Wohoo what a jolly day!! I order the spicy chicken and rice gravy this afternoon. It is definitely crispy and juicy. Plus the friendly and fast service! WAY TO GO JOLLIBEE SACRAMENTO!! Definitely going back to this store again. 👍

Amazing food, but can take a while to actually get it. Highly recommend the pue and spaghetti, but you can't really go wrong with anything. Easily the best Filipino food in the area!

I've been wanting to try this place out for about 2 years ever since an old Filipino friend I used to have recommended it. The food is pretty good, but the place was packed when I went. Be ready to wait about 30 minutes on a Saturday night for your food. I liked the statue at the entrance and the kiosks you can use to order your food.

Awesome food spicey chicken. Love it , worth the wait. Not for your average chicken eatery. Spicey is hot! The mash and gravy is the best tasting ever. Wait time is long. Order mistakes are made. Definitely, in desperate need of second location. I am willing to franchise.

The place is pretty busy, which is quite normal. I ordered ahead to pick up through the app, and I got it pretty quick. The food never fails. I got the chicken, the gravy is always so satisfying. And the peach mango pie is my favourite.

The chicken joy as always one of their best. It's got the right crisp from the outside and it's juicy from the inside. The overall flavor is great as it is well seasoned. Best to come in the morning or non rush hour as the place gets too crowded often the rest of the day. Pricing was decent and there were some value meals selection. Service was decent but not jolly enough. 5/5 will come back 🥲

“There’s always room for improvement” The bathroom definitely need attention 🔧 Bathroom door is broken. Sanitizer is always EMPTY! Food is definitely a must try! Freshly made by order. Better to dine-in rather than to go. Kids meal not available.. Fast and accurate service.

We were in town and wanted to try Jollibee. This place is extremely busy. Service was okay, a bit chaotic but the workers knew what they were doing. Lines in drive- thru was full, dining area was full and then there were also on-line orders that people were waiting for. It could be a good wait if you do not order in advance and/or if you are dining in. Otherwise, food was great!

Chicken sandwich was good, had an excessive amount of mayonnaise on it and that's coming from someone who loves mayonnaise. The adobo rice wasn't my favorite but the mango pie was pretty amazing. Will be back to try their fried chicken pieces.

Chicken was delicious, meat are really soft! The mango peach pie was such a good dessert. I personally don’t like the sandwich. The spaghetti was more like a dessert than an entree. When I ordering, I want the original chicken but the cashier told me there’s 20 minutes wait for that, so I ordered the spicy one, but they didn’t told me the spicy one have 15 minutes wait as well lol.. hopefully next time we don’t need to wait for so long and have better experience

First time at Jolibee! Was told it would be a 20 min wait for my order to be completed but ended up waiting 40 min mainly because Doordash/UberEats orders seem to be prioritized over indoor dining customers. At one point I saw my order just left at the counter (while my order number still showed “Preparing”). All the meanwhile 3 workers helped 1 Doordash/UberEats customer. Once they called my order they forgot two items, the worker just laughed with their coworker about messing up the order while I had to wait longer for the missing items. Other than that, indoor atmosphere was amazing, highly organized and clean. Food was tasty and definitely priced fairly, thank you Katseye for putting me on.

Jollibee in South Sac is a decent spot. It's always clean, and the service is pretty quick. The food's good, but yeah, it's a bit pricey, just like everywhere else these days. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're craving some Jollibee. Gravy = yum!

Very busy . My first visit to Jollibee I ordered from kiosk but I waited 30 minutes for my order and I don’t know but it was made and nobody called us until u approached and my food was ready right there at the table .didn’t like the atmosphere herd of people food was great as I expected gravy was good not a big fan of fries . Parking is a challenge here my friend parked at the other parking lot very limited spots to park I think they either make this place bigger somehow or Employee more crew so people can get their food quicker overall good experience Definitely visit here crew was respectful though

The 3 staff members I spoke to were super friendly. The chicken was tasty. The fries and the potatoes were good. I was a bit surprised by the vat of gravy that came with the potatoes. The burger was fantastic.

The gravy is nothing special just a standard gravy you make at home but it did throw a twist into it. The spaghetti tasted interesting, I kind of loved it. The restaurant was rather busy so perhaps that's why the customer care was lacking but overall experience was not bad. A lot better than a lot of the fast food restaurants I have been to that's been around for many years. I can't wait for them to open up the location on Elk Grove boulevard in California.

Great chicken, good mashed potatoes, okay everything else. I really wanted to give it a 3.5 rating but I can't do that here. I came here to try the chickenjoy (fried chicken) which is what they're known for. The fried chicken was great!! It's on par with other fast food fried chicken chain restaurants. This spot would be a great comfort food because it hits the spot. It comes with a generous side of gravy to dip your chicken. Mashed potatoes were good, gravy felt a little artificial. Adobe rice was tasty and filling. The guy behind the counter was either hard of hearing or he was training because he kept getting our order wrong and it wasn't worth re-mentioning it more than 4 times. He ordered our chicken with Palabok which are rice noodles with an egg slice. It was okay and filled me up. Atmosphere was nice. People were friendly. I dined in and watched the Jollibee commercials on my phone while I ate. Saw lots of people catching up or hanging out here. Chill vibes here.

Food is great! Service and app sucks.. I order in advance for scheduled pick up time. Jollibee app texts tells me to come through pick up window. There was a car ahead of me ordered at the stand had to pull up to the side still got their order before me when I ordered for advanced pick up and they told me to pick up up at a specific time. I waited over 15 minutes and still had no food. I decided to walk inside. They had my food on the on the counter. I told the girl my name she said to pack another order and I have not even packed my order. If you have an attitude why are you even working there

I do not recommend the chicken sandwich, the chicken was really wet and rather rubbery in texture and was absolutely not worth the price they are asking for a fairly small chicken burger. The fries are pretty standard for fast food which is not a bad thing. The mango pineapple juice was surprisingly good, I didn't expect to like the drink the most out of the meal. Lastly I had the peach mango pie which was also very good. The flavor itself is probably going to be very dependent on the person as it's rather unique, but I have to applaud that it is an actual deep fried and crispy pie unlike the "baked" nonsense you get at McDonald's. For $14 for this whole meal, it honestly wasn't worth it

I ordered online for pickup at 4pm. I arrived at 3:59pm and my order wasn't ready yet so I waited. At 4:15 and they told me they ran out of spicy chicken and that it would be another 30 minute wait unless I wanted regular chicken. I took the regular chicken instead of waiting, but my fries were cold and soggy, they gave me OLD tiny hard pieces of chicken tenders that cost almost $10 for 3 pieces, and they gave me small mashed potatoes instead of large. Every time I come here, they never have spicy chicken, yet they have 20 people working behind the counter running into each other or standing around doing nothing. They line up all the orders on the counter to get cold while waiting to get bagged up as the employees joke around with each other and take their time. I would never come here again if I could avoid it, but for some reason, my husband likes their spaghetti. I wasted $60 at this place! I'll never get chicken here again. Church's is down the street, and they never run out of spicy chicken and are half the price.

Went to Jollibee yesterday night and the food is always amazing. I'm just concerned with the customer service. The people in red were always so calm and kind but I'm a bit concerned and embarrassed about how The blue manager was acting towards them. Always yelling at them and being so disrespectful with her words. It's embarrassing for Jollibee and it ruins the reputation they have with the customers I was talking to too. I've never seen this with any Jollibee EVER in my life. I was very disappointed with Jinkie treating her crew badly speaking disrespectfully to them in front of the customers. It was already super busy. It made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. Poor workers sayang. I hope management provides better leadership training to create a respectful work place for employees. The manager named Jinkie will ruin your reputations and it's so pity yelling at her co workers I don't know how those pity employees tolerates her behavior she's abusing her power and she should be demoted and put her shoes in theirs so she knows how it feels,I'm hoping you will do actions on this matter cause I'm a regular customer on Sacramento location..Thank u

I’m expecting to be more faster if I order online and pick up but I was wrong.I’ve been waiting for my order! It says ready for pick up 5:50 and still not ready! And I ask for it and 1 lady says there still finishing it up! After couple minutes I ask again to the guy and he says just the fries waiting! And the third person i see that she’s preparing for fries! I don’t know that the fries is ready and cook and it’s ready to put to the bag and that’s easy! Hope they improve their service! I’ve been noticing that the crew don’t know what to do and waiting someone to finish the food that it’s not finished to unpack! Unfortunately I pick up my order @ 6:25 supposed to be 5:50!

I do not think the app to order is good. I ordered on the app and they told me my order is ready. However, when I showed the ladies, they did not have my order. Waiting for another 40 minutes. Then, they said no French fries for my order either. It was really bad experience. 👎

I would absolutely give zero stars if possible. Make this make sense. I go through the drive through. They state that they can only take cash at the window because their system is down. They state that if I come inside I can pay with card. I ask them if they can just ring up the order in the drive through wherever they would ring it up inside and they say no. So you’re telling me that you’re making me come inside to pay with card when you could just take it at the window? I’ll never support this restaurant again in my life!!!

Workers seem miserable and the place just opened for the day. Angus burger was cold but decided to eat it didnt want to waste. Turns out its raw inside and not cooked all the way someone can get sick!

My boyfriend for New Year's Eve placed an order at 5:10PM and said it would be ready at 6pm he waited over 30 minutes after 6pm only to be told it's gonna take an hour longer! , I understand it's busy and it's New Year's Eve but Businesses should have provisions to avoid things like this happening. The lack of efficiency and service is ridiculous. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

There was no line to order, yet over 20 people were waiting for their food. I figured it wouldn’t take long for a single bucket, but I was wrong. If an order’s going to take nearly an hour, staff should warn customers upfront. There were plenty of workers in the kitchen, but service was painfully slow. I watched the whole time (no phone service to distract me), and the team seemed disorganized and not in any hurry. When I finally got my order, it didn’t include napkins or utensils either. I’d be more understanding if there was a legitimate reason for the slow service, but after reading many other reviews, it seems this is common issue for this location. They should be investigated.. After waiting that long and getting shorted two pieces, I’m incredibly frustrated. I paid for 12 pieces, not 10. This was such a letdown — I won’t be returning.

I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there but that is not safe to consume. People walks by that area, they’re also next to a trash structure and I’m also questioning the fact that why put your portable walk in fridge next to the trash collection area in the first place. That’s unsanitary! This is a disaster waiting to happen, hopefully you guys address this issue asap.
