Our server was very polite and thoughtful. I had the ribeye and it was a very good, flavorful cut of meat that was cooked to perfection. Fresh bread was served complimentary. They have a kids menu as well. I've been to this particular LongHorn twice now and have yet to be disappointed.

The ambiance in this restaurant is cozy and vibrant. Our server was welcoming, quick and helpful. I ordered the chicken fried steak with tortilla soup, mashed potatoes, and a Caesar salad. It came with two huge servings and I ended up taking the other half for a second meal. Everything was hot and fresh. My husband ordered the 12 oz ribeye steak. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Everything was perfect.

We visited the Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch. We would love to have tried their steaks but thought that would be a bit too much for a lunchtime meal. My partner and I decided to split 3 appies. The Wings, Queso, and the chicken bites. There was enough for us for lunch, and we brought some home and had it all for dinner, too. The pricing was great, too. Great atmosphere, and our server was quick and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

By far the best steak I've ever ate in my life and I think Texas Roadhouse and everything else and man that is top of the line right there like if anybody is going to eat a steak they need to come here that was so good we had the Porter House and we had two loaded baked potatoes those were extremely good too oh my gosh and then we had some shrimp with that and some rice and we had a four count of shrimp and they gave us an eight count and they gave it some extra bread too I am so full like that was one heck of a good meal like I would give a hundred Stars if I could like that was so good but they forgot to put our shrimp with our food when we had it to go you know and we went back to get our shrimp and that's probably why they gave us an 8 count of shrimp and the rice with it which you guys totally Rock for that that was so awesome and not to mention when we went back to get it Mickey and Minnie mouse were there oh my God my favorite and my fiance's favorite characters like we love them so much and that was so awesome like that was the biggest smile I've ever smiled for real and that was literally the first picture I took for the hat off in over 10 years hippo is scared of Frosty the snowman he loves Santa Claus but he was terrified of Mickey and Minnie mouse this picture says a thousand words in it and I love you guys so much for the best night ever so far of our sobriety my fiance and I have struggled with drugs and stuff for a long time and we have been cleaned I'm going on 12 days he's going on 16 days and this was by far the coolest night we've had in a very long time thank you LongHorn steakhouse for being like the top notch restaurant ever!!!!! This restaurant did an outstanding job with our party of 9! All of our steaks were cooked perfect and everything was fresh. The bartender also did an excellent job on our drinks. I don’t remember our waiters name but he had awesome customer service! Will definitely be returning when I come into town.

Celebrated a friend's birthday tonight. The server waited until everyone arrived, and we ate together. I had a perfect margarita...and it was smooth. I absolutely loved my caesar salad, that I wanted it to be like Olive garden where you can have more...lol. The steak was cooked just the way I like it. I ate all of my food. That's a first. My husband usually has to help me finish the steak.

I was on a business trip and stopped by the closest place to my hotel. I usually always get a salad from Longhorn but I felt like switching it up. I sat at the bar. The bartender was cool. My salmon was delicious. It was marinated with their signature bourbon. It had a sweet taste and the rice, broccoli and sweet potatoes were so good. I love the way this place looks. It has a comfy and cozy feel.

Gotta be the best steakhouse in town. I usually order the Outlaw Ribeye steak with Kraft mac 'n cheese and a Caesar salad. Their complimentary multigrain table bread is very good too. Their broccoli is soft and has perfect seasoning. Try the chicken parmesan, the pork chops, baby back ribs or lamb chops. Everything there was a homerun!! Even dessert!

Sunday, Feb 15, 2026. Jackelyn R. was our server for early dinner. Every aspect of our visit was 5 Stars! I had a Flo's filet and lobster, my wife Sirloin and shrimp. Firecracker chicken rolls to start things up. Everything was accurate and cooked perfectly to order. Small requests (like extra butter, more water, etc) were handle perfectly so AAA+++ to Jackelyn for that. The tables and utensils were clean, ambience was warm and we really felt as if we were dining at a legendary Michelin rated restaurant! Even things like the Caesar salads, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, bread, etc. were, "over the top" perfect:) Thank you Longhorn and staff! We will be dining here more often...perhaps 2-3 times monthly:)

The starter wings were exceptional. I found out that they are baked and then fried. The hamburger and fries, chicken tender plate, and grilled shrimp on a bed of rice all tasted delicious. The service was exceptional.

If you want a good steak, you have to get one here!! I always love to get the USDA Prime Delmonico. This 16oz steak is the best!! It's full of flavor with every bite. It comes served with your choice of 2 sides. They didn't have the asparagus, so I got a baked potato. My son enjoyed his half lb bacon cheeseburger he loved the flavor and texture it was amazing. My husband loved the wrangler 12oz cheeseburger it was soft, juicy, steaming hot, and full of flavor. And to top it off, The Perfect Margarita was soooooo perfect!! The server was so polite and kept our drinks filled and everything else we needed. The atmosphere was just right we went early so there weren't a lot of people. We will definitely be going back soon.

Steak was cooked perfectly, just as I requested. I've had many overcooked steaks at other places. Sides were great too. Fried okra were almost whole pieces of okra. I found that interesting in a good way. Good service, clean place, overall nice atmosphere... On a side note... My date didn't finish her food, and though I hinted at wanting to devour her leftovers, she opted to take them to go. Perhaps the waitstaff could have distracted her while I sneaked some food off of her plate. Not sure if I should deduct half a "bro" star for their lack of wingman-isity or add half a "morality" star for them keeping me in line.

The food and service were good. My husband and I both had the 6oz sirloin with grilled shrimp (minus the rice) with a baked potato and broccoli. The steaks were cooked as ordered and the broccoli steamed just right. The wall and sconce light at the table were really, really dirty. Time for a deep clean at this location.

A chilly Sunday afternoon and a good steak dinner sound great, unless you got the 6oz sirloin that I got. Unfortunately it was so tough and chewy, that no matter how small I cut it, it was a chore to chew it. It tasted like leather. Fortunately, I had an awesome waitress who gladly brought me a delicious, tender sirloin in exchange. I was so grateful. What makes one sirloin tough as leather and another more paletable? I am not sure...maybe lack of proper aging or being flame kissed...I'm not sure. Having understanding staff makes all the difference too!

Went to celebrate with my fiancee and my Son , I think it was his first real steak 😂😆 but the atmosphere was mellow and chill , we got attended quickly , our waitress (wish I remembered her name ) was perfect checked on us and took care of our needs without interrupting us ( which is rare ) the steaks were cooked just right and the price was spot on. Thank you Long Horn team for a great experience

I came for a nice dinner with my wife. The staff were friendly and the food was perfection. I like that it's not that loud inside and you can talk to the person at the table and hear what they're saying. It's not a rowdy busy atmosphere, but more relaxed and quiet. When my steak came, they didn't ask me to immediately cut into it to make sure it's cooked as asked. BTW it was cooked medium to perfection. Drink refills came quickly. I would take my wife here again, but would not go with the kids as there is no kids menu. My one issue is that on the bill (for 2 people mind you) it had a mandatory $5 gratuity and below that was the optional tip slider with a percentage and dollar amount. The optional slider didn't factor in the $5 that was automatically added to the bill. I guess that's for people that don't tip so the waitress/waiter will get something. If you're going to mandate a $5 tip, factor that into the optional tipping. But it's likely by design to make sure that when the non tippers and generous tippers are averaged out, the waitress/waiter will get a decent amount of take home pay.

They only have 3 stalls, so having 2 of them clogged and overflowing made it a bit appalling. So many parties happen here. You would think they'd be organized enough not to be rude and disrespectful and handle the dinner rush. Food is good but service sucks. I waited waayy more than an hour for our small table of 4 because the server never tended to us. She and another were going back and forth about who should take our table. When I know tables are assigned to servers so that doesn't happen. Manager was no help either. He was just as rude. I am not a difficult person either. I've worked restraunts before and understand the job enough not to be rude or make it harder on the employee. Customer service needs work!!

Ambiance in this place is top notch to say the least and the wait staff do their best to make you feel at home, but from the bread at the beginning to the steaks, everything kind of goes downhill. Ordered the Outlaw ribeye and of course I ordered it medium because anything less is uncivilized! lol i have to say that it was the most untasteful and fattiest piece of meat I've ever had in my life. More than half my bites were overcome with a very greasy taste which is fine sometimes, but it was not a good "fatty" flavor at all. I do have to say that the mashed potatoes were very delicious!

As a Longhorn I think this location needs some work in term of their food quality. My review was based on 2 visits - on my first visit I ordered a medium rare Prime Rib but received medium well end cut. I spoke with the manager on duty and he said all his prime rib's were cook to the same level and he did not have any medium rare cuts. He was willing to cook another item for me but my issue is that at 6:30pm you need to have product in all temperature ranges secondly wait staff should have been notified that they should check with the kitchen. On my second visit thinking that I would have the same issue again I asked the waiter to check with the kitchen on what cuts of prime rib were left - the same issue no medium rare cuts - there seems to be a real aversion to communicate to the kitchen. On a positive note - their green salads and broccoli was spot one.

The sides were good, except for the rice pilaf, which was over salted; the server quickly remedy the situation. The service was good but again the restaurant lacks a uniqueness which will stand it away from other chain restaurants (Chili's, Denny's, Cheddar). The complimentary bread was a tad underdone and flat tasting. One of the best parts of the meal was the salads. Tea and lemonades were average to quench our thirst. Lastly plating ( presentation ) was just sad. Looked like the food was just plopped onto the plates; with one plate 'messy'. Priced reasonably. Would recommend; but I can cook a better steak at home.

Idk if it's just me but their food quality has really been declining. My steak... guuurl SALTY! and I love salt. But this was way too much. I literally just ate my asparagus. The time prior the steak was good and my asparagus was bland. Also do u really need to leave the steak in that much juice? I don't understand why they do that 🤔 the waitress was amazing tho.

I've been to Longhorn Steakhouse many times, and it's always good. This time around, I have to say, the chicken was overcooked. The gravy was lumpy. I'm disappointed, but overall,I plan to go back. I would just stay away from their chicken fried steak.

Outside and inside the place is beautifully decorated. Food was great done to order. My only bad experience is with the order of which waiters attended us and the timing of service was slow and delayed too long for the amount of people inside enjoying their meals. I was dining in with my family and had gotten up to use the changing station with my baby. While returning to our table, I slipped and fell on a wet tile floor. There was no wet floor sign or other warning to alert me or other guests of the hazardous condition. Manager “Joel “ was very rude about the whole situation & expressed no concerns. This fall caused me physical pain and put both myself and my baby at risk. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of basic safety protocols in place. The failure to display proper signage for a wet floor is a serious oversight and could have resulted in more severe injuries.

Bad customer service waited for awhile no one took our order saw the guy hostess sitting other customer and the girl went to attend them and got their drinks stood up to ask the guy if there was a server for our table. He said umm while he was at a dirty table and on his phone texting . He was hostess/busboy I assume. I was so upset that I said I was leaving as I was leaving he stood at the table making facials expressions and I was upset I just left. Called back after I had cooled down and asked to speak with the manager the guy on the phone asked who was calling so I told him my name then I got transferred. Spoke to a manager and the manager then began to say that the only guy that was there was a bartender and one waitress. So I’m guessing he is saying the hostess was not a guy. Didn’t get the hostess name but he had a heart on his hair cut. So instead came to where they gave me better service Texas Roadhouse.

Sat at the bar and took forever to get served. One bartender saw us and completely ignored us. Talk about feeling unwanted as a customer, this sure did it!

Asked 4 med/ rare & got pretty much raw. When ret. Bck 2 kitchen the same steak was returned but completely fully cooked. A week ago got similar experience but decided 2 give them another chance, huge mistake I won't b doing again. They definitely need a new cook that knows their steaks.Had 2 wipe down my own table considering we were 1st customers of the day the table was pretty filthy.

Per reviews I was excited to have lunch here. I am not a local and we have a few LongHorn Steakhouses in the DFW area, which are nice. This place is run down, outdated. When I walked in, there was a slight stench. There was not a hostess at the stand when I walked in and no one greeted or directed me. I waited a while and no one said anything, so I went to the bar. I sat there a while, no bartender to be found. Eventually she came out… she did not acknowledge me, at all. I actually had to wave her down and ask for a menu. She took my drink order and it was another 12-15 minutes before I saw her again. Another server delivered my water and it had debris in it. I finally placed my order and the food came out. I opened my napkin to find dirty silverware. I requested plastic wear. The food was just ok but I was harassed by the swarm of gnats at the bar. I didn’t complete my meal… I was pretty disgusted by the amount of gnats present.

I ordered an 8oz filet (medium) and lobster tail. First time Inwas served a well done. Second time medium well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies!! Don’t bother with this place if it’s a good steak you want.

Absolutely unacceptable. On my pregnant wife’s birthday, we waited over an hour to be seated. Her steak was overcooked, then after another 30 minutes, it came back undercooked. She ate nothing but bread. Management was aware and didn’t care. The general manager only came over when I questioned the bill—no apology, no empathy, just excuses about the system. Over $300 wasted, a special night ruined, and zero accountability. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Staff deserves better leadership.

I recently had a disappointing experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Harlingen. I ordered a salad, but to my dismay, I found a hair in it. I politely asked for a replacement, which they provided. However, to my surprise, they still charged me for the original salad. I was shocked and frustrated by this decision. Finding a hair in my food was already a unpleasant experience, and being charged for it made it even worse. I expected better customer service and quality control from a reputable chain like LongHorn. Unfortunately, my experience left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend dining here. The food quality and service didn't meet my expectations, and I won't be back.
