Went here for brunch with my family, and had a great time!! Got seated immediately, and just perfectly missed the rush. Their fall menu was amazing, and the service was very great!! All the food tasted great, but some of it was slightly cold which didn't affect the taste, but did affect the overall experience. Although the food was slightly cold I would still recommend this place for a nice breakfast, brunch, or lunch!!

This location never fails me. Great service and awesome food. Always accommodating to my requests. Trifecta substitute with the Floridian French Toast and fresh cracked scrambled eggs. Just freaking awesome Dorian was a great host/server. Great balance of checking in on me without overbearing hovering over table. Thank you, see y’all when I’m back in town. BTW, please open a location in Laredo. You have at least 1 customer waiting.

We did breakfast here yesterday and the food was excellent! We had two of the Farmhouse Hash entrees which were excellent, orange juice and water. We also ordered the Biscuit and Turkey Sausage Gravy entree which was also excellent. Great customer service and great atmosphere. We were seated pretty fast. They also sell bags of their coffee which is excellent. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend that you try this restaurant.

Love First Watch! It is consistent, filling and tasty. I’m not too much of a chain spot eater but when it comes to breakfast here I do frequent three locations. I10, 151 and top favorite Blanco location! Service is always exceptional and food usually expedites a little faster than all three locations. It’s amazing how a little wait time on certain days higher than others due to high volume business can be overlooked. That’s how great this spot is, the coffee is always fresh and served at your table with your own coffee urn provided for unlimited refill access. Their grain bread is the best and is imported from Ohio. Very worth it! Definitely designed to please regulars.

I came here and the atmosphere is fantastic, aesthetically pleasing. The seats were extremely comfy and the staff was super welcoming. I was really excited for the food and everything tasted great for the most part. I ordered the traditional breakfast and the potatoes were not great. Despite having a sear on the outside they were raw and hard, and were completely bland. They brought me out a new batch and it was the same thing. I asked someone how the potatoes are prepped and was informed that they are seasoned with farm house seasoning, and then tossed on the griddle for cooking. Farm house, this is constructive criticism for you. If you want good potatoes, you should wash them after peeling and dicing. Boil them for about 4 to 5 min and then fry them. Fry them at a low temperature of 325 for about 5 min then increase temp to 375 and fry for another minute and 30 seconds. If you dont want to fry, and want to stick to griddle method at least put a little oil on while they sear. Potatoes are a very important part of breakfast.

I ordered the Tri-Fecta. Overall, 4 stars. Over easy Eggs were standard. Pork sausage was a 4. The waffle, was excellent. Felt a little rushed, not even 25% eating and my bill was brought to my table...? Meanwhile the party next to me, were enjoying their time talking after eating, no rush. Just a tip, don't rush people when they're trying to enjoy their food. thank you.

Food is great however initial seating service needs improvement. We were told to wait a few minutes so they could clean up and put two tables together. We waited about 15 minutes before the host finally said, “oh you guys can go sit down.” Our response, “ok, where do we sit?”, her response “over there where the menus are at”….meanwhile she has been seating everyone else coming into the place. Food was good though. No military discounts

First time here..The service was good the place was very nice.The food I can't complain it was very good ..large portions but a little to healthy for me...but other than that it's a great spot to eat... especially if you like healthy options..

Had a little bit of a wait that’s no problem but did see 3 couple get seated before us that came after us. Not sure how it happened, but it happens. I guess it goes by location but no military discount at this location again no big deal I understand every location is different, just thought i would put that information out there. Other than that the food was on point again ( I have eaten multiple times at the one near Lackland airforce base) Bloody Mary was good, could use a pickle haha, BUT the watermelon, mint vodka drink was SO refreshing! My elite burrito was SO good I had to stop myself from eating the huge thing because it would have made me sick but the taste was so good !!

This was my first time going to first watch. Just seems like an overpriced IHOP. My potato’s were undercooked and so salty they were almost inedible. Also the avocado was sour. Just overall not the best experience

I enjoyed the food, however the prices they charge are definitely overpriced. I feel the same breakfast is offered at the common Coffee house.

I ordered the Tri-athlete omelette and the million dollar potatoes. Ingredients were a mixture of freshly cooked and precooked ingredients. The omelette vegetables were cold, which made the omelette cool and not hot. Even though, it wasn't made to my liking, I never send food back when I go out to eat unless I need a total refund and I never get my food remade as I don't want to receive a special unwanted concoction. I did like the mushrooms and onions in the omelette and and the egg white omelette crepe was well made, it was just cold. Potatoes were very good, just a little salty. I liked the hot tea service. They bought out a carafe of hot water for my tea, which is very proper and my preference. The table water had a nice clean taste and it was perfectly cooled and presented in a jug. Atmosphere of the Restaurant was very crowded, we waited 20 minutes for a table. Once seated it didnt take long for our order to be taken. We noticed that the kitchen was just rushing the food out as the wait for the food was not long. The restaurant did not feel clean. Flies love dirty places and a couple kept landing on our face. I would visit again, however, I would visit a different location. This location is next to a hotel and was too busy for us. Over all, cleaning needs improvement to give a fresher feel and to thwart flies from hanging around as a nuisance.

They weren't so busy but the wait was long. We had a table of 7 and and it took a very long time for a short stack of chocolate chip pancakes (not pictured) to come out. By the time it did all of our food was cold. The 2nd chocolate pancake was over done with cinnamon. The tri-fecta (not pictured) was really good and filling. Had 6 bacon strips, 2 eggs and we chose the pancake. The lemon ricotta pancakes were alright and not worth the price. The service was awful. Maybe it was because we were a big top and tucked away in the back left corner for big tops or maybe also the waitress. Not very attentive and only had excuses as to why we didn't get our food or water refill.
