Givers fast-food a great name!! In their drive thru less than 3 minutes. Food was fresh and hot.

I regularly stop buying some food in this place. I liked the rapid service and well made dishes. Never disappointing.

I've been eating at the Hayward Carl's Jr on Hesperian Blvd at Tennyson for decades & nearly always use drive thru. They are polite & efficient. I would like to see french fries, fried a bit longer for a golden, crisper fry. Western Bacon burger is awesome! Thanks & keep up the great work!

They did great, it was an Uber eats order, the only thing I might suggest is that they add an option for special requests, so I could ask for well done zucchini or ask for ranch dressing or BBQ sauce, but the food was cooked EXACTLY as requested, which was 3 different and unique orders, delivered quickly and on time, no complaints and during rush hour, so good job Uber & CJ's!

I recently visited onto the facilities in Yuma AZ and I was surprised they have Coke glad bottles. That's was a great idea. They also have the best jalapeño burger. MEAT is always fresh, and service was super fast and kind

Although the line was long in the drive through, it went quickly and the order was done in a reasonable amount of time. Food was great as always and staff was very friendly. Everything you could ask for from a Carl's Jr.

Much better on speed of service. Years ago I stopped coming here because they were so slow on the drive thru window. $5 plus tax meals.... someone finally figured out the cost profit analysis on this and now they are doing it just as many other fast food restaurant have done.

Wow, I had the California Classic double cheese burger and it was superb! Great taste, ingredients, freshness, texture and extra sauce! I didn't even know they had these until recently and I wasn't sure what they would be like. I was surprised at how good they are. Plus it only cost $3.00. This is highly competitive with the Jumbo Jack, McDouble, Junior Whopper and Double Stack.

Great food made to order, hot and fresh daily. I ordered the $5 box spicy chicken sandwich. Next time I'll order with easy sauce. Includes pickled jalapenos. Fried zucchini with ranch dipping sauce are the best! Allow time to cool...it never fails I will burn my tongue eating them too soon.

I was driving by at 5:30 in the morning and happened into this place. I was in the mood for a burger. A lot of these places are solid about their lunch hours. Not this one. I order two Super Stars. One no onion (Not for me - weirdo) anyways, and one with all the fixins' - mine. They were outstanding. Obviously cooked fresh on the spot as there are not a lot of people ordering burgers at that time. I keep going back and getting the crisscut's and Super Star's. Always good. Usually these places are up and down but this one has been solid for me. I hope it is for you as well.

Great lady at the window! I dont know why but I love Carls Jr. Especially their cheap little spicy chicken sandwiches!! The main reason why I go there. Everything is great. Of course, some days are better than others but of course, its a fast food chain ppl! What do you expect?? I love it, thank you Carls Jr. 😋

The food was made to order, so fresh and delicious. The older gentleman at the register was very polite and helpful. Bathrooms were acceptable especially for the bay area public restrooms. The store itself was very clean and comfortable to be around. Would totally recommend stopping here prior to getting on the freeway for a long drive. Two thumbs up.

The workers here are SO nice and considerate. I totally messed up and placed my order at the wrong location (mission). They immediately let me know and contacted the manager at the other location so I wouldn’t have to drive 17 minutes. They are AMAZING!

This location has restored my faith in good quality food and service being served at a Carls Jr. I still won’t go to any others though!! The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and polite. One thing I appreciate is that they always have house dressing which is far better than buttermilk ranch. I have eaten here more times in the past year than I have at any other location in 10 years easy. Thank you so much for not only being a great Carls Jr but a great local restaurant in general.

Don't really do fast food too often, and I don't think I've ever done Carl's Jr before, all things considered they make a really good burger comes the space is neat and clean, they had my food to me inside of 4 minutes, and I was able to get a burger fries and a Coke for about $16 which is a bargain these days. I would recommend this to anybody who wants slightly upscale fast food. Way better than McDonald's

Well.... I gave the beyond meat sausage biscuit a try. Surprisingly I liked it better than the normal sausage. It has a mellow taste to it. Sometimes regular sausage spices can be too much. This I will order again. I just wish they had something else other than biscuits....they are so dry.

Drive through was fast and friendly. Ordered the Beyond burger and it was delicious. Costs $7.12 including tax. Give it a try and you won't regret.

Food was exactly as expected for fast food. Took away 1 star because the staff at the window had absolutely no personality and didn't even want to say a word and it felt like he didn't want nothing to do with customers that day.

We work in the area and it's hard to find food at 11pm that is good, yet alone open. It's a good burger place and have no real complaints.

Friendly and fast. What you want in fast food. Food is always good and so far they havn't messed up any of my orders.

It all just depends when you go lol when I get the older crew the food is great but the other one not so much.

This Carl's is on my bus route to work making it very convenient. The only complaint I have are the messy bathrooms but now that you need a code to use that might change. I tend to get breakfast and have had nearly all their choices. All have been good and they manage to get me to the bus on time

All of my food was hot. The cashier was friendly and repeated my order. Unfortunately, the restroom is always dirty(urine on the floor, dirty sink, humid, smelly and paper towels on the floor).

Food is good and plentiful. My favorite lately has been the breakfast burritos. They do have some tasty looking loaded fries I plan to try soon. Hamburgers have always been juicy and good. I took away one star for service because customer service is not always recieved. No smile, Thank you etc. Depending who you get.

I think Carls Jr has some of the better quality of fast food burgers. I usually get their western bacon cheeseburger. But today I got the limited time el Diablo burger. I got the single burger because I like to taste all the flavors. This has a lot of jalapeños. It had a spicy mayo, pepper jack cheese, jalapeño poppers, and jalapeño slices. You really can taste those jalapeños. It was good it’s a nice spice not to spicy for me that is. I would definitely get this again if it’s still on the Menu.

Good service even when busy, be aware of car break ins, do not leave bags or valuables inside your car. They need to hire security.

Number 18 meal. Check $6.58 after taxes. Check Open 24 hr's. Check Less then a mile from the crib. Check Hardee's umm I mean Carl's Jr. Checks all the boxes just have to start offering pink lemonade as a drink option. BTW If someone knows the total after taxes of their meal off the top of their head, you can trust they know what they speak of.

I love a good burger, but this is just your typical fast food and with very limited vegetarian options. The pricing is a bit high for what you get considering the quality is rather low.

Not the best experience I had. I was shocked to see the guy who took my order was the sitting down staring at me as I walk from the bathroom to the ordering counter. I couldn't finish my whole burrito because a quarter of it was trench in oil, yuck!!!

Service was fast, which I liked, but the western bacon cheeseburger was not up to par as it's my go-to sandwich there. They went down a star also because it smelled like cleaning chemicals which none too appetizing and left shortly thereafter not even finishing my meal.

The service was blahh and tables were sticky but as always great food! They skimped on the fries though and all fast food restaurants should be competing with McDonald's and that 1.00$any size drinks. Combination meals should reflect that essentially too.

Took about ten minutes of waiting for my breakfast sandwich and chicken tenders. I felt like I was holding up the line, it could have been ideal to have me wait at a parking space while the ppl behind me got their order. Anyway, it was ok. And only one size for iced coffee? Not cool.

I like Carl's, but wish they pay more attention to getting the order correct. If I order a dbl, I want a dbl, not a single. Can't really check that in the drive-thru. Just get the order correct. Too many times, not correct.

Friendly service, food fresh. They could do a better job at wiping down the tables inside. Although cleared of debris, there were smears from previous diners left on most of them.

Good hamburger place but the customer service here kinda “hit or Miss” because it’s never consistent which is one of the marks of a good restaurant. It’s just too bad that big box fast food restaurants like this and Jack in the box McDonald’s Wendy’s and others just don’t take the time to PROPERLY train their prospective employees on what proper customer service is about which is what attracts most future customers to their joint asides than their food. I have been a Customer Service Retail Clerk for 12 long years and I know immediately the moment if I deal one employee right in front of me if I’m gonna taken care off the moment that said employee opens their mouth to deal with me along with their demeanor. The US should learn a thing or two on how the Japanese employees in Japan deals with their customers on how polite & smiling they are also courteous and the CSR employees here in the US can learn a lot from them! I’ve learn this saying as a Retail Clerk: “It takes a lifetime to earn a good clientele but it only takes SECONDS to lose them forever!”

Use to be a great place,not anymore,food was not warm,had to pull to the side at drive up window to wait for the cold food,also ordered large size only to get home and find out the gave us the small fries,I'll be sticking to burger King.

Super star: Burger was packed in the wrong orientation, presented very terribly, cheese melted half inside the burger, half outside. Even onions were packed poorly into burger. Napkins packed on top of fries in an extremely rude and messy way, not even folded, literally crumpled Into a ball and put on top of the order. Fries tasted old, and as if it has been fried twice. I love fast food and thank God the super star was delicious, but the people working the shift were just either inexperienced, weren't trained well, or just didn't give a damn. Only reason this place gets an extra star is because it's Carl's Jr. Otherwise, bad, slow service that lasted over 10 min for a drive through order where I'm 2nd in line.

Bought the Memphis Burger, comes with crispy shaved onions on top. BUT IT DIDN'T!!! When I went up to ask where they were, I was told "Oh, I'm sorry, we're out of them." Could have told me when I ordered. Poor customer service to wait and see if I noticed instead of telling me when I ordered.

The Famous Star without cheese was fine, but i arrived during the start of the noon lunch hour excited to pick up the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich and guess who was out of chicken!! Crazy, right? The manager at this location needs to be on top of what they have in their inventory so embarrassing situations like running out of your heavily advertised sandwich by 12:15 noon does not happen again.

Burgers were not up to Carl's Jr. usual standard. Shake machine was broken again. Go somewhere else or another Carl's Jr , this place has bad customer service and less than quality food.

They charged me for fries but did not give it to me. Also, I couldn’t properly check the items in the bag because they had me park near the exit of the drive-thru. Please pay attention to serving the items next time.

This establishment does not answer the phone, Don't Bother. So I decided t give this location a go, SInce I had to get Lunch for my two boys. What we ordered was a Lg #12 and a Lg #11 ( Which was chicken tender BTW.) So instead of what I ordered I got 2 Random Sandwiches. That was nothing Like what was shown on the menu, and too boot, The Cashier at the window made even wait, Because - I THOUGHT that the tenders were being made to order. The person taking the orders, No problem there. The person making the orders, Well- There seems to be some sort of language barrier, Because what I got in the end Was Completely different than what I had ordered. You want to take a chance, Go for it- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

First of all I love their food Today I went to this location and I want to use a restroom before I order anything. Yes, I have to go to resroom badly I always wash my hand before I order and I am using touchless payments. But the front desk cashier wanted me to show him the receipt In order to open the restroom for me to use it. I told him I will buy the food after i use restroom He told me to wait by the restroom I waited there 15 minutes. No one showed up. I end up going to another restaurant.

Crappy service. Takes forever, nobody knows how to multi task when they get busy. They let my food get cold while they took other orders when they were suppose to be making my milkshake. I will be calling their customer service department.

Came today and had Horrible service. Out of everything we ordered, they sold out for the day. Girl at drive through is rude. And fyi.. Mask only work if you cover your nose and mouth. Not your chin!!

The service is garbage because we ordered 3 large fries and it took 13 minutes. Then the employees were not talking English. And their behavior is very bad because they have no time to listen to their customers. Never coming here again!

Avoid this place at all cost. Staff was rude, the wait was over 10 minutes just to order. With only 3 customers in line. My order was completely wrong. When I asked for my order to be corrected this lady behind the register gave me the dirtiest look and asked me if I was serious..yeah. there's at least 4 different restaurants a stone's throw from this Hell hole.

This place should really be removed from the category "fast food". Place sucks, can’t make the orders right. You can ask for no cheese and they still add it.

I think someone put something in my food. The bread had an acidic bitter taste to the point I spat it out. Don't know if it was a prank, intentional or an accident. Happened 12 -10- 21 around 9:45. I kept the food, for sampling.

Not enough crew members. Only 1 employee doing front cashier and drive thru . On weekends 2 employees very rude and have attitude. Very slow process.

NOT open 24 hours!!! I went to this location on the early morning of October 13 at around 3AM. This is supposed to be open 24 hours, but when I arrived there, the drive through was lit, but no person attended to me. I tapped the window of the drive through and no-one responded. 24 hour service? Think again, I had to go to the Burger King in Union City instead to get a burger. Burger King happened to be open at that time.

The food was not prepared according for which the cashier's could not read. They were all unprofessional and needs to be fired as soon as possible. The CEO fired them all asap. That location does not get any business as is. Very rude food chicken was half raw fries throw in the bag.

This location had 5 stars, Thanks to apparent manager Jessica it's now 1 star. If I could I'd give it negative 10 stars! Yesterday I went to the drive through and placed an order. I was asked to pull off to the side and park to wait, causing a traffic jam at the exit with 3 other cars blocking the way. Waiting for about 10-15 minutes when Jessica comes to my car and hands me the bag of food. She had my shake in her other hand and walks off. I called her back to say she has my shake, and that I'm missing my criscut fries when she hands me the other bag of food. My shake was half full, melted and has no whip cream. Wth?! I asked her if she could fill it up at least she agreed. So about another 5 minutes later I end up going to get my shake. Jessica is helping pack orders instead of filling my shake. I'm already frustrated. She then ask me if the bag I had, had zucchini in it? I don't know she's the one that handed me the bag. So she refuses to give me the shake and walks back with me to my car. We check the bag sure enough Jessica gave me the wrong order! Her fault not mine. She then accused me of stealing the order she handed me!! She had major attitude 🙄 I then proceeded to get a refund for all the items. Jessica told me I Need the food back. I've already touched both food bags with my hands (by the way, my order was given to another car and I'm not even sure if the other car physically touched the food). Jessica refused to refund me and gave me complete attitude, this is the type of manager you want doing your customer service?! Complete violation of CDC guidelines regarding food handling especially with Covid. I asked to speak to a manager and that's when I found out Jessica was the manager on duty!! Wow! She said that Alfredo was the manager he'll be in tomorrow 6:30am to 2:30 am, yeah right. Its also weird that "Alfredo" wasn't working and yet his name is on my receipt. Also illegal to work under someone elses till in California. Another issue with this Carl's Jr. So the next day I tried calling numerous times, no answer and the voice-mail box is full. This is extremely frustrating! I would highly recommend NOT EVER COMING HERE!!! Customer Service is main priority when it comes to fast food and this location has broken all the basic rules for running a restaurant. This place had wonderful workers. Per my previous rating of 5 stars! My issue still isn't resolved!!! I need to go down there. So RIDICULOUS!!!!! WORDS OF ADVICE, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOR ARE THEY COMPLIANT WITH FOOD SAFETY, NO GLOVES WERE EVEN USED AND JESSICA WAS BRINGING OUT ORDERS, TAKING MONEY, TOUCHING THE REGISTER AND PACKING YOUR FOOD. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY HIGH RISK FOR CATCHING COVID. Jessica should be fired. I Believe that I'm going to contact CDC and report this issue for not only mine, but your safety.

If I could give this location negative stars, I definitely would. I stopped by this location around 8pm to order food thru drive thru. The person taking order could not understand the order so I decide to go inside. Even worse experience. The location was full of people so I thought it was just a busy night. It was not. It was all the employees and their families sitting around to do potluck and do gift exchange. What was more disappointing, the male Manager and employees made handmade sign stating "Charbroiler is broken-store closed". How stupid is that? All employees in uniforms were sitting in the common sitting areas, eating and hanging out. They could care less for customers. I am positive I will not go back to this location or recommend anyone. If I was management, I would be really concerned regarding this location especially type of employees working here. Management needs to understand this location sucks. Do something.

If I could give 1 star then I would. Every time I come here the wait is forever at least 10 minutes. Then when. You finally get your food they forget something. So you have to come back for it. They don't care about the customers nor do they pay attention to the orders. I asked for 2 fried zucchini and BBQ sauce. They forgot the fried zucchini and BBQ sauce. Had to.wait in line again just to get the rest of my order which I had 5 cars ahead of me. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

I called this restaurant at least 15-20 times just to say that there was something wrong with my order and that's it! The phone rang and one person picked it up and I asked if this was the carls jr on Hesperian and they hung up I called again and another person answered and I asked the same freaking thing and they hung up also! Very poor customer service and horribly experience. Would not recommend anyone eating here at all take McDonald's across the street instead

My first time having Carls Jr. I was so excited to try it out as i was getting tired of the nearby fast foods. Only to be really disappointed. Theres only one word to describe the the experience. DRY. The burger was dry and lacking sauces. Only thing giving it life was the tomatoes that was somehow buried deep under. And the fries taste like they were sitting there for 2 days... Thanks Carl Jr for the expensive and DRY experience.. i can see why there wasnt a long line.

Onesize lemonade at this location? Absolutely stupid. I even offered to buy 2 and just put them in a big cup..... the kid at the window says very nervously....... sir last time I did that, I got in trouble by the manager Alfredo yelled at him for doing it. Hey Alfredo: 1. Don't yelll at your staff, they are your greatest asset in thus business, 2. Don't make stupid decisions that limit your check averages and ultimately revenue for the restaurant. I run restaurants and would you for limiting my money as an owner.

I drove up to the order window and wanted to order western double cheeseburger on one bill and a separate meal deal on another check and the guy tells me that i cant order 2 orders from one car. WTH? Its easy, take one order, then take another order and i will pay for both. Thats like saying i cant order but one time per visit at the counter. This guy needs customer service skills.
