Their spicy chicken sandwich is $3.99 plus tax. It always looks just like the adds. Comes out quick and fresh. Im doing a job out here in hayward and at this specific location the service is always perfect and food is always fresh and comes out quick. I wish the KFC near where I live was like this one. Good staff, good management, and food looks like the add!
I can't help but go here once a week for the BBQ hot wings. They didn't have it for a long time but it's available now.

Chicken pot pie was priced very reasonable. The pie did has a bone in it. That's the only thing that should cause me to rate 3 stars.
The chicken was bland on its own, but other than that, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was better than most KFCs Ive been too, with a literal bucket of chicken protruding from the ceiling. Me likey. Will come back someday.

Chicken tastes as cooked in a hurry. Clerks need to listen on what customer orders and always find the best deal. The clerks seem rushed and customer wants the best at a great price. Remember a customer looks at the presentation and taste. Cleanliness must be done. The tables are dirty.
Ordered a $7.00 fill missing biscuit and the chicken breast was soo blend. Lost customer here

All the employees were on the line on the phone and seemed bothered when I called out to them for my order that was sitting out of my reach, completed, on the counter. They also went to the trouble to block the bathrooms with chairs, but still offer a dining area. I couldn't even wash my hands to eat. I do not recommend this location.
Went to the drive-thru. Requested cashier EDGARM if we can add an order to an existing one. He said no we don't take orders here. There was one car behind us. Then he gave us the three original orders and didn't give a receipt. I had to ask for it. If you don't take an order at the cashier's window note it on the window so customers are not mad with the staff. Secondly, the cheap bag was loaded with all orders that the bag was torn when handed to us. A round down KFC. Sorry to say I had to delete my good review a year ago and post this.

Do not order the BBQ nuggets. Big disappointment nothing like advertised. They looked more like popcorn chicken instead of nuggets. I feel like I've just been ripped off, I paid $17 for 12pcs miniature nuggets, fries and a drink. The fries looked bigger than the nuggets. Not to mention the Korean BBQ sauce is horrible 😫 Services: sucks 😕 KFC 🍗 = garbage Next stop: Popeyes

bad customer service. I visited this place 15 days ago in the morning and the person at the drive thru didn't want to give me my order. I asked for a combo of 4 wings for $10. When I got to the window, he said that wasn't my order and that they didn't have specials for $10. He even said in Spanish that I was an idiot. He even called his manager, a girl with glasses, and she acted the same way. She called me an idiot and they were laughing. I don't understand how they have this type of employees as customer service.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE MY GRANDMOTHER BOUGHT OVER 40$ worth of food the workers tried to steal her debit card my grandmothers never in her life lost her debit card workers tried to reverse situation and make my grandmother seem crazy she called me sad and distressed I immediately called of course the workers couldn’t access the cameras because the manager wasn’t there mysteriously the manager popped up today and found said debit card after I threatened to have them release camera footage this place is a joke they only have 1.5 stars on yelp oh to add insult to injury the food was salty and the chicken was hot water wet not worth it please do your self a favor and stay away from this place I never leave review but when someone is in the wrong there just wrong apologies and free food mean nothing this place needs a total attitude adjustment they also employ thieves hold on to your purse and wallet ordering food !
Staff consistently forget 1 out of the two sides for the big box meals, I ordered two big box meals, both with mashed potatoes and corn for sides. On one of them I got mashed potatoes, and on the other I got mac and cheese. I used to work fast food too and I get that you have bad days, but it seems like every day is a bad day here. One would expect 40 bucks to mean you get what you paid for.
The staff are incredibly miserable I walked out I didn't even want to get food for someone else that wanted this.
Only went here for someone else. And was disappointed like always. Curbside parking always has the same employees, cars in them. The front doors have been broken, missing handles 1 door is always locked because it does not work now the glass is broken. Service is horrible. Girl working drivethru has a terrible attitude. I will be going to the Castro Valley location from now on. Manager and Corporate do not care about this location.
Very very bad customer service, none of employee don’t know how to talk to customer, specially their manager Karen thinks she own the place & cancel the customer order, very very unprofessional & their food is cold when u ask for fresh food they said wait in parking lot, but never come to give u food as time they told u & top of that when u go to check it out, everyone team up & ground u up & argue with u & cancel ur order
Second time I order a pot pie it’s dry and old I ask irenel if my pot pie was fresh since I had issue last time he confirmed old ones were thrown out mine was fresh. I think they threw the old one out in my order. I’m calling to get this fixed no answer so upsetting never go here again.
The manager handed over my order without checking it. Then practically threw receipt at me and walked away from drive through. Never came back. I checked my order and was missing my son's milk, and syrup that was suppose to come with his chicken strips and waffle. I had to drive to front and go in. Then I stood there trying to get someone's attention. Finally the manager looked over. I asked her if she was the manager, she replied yes. I said next time you should check the customers order before you hand it to them. I explained what was missing. Then I asked her if his meal came with syrup or if I had to supply it. Rudely she said, well you didn't ask for syrup. Then grabbed two and handed them to me. I left. I don't want to blame the owner. They may not have knowledge of how their manager is running their business. Hope this helps...
