Every time we’ve ordered, which is often probably once a week, it has always been good, but tonight’s pizza was OUTSTANDING! 🤩 it was made perfectly as we ordered, hot and fresh! I’m sure they are probably understaffed right now, but they most definitely didn’t under deliver. Thank you guys for feeding my family tonight, so this momma didn’t have to cook 🤗
I come to this location for take out pizza. My orders are always ready upon arrival and the food has always been very good!
It’s a Pizza Hut. If you’re familiar with Pizza Hut, this is going to meet your expectations as far as taste, texture, and cost. As far as service goes, though, this place exceeded my expectations, which pushed me to write a review online about a friggin Pizza Hut. I haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in literally 20 years, but I had a weird day already and thought, why don’t I see what it’s like these days? I put a carry out order in and told myself, even if I need to make other plans for this afternoon snack at least I tried and at least the price is reasonable. Ordering online was quick and easy, and the pizza was ready at the estimated time. When I picked up the order, I was greeted by a friendly young man at the counter, received the pizza, then I was on my merry way. When I got home, I realized there was a serious issue with this order, so I called to see what could be done. They remade the order and had it ready in 20-25 minutes. This new order was perfect, and it was a nostalgic flavor trip through childhood sleepover memories. Is it a gastronomical masterpiece? No. Is it satisfactory franchise pizza? Absolutely. Will I order from here again? 100% because of the service I received and the consistent flavors one can expect. I typically avoid chain restaurants and fast food, but being a new resident of Waco (and suburbs) and having subpar experiences with the family-owned local pizza places, this may become my go-to pizza place.
Had the chicken pasta dish w a salad. Elizabeth was very helpful and took care of my order. The place was clean and a little busy but comfortable. I enjoyedy visit and if there was anything I would complain about it would be they don't have fresh brewed tea.... They did offer the bottled Pure Leaf tea though
UPDATE: For at least the last 5 or 6 times we have ordered pick up or delivery from Pizza Hut the toppings have been plentiful, the food has been hot, and the flavor has been great. OLD REVIEW: The pizza was undercooked, so I cannot give 5 stars. The toppings were plentiful, and the flavor was great. The pasta was very good, and the cheese sticks were good, but by the time they got here they were not hot. The wings were still hot and had just enough sauce.
I’m not the kind of person that typically leave reviews .But this location deserves a shout out. We were just passing by with family from out of town and I’m so glad that we were able to stop at this Pizza Hut location They were very lovely, friendly, kind, and patient with two little ones those who have children know what I’m talking about . They’re food is hot and super delicious . May God bless you each of you thank you for everything for the experience y’all made our day 🫶🏼🙌🏻
I used the Pizza Hut app for the first time, after calling the Hewitt restaurant myself and talking to an employee there about the app and what he thought about it. I downloaded the app and ordered the big box meal, and then got in my car. It was ready when I got there. Everything went without a hitch, just as smoothly as it could. And the food was great. With that big box meal, my wife and I got enough to eat last night AND tonight. I’m very happy with Pizza Hut today.

Great for ordering online. Food is always fresh and hot, and the delivery people are always friendly. Order online then tell kids dinner will be ready in 20 to 30min.
My recommendation is use the App, first time in a Pizza Hut in 10 yrs and the person at the register had no patience for me to review the menu to figure out how to order (they have a ton of options). All that being said the chicken wings are good and next time we will not be trying hand tossed crust.
Pizza Hut uses doordash without telling you before you order. Doordash has damaged my property at my home in the past so I dont want their 'contractors' on my property. So if you have issues with doordash... avoid ordering from here. Also should mention doordash was just in the news today(11december) for one of their drivers pepper spraying someone's food. Look it up.
Service at the counter was good-but I had to wait on my flatbread that I was taking to go and it was so burnt that the pepperoni snapped like chips. I normally would have complained once I got home and opened the box, but I was too tired to complain without emotion. And it was edible, minus the pepperoni.
We order Pizza almost once a week, it us usually really good. But our last 2 times it has been burnt crust and barely any sauce, cheese and toppings🤨 Very disappointed in Pizza Hut. Red Barons froze pizza is better then what we’ve gotten from Pizza Hut the last 2 orders. Time to find a new pizza place for our weekly order out.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We have came to this restaurant since 2010 when we moved to this area. I’ve never been more disgusted in my entire life. My husband and I placed an order through the app for a carryout, when we got there, we decided let’s just eat it inside so we went inside. Let them know that we were going to wait and eat there and we sat down. Our pizza was brought out, and while I was disappointed with the quality of the pizza ( Some pieces were missing cheese), We decided to eat it anyways it wasn’t that bad that it needed to be remade. Halfway through our dinner, my husband notices a cockroach crawling up the wall, So he immediately gets up and points it out to the employee, Who said, “ A roach”, grabbed some napkins and smashed it on the wall. We were absolutely disgusted and we left and left our food on the table. I spoke to them today and was told I could get credit or a refund for not even the total amount spent, We did not want credit so I said refund is fine. Only to find out I have to wait for a check from corporate 30-60 days. Such nonsense, I will never go back to this restaurant. Health department has also been notified.
Terrible service. Order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes and took over 1.25 hours. I wouldn’t have ordered from here if I would have known. The workers just kept saying a few more minutes.
No longer a good value for your money. This is a 2 topping pizza. Not sure where the toppings are. I asked for it to be remade and was told that it how a 2 topping pizza looks. Manager informed me there will ne no remakes. NOT A PROBLEM LADY I will no longer spend my money at pozza hut. Hewitt location has staff that appear dingy & unkempt. Pleade see photos of pizza & please note this is a medium pizza. Customer Service is a joke saying reach out to the store.
Tried to get a Udi’s gluten free veggie pizza, so I can enjoy having pizza with my family. There seemed to be miscommunication, because I got a cheese pizza. Tried to resolve the issue, by communicating effectively, was completely dismissed by at least two employees. They didn’t have any resolution or solution offered. Giving the impression they don’t care, so why should we? Left it, no remake, or refund, we left, and we are not returning. We never intended to spend money with Pizza Hut again.
Incredibly Rude. I called to place an order. I was asking if they had a particular special still available which I had an advertisement for. They literally hung up on me. I called back and asked "Did you just hang up on me?" The young girl said "Yes I did". I said "Why did you do that". She said "Because you didn't sound serious." I said "Did you bother to look up my phone number and see that I have ordered there several times before?" Instead of admitting her mistake she continued to berate me about how I worded the call. Claiming "That's not how you are supposed to place an order". I didn't realize there was a specific script I was supposed to follow when ordering a pizza. Especially when inquiring about a special. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I'm not even mad that she was so rude, but if they treat customers like that, how much do you think they care about your food?
We order from this location several times a month, but won't order again. We usually have it delivered. This time we received a text saying that our pizza had been hand delivered by Jose. Our doorbell never even rang. We found our pizza on the doorstep. When we called Pizza Hut, the manager said they didn't have control of who delivers. We ordered directly from Pizza Hut, not Door Dash. This shows poor management. They just lost our business.
The pizzas I ordered looked and tasted burnt on top by the crust. One of the pizzas I ordered was a 3 topping large pizza and boy there was only 3 pieces toppings on each slice... pepperoni, sausage and olives. Seriously??? No more than 1 piece of pepperoni, 1 sausage piece and 1 olive slice on each slice of a large pizza? Same thing with my medium 3 topping pizza that was pineapple, ham and mushrooms! I haven't been to Pizza Hut since I left Florida 5 years ago and thought it would be just as good if not better than Florida, but it's way worse...3 items (1 each) on each slice of a 3 topping large pizza and on my medium 3 topping pizza... even frozen pizzas have more on each slice. Even little Caesars has more on each slice! This is absolutely ridiculous and a huge rip off!!! 1st time there and it will be my last!!! I'm so disappointed and I feel cheated!
Update: Found out this girl's name is Jasmine. The driver was cool and nice, but this manager Jasmine has no business in customer service. Fire her immediately. Pizza cold and stale. Just called to check on the status of my order and this woman -manager or supervisor- I guess seemed to have a huge attitude because I'm calling to ask after waiting over 25 minutes. She cuts me off, talks over me and I already prepaid and tip telling me she's not going to have her drivers speed. I never once stated I wanted pizza drivers to drive fast or speed... I called to make sure everything was okay and to see what was going on. Customer service here was awful and I will NEVER purchase from Pizza Hut again. I will be taking a picture of my pizza as well and posting it, so when it gets here it better at least look good since I've been waiting over 1 hour for a large pizza.
