First time here and will definitely be coming back. I had the chicken pesto pizza and it was fantastic! Everything was just top notch. I was really impressed with the staff, so friendly and accommodating to changes. If you're in Henrietta and looking for some lunch, I recommend Fire Crust Pizza. It is worth it.

Update 4/2024: My son loves their ice cream sundaes. The staff know him and we're never disappointed. Love them all. Love this place. The pizza is made right in front of you. Our "chef" took down what we wanted, 1/2 meat lovers and 1/2 veggies. Then he created it, walking down the counter, choosing fresh ingredients laid out before us. Twelve minutes later, delicious pizza.

devoured in seconds, so delicious and easily customizable. stopped in here on a long road trip and it was super quick and surprisingly tasty for a random spot we picked. love the indian fusion elements, we got a half & half pizza— one half shredded mozzarella, paneer tikka, minced garlic, spinach, oregano and red pepper flakes— other half fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic, basil, arugula and balsamic glaze

Fantastic pizza! Already our third time back. This time we created our own custom pizzas and ordered online for pickup. We have ordered inside before as well — the atmosphere is great! We have yet to try the ice cream. Looking forward to it when we do!

Classic Marg and the Paneer Pizza! Also went with butter pecan ice cream! Pizza was delicious, worth the price for sure. My Paneer was spicier than I had anticipated but wasn’t mad about it. They had a nice list of draft beers too while I waited for my pizzas. Great staff there can see why I’ve heard so many good things from friends.

Pretty good place. Your pizza is made right in front of you and then placed in the oven. They are a little bigger than a personal pizza. All the pop is made with cane sugar so it has that snap to it, better than high fructose corn syrup. Also has a drive thru if you don't want to go inside.

Amazing service and equally delicious pizza. Plus reasonable prices with so many veggies to add on. They made special sauce on request as well. Highly recommend visiting this place. Best wood fire based pizza in town.

Well I'm starting off with 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I love enjoyed the thin crust. It has never been once of my favs..but let me tell you. It was nice and crispy, the sauce was a little bland and I should've got my garlic Parm wings cooked a little longer. The wings were cooked instead the fire over..hellll to da yeah 😂. So go try this spot out. One medium and 6 wings extra blue cheese a total of $25 bucks and the sell alcohol 😵‍💫

Rating is a 4.5/5 but I can’t quite give them a 5 star because it was $30 for 2 basic 6 slice pizzas. Other than that - no complaints and the pizza was actually really good. Will definitely go back when I’m in town again.

Pizzas are this crust, and are delicious. Ambience is great, and not soo crowded. They have a vast parking lot. Service is crazy fast. We ordered chicken tikka pizza, and buffalo chicken pizza. Both are good. They have decent prices.

First time trying Fire Crust. The service is great from employees. I definitely believe that the portion size could be bigger considering its almost $18 for a medium 2 topping pizza. The pizzeria shares the space with Pittsford which is incredible. The feel of the pizzeria feels very "corporate" and not something comfy. Definitely feels like a franchise rather than a small business.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this restaurant. The service I received in person was always friendly and polite. I like that the transparency they provide by allowing you to see the process of how your pizza is made from start to finish. They are a bit on the expensive side, but compared to some of their competitors in the area, they are somewhat justified in their pricing. I recently had a not so great experience with an employee over the phone due to an error they made on my Door Dash order. I’m vegan , so I always try to notate that I would not like any cheese or meat on my pizza. When I order through Door Dash, it doesn’t have a “NO CHEESE” option. So I didn’t choose any cheese option - which “vegan cheese” is part of those options, in case you’re wondering. When I received my delivery, the pizza had cheese on it. After I had marked an issue on my order and received a credit for receiving the cheese, I called the store with the intent to pick up a new pie. I can’t remember the name of the young lady I spoke with but after I explained the situation to her she replied, “Oh yeah, in your note you said ‘vegan no meat no cheese,’ so we gave you vegan cheese.” I explained that I didn’t want cheese at all, she gave a sigh and then said she would just give me a refund. It was obvious she was annoyed, but I don’t understand why? I thanked her anyway and she quickly gave me a “mhmm” and hung up.

Hands down the WORST PIZZA I have ever had. 69 years under my belt. Ordered a thin crust, with sausage, onions and red peppers. Minuscule amounts of each topping. Little tiny balls of sausage. The pesto topping was good. The crust was literally unchewable. Hard, dry and texture like it was put in the microwave. Disgusting. It was take out and I was not going back. Will NEVER eat at this chain again.
