Sooo good! The cook who prepared our sandwiches did such a great job and personally brought our order to the table. The best Cheese Steak Shop around!! Great food and great customer service.

Messy but delicious! Quick service, even while training a new employee. I didn't know what to get, so was recommended a Philly Joe's, which I got with steak, American & Provolone cheese, and everything on it. I was in a rush, but was relieved to get my order within 10min. Happy to report that it was filling and delicious! I got just a half size sandwich, but it was PLENTY for my lunch. Mine was chock full of sweet peppers, hot peppers, spinach, mushrooms, and other fillings. My only complaint is that it was extremely soggy and messy to eat. Juices continued to drip from the sandwich throughout my entire meal, the wrapping was soaked through, and my hands were a mess afterwards. Otherwise, I was a happy camper with my quick and tasty meal.

It’s a nice clean place and the folks that work here are nice. The food is great but I have to take off a couple stars because they don’t do things like they used to do. I don’t know why they put the hot peppers on the side instead of inside the sandwich. It’s pretty ridiculous that I have to squeeze them in myself. I think they just don’t want to give out as many pepper slices.

I don't like the way some of the cooks mix the meat and cheese together, meat first then cheese on top, the previous owners was my favorite. And the fries could be a little more cooked. If you do go let Antonio make your food, he cooks good. He would get you right 👍

They weren't busy,but the girl on the counter gave me curley fries not what I wanted.and she didn't even apologize for the error.

They burnt a portion of the meat and mushrooms. They are usually good. That is why they got three stars and not one.

The shop was empty..no wonder the cheese steak was OK...customer service was mediocre... considering the lack of customers and down time the shop could've a bit more tidy

I have visited this place a bunch of times and I think something has changed. It was hard to tell if it was the meat or the cheese out of it was my taste buds that day. All I could tell was that it didn’t hit like it usually does. The last time it was bomb. I’ll try again but if it’s the same as last time I might go to another location to see if it was just this store or if the changes are company wide.

This is one of a few bad experiences at this shop. I ordered a large chicken hoagie with hot peppers and I got one with chicken manayse lettuce and tomatoes. I specifically said only chicken cheese and hot peppers. Then I call and they can't find my order after I gave them the order number #34 that the man at the register gave me. As much as this is habit forming. I am quite disappointed. I prefer to go out to the Castro Valley shop. I took a chance after not going there for 6 months and I get this. I am all in for supporting local business through this hard time but not when I keep getting the wrong food.

Friendly people service is good stories clean But the sandwich was so small it was a RIP OFF. They really must be hurting. It'\nS been many years since I had a philly cheesesteak at one of these same places. This is about one third the size of a normal sandwich.. DON'\NT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Today I visited this restaurant, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I waited much longer than expected and no one paid proper attention. The staff’s attitude was not professional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. When someone takes the time to come and dine in, they at least expect good service and basic courtesy. Sadly, I was disappointed. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their service.

I went today and ordered a Philly cheessteak with ONLY mayo,Swiss cheese & ketchup and a curl fries. The cashier was very helpful and asked if I'd like to upgrade, unfortunately he didn't relay the right message to the cook. I waited 10 to 12mins for my order. When I got home it was all WRONG. I calles& called no obe answered so I drove all the way back only to get the most rudest, inconsiderate manager ,MY ELDER.... he asked what did I get and proceed to interrupt me and say it has cheese on it,now what's the problem as if I'm a preschooler who doesn't know or recognize colors or food. He does not need to be anywhere assisting customers, no matter whatever position he's in. He never asked how can we fix this,never offered a solution ,he just insisted on saying i said,he said like a KID so I asked for my money back. He was trying to prove a point Like a customer doesn't matter. If that's who you think is good for customers and handling business good luck for longevity let alone I can only guess your profit margins....LOOK AT WHO ???? IT was very disturbing I an all about supporting local businesses but this one ,HE SHOWED HOW HE HANDLES BUSINESSor rectify situations. Yes there were others customers and proceeded to carry on. I know the common thing is to just ignore,but he is in NEED OF TRAINING CLASS it would benefit him & the company to send him to some trainings. As a matter of fact,I'll send you some information regarding help for training. Please let him know you NEVER know who you are encountering,if he knew I guarantee he would have treated me VERY,VERY different. I hope this is taken serious,because this was very serious to me. I came for dinner and to be treated in such manner,just disgust me,very distasteful a man of a particular age you would think since he's seasoned,he would know better. I hope he's not treating the workers any kind of way,they looked very SCARED......Bullies come in all forms young,old,boy,girl,man,women. I will not recommend this place to any one anymore, I got it. Just pure disgust, This is how you treat the people that make sure the doors stay open so that he'll be able to have someone to manage.....WOW!!!!!!

I think you guys need a new cook!! Who ever cooked this food forgot to put the flavor in it!!! It tastes like I was eating air. It absolutely tasted like nothing!! I got the large mushroom and steak i added extra cheese and bacon and onions and also cheese sauce but they put the cheese sauce in a cup instead of on the sandwich like I asked but whatever. I spent over $26 down the drain. With a bottle of soda too. It's just another chain restaurant that uses young adults who Don't care about their job Owners/Manager if you don't believe me send in an unknown person to purchase an order and try it yourself. I wish you could reimburse me for the TIME i lost thinking about how good my lunch was going to be today!!! PS. I wish I could throw up this food so I can go find something satisfying to eat. A cup of noodles would have been more satisfying!!!

I kinda go here sometimes but today was the worst!! I got the Gilroy and asked for extra garlic. I'm eating it now and I'm half way through with no garlic at all!! $14 for a special order and you mess it up? Really?!?!? I think I'll take the special trip to Castro Valley next time. You guys are horrible in every way now, from food to service and cleanliness. No thank you!
