Ah Starbucks who doesn't like a great tasting coffee. Yes I agree the prices are high but it's good. Word of advice of you buy drinks and have extra stuff placed in them. Always ask for the extra amount that's left to be given to you. For example we always get a venti white chocolate frappuccino with 2 extra shots of espresso. If you ask for what's left you get a Grande white chocolate frapp extra. They usually throw that away might as well get what you paid for.

Such a nice experience. Went in was greeted quickly by very friendly staff members and communicated with about my online order. Clean customer area and nice atmosphere.

Met my daughter for breakfast, which was delicious! I had a venti fall favorite, Pumpkin-spice Frappuccino and bacon grueir egg bites 😋

Every time I go to the Starbucks in Helotes in the early mornings, they are super busy. I usually go through drive-thru. THEY ARE SOOO FAST. They are friendly but not overwhelming. Thank ya'll for being so amazing! We all appreciate a great coffee shop!

Grace is always who i love to get at this store. She double checks to ensure my drink is correct and always has a smile on her face and is very energetic.. my mom did not like this Starbucks location until Grace finally asked her questions about her drink and made sure it was correct!!

Usually get a caramel frapp but this isn’t the first one i go to and they are just making the drinks horrible, its nothing but milk thats all you can taste! Starbucks coffee used to be my place to go to every day morning and evening but ever since they started making them drinks like that i have not have the desire to get a drink from any Starbucks again even though i love it!

I never leave reviews but I really want to recognize Rachel I believe is her name. She has such a sweet energy. Im an O’Connor student and come on my lunch and she’s usually there. If you’re reading this Rachel you are so kind and beautiful, the best barista!

Staff here is always attentive and professional. Guaranteed to be handed a carefully crafted drink and they take the time to sleeve up the cup instead of expecting you to do it, unlike all other places in the area. Quiet, and calm, lovely place to enjoy a drink of coffee and relax.

Mane! July 5th 2020 who ever was working morning shift they did a absolutely fantastic job. First the drive thru was fast, starting off with a sweet voice coming from the speaker relaxing your morning. I felt so welcomed, any way pull up pay etc and the drink!?!? Amazing (White Guava tea lemonade) perfect blend of sweet tangy goodness. All together great experience for a beautiful Sunday morning.

Concerning this drive through location, never to busy, always a few students studying. Service varies by shift and crew. Nice patio option. A few comfy chairs. Bathrooms always clean.

Don't come here often because over $2.00 for a tall blonde coffee seems a bit high to me. I'm usually embarrassed to come here and ask for a "tall blonde" but nobody seems to mind. The coffee is good and fresh and the atmosphere is good. Music in the background is always a nice touch.

This location was far more tranquil inside than the outside traffic would have lead me to assume. The staff were young and efficient. The clientele were quiet. Some reading. Some catching up. No children present. Maybe a salvation of this location? Either way, peaceable.

I have a FAVORITE STARBUCKS and this location is it! I enjoyed my visit because I felt I was treated like family. A young man by the name of Caleb treated me like I was his guest. What an amazing older gentleman working the drive thru! In the midst of his such great customer service I forgot his name 😒 even though he told me, but wow what a great guy. Very friendly, just so upbeat and cheerful. Really really made my day. As of course I am a starbucks addict but this was my first time attending this location and I must say I shall be back. This staff is the best I've met in San Antonio. I have rarely encountered any problems with them, and the ones that I do have are always very minor changes to my drink. The stuff is always more than helpful and truly appreciate the term of quality customer service. The managers are some of the most friendliest people I have met, and the store in general has a very welcoming and comforting environment. This is my favorite Starbucks to visit.

It was good service, I just need a coffe to keep me awake after eating, but I don't like the taste of coffe too much, so I just ask if they can put something sweet like chocolate in my mocha and they did, it keep me awake for the next 3 hours of driving while tasting great.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always busy. They manage to always get my order right, something I have had an issue with at other locations nearby even though it's a super simple order.

Great Drinks and Excellent Service! Employees came to check up on me throughout the day and offered to bring me free water and hot coffee or tea refills. They even brought my coffee straight to my table! I didn’t even have to walk up to the counter to get it. There is also plenty of space to work at and many large tables, unlike other Starbucks locations i’ve visited. I drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to come to this specific location. 10/10 recommend

The staff are wonderful, and I have not had issues with how they have made my coffee or drink. I get mistakes happen, but we as humans should learn to be kinder to people. Quiet, clean and tucked away. Never actually realized this Starbucks location was here until I accidentally stumbled upon it. Naturally, it's busy during peak hours but is a wonderful place to sit and write or socialize in the evenings.

Great service at this starbucks, and a great place to have some quiet time, although, it's tough to get into as there is only one real entrance.

Nice coffee shop on the Bandera road. I believe this is the last coffee shop on way to Bandera as we didn't notice any further shops for next 15miles. Restroom is very clean. Curbside pickup was crowded so if you have Starbucks app better choose mobile order and pickup your drink faster. Staffs are courteous. #HappyCafe

Starbucks is my people. But it's been a while since i was in. Stopped to use the restroom before ordering my coffee drink and was surprised at how dirty it was. They were not terribly busy and still took over 5 minutes to get a drink. One drink. Guess I'll just continue to brew coffee at home.

I didn't eat for one, so I won't give them 5 stars. And the atmosphere is like every other Starbucks- that's why they call it a turn-key franchise. But the people were 5 🌟 🤩 so that's nice!!

Courteous service and the same industrial consistency you can expect from any chain like Starbucks. Interestingly enough, they still do not allow dine-in, irrespective of the applicable occupancy laws of the state where the stores are located. Seems unnecessary in my opinion

Ordered coffee girl forgot order confronted after 10 minutes. Too much playing between staff, overheard male staff member cursing. But I guess the day off for training didn't cover that.

Great customer service, great drinks. Only three starts because of the parking lot. You can only drive in from Bandera, through the bank parking lot. Odd.

Expensive prices (but to be expected with Starbucks) but a great date spot because of various seating options. A bit long wait, somewhat understaffed. Great, but not for an everyday thing.

This is my usual coffee place everyday, but when I got my two drinks today they made it WITHOUT coffee. When I told them I asked for one drinks with coffee, they only added a tiny bit of coffee to the already wrong drinks and they have absolutely no coffee flavor still. Pretty irritated since they made my drink wrong in the first place then didn’t make them again for me.

Our visit was okay. Music was nice and loud ..... A song by Abba. Like it. Hot chocolate was not of the same quality as Dunkin's. Door push bar remains broken for 13 months now. Staff is polite.

I certainly understand when people no call/no show, or call in sick, but please do all of us a favor and turn off the online ordering/pickup in store option on days where you close your interior because placing an order online to be picked up inside, especially when you’re in a time crunch, only to be given no other option than to walk away leaving good money spent on the table for product not received, or to wait in a 50 minute line, mainly because your staff repeatedly hung up the phone, and then took it off the hook, when I called to cancel said order because the line was so long. I am leaving three stars because this location is normally great, and because everyone can have a bad day, but there needs to be a way to cancel/refund orders that are obnoxiously delayed to the point where customers who are going to be obnoxiously late for work are either compensated for their time or their paid order that they have to drive off without.

I prefer the location in the Bandera Pointe shopping center over by the Chick-fil-A. The staff is friendlier and always get you what you want. A couple times at this location the staff has been less than happy to take an order, I would rather not go in if I feel like it's an inconvenience to the staff.

I guess requesting a coffee a certain way does not matter at this location. It was not prepared the way I requested. Suffice to say this location will not be on my list of repeats. They window attendant was very cordial, that upped their rating.

Starbucks totally got order wrong and has done that more than once on my visit. Seems to happen when evening staff doesn't seem to know their job. Too many mistakes.

Won't be returning here. The Starbucks on the other side of 1604/Bandera near HEB gas is far better! It's worth the extra few minutes drive even in traffic!

Every time I attend this Starbucks, something goes wrong. Wether it's them messing up my drink order or taking insanely long. They cannot seem to manage having a drive thru. Whereas if I go a little down the road to the Starbucks by the Academy, I can be in and out within 5-10 minutes even if there is a line. I used to come here all the time, now every time I do I regret it.

Drinks are great. Customer service lacks though. I have been here a few times and never get greeted when I walk in by any of the the 3 to 4 barista's. I also have to wait a few minitues to get my order placed since they are all talking on the headsets to each other before someones takes my order.

This Starbucks is really slow and at least one of the staff was rude when I wanted to add something to my order. I understand if it will take longer since I changed the order and have no problem with you helping other's first, but when you act like the change is ruining your whole day and it's my fault, I stop being understanding.

This location pours super weak drinks. Go there, you’ll see. Ask for a quad and it’ll be like 2oz of espresso. I’ve been there many times and finally felt the need to call them out. The target across the street does a better job.

This morning I ordered my venti like I always do and noticed yet again it’s low. This was supposed to be a white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. I pay $7.40 for this much missing I was very disappointed. The past couple times I thought they were just in a hurry because it was busy but today I was the only one in line. Very disappointed.

Today was the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks location. A group of church friends was meeting together. My husband got the mocha frappucino and I got the iced green tea. At the time I paid for the drinks, I confirmed that there would be free refills for my tea while our group sat to talk. When I went to get my refill, 2 ladies told me it cost 50 cents for the refill. I wasn't sure when this new policy went into effect. I asked my neighbor who works at a different Starbucks about this. She confirmed that gold card reward members get free refills. Very disappointed with this Starbucks.

We used to frequent this location. I am unsure what the problem is here with their Baristas but everytime we order our Chai Tea Latte's here they never can get it right. We have started to go to the location on Braun just so we can get the drinks the way they are meant to taste. It's sad because this one is much closer to us. I am not sure if it is a training issue or just lack of pride in their work.

Came here 3 days straight, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt on the second day and here I am on the third day. I buy a nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam almost all the time and the cup is 3/4 foam and 1/4 coffee. I keep thinking to myself that the foam will go down and I will end up with allot more coffe since its a nitro cold brew. But thats never the case . Now if I go down the street to the other two star buck locations its 3/4 coffe and 1/4 foam like it should be and not the other way around. At this point i would be better off buying the smaller cup instead of the grande and save myself a few bucks instead of paying full price for a cup full of foam!!! I don't have time to complain or go back to the store and tell them whats going on since I am a very busy man. And I feel like I geve them a enough tries to redeem themselves and nothing has changed. So that's why I give them one star

The quad shot espresso over ice was good however when I walked in I waited two minutes at the register to order (there was no one in line in the cafe), two baristas working did not acknowledge me or say hello even though the drive through was not very busy (2-3 cars in que). The barista who did come out from the back of house to take my order was very friendly however. When I went to the condiment bar there was no half and half out so I went to the hand off plane to ask for some. The barista obliged but then asked me to bring him the empty carafe and put the new one out. I planned on taking the fresh carafe to the condiment bar anyway, but asking me (a customer) to do his job and bring him the empty carafe was not cool.

Always in a rush. They never get my drink right and not only does it taste bad but I couldnt get it fixed. It should have been right the first time. I dont recommend going here if you want to get good coffee because for a coffee place it was not the best.

As someone who frequents this is establishment quite often, I was dismayed to experience what is the worst service ever today. I wanted to order a strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk instead of water, only to find out that they were all out of coconut milk. So I settled on the regular refresher only to be served something that was a sad excuse for the strawberry acai drink. It didn't have a single strawberry in it (like it's supposed to) and the barista failed to notify me about it. I will definitely not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Went there at 6:55 and didnt leave til 7:25 when I only ordered 2 drinks. There were people who came in and ordered at the register after me that were out before I even got my drinks. And the only reason I was out 30 mins after I ordered my drinks is because I talked to the manager and she went and made them herself. Poor service. Avoid this one at all costs.

One star? I wouldn't even give that. Coffee was great my visit was good until I came home to realize that I was double charged on my debit card. As I called the shop to speak to the manager Cindy to confront situation seem to be very disturbed and maybe a little overwhelmed NO EXCUSE this is a BOSS situation and it will sometimes get a little tuff. As she continued to rudely interrupt and give me no time to speak over powering with her loud voice as she mentioned to me do you not hear the noise in the background my response was no I can only hear you talking 100 miles an hour her most ignorant comment of I’m sorry I’m Mexican I talk loud and fast! I’m sorry but had nothing to do with race I’m Mexican and I don’t talk loud and fast! As a leader that is definitely not someone that I would want to represent myself or my shop or my just to get that never attending the Starbucks my first visit was the most horrible at this location I live in this area my kids go to school in this area and for someone like that to represent Helotes Texas is a shame. The racial comment and ignorance of people to continue the division in our country it was more than just a double charge after she made that comment I will never step foot in the Starbucks again maybe none at that...Thank you Cindy for a great experience

Visited inside for the first time the display case with all of the goodies was filled with flying gnats that was kind of a turn off all though I know that they choose food from other packages it's still disgusting the bathrooms the bathrooms were so filthy at least the ladies bathroom I mentioned these two things to the young manager she said she had just gotten there she appreciated me mentioning it she also said that they had a bug problem in the store and they were working on it she had told her manager I guess district manager but nothing has been done yet anywho I like the atmosphere but it just needs to be cleaned up a bit.

They closed at 8pm we came at 7:30 pm, the place was empty we ordered 3 coffees and they took 25 minutes to give us our order and after that they told us to leave because they where closed. It looks like they don't care about costumers anymore a least in this location.

Why did I order a pumpkin spice chai that's supposed to have the pumpkin syrup in it and there's none disgusting the one next to my place of business never forgets the syrup that come with the base drink

Used to be my favorite Starbucks, then their cold-brew machine broke which I understand machines break, then went back 2 days later and ordered a Cold Brew again in which they took my order. I got to the window to pay and they did the bait and switch saying we're out of cold brew. But we can make you the same thing with ice coffee. This was before 7am, so I said your out of cold brew or is your machine still out of order? He told me they were out. What's the truth? Don't take my order then when I get to the window offer me something else. Shady business practice or untrained employees. Either way as much as I spend at Starbucks, you could tell the customer what you do or don't have before you ring them up. Guess I'll go to a better Starbucks!

I was pulling into the drive through when an employee literally stepped in front of my car to place a sign that said "we close at 2:30" . He literally stepped IN FRONT OF MY CAR TO WHERE I HAD TO BRAKE FOR HIM. It was exactly 2:30. Could they not have taken 1 more !@#$% order . I work in customer service too, but I do realize the importance of the customer, especially at a time like this. We all need whatever business we can get.

Pretty bad service. Walked in with no acknowledgment and there was no line. They were tending to the drive thru and others were chatting in a corner so it felt like these kids were just. Tired and at the end of their shift. I understand how a job can zap you but a simple, "be right with you," does wonders.

I went to the drive-thru today to pick up my favorite cappuccino on the way to my store. However when I got to my store and took a drink I nearly choked! It was Nothing Except Hot Sweet Milk! Horrible! This Location seems to have some real problems getting menu items made.... Go to a different location!!

Never seen this before in any Starbucks location. I ordered hot coffee, they gave me a warm- cold coffee. I told them the coffee is not hot.. Can I have hot coffee, I asked. They start arguing with me “no this is hot coffee”. Then they said we will make a new one; literally 2 minutes later, they gave me microwaved coffee. With 2 minutes you can not make new coffee.

I ordered a venti cold brew. Clearly wasnt done right if it all milk and no coffee. If i paid 15 bucks for 2 with just milk. Which is bullcrap honestly. APRIL 28TH 2022. also has a nasty sour taste so i probably got bad milk as well. Never ordering here bcuz its constantly not the right drink i am getting diffrent ones each time. Please keep the ingredients EXACTLY what the customer ordered.
