Melting Pot - Harrisburg

My wife and I came to melting pot this evening to celebrate my birthday! Not our first time but by far this was our best experience! Cameron was our server and he was so sweet and kind. Did a great job going over each course and chatted up with us about football! So beyond nice and made our experience tonight the best we've had yet! Thank you for a wonderful night and birthday celebration dinner!

Big shout out to our server, Joey! 🫶 We were new to this, and he was very helpful in guiding us on what to do, how to do it, and recommended what we should get, We had a great time! The food was fantastic. You definitely leave there feeling full. The atmosphere was nice, it wasn't too bright it wasn't too dark and it was quiet. I can actually hold a conversation with my husband and not have to yell or struggle to hear him. All in all, if you need a night out with the friends or date night, it's a little pricey but so worth it. We went in at 5:00 and we didn't leave until almost 7:00, so be prepared to be there for a while! It was so fun and relaxing. And if you want a good non-alcoholic drink, you have to try the bees tea. It was just the right amount of sweetness without being instant diabetes LOL. We will definitely be coming back again for a date night or birthday.

Came here for my anniversary with my boyfriend and the experience was amazing. Our waitress Olivia was awesome. She was so fun and was so full of life. You can definitely tell she loves her job and loves the conversation with the customers. I noticed she was the only one that was happy and was enjoying herself. Everyone else looked miserable and didn’t really say much to the people they were waiting on. I definitely recommend asking for Olivia when you come to this location!! Me and my boyfriend loved talking with her after we were done eating. The food was 10/10. This was my second time here and again I enjoyed every single. My boyfriend really enjoyed himself and loved everything about this experience. My only thing was the duck was kind of yucky. Has to be an acquired taste.

Tim F (the marine) was amazing, loved having him as our server! He made my birthday experience a great time! The food was also excellent, as always 😋

went here for a fun dinner with my boyfriend the other day and enjoyed it very much! the harrisburg location has always been preferred to me, as the service seems to be better than king of prussia. the food and experience are definitely worth the price. staff makes you feel very important and special lol.

We had the best experience here! We went for our anniversary and the manager walked us to our table and sat us. He even asked us how long we'd been dating, and thanked us for spending our anniversary here. Which may not be a big deal but that is so rare! Our server, Caprice, was absolutely fantastic! This was our first time at a place like this and she was so patient with us! She really paid attention to what we were asking and made perfect recommendations for us. When I couldn't decide between two drinks, Caprice explained the flavor profile and that was exactly what I needed to know to choose the right one for me. We were so impressed by our service here and they made the entire experience incredible. You can tell the staff really take pride in their service, and they made our experience feel like one of a kind. Highly recommend this place for a celebration, and Caprice - but I'm biased 😅.

Amazing atmosphere and the staff is super friendly! The big night out is the way to go if you're looking for a full-filling tasting menu that has tons of options. Everything was very tasty! The staff are beyond helpful, as well as, going above and beyond to make your experience special. Would highly recommend, make a reservation online before coming so you don't have to wait around a lot. Expect around 2 hours for your dining experience, it is well worth it!

Was an amazing experience! Our waiter/server was very attentive, helpful and awesome personality! The food was spectacular! Everything was very well rounded. Our server also timed the courses out nicely to our pace. Definitely make a reservation and should be for special occasions as it is pricey, but it is definitely worth it. It is a romantic sort of setting at least for the seating for 2.

Wow!! Absolutely blown away! We came to celebrate a birthday, and it was my first time dining at the Melting Pot. Such a unique experience being able to cook your own food. We did the four course meal for two and it was excellent. Each course was prepared perfectly and was just right for the occasion. Our waitress Emilee was amazing, giving us all the tips and tricks on the best way to enjoy our meal. Definitely not the cheapest meal, however you’re paying not only for the food, but the experience as well. We’ll absolutely be back some time soon!!

The Melting Pot is such a fun and unique experience. You get to choose different options to cater to your taste. They give you so much food that you leave stuffed! If you've never been, I highly recommend that you go. If you go for a special occasion they will write a little message on a plate when they bring out dessert. You also have options to add a single rose for an additional fee or even multiple roses. This option makes for a nice surprise for the recipient.

The melting pot is a fine dining fondue experience. It is a great place for a romantic dinner, a graduation party, a birthday for a teen or adult. This place is awesome. Theh ha e seasonally changed specialty meals and a fjll bar. Eat for lunch or dinner, alacarte or my favorite the big night out (for 2).

Food was amazing. Well worth the price. Emilee was a great waitress and really knew the menu and her recommendations were the best. The way she presented and described the menu, you knew she was definately a pro and tasted everything. Another waitress serving another table was not that great and just made the menu sound BLAH, but not Emilee. Emilee definately needs to be reconized.

I came here for my anniversary with my fiancee and Eric did such an incredible job making it a fun, memorable experience! It was our second time here and both the food and service were amazing. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this for an upscale, unique dining experience.

The food was really good !! The cheese was delicious and so was the milk chocolate used for dipping!! There was different varieties of meats and vegetables to cook on the griller. It was a fun meal. Even the salad was delicious. The service was really good. Our waiter Brad was very friendly. My wife and I enjoyed it. I would definitely come here again!!

AMAZING!! my fiance took me out for dinner for my birthday and we wanted to go somewhere where we have never been before and we chose the melting pot! Professional, quick, and sooo easy to talk to. We had Paige (so sorry if spelled incorrectly). She made sure that we experienced the most WONDERFUL first time experience and we cant thank her enough. I've worked in restaurants myself and know how crazy the days can be. You will see us again, most definitely!! I was even surprised with flowers at the end.❤

My wife and I went here last week for our anniversary and we both had amazing meals. We did the Big Night Out Dinner for 2 which was four courses of deliciousness. We started with the Quattro Formaggio cheese fondue which was incredibly tasty especially with the bread that came with it. Not sure it worked with the assorted veggies as much though. The salads were exceptional and the entrees were really tasty with the Coq Au Vin cooking style. And we finished it up with the Yin & Yang dark/white chocolate which I kind of wish I could bath in that stuff it was so good. Portions might seem small but by the time you're done you've more than your fill as we were both feeling pretty full. Brad our waiter was on point, always making sure our drinks were full and checked up on us just the right amount of times. Parking spaces a little small, especially for a handicap van but my wife and her powered wheelchair had no problem moving around the restaurant. It's not a cheap night out so know that going in but I have no doubt we'll be back again.

We had a fun time celebrating our anniversary here. The 5 ⭐️ rating is solely the experience. It’s a fun time and we had the best waitress who was interactive and made it better. The food we would have to say is more a 3.5 star…not bad just mid. It’s all the experience

Absolutely delicious food, and Keiser took great care of us! He kept everything flowing quickly and had a wonderful sense of humor. We tried the Quatro Formaggio for the first time and it was AMAZING!!

We celebrated my birthday at The Melting Pot this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Cameron was an amazing server—attentive, knowledgeable, and so much fun—and Brian made sure we were well taken care of, too. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were just as great. Every course felt like a treat, and the whole experience was so special. Thank you to the entire team for helping make my birthday memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Kathy is an amazing waiter and is great at explaining the menu! I was very nervous about this because I haven’t tried anything like it. She helped me through the process and showed me how to cook everything. The experience was a 10/10 and I would recommend it to everyone!

This was my first time at the Melting Pot and it did not disappoint. Tim F. was our server. He was very friendly and able to guide us through our meal with knowledge of the menu, including recommendations when we were uncertain. The food was delicious, the atmosphere had a “private dining” vibe and definitely an experience for this “first timer”.

Met a lovely server named Sonya! She totally made us feel at home and so very welcomed. This lady deserves everything beautiful this job of hers has to offer, excellent service!

My husband and I dined here for the first time in around 10 years. Our server, Kaizer, made the experience so nostalgic. He was a fantastic server—extremely attentive with a great personality!

My wife and I went to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, Tim F was fantastic! He was attentive to our needs while also allowing us to enjoy hours of conversation. Tim, had great suggestions along with pairings, which made our experience even better. Next time you go to the melting pot, ask for Tim.

Took my kiddo for the first time for a special treat. Our server was Tim Farrell. What a great night! He took the time to explain everything to her, make suggestions and made sure she enjoyed every min. We had a lovely evening!

My wife loves the place, food was ok season, well presented. We pick the grill option to cook our food. Boil and fry are the other options. Our bill was around 200 for 3 people and the tip. Our waiter was very nice, polite, understanding and very informative. If you like to complain about your food not been cook properly, well you won't have that issue since you cook your own food. It seems like the use the same seasoning for all the meats cause they taste the same. But still delicious.....well worth it. Date night or just a nice place to enjoy good company.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is perfect for any occasion even just a night out. Tonight me and my mom restarted an old tradition and could not have picked a better place. Esmeralda was an absolutely phenomenal server who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful night. And the owner Brian was amazing as well checking in on us and making sure everything was going smoothly. The four course meal was absolutely wonderful and perfect for two people. Definitely recommend.

We drive over an hour to go to this specific location because of the service and quality of food. You can tell the management is good because our servers enjoy being there and provide quality service with ease. It's the best of the three Melting Pots we've been too.

Had such a wonderful date night at The Melting Pot! We went for the four-course meal, and every course was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic — perfect for a night out together. Our server, Keiser, was new and we were his very first table, but you’d never know it! He was friendly, attentive, and did an amazing job guiding us through the experience. The whole staff was welcoming and professional, making the night even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a great vibe!

This place is the best! Our waiter, Keiser, was an absolute charm, he kept up with us throughout our dining experience, made us laugh and kept us entertained. He kept our drinks full and was very attentive, I would highly recommend asking for Keiser when making a reservation, he will make your experience 10 times better.

It is extremely expensive but honestly the most fun I’ve had at a restaurant. My parents brought me here for my 18th, couldn’t have asked for anything better. The atmosphere was great and our server Olivia made it even better, I can’t even use words to describe the food it was that good 😭😭. 1000% will be coming back for everything ecspecially that damn pound cake and chocolate 😼.

From the moment we walked in the service was outstanding. The hostess was so sweet and polite. Dan, the manager, rolled the red carpet out from the beginning. With 2 roses on the table for my friend and myself to constantly checking on how things were throughout the meal, he pays attention to every detail. He even paired us with, in my opinion the best waiter I've ever had. Tim the marine. Outstanding service provided. Tim made my first time truly unforgettable. The whole meal was an experience and something I will be doing again. My highlight foods was the California salad, steak and shrimp and the lobster tail. Now the real show stopper for me was the turtle chocolate. As someone who doesn't really like sweets I couldve drank the chocolate. My favorite pairing was the pound cake. Amazing. We had such a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot in Harrisburg thanks to our server, Kathy. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, and she explained the menu and pacing of the courses in a way that made the whole evening so enjoyable. Kathy had the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness—she anticipated what we needed before we even asked, kept our table running smoothly through multiple courses, and made sure we never felt rushed. She even took the time to give us recommendations that were absolutely spot on. It’s clear that Kathy genuinely cares about her guests’ experience, and it made our dinner feel special. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for her—you’ll be in great hands!

This was my first time ever at a melting pot and I loved it! Our waitress Esmeralda C gets all the credit for making me comfortable; she was warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. The food was of course delicious! It is great to be able to eat melted cheese somewhere as an adult in a professional atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

Fabulous experience and was truly memorable! Our server, Keiser, was knowledgeable, professional, and given that it was our first time there was the perfect teacher and what to do. Food was delicious. We did the four courses and it was a wonderful experience.

I love the melting pot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is some inconsistency. I tend to like to know what to expect when I go to a restaurant, and sometimes they change things up, and I don't like that. I also don't like that sometimes I like the waiters and other times I am ready to throw my checkbook at them for their incredible service/presentation. However, I was close to 5 stars because other than that, I am always super impressed by the quality and taste of the food (Even if I do cook it myself lol). It is a fun experience, and it never gets old to us. Even my 6 year old had a great time. It can also be a super romantic date.

Unique dining experience. We spent over 3 hours there with group of 9. You get cheese to dip into. Then salad, then a pot of broth to cook various selections of meat and then finish with a pot of chocolate to dip into. Server very helpful and patient.

We were extremely underwhelmed with our experience at the melting pot in Harrisburg. While the wait stuff was amazing the quality, quantity, and variation of the food was lackluster compared to all other melting pots we have visited. I cannot in good faith recommend that anyone patronize this establishment for the full course. It is not worth the price. If you need your melting pot fix, get the cheese and dessert only here.

Save your money & go to under dogs down the street. Better food & waaaay better price. We spent $557 for mediocre food (I know it was the day after v-day, I already took that into consideration) . We spent that amount of money & I couldn’t even get salt 😭. Waiter was the best part, very kind & talkative (which eased the pain of getting bent once we got the bill). Long story short save your money & go to under dogs or 1700 (better atmosphere & food). I could go on but it’s not that serious. (giving it 2 stars instead of 1 bc the waiter was cool)
