Went on recommendation from a friend and coworker and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of teas as well as the quality. My experience was great with attentive and helpful service. Not on the regular menu is a matcha peppermint with white chocolate that was fantastic and I'm not a peppermint fan.

I love this place. The staff are always super nice and helpful, the drinks get done super fast and have amazing quality. If you’re around, go check it out, I promise it will be worth your while.

The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful . Owner is very accommodating. Grateful to have a quality boba shop opened up in Hayward. The amount of choices are just right. The only thing I didn’t see on the menu is decaf tea. Wish they would consider offering it .

Great service! I was able to order a couple T-Boxes (catering order) same day! They just need about 30 minutes to an hour to make :) I wish Thai Tea was an option but maybe they just need more notice for that one!

First thing, the staff are so friendly. I used to go to Teaspoon in the peninsula and was happy to see one in Hayward. Good selections and so impressed how friendly the staff were to us. There are seating areas outside too if you just want to sit and chill. I highly recommend.

My husband ordered a silky strawberry boba and I ordered a guava sunset type flavor. We both preferred the silky one! Very delicious! We loved the honey boba! Would definitely return if in the area. There is no tables to sit at it so you have to take it to go. Parking is easy to find as there is a free parking lot adjacent to the building.

I ordered the House Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Crystal Boba and I forgot to ask for no sugar, but to my surprise, it wasn’t overly sweet. It had just the right amount of ice, and the brown sugar crystal boba added a nice touch without being too much. There’s parking available for pick-up orders, which makes grabbing a drink quick and easy.

I’ve only been here 2 times since this location opened, but I love how the boba-ristas always greet you the moment you step through the door. They prepare each drink incredibly fast, too. Not only are the flavors unique, but the color combos are absolutely striking. I also appreciate the reward system on their mobile app that lets you redeem both drinks and merchandise, similar to Starbucks. Overall I’m really glad they opened this place right across from the community college, which is a great location for the students to hang out. 11 out of 10!

I enjoy their boba 🧋 that’s all I had from there. It has a small parking area and sitting area. It is right across the street from a university or a big school. It looks clean

The service and drinks are decent enough. Had a weird experience last time though. My friend called in an order for us and the girl taking the order said "Sorry store policy we can't not put the Boba" when we asked for mine to not include Boba..... my frie d had to ask if instead she could just take the Boba that would be in my drink and put it in hers.... if that is truly Policy it's absolutely stupid. And if not they might need to revisit a Lil training. The drink flavors are decent all in all but Teaspoon really lacks on choices and couldn't find any plain Boba like all the other places, only honey. There's also not really a place to sit. As a huge Boba fan I recommend going somewhere else like the Quickly's down the street by FoodMaxx or the other Boba place by Southland mall.

Disclaimer, this is just a preference. Found the place overly sweet, boba undercooked, and nothing savory on the menue. Quite atypical for a boba place, imho. Would not go there again.

Today, July 6th came in to pick up my order I ordered online. The hubby goes in and asks for the order and the girls give him 1 out of 2 drinks. He had to ask for the other, which would make our order complete. Annoying but whatever. I get my creamy jasmine drink with 50% sugar and regular ice level. The ice is melted completely, which made my drink barely cold. With the melted ice, my drink now tastes more like water with a dash of bitter tea (which means they over brewed the tea this morning). I’m quite disappointed since I always go here for a boba fix as it’s always consistent. And a boba shop should always be consistent, it’s not that hard. The icing on the cake was also the boba texture today was overcooked, it’s super chewy and not sweet. It’ll be my last time going to this location when I drive through this area.

Cute place inside and has outside seating. Required masks inside so bring your mask. I got the caramel cream with boba. The boba was well made chewy and tasty, but the drink itself was bland. It tasted like pure milk with boba. Sadly disappointed. Maybe it was a one off…

I hate boba plastic cups piling up in the land fill!!!! So we’ve bought teaspoon bottles and been reusing it together with our other glass bottles in different boba places. But Teaspoon in Hayward doesn’t want to accept using my clean reusable teaspoon bottles with my other bottles because of health reasons which is totally ridiculous. They’ve accepted it before but the this lead barista a short lady Asian girl who’s has nasty demeanor simply rejected it because the owner doesn’t allow it due to health reasons and doesn’t see the damage of their business in the health of the environment. Filling up the waste land with plastics that will surely have consequences that will affect us all!!!!

And owner called me later on he saying come and fight with me threading me, over the phone i will report about this store to the city hall
