it a top priority to fix the issue. Last week was really awesome. The pizza was good, hot, cheesy and the wings were cooked perfectly, crispy... (done)...so we ordered again this week. It wasn't like last week. Please bring back the crew from last week. Thanks.

A doorbell or some other form of attention grabbing item is needed at the drive thru pickup window. Our food was hot and ready on-time, but it took a while for someone to notice we were waiting to pick it up and some staff were just standing around talking while we waited. Other than that food was great and prepared as ordered. Will order again, but next time we will just go inside to pick it up.

They were either short staffed or having a football game rush. The cowboys were playing. But we got our order in a timely manner. We did have to get their attention several times before we got our togo boxes. Their seating was miserable! But it's the cooperation fault not their's. Both our backs started aching after 15 minutes-I was in the chair my friend the booth bench seating. We switched seats and got no relief at all. And as we're both vets with disabilities to the spine...we weren't able to finish our plans for the day! Instead we we went to my place to ibuprofen and napped in recliners until we felt better about 3 hours. Then we went and got minimal groceries.

Food is usually very good. We do delivery most often and the drivers have been really pleasant. There have been errors, but we just called the restaurant and they remade whatever was wrong and sent it out super fast (no extra $ & keep the thing that was wrong). Hassle free! Friendly staff.

I ordered pepperoni lovers and got regular pepperoni. But was able to contact the manager which corrected my order.

Well my first time ever ordering online for a carry out today 6/1/24 and first time ever trying the MyHutBox Cheeseburger melt with Boneless wings. Now on pics it shows 2(which’s deceptive) but I got one…. I called in which young lady was courteous and helpful with a nice attitude and explained. But they need to take the pic down which shows two unless it’s an extra $6.99. Anyway I was again disappointed about these breaded boneless wings, I got four with Barbecue sauce poured over them- really, not gonna talk about the other box with the medium buffalo sauce:(. I Don’t know if it’s rush hours or person half trained, we need to properly supply food regardless. I am gonna say it-I will perfer Papa John’s cause they actually gives what U pay for and I am a Senior Citizen and I been going to Pizza Hut- maybe I should stay with Clear Creek ‘cause they do take pride in how they serve U and Ur food looking like it should with taste:class

I have had no problems here. Your experience may differ. If you are unsure about what to get, I recommend getting a Pan crust pizza with extra sauce and cheese along with your favorite toppings. Best option in my opinion. (I personally like Supreme)

We didn't realize that we were supposed to seat ourselves, so we waited at the counter for several minutes for the cashier to finish up a delivery he was working on the phone. The wait for the food wasn't long at all, and the food was nice and hot. The pizza and wings were delicious!

My visit was great, I had this young girl named was kayla which was her very first job. She was so nervous and super nice, I'm glad pizza hut give young people the opportunity to experience the working life. Great job Kayla and good luck!

Food was hot fresh and came out on a timely manner. But we weren't made aware of the buy one get one wing deal when we were ordering wings. So they politely gave us a second order free of charge. They just seemed very unorganized. But like I said, food was great, hot, fresh and fast. It was just the customer service that struggled.

Normally, I have a great experience with this location. Tonight, however, was terrible. I placed a delivery order, when I usually pick up. My order was delivered to the wrong address. When they remade it to be delivered again, one of the pizzas ended up having the wrong topping. Plus, the food arrived only minutes after a checkup call with the store, who claimed the driver had just left minutes prior, yet the food was cold after what I estimate to be a 6 minute difference from the food lamp to my hands.

How'd. Bout a month ago I shared my experience with Pizza Hut at ur location. First time I been there, bout the same time The Detroit style pizza came out. I loved it,kinda of skeptical at first, pizza sauce on the outside.... and on top. The LAST ingredient to go on.. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. My new favorite pizza...at the time. So here we are a month later, just casually waiting for pizza to be brought up. And BINGO...I was ready, knew what to order. I didn't look at product before home. Learned lesson, do food quality inspection...because they not. My photo pic of pizza (Detroit) and...the...wording (LOL) on the box. More pepperoni was burnt than not. No pizza sauce .But hey man...I'm not hatin, people make mistakes, this only my first visit out of two with awareness feedback. I will order again, same place, same item.

I called tge pizza Hut on Pan American dr. And they stated they close their kitchen at 9:30pm. The store is supposed to be open till 10pm?

Decent enough on the service end. While Dominos has improved their crust greatly, Pizza Hut seems to have gone in the complete opposite direction. I swear that when I bit into a pizza with hand tossed crust I had to double check the box to make sure I wasn't eating Little Caesars. Hand tossed is quite literally that bad. I believe that the only reason the franchise can charge more for their pizzas than Little Caesars is that the toppings are a small step above in quality.

Got to have dine in Pizza girl behind the counter said they don't have dine-in but we can order carryout and still eat it there LOL so we ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings and then I immediately heard her on the phone telling the person they could get a large 3 topping for $10 wow really we could have got a large and spent less money she should have let us know this at the time of our order but oh well

How much this place have change in service! We went for dine-in, staff respectful told us to order first then sit down (like any other fast food). Food was good.

The pizza I ordered is not what I received. The hot honey wings were super habanero hot! No honey taste at all.

Half of their food was "out of stock". They farmed my order out to Doordash, even though I paid a $5 delivery fee to pizza hut, and the driver took an hour to delivery my food. Not to mention the online coupon wouldn't work. Huge letdown.

No one really likes working at Pizza Hut. I get that and put it into consideration. The guy cashing us out gave us a discount so that was nice too. The food sucked though! The waiter made us come after him twice and like five other workers were just sitting there not giving a damn at all.

This location, which I have used now and then over the last 25 years, is historically hit or miss. When they prepare a pizza correctly you get what you expect. But for some reason quality control often overlooks pies which are boxed up that are burnt to a crisp or completely undercooked. Pizza Hut is my last choice for pizza in this area.

Unfortunately this location has seen better days. I attempted to have dinner there and it's just not a family friendly environment. So I had to leave and get my order to go. They have taken part of the dining room and turned it into a storage area. Definitely not safe for toddlers.

The employee at this particular place seems to be not such in a good mood. Happens often when i go pick up delivery orders from their. Some of the employee are kind, but from what I come to notice, being a delivery person who picks up their regularly from their are mostly theor are not. I have a lot of feeling as if I'm bothering them for even asking for the order I'm picking up or I get the silent treatment. This is an edit to an original five star post previously written. I ordered food last night and after receiving notification that it was out for delivery, received it 48 minutes later. It was cold and the meat was hard to chew. The box was soggy as if it had been sitting for a very long time. With delivery costs associated with these type orders, it should be a priority of the establishment to ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner. In an effort to support the business instead of going through delivery services, it seems as though the customer is the one who always gets the short end or the cold food. Pizza Hut has been around too long for substandard service. The order was correct so I gave them 2 stars for that alone.

I have used this location often in the past & never really had issues but the past 2-3 times in the past 6 months has been terrible. Tonight I ordered pasta, breadsticks, and a drink… my food was delivered by my drink was not with my order. Fast forward, I call the store to inform them that I didn’t not receive my drink which I paid for and was told the driver would stop by again to bring it to me…. I never received the drink nor did anything call to let me know no one was coming back by. This is the second time this has happened with me missing something from my order and then me never getting it. The service at this location has completely gone down hill plus my food was cold. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

First off the employee that was on the phone the first time hung up on me when I asked what was the price the second time when I asked where my order was at they were behind on my order is was already 36 minutes behind. As well I got told it's a hard location don't know the area that well so it was a difficult find I did tell yall that I was in the parking lot sitting in the parking lot so that is recorded on the line.

Tried to order online and it didn't work, called the store and was put on hold for 8 minutes before I just hung up, this happens EVERY time we try and use our points, hubby gets frustrated and just places a standard order I have started using Marcos pizza is much better and always hot. I tried ordering on the website and it was down. I called the store it was almost 11pm. The boy that answered was very rude. When I asked to speak to someone else he hung up on me. When I called back I was placed on hold for over 30 mins. I called back again to speak to a manager and never got a answer. So I guess pizza hut has enough business they don't need anymore. So I will gladly take my business to Domino's where they answer their phones and I don't get rude customer service and placed on hold.

This store didn't have employees up front for 90% of the time which caused people to wait and yell for service. They also overcharged my pizza by 5 dollars and when I finally found them and asked them while I showed them the price online they said they couldn't do anything and that those only apply online which is a blatant lie. Never visiting again.

A couple months ago, I ordered a large 3 toppimg pizza. It was unimpressive. I wrote,a review and was contacted by a manager who apologized for it not living up to the standard and offered a free pizza the next time I ordered. Today I called to take them up on that offer and was told they couldn't find a voucher and they would look into it more and call back. Not only did I not get my pizza, but I didn't even get a call back. This is why pizza hut is failing. Never again.

First the girl in front tells me there's no order for me to pick up....I place another order at the register and ask to speak to the manager. Young, shaky handed fellow comes out. I ask how can I call here to pick up an order and no puts the order in. Pecks on the register and says here it is. It was placed 4 minutes ago we got it. No that's the order I just put in at the register. Young fellow then proceeds to tell me, well you didn't call here. Now I order from this same store everytime from the phone # history, but I didn't call here... Terrible service and confrontational! Not another dime from me! Update... Get home redial them from the same cell same regional manager gets on the phone saying we called a call center instead of the store. Funny how redial now gets the store. Wouldn't know the voice is familiar we think it was the regional manager that took the order and screwed it up in the first place. One word CORPORATE!!

Food arrived barely warm and it took almost 25 minutes to arrive from the time I received the notice that my order was out for delivery. Pizzas were very soggy as well. Disappointing

Careful ordering pizza on the weekend from this Pizza Hut. They are busy and the delivery time is never on ti me.

Ordered my food and received a notice that my pizzas were to be ready 45 minutes. I didn’t get my two pizzas until a total of 1hr 20min even after I pre-tipped them.

Just ordered a $10 dinner box tonight because I quit ordering from dominos and papa john's since they never can make a pizza for me with just black olives without me finding onion or sausage or something that shouldn't be on there. Pizza hut has been the only pizza place I don't constantly have that problem with, but tonight I went to pull a cinnamon stick out of the box and found a brown hair on the top of it. My daughter's hair is curly and reddish blonde, and my hair is white blonde so I know it wasn't one of ours. This is now the second pizza place around here locally that I've placed an order and found an employee's hair on my food. I've worked at a pizza place before so I know they're not as strict about hair nets as actual restaurants would be, but this is getting rediculous. Can't I order pizza from anywhere without there being someone else's hair all over it?

Undercooked Pizza and was cold in the middle. Crust was not even cooked, ended up having to throw the whole pizza away just to not get sick!

Picked up my online order around 7:28pm and witnessed one of the employees vaping inside the restaurant in the kitchen area where food is prepped and stored. He was chatting with the other employees. The employee vaping looked to be an African American male wearing a red Beenie, I am shocked this is allowed & is a health risk.

I purchased pizza for my staff during Teacher Appreciation week. Pizza Hut had a Door Dash delivery driver bring their lunch. Upon opening one of the boxes a roach crawled out of the box. I am not sure if the roach came from the restaurant or the door dash delivery drivers car. They did refund the amount of the purchase.

I ordered wings and cheese sticks from here recently, got the wings, and part of my order; the other part was someone else's completely. I never had this problem before. New employees that don't know how to read the order correctly? Incompetence possibly? Or maybe some who just don't know how to read? $20 order for barely $10 of the food I actually ordered. Lost a customer from this.

Absolute worse customer service ever. Last time I ordered from them, they did not bring an item I ordered, called and spoke with the manager and he credited my account. Attempted to place an order tonight over the phone so I could use that credit, but after reaching a call center and then being on hold for over ten minutes, I hung up and ordered online. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting (said it would be delivered in 55 minutes), I get a call from the delivery driver saying he was four minutes away. Food is delivered. I bite into an uncooked piece of chicken, so I call, yet again. Immediately ask to speak to a manager. He instantly tells me how busy he is, and I tell him I know, because we just got uncooked chicken. He tells me they can remake it, or give me a credit (same spill I heard last time). Told him to remake it, because credits seem to be hard to use with them. He then tells me it will be 70 minutes before they can bring it. Are you kidding me? If I messed up a customer's order, I would be trying to fix it ASAP. Never ordering from this place again.

I no longer order from this Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with double sausage that only had a single serving of sausage on it. Then I was charged for the double. In that same order I ordered a pizza with beef topping and what was delivered was sausage. After I called and complained I was very rudely treated and hung up on. Restraunt is clean though and in a decent neighborhood.

Last time we were here we got a medium hand toss and it was very good and fluffy today we got a hand tossed pizza and it was super thin,hardly and crust at all and the pizza just floppy,went in to mention it and the lady at the front just offered a remake but said it would look just like the one we got,that this is a hand toss pizza and thin crust would be much thinner,but how much thinner can it get you can see in the pic how thin the crust is it's barely any crust. Very disappointed 😞

We drive all the way over there to get good pizza. The pizza was burnt and when I called the manager blamed me for asking for the pizza run through the oven twice. I explained yes well done not burnt. I also paid cash for cheese and pepper (which is ridiculous) and didn’t receive either and the manager stated it was my fault too. RUDE! As a manager myself, there is a better way to treat customers.

I recently placed an order inside pizza hut, and had the opportunity to see how horrible management is.As a manager/assistant manager it is never okay to berate your employees. When your customers are able to hear how vulgar and disrespectful you are to the people that carry your company, it is not a good look. I was able to witness two managers who I believe are named, Josh and Vanessa, verbally humiliate multiple of their employees. Until management is able to speak to their employees as people, I will not be returning and will be recommending any other pizza place.

Just ordered pizza . The food was fine but the delivery guy harassed my sister in law for a second tip. We left a tip on the order online so we didn't have to tip in person. The old guy argued saying he doesn't get anything if we tip online. That's not my problem and he needs to take that up with his management. He made my sister real uncomfortable and tried to make her feel bad. Really need to screen these delivery people better and they need to be careful how they act at someones house. It can go bad really quick especially talking to a woman how he did.

We were told to be there at 1:00p.m so my Son could interview for his first Job lol the manager didn’t show up. Any the staff had no clue to what was going. Very unprofessional..

First of all the person taking my order did not speak good understandable english. I oder and told the I wanted to pay by card. I put my card information in and it accepted my payment. When the delivery man came he told me it was ordered for cash payment . I argued and he call the person that took my ordered. They said my card was accepted. This is a very poor pizza business. I don't recommend this pizza hut to anyone.

This used to be one of my favorite locations. The current management is garbage and their kitchen staff is laughable. I was asked to sit and wait for a manager to apply a coupon to my order because the normal cashier couldn't. So I sat. And sat. And paced. And sat. An hour and a half later, after being told it would be "a little longer" five times, the manager finally comes out and starts chatting with the evening staff who have come in to take over. I loudly sigh and he looks over and asks if I need something. After telling him that I've been waiting for a manager over a coupon, he motions me to the register and starts SCOLDING ME that my order has "been ready". Dude, I know!? He tosses my order onto the counter and throws a fit, I take it home, old and soggy that it is at that point, and find out that my order was screwed up, as usual for this location lately. I'm so fed up that I want to look up locations owned outside of my local franchise and go purchase from them so I don't have to deal with this one.

By far the worst pizza hut I have ever ordered from. My family always loved pizza hut, but our last three experiences have changed our mind. Our last two pizza orders tasted like cardboard. Literally tasted like it was made that morning and reheated. Tonight we ordered wings. Said they'd be delivered in an hour...an hour and a half later and they JUST started cooking them and it will be ANOTHER hour before our food comes. Spent $80 for three people to eat and don't even want it anymore! Definitely not worth half the money spent. Can go to a dine in, high end restaurant and pay the same but actually have a good experience and food that's worth eating. Shame on you Pizza Hut.

I’ve always had really really good service at this store. I think my spouse said he’s been coming to this store since middle school. Today I was extremely disappointed. I was given a chance to take a survey about a month ago and of course I left a fantastic review. I was rewarded with a $10 coupon good for 30 days. From this store, again. So today I go to redeem the coupon that this store gave me, and it wasn’t able to be used at this location. I just don’t understand. Pizza Hut was the last resort with a mildly hectic afternoon, and right when I was ready to check out: hit with the nonsense. How am I given a coupon that you don’t even take?

We ordered their fries and the portion size. We got was equal to maybe half of potato, and when I went back to question it, they said that's the portion you get, and it's like seven dollars. Its a potato

I attempted to place an order on the Pizza Hut website, and after adding an extra pizza, I attempted to remove it. Unfortunately, when I tried to process the order, it still displayed the original error from when I was placing the order and prompted me to call in my order instead. I did call in my order. That order was delivered. My bank statement this morning showed that Pizza Hut charged me twice. Pizza Hut charged me once for the order I received and was happy with, and also for the order that I was informed had an error during processing. The incorrect charge totaled $104.92. When I contacted the store manager today, he refused to talk to me, saying that the website and the store were separate, and told me to call the CS on the website. I was only able to initiate an online chat, but the CS rep that was chatting with me closed the chat because I'm slow at typing on a cell phone. But I was told that I was free to initiate another chat. Never, ever will I order from Pizza Hut again. NEVER!!! The issue is still not resolved. Three weeks later, the issue was resolved through action taken by my bank.

My husband put in an order almost 3 hours ago and we have called several times asking what's going on. I understand things get busy but this was ridiculous. 1st time we called, we were told they were backed up..okay understandable. 2nd time, we were told the driver was on the way. 3rd time...we were told we never placed any order...now I'm pissed cuz our money was deducted from our account for the pizza. Hung up and called back. This last time when the person answered, they said they were waiting on the door dash driver. What..Really...why couldn't anyone pick up the phone and ask if we wanted to come get it. Well we did. This has been the worst experience ever and the worst customer service. Person on the phone and at the store were rude. Common curtesy goes a long way. If they would have just said in the 1st place we are really backed up would you mind doing carry out...we would have said okay. But nothing was said at first...just got told lies about the status of our order.

No cheese packets or red pepper provided.... they want you to purchase this. I didn't know this and if so I would have ordered elsewhere. My pizza was ok crust tasted very sweet. Also half the dining area is taken away for and area to fold pizza boxes... So this place is more an Express.
