Opened at 4am. Wow. Got a travel box of coffee. Fantastic. Picked up a Chi oat latte (yeck) for my wife ( she loved it). Fast. Great experience
To the lovely lady that took my order yesterday inside around 5:20-5:30. Thank you for your kindness. I came in for my birthday drink and had just got news I had a death in the family. I didn’t even get your name I was so distracted but just wanted to thank you.

Great Drinks and Excellent Service! Employees came to check up on me throughout the day and offered to bring me free water and hot coffee or tea refills. They even brought my coffee straight to my table! I didn’t even have to walk up to the counter to get it. There is also plenty of space to work at and many large tables, unlike other Starbucks locations i’ve visited. I drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to come to this specific location. 10/10 recommend
Always hit them up every Saturday and Sunday morning in Helotes and in Boerne Monday thru Friday when im going to work! Great product and friendly service! Now they jus showed me how to use my Starbucks app to earn point off my purchases!! This is gonna be fun and thank you Starbucks!!!!
There are always some people who are quick to write a negative review about this location without knowing anything. The Leslie Rd. Starbucks is amazing! The staff are wonderful, and I have not had issues with how they have made my coffee or drink. I get mistakes happen, but we as humans should learn to be kinder to people. The staff are always working hard, so thank you to every single one of you. Stay amazing!
Very friendly bunch of young employees. Very clean store Nicely decorated. I had a very big order and the guy helping me apologized for me having to wait... seriously polite, considering he had the order ready in less time than I anticipated. Starbucks is Starbucks, what makes one different from another is usually the staff.
Best Starbucks! Fantastic customer service skills and consistent! I always feel so happy when I am able to make it over to this location. The batistas are approachable. If I decide to try something new they have the best exciting suggestions and seem happy to help. I feel like it's Starbucks in the 90's when people smiled and were going by not only company standards but what it is like to be a human being who communicates with kindness!
One of 2 Starbucks near my place. Love both of them. Baristas are always friendly and courteous. Gets my name wrong most times but that's become part of the fun.
Quiet, clean and tucked away. Never actually realized this Starbucks location was here until I accidentally stumbled upon it. Naturally, it's busy during peak hours but is a wonderful place to sit and write or socialize in the evenings.
Always room for improvement. Toasted Cheese sandwich was too greasy. The latte wasn't that good either.
Courteous service and the same industrial consistency you can expect from any chain like Starbucks. Interestingly enough, they still do not allow dine-in, irrespective of the applicable occupancy laws of the state where the stores are located. Seems unnecessary in my opinion
This location pours super weak drinks. Go there, you’ll see. Ask for a quad and it’ll be like 2oz of espresso. I’ve been there many times and finally felt the need to call them out. The target across the street does a better job.
This morning I ordered my venti like I always do and noticed yet again it’s low. This was supposed to be a white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. I pay $7.40 for this much missing I was very disappointed. The past couple times I thought they were just in a hurry because it was busy but today I was the only one in line. Very disappointed.
Today was the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks location. A group of church friends was meeting together. My husband got the mocha frappucino and I got the iced green tea. At the time I paid for the drinks, I confirmed that there would be free refills for my tea while our group sat to talk. When I went to get my refill, 2 ladies told me it cost 50 cents for the refill. I wasn't sure when this new policy went into effect. I asked my neighbor who works at a different Starbucks about this. She confirmed that gold card reward members get free refills. Very disappointed with this Starbucks.
Service at the drive thru was soooo slow. They were out of cold brew so the barista suggested this pumpkin coffee iced blend. Didn’t taste the same.
Anne was very disrespectful and was rushing me when I was ordering, while there was no one behind me and still got my order wrong!
I ordered a venti cold brew. Clearly wasnt done right if it all milk and no coffee. If i paid 15 bucks for 2 with just milk. Which is bullcrap honestly. APRIL 28TH 2022. also has a nasty sour taste so i probably got bad milk as well. Never ordering here bcuz its constantly not the right drink i am getting diffrent ones each time. Please keep the ingredients EXACTLY what the customer ordered.
