Me and my family have been visiting this same restaurant for nearly 10 years and everytime they deliver the BEST dishes. The beef ball pho is simply out of this world. Staff is always extremely friendly and food is always delivered to the table quick. I love how they always go "see you tomorrow!" with a smile when it's time to leave. This family owned place simply deserves the best from our community!

hayward is not exactly known for its food. but among those tired roofs and desolate boulevards there shines a brilliant beacon of salvation: Pho Ty #11. (i shudder to think of what happened to Pho Ty 1-10.) simply put, this place NEVER DISAPPOINTS! the food is delicious. it is hot and fresh and nourishing. the mere scent alone will have you drooling like a rabid animal. your knees will buckle at the first bite. the service is quite quick and the price point is very reasonable too. so what are you waiting for? GO!!

A quiet little corner of this lot lies a treasure trove of pho like none other. The silk smooth noodles the thin-strips of beef, the green onions cilantro, bean sprouts perfect. The beef broth alone is the perfect savory goodness that recharges a body good after a long, exhausting day. The staff were charming and friendly! It's worth your hard earned money for an amazing bowl of pho.

It was good and tasty. I got stuffed. Just watch out they will try to up sale on the appetizers and drinks. That's ok i was going to order that stuff anyways. Overall nice cozy place for a big bowl of Pho.

Meh pho in a corner of a boring plaza. Not the best but not the worst I’ve had. $15 for a medium bowl of pho. Seems like most customers are from the laundromat next door, so it’s convenient if you’re waiting on laundry.

I ordered a vermicelli bowl w extra side of egg roll and they charged me $2 extra for 1 really old reheated, burnt, moldy egg roll and shrimp seemed liked they were days old. If I didn't have to come back to work, I would've brought it back. I couldn't believe they would do that to anyone. Considering I have eaten there before and their food is usually delicious. Don't know why or what happened but I will never go there again. I almost threw up after taking a bite out that egg roll.

They served us with this colorful-melted-plastic-looking inside the thai tea that we ordered!My husband find it early before we finished the drink but still we already had a few sips.We already ingested whatever chemicals/germs / nasty bacteria it has inside. We called the lady and seems she is the owner and herself could not believe what she saw and hurriedly covered the tea with her hand and said “Oh my God sorry i will change your drink!”. And we said Nooooo and refused to get any drink at all. Then she came back explaining they figure it out and told us it was a couple of candy played by one of the kids that was placed in the container of ice for drinks..Until we left the place they keep saying sorry to us. Until now i feel nauseated. They are so irresponsible in making sure the food that they served is clean. The restroom is very filthy. We did not even finished the pho that we ordered.SO DISGUSTED!

They don't display prices and don't breakdown the items in the check. Also force you to buy bottled water instead of providing free water. Bun bo hue was mediocre. Whoever said it's the best bun bo hue either hasn't been back in awhile or doesn't know what they're talking about. Combo beef pho was empty. It was late and we just wanted to eat so we stayed. Under normal circumstances we would've left. Restrooms were pretty clean. Restaurant felt pretty old school and dingy. At first I thought that was a good sign...until I noticed there were no prices ANYWHERE. Will definitely not come back.

This was my first and last time coming here. I ordered a combination, but was only given about 8 pieces of thinly sliced bread and 2 oz. After showing the server, the meat was missing. She brought out one piece of tripe and one piece of tendon. The meat-and-fish cake was old; deep-frying couldn't hide the taste. They'll sell you a bottle of water but won't give you a cup from the tap if the water isn't good enough to drink. Why would you make soup from it? Finally, don't expect any service from the server. She's glued to her phone.

If I could give Phở Tỷ #II zero stars, I would. From start to finish, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The exterior and surroundings were noticeably worn down, which I could overlook, but the customer service made everything significantly worse. The woman who seated us was unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there. When she handed us the menus, I immediately noticed something very concerning — there were no prices listed for any of the dishes. By the time we finished eating, they simply handed us a single total amount with no itemized breakdown, which felt dishonest and extremely sketchy. The food itself was mediocre at best. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, Phở Tỷ #II is not the place to go. The phở broth tasted terrible, the dishes lacked quality, and nothing tasted fresh or traditional. On top of that, when we asked for water, instead of serving regular tap water like every normal restaurant, they brought out bottled water without informing us — and then charged us for it. This level of greed and lack of transparency is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they don’t even offer napkins unless you specifically ask. The whole experience felt careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. I strongly recommend avoiding Phở Tỷ #II. Save your money and go somewhere that values both customer service and food quality. If the owners or staff see this review, I hope you take this feedback seriously and make real improvements.
