Came for a family dinner after a halloween trunk or treat and the meal was great! With kids I love the quick service. Kids had chicken tenders with fries, brownies and lemonade. I had the brisket plate and it was super tender. Pumpkin pie was even in season so we had to share a slice. Staff even pushed tables together for us to sit, excellent spot!

I can’t recommend this Bill Miller location enough! The customer service we received for our rehearsal dinner order was outstanding. We had reached out to other establishments and none compared. Our order wasn’t large enough for a catering order, but the manager that assisted us guided us through the order to make sure we had enough food. She then sent me a link to pay for the order via text (well within budget, too). Super easy! The food was packaged and ready to go at the time of pick up. The crew even helped load it into our truck for us. The food was fresh and delicious! We had fried chicken, Mac and cheese, potato salad and rolls. Our guests loved the food! Thank you for a stress free, wedding rehearsal, Bill Miller’s!

Brittany was the nicest host at any Bill miller bar-b-q I've ever been to! I went in 10 minutes before closing for a 15 piece and without frustration or attitude she was happy to serve me with a smile. I apologized for coming in so late and she still offered to drop a fresh batch of chicken for me. I will continue to to come to this Bill Miller's instead of the one on Guilbeau the manager there is a JERK. THANK YOU BRITTANY I'LL NEVER FORGET YOUR POLITENESS. IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT AS A CAREER I THINK YOU WOULD MAKE A GREAT MANAGER. SINCERELY

At Bill Miller- Helotes I normally get it to go, but I was too hungry to drive. I took one bite of the Mac and cheese and ate that whole portion. Just fire. The hash browns need no salt or pepper as you can see they're perfect. And i have a roll to make a sandwich, or as many as I want if you know what the Bill Miller condiment bar is like. No, it's not slop. It's chopped beef brisket with extra sauce to sop up these rolls!!! Get in my belly!!!!!

As the years pass, this Bill Millers had less and less beans in their bean and cheese tacos. Every time I go, I ask for “a good amount of beans,” usually to no avail. Today, however, Shay answered my prayers. When I asked for “a good amount of beans,” she didn’t respond “extra beans?” Nay, she sprung into action as a leader and told the other workers what was up. I’ve never had such a perfect bean and cheese taco. Thank you for your service Shay. She deserves a raise. No, five raises for each perfectly filled bean and cheese taco that I ordered. Not to mention, in between orders, she took the initiative to check and refill the rolls shortly after I took the last one. The world needs more high-class workers like Shay.

Fast, friendly service. Great value. Again, as usual, always fast friendly service and delicious food. We had brisket extra lean, rice, beans, and the very best tangy vinegar cole slaw. A great value. Don't let the seemingly long lines scare you away. Theses folks know how to serve up great meals so super fast. It's like an old time machine of a team. Everyone knows what to do and get it done. Always recommend if you are looking for a hearty meal fast.

Hands down, Cane's do not have NOTHING on Bill Miller's chicken tenders!!! We absolutely enjoyed our chicken tenders meal. The tender was so crispy, juicy, and fresh. My husband had his with gravy, but I love to have the ranch. Check them out, you will NOT be disappointed:)

This Bill Miller is closest to my parent's home, and where we head when I do my annual visit to see them. This location is next to a high school, so the dining area has a diverse age range. Customer service is "Texas friendly" and much appreciated when visiting from other parts of the country/planet. My usual order is the #3 regular plate, which has brisket, choice of 3 sides, and a drink. This is fast food BBQ at its best. There are other offerings, like breakfast tacos, fried chicken, etc., but I only order the brisket, since that is what I crave when outside of Texas.

The chicken sandwich is always on point from Bill Miller. Look at the size of this chicken, it's overhanging the bun all around and perfectly cooked. The main attraction at this location though is the service up front. Brittany is absolutely amazing! Helped, kind, and just a delight. Makes you wanna come back.. Pretty easy on the eyes as well.

I had the fish plate. Fish was fresh n crispy, but the portion was small. The green beans were off a bit and did not have as much tomatoes or sauce. In recent visits, I have noticed that the portions appear to be smaller while the cost has gone up.

They stop serving breakfast at 11am! I've had times where I'm craving their breakfast biscuit and one day I was late! Best believe that won't happen again. When we get the sausage,egg and cheese biscuit, we also get a side of bacon and add that in the sandwich. So good! Bill Miller's is a good place to go with a group. Lots of options throughout the day.

Been a few years since my last visit as ive traveled a lot of for work outside the Metropolitan area. Got there just before the lunch rush. Ordered 2 PC fried chicken and a chopped beef sandwich and a Dr pepper. It didn't take long to get. The chicken wasn't piping hot, but was crispy and moist. They done away with the Louisiana hot sauce bottles for in store dining. You now must request hot sauce packets. The chopped beef sandwich wasn't horrible, but they've definitely reduced the amount they put on the sandwich. Could be they were slammed in the kitchen due to the lunch hour. The place was still clean as I've come to expect.

Anytime I want some quick BBQ or breakfast tacos this is my go to. I don't use the drive thru, sometimes going in seems faster. I love their potato salad and iced tea, I get them every time. The pickles have sadly gone a bit downhill, I don't get them as much anymore. Fried chicken and chicken tenders are pretty good, go great with the BBQ sauce. I don't care for the fries, I'll usually go for a different side. Their breakfast tacos are always filling and delicious. I don't often use the salsa, I prefer to use my own instead of theirs. They could use a deep clean inside and maybe some updates, but service is usually quick.

Has anyone actually looked up the rewards? It’s ridiculous. You have to spend $100 to earn yourself a free tea, or $150 for 1 piece of chicken! 😂😂 the restaurant location is actually awesome, the corporate rewards system are a joke though.

Fast friendly service for your morning breakfast tacos! Although I've noticed consistency in serving size differs from location to location, they're always tasty and a good value. THIS location's potato and egg seemed like a little less than my regular location (Culebra) but the brisket bean and cheese was excellent!

Much better quality than the De Zavala Bill Miller. This one had no cafeteria style line, but you order at the counter. The lady taking my order never asked for my name, so when the order came up, they didn't know what to call out. It was really loud, and just giving my order was hard. She gave me lemonade instead of the water I ordered and made the order to-go, which was supposed to be eat in. Not sure if she was just new, or if it was just too hard to hear... The food was decent. I got the country fried steak. It was more like a large sausage party than an all beef steak. But it was still good, and very big. Not my fav BBQ place in town, but decent.

Disappointed in the inconsistency of sides. Coleslaw was mildly salty which was strange as it is generally sweet. Green beans had very little flavor and a lot of tomato. Please shift the focus to consistency or you will lose customers. Our daughter loves this chicken so I appreciate that this menu item, has remained the same!

I ordered a "bean, cheese, & bacon and a country & egg. " The cashier repeated part of my order in a confused manner. Then she said she couldn't hear me. I repeated my order again loud and clear. There was no radio or engine noise as well. She then repeated my order again but still confused with the use of country instead of sausage. I reiterated sausage & egg for the second taco. I ended up with a bean & sausage taco and a sausage & egg. Neither one had cheese which I repeated twice. She also asked if I wanted hot sauce. I said yes please, red. She then told me all they have is red with a smirk. I honestly don't know why she needed to make that a point when it really didn't matter since it was what I wanted. My advice is to utilize the online ordering and just pickup your order if you can.

Service was good the young lady who helped me was very nice. Unfortunately my daughter found a hard white broken piece of plastic in her chop.Luckily she didn’t cut the inside of her mouth since the plastic has a sharp edge.

Really disappointed!! This was my first time and we will not be back. The brisket was so fatty it could not be eaten. The portions were very small, they literally gave 3, 1” wide pieces of brisket that were 95% fat. I have never even seen brisket cut in very skinny strips like that. The sauce is SO tomato based you can’t taste anything but tomato. The green beans were really good though and the staff was very nice!

I ordered 4 bacon and bean tacos and added cheese to all of them... I received 4 bean and cheese tacos.... Not one had bacon, since it was a to go order we didn't notice until we already left the restaurant. So it was definitely overpriced and the food was poor

This location has trouble marking down extras and substitutions. Their fries are not fresh or good 80% of the time and they are very stingy with their sides (side bowls filled less than halfway full). Make sure you triple check your order before leaving the drive thru window and have them go through your order with you slowly after you’re done ordering. If you don’t, the likelihood of them forgetting something or not giving you an item is extremely high.

Last week I ordered a small family meal & the turkey was good but they gave me the wrong sides. Mgr was not helpful to resolve. Today I had a couple of guests so I ordered the lg family meal. Sides were good but the brisket was 1 1/2 lbs of chopped up pieces, not 1 single slice. The presentation was embarrassing so I ended up serving something else. The manager said “all the briskets were so tender they were falling apart.” Probably true but I wasn’t serving barbacoa to my guests. It’s getting disappointing coming here. Total spent $58

This review is not about the food the food is very bill miller's and this location is definitely one of my favorites to go to. It's always quick and the staff is always nice to the guest. however! The managers seem rude and unable to understand how to talk to the other employees. I had opted to go inside today to place my order since the drive thru was long and get my order to go. The girl at the front counter was kind (her name is Karly I believe on my receipt) I give her a name for the order (Moe) and as I'm finishing up the manager running food to the front sets food down and claims she can't read the name (in a VERY ugly rude tone) and karly looks at it and takes the food to the girl. I go and sit down and wait. I can hear the woman yelling in the back for tortillas and other stuff. When it comes to my order she brings it out and I am listening. She says again "I can't read these names!" And just yells "TO GO!" Instead of just attempting the name on the order. Mind you I used the name Moe....the girl walks back to the front from cleaning and looks at it "for moe" I walk up knowing already it's my order.....the poor girl is probably in high-school and this is likely her first job and she's doing fine the other woman was just RUDE. I made a joke about maybe the manager just needs to learn how to read instead of being rude, when I got my food from karly that hopefully makes her laugh throughout the day since she seemed shy and defeated with how many times the woman was being rude.....it was not what I expect of a manager.

This location always forgets something And I don't know why I come here! I've ordered fries and they forget the fries. I order a salad and they forget to put the ranch in there... Sure maybe not be a big deal for little things like that, but it's still my money and I'm still missing out on my food. Just annoying.

Came through the drive-through today it was relatively busy for two in the afternoon. The gentleman that came out to take the orders completely skipped my car made me sit there and wait for 10 minutes to finally take my order then when I get to the drive-through window they don’t have a clue what’s going on with my order. Ask me to pull up and wait another five minutes for supposedly fresh food. I had to get out of the car to go to get my food and it started coming out once I started getting out of the car. Normally this Bill Miller has a pretty good service, but you need to really take a close look at management on a Saturday to see who was there because the service was abysmal and poor.

Very disappointed that someone in executive management has made the decision the train the kitchen staff to plate green beans next to the main entree. This has been going on for a while, now. I don't like it. Who ever thought this is okay has no culinary sense. I shouldn't have to ask for a separate bowl for a side dish with this much liquid in it. It does NOT mix with the barbecue sauce. Fail!

11/16 @ 6:00p.m went to drive thru order chicken strips with FF and a 2 meat plate with no sauce. Got home check on my I didn’t get any gravy for my chicken strips. My meat plate had sauce with one brisket strip it come with sausage. Called the store and complained. Spoke to the most rudest manager Vericona. I told her the issue. She looked up the receipt and the receipt didn’t say dry. Vericona was was very when she told me. Didn’t you hear the cashier repeat the order. I told didn’t the cashier hear my order. She told she was going to do me a favor by giving me credit for next time. I should pay more attention to the cashier when she repeats the order. lol

I went again on Friday 10/24/25 and they’re still barely putting any egg. It’s not filled up as advertised. Restaurants actually get sued for these types of things. Not saying I am but come on Bill Millers, fill up the tacos with eggs.

This is the second time I ordered bacon and egg (actually I had a credit for a bacon and egg taco because the same thing happened on my last visit). The egg quantity in these tacos is shameful. There’s barely enough egg to fill half the taco.

Well we should have know that was not going to be good when before we got are meal the unsweetened ice tea was sour, the team member replaced it as he brought out our tray and we had to ask him to bring the salad that we ordered but was not on the tray just the 1000 island dressing. We ordered a 3 pc fired chicken with salad and green beans and poor boy with fries and yes 2 ice tea. The chicken was cold and grease and the crust starting to get hard, his poor boy did not have enough meat and you could tell that the fries where the remains of the bottom of the tray and keeping with the nights dinner theme they where cold and starting to shrivel up. We asked the manager for a copy of the receipt for this complaint and he could not find it he said he had to call IT hmmmm. He did ask us if we would like a refund or a free meal but we said no its about getting a hot meal at noon or 8:30 pm. We paid the same dollar amount we should get the same service and hot meal simple math. As I sat there letting the manager know how bad our meal was and to stick his finger in the green beans that where cold not luck warm cold to the touch he didn't and I was fishing my salad that was could as it should be I go to take a bit in front of the manager pull up my fork and there was a hair in my salad discussing , I held it up and ask him if he saw the hair he said yes. I did tell the Manager that there is a lot of fast food down Bandera rd. in Helotes and we chose Bill Millers. I could have taken a refund or replacement meal , but what I want is change. Every customer coming in at 8:am,noon or 8:pm get a good meal. Accountability and Responsibility and Integrity (doing the right thing when no one is watching) For Cooperate, I would have secrets shoppers you need it.

Went in to get tacos and waited in your terrible que line to take orders. First off two signs , one that says "place orders here" one that reads "pick up orders" unfortunately they serve no function to the employees cause the first thing that did was get me skipped in line because I waited in front of the "wrong" counter. Why bother even putting them up? And then of course the minor inconveniences pile up, no hot sauce , no coffee, and then to my surprise no trashcans! I saw several people trying to find a trashcan to throw away their trash! Love the food, hate the service.

The casher was working alone it was super busy she had no help. She forgot sweet & low I had to go ask for it, she forgot the ranch dressing I had to go up to ask for it and they ran out of gravy so didn't get that. We had no where to sit all tables were dirty so I clean one myself. Couldn't enjoy my dinner without shivering it was super cold. Customer service was horrible. Thank you

I called to let them know one sandwich was not in my bag. I was told by the manager that she personally put it in the bag but later said she watched her employees put it in the bag. I'm not sure what to go off of, but I know my meal was missing. I hate writing negative reviews but when I'm basically being told my food was accounted for and I'm at my table with no food, well, it makes things a little frustrating...

Today I ordered a fried chicken fillet sandwich; I often crave these they are so good. Not today. No soft grilled bun, half the size as usual, and extremely dry. They had it ready immediately; must’ve been sitting out for awhile. Extremely extremely disappointed. Helotes is usually not as good as the other locations. I’m not wasting my time anymore; plenty of other choices out there. Unfortunately, I lost my go to comfort food craving.😕

This place can’t read or doesn’t care to. There is ALWAYS something wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever had a perfect order. It can be as small as no spoon for my beans to something as missing food items. Today we went and got chicken strips and there was no gravy, but there was a black wavy hair in it. I also ordered tacos asked for 4 salsa’s they gave me 1. Wednesday I ordered 4 sausage tacos, they gave me 2. When I called, the manager, Marissa said, “Are you sure your two tacos aren’t in there?” Which I told her, again, that I ordered 4 but they only put 2 in my bag. The EXACT same thing had happened the previous Saturday. Ordered 4 tacos, only received 2. These are just a few of MANY mistakes they have made. This place can NOT get their orders right for the life of them.

If I could give a ZERO I most definitely would!! We've been waiting an hour for our food to come out. Drive through the order was taken at 6:41pm and it's now 7:41pm still nothing. When asked how much longer the response was sorry your not the only one waiting. Well at this point it kinda feels like I am!! This is unacceptable!!!

Let me first say not all Bill Miller Locations are Bad. I eat at other locations all the time and my Company also uses them for catering. This Location obviously has a Management Issue from the Poor Online Reputation. I arrived with my Family last night about 15 minutes before they closed. I did not know the closing time until later. First we approached the Place to order and we noticed everyone had gone behind the wall. You cannot see but you can hear. Someone said " don't go out and maybe they will leave". I waited patiently since I had bragged to my daughter how great the food was. She had been traveling all day to visit me from another state and was exhausted and hungry. Next, Tory comes out. We had some questions regarding the menu. She rolled her eyes and was speaking very fast. With a very Arrogant Tone. We started to make our order, everything we asked for she said They were out. No BBQ Sausage, No BBQ Chicken, Then I tried to order a #1 and she said they were out of French Fries. Another worker was giggling and laughing in background . I said " what do you have on menu". Someone behind wall replied. NOTHING WE ARE CLOSED HA HA,,,,,,. At this point I was shocked by the Poor Customer Service I was Receiving I asked Tory do you treat all your customers this way ? TORY Snapped at me and Said How Dare you Come in here at Closing and Talk to me that way !!!! I was Shocked at this Treatment from Bill Miller's . My food order was 64.95 and I said No Thank You. I got my Family and told them we are leaving. I spoke to the Manager on my way out and he was clueless. I drove 2 blocks up the street to Slim Chickens and was Treated Amazing. Hard to believe with all the competition on Bandera Bill Millers tolerates Incompetent people to work for them. Definitely a Management Issue at this Location . Hopefully there corporate Office will do something about this location. I Manage a large Business with over 160 employees and understand how bad employees cost you everything !!!! David

Paid 12$ for a rancher plate with literally not one piece of brisket. Instead the employees poured the last pieces / crumbs of brisket into my plate. -_- complete waste of 12$ and reminded me why i don't eat at this chain.

It's a great hearty meal. IF THEY BOTHER TO DO IT RIGHT! When you go thru the drive thru, pick up your breakfast, and go home with your order, you are stuck with what the store gives you. Too busy to be able to go all the way back for the store to make right what they should have do e right the first time! Since the pandemic, I have noticed, sadly, that they don't bother to care what goes out the drive thru window. This Helotes store in particular! The bean and cheese taco was so sloppy, so little beans!!! It's just beans! And then, the hash browns. The amount of potatoes can't be right. But if what has been going out the window is what you are selling, I'm not impressed, nor am I interested! BUT WORSE, the manager listened to my story, then promptly said, "Enjoy your day." And hung up! WELCOME TO THE NEW BILL MILLERS! DON'T BOTHER P.S. This is about the 8th or 9th time this has happened. I wish it was a one-off, but it seems not. Very sad!

Coming to this location since opening, rarely have any issues and if any, they’ve been corrected in a pleasant manner. But since Rosa started working at this Bill Miller, I’m unhappy to come: she is always rude and unprofessional with me and other customers (and team members too!). I spoke with management multiple times about Rosa’s rude manners, but nothing has changed. Why the management is covering her behavior, I don’t understand. Now every time I come and I see Rosa working, I’m leaving this eatery. The food quality is being inconsistent (coleslaw is brownish, fries are soggy, sandwiches are smaller that at other locations, sauce has an off taste (like fermented)). I guess they just lost another loyal customer.

I ordered three chopped beef sandwiches for $7 I was not happy with the outcome. I combined all of the chopped beef from all 3 "sandwichs" made into one small sandwich. It was ridiculous and I'm very angry they just ripped me off

Drive thru attendant interrupted me three times while attempting to place my order. Snarky and rude when I reached the window. Order asked for a substitute of hash browns instead of fries. Got fries. Pricing didn't match up with the menu (actual price of meal was about a dollar higher than posted price). Food was okay but not worth the terrible service. It's hard to understand because other Bill Miller locations seem to get orders correct more often. This one is awful. I'm done with this location. Follow up: This May be the worst Experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. On our last three visits, orders have been wrong all three times. We spoke to management, and they just don’t seem to care. Anyone could do better.

TERRIBLE. I already called to complain to Sean. It seems to me, based on the last three visits in the last two weeks, that their night “closing” crew is very careless. If it’s towards the end of the day they rush and they do not serve your food correctly. Tonight for example, we were given two chicken sandwiches that were not cooked. Blood coming out! Come on guys! What are you trying to do ? I know you all want to go home but pay attention to details before somebody gets sick. I usually do not complain much but this couldn’t go without being reported. Nobody will do anything about it, but I will at least do my part to leave this review for others to be careful before they purchase from you.

Last week ordered $108 of fish plates with extra tartar sauce and dozen Brownies in drive thru. Get home and missing fries , tartar sauce, Brownies. Call and Tyler says they'll take care of me next week. Come back to get "comped" and Tyler not here and all they give me was the fries and 1/ 2 dozen Brownies that I already pId gor and have no use for now. What's the worst is this is 4 in row that drive thru messes up orders . The manager, Veronica seems to think taking care of their mistakes is giving us what I already paid for then she's in the wrong business. Pathetic service is a result of Pathetic management. Evidence in how they "will take care of you".

First of all let me start by saying I have always liked bill millers and frequent the restaurant from time to time. However, I just left the helotes bill millers about 20 minutes ago and purchased a family size box of chicken. I proceeded to drive home which is 5 minutes away. Upon getting home I pulled chicken out of the bag and noticed that it was hard and cold as if it was sitting somewhere for a long time. The French fries were so cold and hard also that I couldn’t even chew them, apparently they had been burned and then left to sit somewhere. I actually got a knife and pounded on the fries, and they were so hard they didn’t even break. The tea tasted like sewer water and was absolutely disgusting! I cannot understand how they can serve disgusting cold dried out chicken and fries like that! I want to also say that the tea tasted like when the bottom of the container doesn’t get washed. This whole meal was a complete disaster and waste of money, 30.00 down the drain because I totally trashed the whole thing. I am totally disappointed in bill millers, it has lost its quality of food. I will NOT be returning and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I rated them 1 star, and that’s only because that’s the only way I could submit a review, because as far as I’m concerned they didn’t deserve that much!

Someone needs to sit down with this new Manager (Angela Alonzo) at the Helotes Location. She seems very upset every time I see her working at our Helotes Location. Unfortunately for me I was in front of her two times this past Sunday 12/11/23. In the morning I asked her some questions about a bigger order I needed that same afternoon, and she was instantly aggravated? When I asked a question on a bulk food item her response was they were too busy for her to answer that question????? I then watched her personally pack my breakfast order before leaving. When I arrived home, I discovered she had left out two tacos. This was no big deal I had another order I placed in the morning for 2pm so I would just bring it up then to correct. When I returned, I saw Angela Alonzo and she made me feel like I was trying to get something over on Bill Millers? She did not accept that she made an error very well She stated, “I just packed the order I did not make it” Then she seemed to get upset and asked why I did not call? This became a heated situation rather than a simple apology and offer to correct. Angela decided to take a defensive stand and explain basic math to me at the counter. I realized I was dealing with someone on a power trip, so I just walked out. This should not be the person teaching others to be like her.

Went through the drive up and got a 15 piece fried chicken and fries at 2:30 pm on 5/20/25 at the Helotes location and drove 2 miles to my apartment complex and went inside. I fixed my plate of chicken and fries and the fries were already cold and hard and the chicken was barely warm. Now I know why it's been over 2 years since I had been there and it's safe to say that I won't be going back anytime soon. Highly disappointed.

I never write reviews but this Bill Millers never gets my order correct(breakfast or dinner). I return to correct the order and always get attitude and excuses from the GM. The counter employees are great and totally understand but when it gets to the GM it’s a different story.

They were changing their onions when they dropped a tongue on the floor with the same glove to pick up the tongue and then immediately start scooping onions into the bin with the same gloves. They just touched the floor with not changing the gloves, same gloves this place is gross. Don’t eat here you will get sick told management and they said oh we will check the cameras. They don’t believe you when you report it

I ordered the two chop with fries and drink special. The chopped sandwich was so salty it was not edible. When I called the store to tell them what I had received and to ask for a refund tomorrow The manager immediately became defensive and told me that they were made downtown. I could hear her flinching over the phone. Anyway I was disappointed.

Went and ordered a family fried chicken and 3pc finger, got home the chicken was cold, breading soggy on both orders fries just as terrible. Then brought it back got fresh. But never got my Jalapeños. And when retuning my food she manager had nothing but a attitude and borderline salmed my fish meal in a disgusting manner. I have always loved the chicken here. But as a cook myself and in the restaurant field. This was one on the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Your manager need to go back in traning about customer service.

I’ve come here for breakfast/brunch many times and the quality has diminished drastically. I’ve given them the benefit of doubt one too many times. I have always ordered lean brisket in the past and seldom had an issue, but I’ve ultimately had to completely boycott this location. My most recent visit I ordered a LEAN brisket & potato taco and this is the quality of what they had to offer. The only redeemable part of the taco was some of the potatoes and the tortilla. I wouldn’t even feed this so called “lean brisket” to my dog. Please let this be a sign to do better.

About a year ago I had a very positive experience at this location, however, my visits since then have been declining to the point to where I have to update my opinion of this restaurant. I visited this location for lunch today and am extremely unhappy with my meal. The side portions and amount of sauce I was given for the price I paid for a 2 meat, 3 side plate is ridiculous. I asked for extra lean, extra thin brisket and was given large chunks of very dry meat instead. The #8 should be marketed as a plate with 1 and a half sides, which is what I received. I'm still hungry after my meal and just so disappointed. Although the food came quickly and the staff was nice, the food was still cold and not worth the money spent. Overall, this experience and similar experiences I have had since my original post has deterred me from wanting to return.

Bill’s is usually a consistent, reliable family favorite. I can usually count on Bill’s food to please the entire family, any time of day. Today, however, disappointment would be in store. The marbled brisket, the usual center piece of a dinner, was made up of a greasy collection of hacked pieces of random sizes from all over the brisket, as if a Samurai warrior had attacked a brisket and collected the pieces and given them to us. The green beans had pieces of raw onion, throughout. The fries were super crispy, so that the fluffy center was gone, as if they had been left under a warmer much too long. Our slaw was so full of sweet vinegar that it nearly entirely covered the slaw in liquid, as if the dregs of the bucket was emptied into our portion of slaw. The only respite was the extra cheesy, mac and cheese. Will I go back? Sadly, not to that location, one too many anomalies. I’ll continue to feed my family by visiting another delicious Bill’s location.

If you want your order done right make sure you dine in only the drive thru is always a mess. My order is never right. I Constantly have to call back and get remakes and today my remake order was wrong again. Its starting to look like I just want free food when I dont. I just want to go home with my correct order.... im not going to this location anymore. I just dont understand. Ive spoken to Christopher the manager and others and nothing ever changes.

Food is discusting. The cashier was pleasant although on speed lol. The girl that brought our food was rude. Being from the south we were hoping for good B B Q. This wasn’t it. The slaw was cabbage floating in vinegar. The mashed potato’s had no flavor just instant with too much water, fries were stale and dry. Yesterday I ordered a 2 piece chicken, subbed the fries for hash browns . I just can’t force myself to like the fries at all.Unless I order butter and sour cream with them fresh and crispy. So they didn’t remove the fries and charged me for the hashbrowns as an extra purchased side . It was clear what I requested . I didn’t realize it until after I saw the fries in the bag with the chicken so I wasn’t happy about that. I don’t wanna pay for something. I absolutely just don’t like and I know it I have to really really be in the mood with for those fries with butter and sour cream and definitely that’s a once every few year occasion. Seriously! So the fries were as I was removing them to toss Sadly, enough, I preferred not get them at all. They were cold and they were soggy to touch. The chicken was pinkish tint. The crust was so soggy. It wasn’t cooked all the way at all and the chicken when I bid into it it had that slime fill into it. Leading me to believe that chicken was not cooked all the way out or cleaned prior. Usually, I really like. Chicken this time it was horrible. So being that I was working the area again I went in to get a brisket taco and going to the bathroom to wash my hands. There’s a guy in there. Cleaning had no sign up or nothing and he looks at me crazy very rudely says it’s blocked for a reason. What are you coming in here to do first of all I don’t need to tell you what I’m going into the ladies bathroom for her. You’re not talking to a child you’re talking to a grow A grandmother at that older than you but talking to me as I’m a child it’s stupid. I said where is it blocked show me where it’s blocked. He shows me where it’s blocked and it’s not blocked. Trash cans are pushed to the side outside of the door no way shape or form was it blocked to lead me to believe that restroom was closed. I was no way at fault. Trying to show me the trash cans pushed to the side wall was blocking. It was in no pathway blocked. And NO , I absolutely did not move them out of my way ! And lunch time is not the time to clean a busy restaurant bathroom. Let’s try prior to lunch rush to clean the mirror . Unless it’s urgent. He was rude . I just would never allow my employees , to disrespect a customer. Especially when there is no reason for it. He was not nice at all. He was very rude and asked me after what I wanted to go in there for in the first place . Talking to me rude trying to belittle me like I’m stupid….Its nobody’s business why I had to go in the women’s restroom, but my own ! You never ask a customer that ! I left ! Now I am at the other Bander location , hopefully it goes better here !

I came to get Pinto 🫘 and it was 9:50am and the cashier said it was going to be 10 minutes. So I waited for 20 minutes and still nothing. Asked them how much longer and they said 5 minutes so it's already almost 30 minutes then they said it was ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. So I said let me speak to the mgt. She came up to me and said I should know that they dont start until 11am. I was like hell no. Let me speak to the mgt and she comes around the corner and literally says "What Do You Want. I Tell her that how much longer and she said ANOTHER 😡20 MIN. I was like please give me a refund. She instructed the cashier to give me my money back. And THEN she turns around and says that we dont serve lunch until 12pm😡. Never going back to BM AGAIN!!

10/21/25 I went back because my husband and my son are addicted to your chicken. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be the redemption meal, but it has failed. My salad was missing the chicken, and the green beans were also left out of my meal. Really hoping this was just an off day, because we truly love your food! 10/10/25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: I really appreciate that Bill Miller reached out to make things right! They sent me a kind letter of apology along with a gift card, which truly shows great customer service. I’ve always been a loyal fan because their food is delicious and consistent — the only issue I had before was a few incorrect orders, but I understand mistakes can happen, especially with how busy they get. I’m genuinely thankful they took the time to fix it and value their customers. Still one of my favorite go-to spots for comfort food! 10/5/25 Another update and picture forgot cheese. My husband went this time. My son loves tacos from here and this is why return!🤦🏻‍♀️ 10/3/25 Update another wrong order… forgot potatoes… This bill millers is notorious with giving me wrong orders… here’s another example ordered Hashbrowns got French fries last time ordered a sausage link got chicken strips

Horrible service today! We went thru the drive thru only to be told at the window after paying that there was a 15 minute wait for breasts. Then after waiting 15 minutes they bring out a medium order of fries to my car. I walk in and ask for a Manager only to be given a giggly "I'm sorry". When a customer tells you they have been waiting for 15 minutes for an order only for it to be delivered wrong, a more sincere apology would have been received a lot better.

Had their 3 pic chicken special. Over cooked or old bird ,Brisket dry. Service 5 star. Men’s restroom needed a cleaning. 48 years I have been a customer. Bill Millers has taken a Nose Dive….customers r paying more and r getting less ….get another meat vender. Food Quality 5 -00000 sucks. Start closing your down some your restaurants! Don’t feeling alone KFC, Popeyes and Wendy’s are going down too. Are your chicken's and beef from China, North Korea or Russia. To All Restaurants you want the community to support you business. Here’s MyTIP ….bring back Quality. Note: Why customers don’t Dining Out? Foods sucks!

Every visit just gets worse. Prices go up containers for food get smaller. Example the hash browns with my meal. Then they don’t even give you a serving in that small container. It’s horrible that you need to go inside to order your to go to verify you didn’t get ripped off.
