When I came in around 10pm I knew they were working really hard handling food and taking care of the customers! Bryana and Maria were really focused and still continued to be very nice and hospitable! Its hard workers like them that make people come back so please take care of these two 😇

The food was hot and fresh, but it was the service that really stood out. A huge shoutout to Maria, who has been helping me for years! She’s always kind, attentive, and such a bright presence. I had such a great experience at this Popeyes! The ladies working here went above and beyond to help me. They were extremely polite, friendly, and made me feel welcome the whole time. I even mentioned to them how I usually have bad experiences at another nearby Popeyes, and they really showed me how customer service should be done. The food was fresh, but the outstanding service from the staff made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on!

**Update 11 months later. I still love this place. Employees are friendly and helpful. Always fast and friendly! And, of course, so, so yummy! This is our go-to Popeyes and have always received great service... even when they’re short handed (which has only been 1 time in the 10 years we’ve lived here), they’ve always been kind and efficient. I had spicy breast and leg with red beans and rice with 2 biscuits with ice tea. They give military discount with I D. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Food was hot and delicious. Great meal.

Maria and the team were great! I asked for a specific dark meat for my spicy pieces because the rest of my family enjoys the traditional and she made sure it was correct. The team seemed to be in full busy mode with it being 5 pm and they were all on task and working together. Good experience and timely service!

Ordered online thinking it would be quick. It was pulled into drive thru and immediately got it. I was impressed but something to told me check but I went against my gut because they had a decent amount of stars. I get home to serve the food to my family to find out they did not give me the pieces I asked for. I had received 5 breast. I asked for no breast yet I got 5 of them. Called said they packed the order wrong. They kept telling me what I order was not enough for the amount I was paying for but It was. I order 16 pieces I just got whatever they grabbed. She told me I could come back up and to bring the breast. I did just that. Came back up there and she gave me what I was missing no questions asked was she mad yes but so was I that the order was packed wrong. Did she take it out on me no. Still very polite which I do not get from Popeyes even as a former employee in another state. So thank you for that. Truly you having patients made me come off my guard of ready to fight. (Give her a raise this is not an easy job) Come back home and my husband points out they did not give me the Cajun rice. After reading reviews they don’t serve Cajun rice again something I really wanted. Please fix the app/website orders or get Cajun rice. Also slow down when packing and double check so people aren’t coming back up to get what they asked for. Over all they are fine just check your food at night because they are quick so drive thru time is good. Manager was fine, Employees are fine food was good just didn’t get what I asked for the first go around.

This one is connected to the Shell gas station. For the most part, service is pretty good and when I’ve done mobile pick up orders, they are right. I wish they actually did have CAJUN RICE though as the app shows that as an option for this location but they do not have it.

They closed the dining room 1 hour earlier so we had to drive-thru, it took them 10 minutes to cook our food and the chicken wasn't even fully cooked, thy threw everything together into a bag and gave it to us, the food was leaking grease too. If you're gonna hire teenagers to run a kitchen, at least properly train them!!!

Absolutely terribly rude staff, they insisted that I pull up the front well it’s a gas station no parking at the front of store. So I drove around the store waiting for my food, all because they were upset I didn’t want spicy chicken she asked me 3 times spicy I said no REGULAR because I do have a toddler. Then insisted to charge me 4 dollars for gravy after waiting for my food patiently.

I used to love coming to this location, but lately, it's been a total disaster! The management is clueless, especially the evening and night manager – talk about a bad attitude and zero helpfulness! I always seem to have trouble here, and they're always out of stock. Honestly, it's better to deal with a regular employee than the manager herself

Horrible service and manager Yolanda. Gave my order to DoorDash driver. Will never return to this location again. Dont even look at receipt before giving $50 order to the wrong person. Didn’t give me any food at pickup or any refund. Horrible customer service didn’t even apologize or give me something in place. Do not order online because they fail to give u your food.

Did a mobile order. Waited in line for 10 mins Asked for honey got ant covered honey packets. I called to let them know he said let me talk to my manager. He comes back and hangs up. I called back and he said theres nothing we can do and hangs up on me.

Every time i come here its something wrong and when i call, nobody answers. I ordered fried chicken and it was burned and still served to me. It was darker than me and as a darker skinned person thats hard to accept. I ordered a 6 piece wing combo and only received 4 wings. Like who does that i feel like i should get my moneys' worth out of what im buying. I doordashed over $70 worth on food; no sauce, no utensils, no napkins, not a damn thing. Nobody in the entire building cares. They have a fly problem which is unsanitary. The lobby is never cleaned and the attitudes on everyone there is through the roof. Its not a friendly or welcoming environment. They seem like the type of place to still serve something that fell on the floor.

We order $70+ of food and it was mostly wrong! I order a 2 piece breast & leg with mashed potatoes and No gravy! I got a thigh instead of breast and gravy all over the potatoes. We had 2 orders of spicy tenders and only got 1 order. This should be unacceptable especially when we are Veterans!!! So if I could I would rated them below 0.. Got home and trued to call ,but of course, mo one would answer
