Had lunch here as part of a group of six on a Wednesday afternoon. Ordering was easy and we quickly got a table and headed for the buffet line. It was well stocked and the salad items were fresh. There were several pizzas available but no veggie option. I asked the server who said “we’ll make you one.” When husband asked for plain cheese, same response. Both of these pizzas came out within 10 minutes and were great. A man was constantly bussing the tables which was nice. The dining room was clean.

Went to CC'S Pizza and got me a buffet meal. The salad was fresh and veggies, ranch dressing, 3 slices of pizza and ice cold tea to drink. Went back for my cinnamon rolls with icing for desert ❤️

Manager needed a hairnet. She was screaming at the employees. I saw short them staffed. It took me 15 to 20 to get a slice of pizza. The employees kept their cool eventhough she (manager) was freaking out. She stated " I'm going to put the pizza out here, I don't care how they come out". I saw her get her phone and started texting and then to the kitchen without washing her hands. The cashier was very nice I don't recall her name. But she kept her cool when the manager was getting after her for not helping out but how could she if she was in the front.

The pizza and other bread related items were all a little overdone..a little crunchy. We paid for our meal by debit and and we were automatically charged for a 20% tip without being asked. When we asked about this charge, we were told it was applied to everyone. No offer was made to correct it or no apology was offered.

My family and I were excited to go eat at cicis pizza but when we got to the location, the guy at the front stated that they were closing in 20 minutes. Before considering going we called to check if they were open which they told us they were until 11 pm so we headed on our way but, once we got there these people were having a whole company meeting at cicis in the middle of the restaurant. WHO DOES THAT!???? worst experience ever. Never coming back and do not recommend for anyone to come here....

It's a pizza buffet with no pizza available! Salad bar has stale lettuce that's a nice shade of brown! You have to line up and hope that you can get a slice of pizza 🍕 when they put one out every 15 minutes or so and can get past the mob of people waiting for pizza!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my wife and her sisters for dinner. Had the $2.99 promotion which I was told I couldn't use. Had to use a $5.99 instead, which i should have left right then and there. But no everyone was hungry. So I pay and we sit down to eat. My wife is pregnant so she says something is off with the food. I should have listened to her right there. Well during the buffet all 4 of us get sick, throwing up and the other one too. This is not right, Cici's you need to do better.

Went last night for the $2.99 deal, and I should’ve just gone to Little Caesars instead. The pizza tasted undercooked, lacked flavor, and there was barely any variety. Right after paying, there were no pizzas out, no bread, no desserts, and no pasta available. I even overheard the cashier telling the staff to clean up the pasta area by 9 PM… even though they close at 10. There wasn’t even any ice. Very disappointing experience.

They have this 2.99 deal going on, you would think they would be prepared for something like that lol but no . My wife and i went and didnt get to enjoy our meals. Pizza buffet was empty and when the pizza did come out it wasnt 3 or 4 coming out at the same time, no it was 2 or maybe 3 at a time and by the time we were next in line there wasnt any left . No lids, no sauce, no pasta . We left after 20 minutes & some some mickey d's instead .

We walked in , someone threw up in the door entrance , We let the manager know .The cashier ( manager) was also the one making the pizzas . Steady traffic Sunday around 2:30pm . No pizzas on the line , no pasta , salad was a mess. People standing right infront of the buffet waiting for the pizzas to come out. We put in a request for a pizza which they made wrong and got it 45 minutes later . No ice for the sodas , no straws , no plates . Dirty tables , bus boy came out when we were leaving and half of the tables dirty . Worst service . Didn’t even get to enjoy our favorite pizzas or desserts

Went on a Thursday. WORST SERVICE. Tables everywhere filled with trash, old cups, tables were everywhere moved. No pizzas on the line, no pasta, service was horrible. AC was off or not working. No one was cleaning the floors, no sweeping was done. Not buss boy cleaning up tables. Worse place to go. Extremely unsatisfied for it being middle of the week and not on a weekend. Wait time for pizza was unacceptable. Workers making the pizzas were also very very rude.

I don't think I can take my Italian friend here 😕 what type of Italian pizza that doesn't have marinara or actual Italian pasta? Only 2 cinnamon roll pieces for dessert and the toughest cheweiest cinnamon roll I ever had. The pizza barely had sauce on it. First time and never coming back.. the beef they use is soooo salty and processed. Not a real beef. The workers and servers do just fine.
