During our visits to various Panera Bread locations, we have noticed some changes throughout the overall process which is a mixed bag to be quite honest. During our most recent visit to the Hayward location near Southland Mall, staff are always kind, welcoming and very helpful. I've noticed the value is a hit or miss, and the wait time for our order at this location was about 15 minutes from the time we placed our order. Those that are in a hurry may find this inconvenient but again, it was during the lunch hour. Quality of the food was spot on though they no longer take certain modifications on a few entrees, possibly to keep costs down and prevent backup within the kitchen. It's always a nice vibe, the place was clean, and the restaurant was packed on arrival. I'd definitely visit again and would recommend this location.

Never been here before, I ordered the ceasar salad with chicken and the vegetable soup bowl. Overall it was hearty, there wasn't a lot of people inside and they have tables to charge you phones or laptops. Reminds me of Starbucks but serving food. The young gentleman at the register was really friendly and gave me great advice of what to eat.

Food is okay, wish they had more variety for the $5.99 value duet special. Sometimes the curbside pickup takes 10-15 minutes longer than your pickup time. Bakery items are good, the orange scone, brownie, cinnamon bun, bear claw and chocolate croissant are my go to. Portions are small and overpriced. They do taste good though. I’m recommending the: Broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese $5.99 tuna and soup Turkey chili Napa Chicken salad sandwich Blood Orange Refresher Tuesday Bagel special is good, I recommend getting the honey walnut cream cheese. WiFi is good so if you want to eat in your car it covers the parking lot.

Ordered Bacon Turkey Bravo with no tomatoes through the app but received a turkey bravo with tomatoes and no bacon. How do you forget the bacon it's the first word in the title if the sandwich smh.

I often order the flatbreads.they're a decent product however they're never cut properly and today's margarita lacked any basil. Placed order at 12:20 was there by 12:30 and it was already lukewarm at best. There's no contact information on the receipt

the worst paneras I have been to. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and busy visiting with each otherl. They took a long time getting the order out even though they were not busy. 30 minutes for a soup and sandwich without alterations.

I like the food from Panera but will NEVER order from this location because during the last 3 out of 5 orders, I have found long strains of hair in the sandwiches and the baked goods I received. The customer service experience was difficult as well because they required you to fill out a form to create an inquiry ticket to which I only got store credit but not the full refund on my credit card.

I ordered a togo salad, and about 50% of the salad was rotten. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to return it, nor did I eat it because I was on duty. I don't recommend this place because I am pretty sure that the person who made my salad saw that it was rotten and they still packed it and gave it to me. So technically, I threw away about $20, and I was left hungry.

38 weeks pregnant and I found the lead of an eyeliner melted into my sandwich. Sandwich is yummy but check your food before u actually eat it. Open it up examine it bc u don’t know what u will find in there.

Lacking in all aspects for a $13.00 sandwich- no cheese, steak quantity was small and forgot the pickled onions. Top it off with getting the order out 10 minutes later than posted. I did not have high expectations but this one really let me down.
