The lady at the front was so kind she acknowledged me and helped me with what I wanted. I had the Spicy Shrimp cauliflower pizza which was surprisingly good! However I'd like to have more Shrimp.

I forget how much I love this place. Adult grilled cheese and tomato soup is the best comfort food ever. Add a piece of chocolate cake and you will be in heaven

I was wanting a healthier meal and decided to come here and I did not regret it! They have really good sandwiches, fresh soup and even better cakes. The service was excellent, inside dining area was very clean, restrooms were well taken care of and prices are very reasonable!

I went here for the first time with a friend. The food is a little on the high end price wise, but if you ask me it is worth it. I got a sub and the tomato basil soup. I loved that the soup had chunks of real tomato in it. I also got a slice of cake! That cake was so moist!

I’ve always had a good experience dining at Newks. This week I made a large order for a business lunch, and the service from placing the order, to curbside pick up was perfect!

Newks is one of those places you hate to love, mostly because if I move from Waco, there aren't very many other locations. The food is great, staff is friendly, and it's just an overall good place to pick up something from. Once they did make a mistake on an order, but they made it right without even questioning it. I go here about once a week, but I haven't gotten tired of it yet. If you live close by, grab you some lunch or dinner here. I like the Newks Q sandwich and their pizza is really good!

I've been here many, many, many times now and am just now getting around to a review. I absolutely love their awesome potato soup, always recommended. Preferred sandwich will always be the Royale. Prices are a bit high, but the food is always great and service always friendly. Atmosphere is quite nice too!

Best salads around. I'm not really a salad guy aside from a small one here and there. Or just homemade. But they make them fresh and they are huge. The place was clean, the staff was friendly.... Great place to stop in on a hot day. My only request is for some lemonade....please??

Ordered curbside pickup and immediately drove over thinking I’d have to wait 10-15 minutes, but it was ready as soon as I drove up! I had only placed my order about 3 minutes prior to pulling in!

First time visiting. Huge menu board when you enter that I could actually read without glasses. A lot of different types if food. Sandwiches, pizza, soup. Quick ordering take your number and find a seat. Large open seating areas so slightly noisy. Instant food delivery and was quite good. I ordered 1/2 turkey and avocado and lobster bisque. With tax 11.99. Enjoy!

This is the third time I've been here. I never know the menu but I recently joined Newk's club that they have. I got a complmentary Q sandwich and a side with it. I was slow on choosing a side but the employee was patient with me while I looked. This sandwich is so good and yummy!!! Ordered the pizza and salad combo. The Caesar was really good. Very fresh and crispy Romain. The dressing was quality. Tangy and peppery just how I like. The pepperoni pizza was also very good. Thin crust, tasty sauce and cheese and fresh basil on top. For only 17$ bucks is a steal.

My lunch experience was great! From the cashier to the food delivery at our table we had smiling faces and friendly people interacting with us. The food was yummy as always! The portion sizes are good. My MIL got the kids pizza and does almost every time. She usually leaves with a piece or two leftover. I had the turkey sandwich and chips. If you like sweet tea, Newks is tasty. It has just the right amount of sweet for me, but they do have other options with Splenda and unsweeten.

I ordered take-out on Friday and I must say it was one of the best meals. My husband had the pizza and I had a wrap with the crayfish pepper jack cheese soup. My son tried the soup and he was impressed. We will definitely order from Newk's again.

The food was, and always is, D-E-L-I-S-H!! I usually get the Greek / Half Greek Salad, but wanted to break out of my norm. I chose the 5-Cheese Mac & Cheese. It was worth the risk. I'm disabled, and when we were ready to leave, my husband went a few parking lots across the way to pull closer. While i was waiting, several of the staff checked on me to make sure I was ok and asked if i needed anything. A couple of customers asked as well. The environment was quiet and relaxed, just what we needed!!

Newk's is one of the best places to get salad I believe in my opinion. I love the options they have with mix and match. I got a Greek salad with a half club and it was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend got his club on wheat which I will definitely try next time it was delicious as well. The flavors the freshness the atmosphere the cleanliness and the amazing customer service is worth just stopping in and checking this place out if you've never been here before. It's conveniently located in the marketplace next to all the good shops! Newk's will forever be one of my favorite places to eat. Also they have really cool Easter cups right now which make great cups for the house ❤️

The food was great, we ordered the bbq chicken and double meat pizza, the green goddess salad and pumpkin slice cake. 😋 I reminds me of a salad buffet restaurant i was fond of called Sweet Tomatoes in Cali. I miss it and now I can enjoy a new place. Plus they honor MILITARY DISCOUNT. My husband had the loaded potato soup along with macaroni cheese.

First time diner here. The portobello veggie pizza was delicious. The crust was fresh made and cooked perfectly. This flavor packed pizza left us wanting more! For our kids the Mac n Cheese meal was a hit. I had the Newk Q sandwich and it was delicious as well. They also had some really nice reusable Christmas cups for your drinks. We definitely will return.

It was my wife’s turn to pick a place to eat, and she picked here. Won’t lie, I had a little trepidation about a place that sold salads…. She made a great choice! The basil tomato soup was amazing! I’d go there just for that. Then, the chicken salad sandwich was good, too. Just be prepared to add a little salt. It is a nice change of pace.

The food is good the tea is great.The restaurant is clean most of the time we stop to get late Lunch on Sunday. Weekends are a little busy. Everything was great. I started to take pictures of food, and my husband mentioned that the ceiling around the air vents was dusty and molding. I stopped eating and wondered how much of the dust and mold was flying in the air of the restaurant 😳 and food.😷We gathered all our stuff from the table, we left. We've been here a few times now. It was quite busy when we arrived. There were two women working the order counter. One was talking with guests, inviting them up when she was free, and engaging. The other woman just stared at people until they walked up to her. It was a bit awkward to talk with her as she didn't really want to be there. Aside from that, the food was delicious. I got a salmon caesar salad and my partner got the club sandwich with a side of mac. The bread on the sandwich was lightly toasted, but still but soft inside, so the guts didn't spill out when you took a bite. The Mac 'n cheese was tasty. The salad was good, though the dressing was a bit salty and the croutons were bigger than they needed to be. The salmon was well cooked and not overly seasoned. The tables were clean, and we were served promptly. The staff overall was friendly and engaging. The lunch crowd had cleared out during our stay, and the woman from the counter that was friendly took a few minutes to check on a few guests and chat with them which was nice. Staff was cleaning back of the house as well. Prices are a bit high, but it's a good place to eat. Inside and outside seating options are available. We will be going back.

Great fresh food! Our group had pizza, salads, sandwich and soups. Only issue was ordered online, arrived the person at the front told me to have a seat and they will call my name when ready. I waited almost 20 minutes past pick-up time to only find out my order was sitting on the pick-up rack!

Cute place. I have eaten there twice and enjoyed. It both times. It is a bit crowded if you get there between 1230 and 1230. Service is generally fast, however. The food was good and there was plenty of it. Salads are huge. Had a pizza this last visit, and thought it was good and there was even some left over.

Love the food here. Today my experience was less good. I can't stand tomatoes, so when I specifically order no tomatoes and they put them on anyway. Plus all tables were dirty, so I sat at the least dirty one. The floors were also wet all over.

I come here often for take out lunch and sometimes dinner on the way home because I can depend on the quality as a whole. For a chain, this place is shockingly consistent, healthier, fresh, flavorful and delicious! The pizza’s are on par! I’ve tried chicken BBQ with red onion and cilantro, seasonal Honey chili pizza, Mediterranean, Margarita! The chicken salad sandwich is incredible and made just right. The soups chunky and fresh…not overly salty acidity or too sweet but flavorful. The salads are always consistently fresh, crisp with great combinations and options. Their steak is always good. You can custom anything….and don’t forget, their most amazing moist creamy delicious cakes from scratch. The good is in the details here. The customer service for the most part has been great as well!✨

Hadn't been to a newks in 20 years and that was in a different state. Its way different than that first time I'd gone to one. The food was still good. I had a double club. I'd hate to see what a normal club size is if what I got was double meat. Its about 3.50 for extra meat. Maybe should cut that down about a dollar. The tomato bisque was very tasty. I got soup, salad, and fruit, and it was delicious. My son got pizza and really enjoyed it. We do not have this restaurant in Fort Worth, so I was excited to try something new. It was down the street from our hotel, and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to try something different so.

They have the best soup, sandwiches, and salad. The food was great, no doubt about it but the prices and portions uhhhh way too expensive. The mac and cheese was a joke especially for the price? Good food but expensive. We probably will go back but just once in a while and not our regular sandwich place because of the small portion and high price. Update: 10/23/2020 Visited this place tonight for some pizza. Great service and loved to see how clean the place was and how the restaurant was following social distancing guidelines. The Mediterranean pizza is a must try, you can also order pizza made with cauliflower crust.

Came to enjoy a bowl of potato soup. The soup was okay, needed a little more cheese and a piece of bread. The restaurant was clean. My order was out fast and food was hot. I will probably not order this again.

It was not clean. The food was not as fresh as it is advertised or expected. My shrimp& avocado salad had barely had any avocado on it.

Despite my grievances with the establishment, I must state that I generally like their food period my big complaint pertains to their awards club and the fact that their cashiers are not attuned to Asking customers for their reward numbers in the course of Item selection. No, several dollars are not status-altering; but these guys could certainly enhance customer experience with a little bit of attentiveness. Moreover; if you do experience a problem or want to offer feedback concerning some aspect of your experience, they may be Late or altogether loathe to respond.

I ordered the mac and cheese. First of all it was cold when they brought it out to me. It tasted like soap. Needless to say, I will never come back.

I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. Newk's used to be my favorite Sammy. Today there was hardly any chicken on my sandwich, the bread wasn't toasted and tasted really doughy. The mac n cheese had a weird flavor (kind of like poo poo) and their new seasonal butternut squash salad was mostly mush. The tomato soup is still going strong.

First time eating here and we'll it's ok. For $30 we got 2 sandwiches 2 drinks and bad of doritos and a small portion of patatoe salad. It's very pricey for what you get and our silverware was filthy. The music was really loud. The foot was ok but not worth the money.

My daughter and I ate at your restaurant this afternoon. We really like Newks! The food is great! The service is wonderful, but today was very disappointing. A customer brought a dog (not a service animal) into the restaurant to eat. The dog was very cute and well behaved, however, he was jumping up and down on the booth seats when they first got there. At least 4 employees saw the dog and did nothing. I love dogs, but I don't want to eat with them. I understand it's hot and that we don't want people leaving dogs in cars, but maybe the staff could have suggested the outside dining area? I'm not going to be returning to Newks anytime soon. I just think having animals in restaurants is very unsanitary.

The food is consistently good, like you would find with other Newk's locations. The service and experience is not. The dining area ranges from clean to filthy. The service ranges from great to completely inept. There's either an issue with the owner/manager not being present enough or the average quality of staff they are able to hire is poor. It's unfortunate because the food keeps bringing us back, but some visits are just terrible experiences. Order on the app even if your dining in. Set your expectations of the staff low. Enjoy your food

I went for lunch with my daughter today as it used to be our favorite and haven’t been in a while. It was a wasted trip and money, my daughter’s bread was burned and didn’t have cheese and my sandwich had hardly any meat on it. This place used to be good but not anymore

Picked up a portabello pesto veggie sandwich, a bowl of lobster bisque and a coke zero to take home. The sandwich was tasty but the soup had zero flavor. I even gave the soup to my mother and she agreed saying it was not good. Honestly the best part of my takeout order was the crispy coke zero in the holiday cup. For $24 and change it was super disappointing.

My lunch choice Paired soup with salad and chickn salad mix I did not like my soup even though I was given a sample beforehand . Oh, the white vein salad lettuce, chunks, I picked him out But the salad was good and so was the dressing too many veins I opted for the chicken salad on top and I didn't like that. It was too salty I also ate the lobster bisque soup, which I did not like it did not finish. It seemed to have that shellfish shells in the soup.Which was gross, So I left it,Didn't finish it. I literally had the worst experience. I ordered delivery since I’m at home with a toddler and no way to get out. They didn’t deliver my kids meal. I called up there and whoever answered the phone said “oh yea! We have your kids pizza here” like it was no big deal, no apology, no empathy. The fact that it was literally just forgotten due to their error, my kid gets no food. I’m obviously upset so instead of trying to make it right, he immediately transfers to to a manager, Frank. Frank was worse than him, no customer service understanding at all. Of course he wasn’t willing to take ownership of the situation, he couldn’t even offer me a refund. At this point I’m crying, and I know if I had a mama on the phone crying for food she paid for , I would be In my card in a heartbeat with a warm meal for her hungry little. I’m so shocked and disgusted that the situation ended with me in tears. I will never eat there again

Horrible food and service. Tastes like old reheated food in the microwave. Went today with friends and our food was horrible. I ordered a poboy shrimp sandwich only to get two pieces of bread with old shrimp and cocktail sauce. When I asked them why my sandwich had cocktails sauce instead of the poboy sauce they said because it was discontinued. They should have taken the sandwich off the menu. They would not refund the sandwich. All our food was cold and poor quality. Taste was off on everything,

Finding a clean table is next to impossible. The dining area looks like after they remove the plates, they don't wipe down the tables. Kitchen area is dirty. Employees making the food are wiping at their face and then not washing their hands after. Kids cheese pizza crust was burnt. The chicken in the chicken club sandwich was extremely dry.

i ordered a curbside order today at 1:04 and i got to the curbside line at 1:14 because the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. i waited 45 minutes in line for my order and they didn’t even come out to apologize. they just kept coming out to ask for my name about 4 times. i come here regularly and i get it gets busy but 45 minutes for half a sandwich AND no updates is ridiculous.

Wasted half of my lunch waiting for my order, which I had ordered 10 minutes ahead, to be told it would take longer to prepare. Had I known it would've taken longer I would've went to lunch elsewhere. I had to call multiple times to get some sort of update since no one would go out to let me know the status of my order. Next time (there won't be a next time) I'd order an hour ahead.

I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. And when I did, I saw what was expected. I ordered a turkey sandwich thinking it would be worth the 10 dollars but it wasn’t. The food was literally disgusting. The food tasted so poor quality and barely put some meat on my sandwich. There was literally a couple people in the store and I waited bout 10 minutes for my order. They didn’t even put the mayonnaise on like I asked them to.

I usually enjoy Newk’s but tonight my sandwich was inedible. I ordered the Philly. Meat was literally like shoe leather. It was not even warm and peppers (the 5 I got) were raw veggies. I tried to eat half and returned the other half with my concerns. No one really seemed to care that the food was so inadequate. Also the lemon bins were empty and the tea trickled from the container. I requested refills but when we left, no one had taken care of it. This is usually a dependable place to grab a bite. Perhaps there is new, inferior management???? I’m sorry to see a go-to now be a no-way.

Longtime Newk’s fan but the salad I received today was pitiful. I ordered the Newk’s favorite salad and I first thought they must have delivered the wrong salad. The salad had no color. Almost all of the lettuce was the thick, white core pieces of a lettuce leaf. The portions of cranberries, grapes, pecans and croutons were so small. I think I had a total of 3 croutons in the entire salad. Nothing about this salad resembled the picture on the menu. This location has been going downhill for a while. Tables are not cleaned off regularly. Low, or no ice available. Low supply of grab and go items.
